Restaurant was attractive, clean and cheerful. Service was great. The owner and both of the waiters were attentive and friendly. My husband had fried oysters with potato salad and fried okra. I had pizza and a house salad. The food was good. My salad was the best I have had in the area. We shared a giant slice of pea pickin' cake and it was amazing. It had mandarin oranges and pineapple and mounds of whipped cream. It was moist and flavorful. We look forward to having lunch here often and are eager to try breakfast as well.

Terrible!! I do not understand the positive reviews! It is medium quality food. Clean place, for sure. Disorganized. Food not good. Not tasty at all

The absolute hands down best place for breakfast in Franklin County. Good quality well prepared food served by people that care in a sparkling clean restaurant. I cant wait to try lunch!

VERY UNDERWHELMING.... So so food, cute place, nice folks but very disorganized and service is lax. I'm guessing there are far better places around here to eat at. It was busy so they must have a decent following.

We came here after a disappointing breakfast at Cafe con Leche. The hostess and waitress were both friendly. We each ordered a coffee and biscuits and gravy to share. The coffee was disappointing- fairly strong but with a strange metallic aftertaste. The biscuits and gravy made up for it though! Large chunks of well-spiced sausage in a creamy gravy over a flaky homemade biscuit. Big enough to share. Glad we stopped!

We arrived at the restaurant for a late lunch and were greeted immediately by Amber, who was also our server. Amber was wonderful, a true sweetheart! The place was full, so we had to wait a few minutes for a table, but it was well worth it. The menu is varied, and there are daily specials on the board. My hubby, my oldest, and I opted for the blue crab quiche and salad special. The youngest wanted a burger. We were going to order an appetizer of fries smothered with pimento cheese sauce and bacon, but Amber delivered the bad news; they were out of fries. She offered my son onion rings which he happily accepted. Hubby then had an idea: could he get the onion rings with the pimento cheese sauce and bacon? Sure thing, said Amber...and the rest is cheesy, decadent history. The rings were hot, the cheese and bacon were generous, and the whole family demolished the appetizer. The staff was impressed with the combination and were talking about adding it to the menu, so ask for "CP's Smothered Onion Rings". Amber brought put the entrees, and we were in heaven! The salad was beautiful...and then came the quiche. Wow...just wow! Our oldest told my husband, "I know the salad is good, but you need to eat the quiche. Trust me on this." The quiche was packed with fresh blue crab, perfectly prepared, and just amazing. This ranked as one of the best meals I have ever had, hands down. All three of us completely cleaned our plates. The youngest thoroughly enjoyed his burger, which was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. During our meal, Amber and the rest of the staff checked on us and were great with the kids. The party seated at another table ordered a pizza that looked and smelled fantastic! The pie was huge, covering the entire table. Judging from the fact that there was none left at the end of their meal, I imagine it was as good as ours! After all of this, Amber told us about dessert. We chose the key lime cake and the "pea-picking cake", a traditional Southern cake with citrus flavors and sweet icing. That proved to be the perfect ending to a perfect meal. Both were excellent. This just became one of my favorite restaurants!

Just made a to go order of a burger and chicken tenders. Who could mess that up?!? Drove off with my order and when I got home, The burger was just meat and a bun -no lettuce, tomato, or the pimento cheese spread I ordered. I asked for MR and it is chard black. Chicken tenders were fried entirely too long and are dried out. Will never be eating there again. $28 in the trash.

Stopped in for a really good breakfast today. If you like "cowboy coffee" this will get you jump started for the day. Killer hash brown meal with a sunny side up egg on top. Kind of hard to find a weekday breakfast spot that is not too fussy. We will return.

Very cute, clean restaurant. Good variety on the menu- sandwiches, some seafood, pizza, calzones, coffee, and dessert. The staff was very quick, friendly and helpful. The prices were fair and competitive with similar restaurants in the area. I ordered the chicken club sandwich with fries- delicious. As an app we got the fries with pimento cheese and bacon- these are a must try!! Very tasty and unique. Other people got the Hawaiian calzone and the crab quiche and they were very pleased with their meals as well. EXCELLENT casual dining in Apalachacola!

A very nice cafe for breakfast. We both had the pancakes with sausage. The pancakes had a hint of vanilla, which was good, and the sausage was mild, but flavorful. The staff was very friendly and came around often to check on coffee refills. We enjoyed this cafe and would definitely go back again when in the area.

Great food. The best Calzone made with fresh dough and plenty of stuffing. The beer battered onion rings are the bomb. Outstanding friendly service. We sat outside with our dog. Our server brought fresh water for him. Would go back.

Really good breakfast in downtown apalach. You gotta have their biscuits. Tasted fresh and really nice and buttery. The bacon was thickly sliced. I really liked the service. Some people in our group came late and were served with a smile.

I went there with and was immediately seated. Ordered the slice of pizza and side salad special which seemed like a good deal. Waited about 35-40 minutes (my two friends only ordered a salad so I apologized to them thinking I caused the delay) we watched as group after group came in and looked around and were never greeted or acknowledged. I heard a man ask if he could give the waitress his order and she apologized saying they were short staffed. We finally got our food and my pizza was cold. I mean it was like ragu sauce on an uncooked piece of bread and the cheese wasn't even melted-it was still in pieces. The pepperoni was raw. It was obvious to me, and while I rarely ask about my food at restaurants I was starving after that wait. I felt like I needed to say something about it so I mentioned it to a waitress (I couldn't find mine so this was a passing waitress) who apologized and said they were busy (duh). The salads were good. We paid and left and went to several shops and about 45 mins later passed by again and the people who had been seated by us were just being served their food. Not sure if it was just a bad day for them, but their lack of service was bad and their pizza was worse. I would give them another try maybe on a day when it was obviously not busy but I will not order the pizza. Yuck. I'd rather have a lunchable.
