We love coming to Anthony's! usually after our sons baseball games. The food is great, you get alot of food for a decent price. The staff is friendly. It's a nice family place to go. Keep up the good work!

While the food is good the service is horrible. I would not go here except if we are at public next door and want a bite without driving far. Prepare for a wait

I might be giving Anthony's 5 stars for nostalgia's sake, but they really saved my childhood from the doldrums of Pizza Hut and Domino's. I've had better NY pizza in a lot of other cities, but Anthony's is fantastic for Apopka. Not the best pizza on earth but miles better than any other option in Apopka and I have many tasty memories from the past 10 years provided by Anthony's.

The food here is pretty good for delivery food. The problem is they always mess up the delivery order. I'm not talking about occasionally, I'm talking about 2 out of 3 orders will have and issue with it. We have finally had enough and will order elsewhere from here moving forward. When you call to tell them they forgot something or something is wrong with the order, they talk to you as if you are the problem. Customer service and attention to detail is not on their priority list. Such behavior makes you wonder how clean it is behind the scenes with such poor management in the front of the house. Good food, but comes with a headache.

I have been a fan of Anthony's pizza for over twenty years and I know that they had a rapid expansion during the 80's and 90's around the Orlando area but now all those other stores are not related to the downtown store on by Robinson. Being gluten disabled I avoided every thing on the menu and got a salad and meatballs. Every one else enjoyed the delicious pizzas they ordered and as I drooled over the gooey cheese and crisp crunchy crust I knew I had to give a good review. My favorite pizza is the VIP with all the loads of meat, cheese and veggies! also with extra sauce on the side! Good pizza, typical salads, good soups, good service all at a decent price.

Called to order medium extra cheese pizza and two cannolis a to go Friday night at 5:10pm. I was told it was a 30 min wait. That was fine, I know Fridays are busy. When I arrived 30min later it took another 50 min. To get my to go order. Place was crazy busy. All the employees were running in circles. I also notice that the customers that came in after me to dine in, were served first. That does not seem very fair. When I got home my husband and I dung in. Werent impressed. We wouldnt call it extra cheese, crust was tasteless, cannolis were rock hard. This is what happens when you get swamped and run around like chickens with your heads cut off. $20 bucks later, very unfortunate.

Just bad tasting food. The pasta was not Al Dente and the sauce was poor. The pizza was edible but not great. Also, the menus are reused and were not very clean. I haven't been back since I went there months ago.

Read a few reviews, heard good things about the place so my kids and I decided to give them a try. The service was friendly, though please, when out with the customers, leave the drama or "gossip" outside of the dining area. My daughters and I didn't particularly care to hear about any of it (servers gossiping at the counter to each other). We got for appetizers the garlic knots, alfredo sauce and cheese fries. The cheese fries were good; however, we did not like the garlic not and the alfredo sauce lack good flavor and substance. For our main meal, we ordered a meat lover style pizza. Crust was alright, toppings, not bad, but we can get this kind of pizza anywhere. Not very impressive, definitely not worth the price we paid. I'll happily order Domino Pizza before we come back here.

Great pizza for a good price! We always order take out (only pizza) so I can't comment on dining service but the pizza has a nice, chewy crust and they use fresh toppings. The ones we usually get are green pepper, mushroom, and sausage. The cheese and sauce are decent too. Sometimes, I do need to put the slices in the convection oven for a few minutes after the pizza gets here to crisp up the crust a little more..just because I like it a little crispy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside :) Ask for the large, 1 topping special for $13!

I love a good stromboli, and Anthony's does a pretty good job with their version. It is rather straight forward, a good size for the price, and plenty of cheese and other toppings you choose to put in there. I can't vouch for the pizza, but if it is as good as other Anthony's Pizza restaurants around Orlando, I'm sure it's better than average. My only real disappointment here was the garlic knots. They were overly doughy, and really not very garlicy at all. I've been to other Anthony's and these just seem to be below average. I would not order them again. Overall, a good place to eat at for me every once in a while.

Best pizza in Apopka, and one of the best in Central Florida! Very comfortable, family feel to the place. I tend to order mine with extra sauce. Nice flavor to the crust. 8/22/10, edited review. Ordered delivery. It took an hour, and the pizza was delivered room-temperature. The wait is not a problem, but the pizza being cold is. Will eat in the restaurant again, but will not order delivery.

Placed a large to-go order today for the office. Asked for initials on each order. Picked it up 25 minutes later and it was perfectly packaged! Everyone got exactly what they ordered and it was ALL delicious! Have eaten in-store and is always good. Keep up the good work, Anthony's! And the cannoli is fantastic!

Great pizza- nice change from the chains!: We recently moved to Apopka and have eaten Anthony's twice. Both times (once dine-in, once delivery) the pizza was hot and fresh. The crust is soft on the inside and crisp on the outside with a nice doughy taste. The flavor of the cheese, sauce and toppings are wonderful (try the meatball as a topping!). We had the garlic cheese bread which was also good. Average service with a small dining area that reminded me of the old Sbarro's at the mall you could sit down in. The price is decent ($18 for a XL pie with 3 toppings) and the slices are so large that you have to fold them in half to eat them. I really wish Anthony's would offer more in the dessert department, maybe a canoli or cinnamon-type bread with icing.

A quality pie here! We got the Bianca pizza and it was great. Also ordered an antipasta salad which was very good. Salad was fresh and house dressing was good. The restaurant itself could use some new booths. We sat down at one and it was semi-broken. The waitress seemed to indicate it had been broken for a while. We moved and all was fine. We did not wait long at all for our food, but it was a Monday night and the place was empty. The pizza here is very good. Not the absolute best I have ever eaten, but a good quality pizza. I have never had any of their Italian dishes, as I tend to go up to a place close to mt dora/zellwood if I want pasta. That being said I have ordered both in house and had delivery from this place and it is always good.

The wings are so good and we always get the VIP pizza. Service is great but if it's crowded, be prepared to wait a bit...totally worth it

Call ahead...way ahead! Walked up and ordered a pizza and it only took 52 min to get my order! The pizza was OK even by regular pizza order standards. You're better off at pasta Vinos a few miles down the road.

I love pizza. This place's pizza smells like cocoa. Got a pepperoni pie w/ salad and garlic knots. It's typical and run-of-the-mill for pizza. Garlic knots were doughy and not garlicy enough. Salad was decent. I ate the pizza, but I would eat any pizza you put in front of me. I've had much better. They do deliver. That's a plus.

VIP pizza is as good as it gets. This is premium pizza (at a premium price). Service is okay with friendly young staff running to go orders and hustling about around rush hours. Not skilled or versed in italian foods, but capable to serve a pie. Everything is an upcharge from butter garlic to refills of soda. Sauces are homemade and great!
