Not a bad neighborhood yogurt place, conveniently located near some restaurants I frequent. Overall, this place has very nice selection of self-serve yogurt, as well as some sugar free items. I like that they have the calorie / servings posted, what I don't like is the self-service. I understand its easier for shops to do this, however I like yogurt/ice cream places that do the serving because its cleaner and well, you don't necessarily know who touched what.

Two words: Lychee Boba. Every time I come here, doesn't matter what flavor I get, or what toppings I get, one thing is for certain, I will always get Lychee Boba on my frozen yogurt. The employees here are nice. The customers are tame (although last time I came here one smelled strongly of urine), and the flavors are always awesome.

Cashier lady had a horrible attitude to us when we tried to redeem a coupon, as if she didn't want us to have the deal. Thankfully the manager was nice enough to accept it. Then after I ordered, I checked my receipt and she charged me more than it should've... Like if she was trying to get back at me. Thankfully again, the manager refunded me. Anyways the cashier sucks, and this place deserves 2 star for making it soooo difficult to buy froyo with a coupon.

I spent 15 mins waiting to pay for my yogurt. It was pretty much melted by the time the employee emerged from the back. His explanation was that if he doesn't see me on camera then he just continues with what he's doing. Are you kidding me? You've just lost a faithful customer.

Great yogurt, excellent service, family atmosphere, very clean... Prices were very reasonable for this area. I like to make my own yogurt. Call me a "mixologist" The best is strawberry and cake batter swirled together. If you like strawberry shortcake, you gotta try this.

Having just relocated to Miami I had to check this place out. I saw undercover boss and was so impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness I looked forward to my first mench yogurt. Expected the " welcome to Menchies didn't happen instead cashier had a scowl and other staff was on his phone. Yogurt was overly sweet water definitely needed. Even when spying didn't get a thank you just an annoyed look! Will not be coming back bottom line didn't feel welcome at Menchies, tried hard to like it.
