Ordered a cheesesteak and chef salad. Cheesesteak was very good, but meat could've be chopped a little more. The bread was just right - just like what we remembered from Philly. Salad was large, a good deal for the price. We did takeout, and the service was friendly, very fast, and efficient. We'll be back for more cheesesteaks and to try their pizza also.

Always on the look out for a great chicken cheesesteak, and holy cow they are huge You can get a massive 20" sub, now that will fill you up They use big chunks of breast meat chicken which are quite filling, good solid flavors, shall have to try them again next summer

Oh man I hate to do this but I have to update my review due to the fact that I ran into the infamous Philly attitude that other reviewers spoke about... We liked the food so much at lunch today that we decided to get dinner here too. So I called them up and asked for delivery (oh we don't have delivery today...despite the fact their website clearly states they deliver today) Ok...well I'll just place a order then. So I ordered a large pizza, Italian hoagie and cheese fries. 20 minutes she said. We get there in 20 minutes and the lady (I use the term loosely) asks us what we ordered. I tell her and she says oh you wanted a pizza too? Um...yeah that's what I ordered...ok she says, well it's not ready (silly me for assuming that she actually put the order for the pizza in at this point!! Lol). So over the next 30 minutes we watch a parade of customers come in and out and this place was screwing up EVERY single order lol. A lady and two kids were eating and they had their Stromboli but the salad and pizza were missing until half way through the meal. Plus the woman running the register was handing people the wrong bags and was unable to ring up orders on the cash register. It was bad...People were being pretty cool about it at first though. It seemed obvious to me that the woman taking orders had a lot to do with it. Seemed like she was seriously a moron... Or on drugs? Or drunk or something? About 2 minutes after she asked my husband's name (Jim) she points to him and goes "I have an order for Jamie, are you Jamie?" Huh? Your memory is that bad?? Anyway 30 minutes later our food is still not done... Btw it is 90 degrees in this place according to the thermostat so it was pretty darn uncomfortable by this point. We are starting to get a tad annoyed (it's been an hour since I called at this point) but still just sitting back and just politely waiting. Anyway finally she calls us up to the register and starts ringing us up for a hoagie and cheese fries. My husbands like where's the pizza? She seriously looks at him with a BLANK expression..,huh? pizza? Wow... So he gets mad and is like um yeah a pizza! We just told you like 30 minutes ago plus on the phone when we first called! She's looking at us like she was dropped on her head at birth plus daily thereafter..totally clueless. So my husband is like wtf! I mean seriously wtf. And the owner? Manager? Idk but whoever it was is like 'well your hoagie is ready!' And my husband is like I want my pizza not just the freaking hoagie! I told her twice about the pizza, what is going on? And the guy says to us "you don't like it, well there's the door". So more words are exchanged and I basically made my husband leave instead of further engaging with this tough guy wanna be Philly dude. Then he asks "aren't you taking the hoagie?" Um no dude...no...smh... This whole situation could've been diffused VERY easily. Maybe offer us a free slice? Tell us sorry, ten more minutes and you'll have your pizza? Maybe say hey sorry my wife (sister? Mom? Who knows?) is a little slow tonight but your order will be up ASAP (maybe she was suffering from heat stroke if not a drug OD lol??). Offer to throw the house pizza slices in the oven and give us them instead? Idk but we had waited an hour already so what would 10 minutes more have been? Nope instead he gets all tough not like a small business owner can normally afford to be, especially when it was HIS own fault!! So we left the hoagie and fries there and went to harpoon hannas instead. This guys attitude SUCKS!!! I think it's pretty sad that a business can get a new customer and then lose the same customer in just one day...oh well...lots of places to eat in this town...

I haven't really had a cheesesteak outside of Philly that was so good. Simple, classic. And.... most places that serve cheesesteak in this area don't offer cheese whiz. YOU NEED CHEESE WHIZ for a good, authentic philly cheesesteak. The large (20"!) Was enough to feed both me and my husband for 2 meals. LOL.

Cheesesteaks are amazing! As soon as you walk in you know these are south philly boys and they know what their doing. I cannot wait to drop in again to try the rest of their menu.

Food was ok, pizza ok , cheesesteak ok. Asked for everything on the steak, they added cheese whiz. Rude and unfriendly outweighs the mediocre food everyone is raving about, think it's some kind of Philly shtick. No thanks

Best place in the area for pizza and cheesesteaks! Bread is brought down from Philly everyday and it is GOOD. You either get a footlong or 20 inch sub, so I definitely suggest splitting something! I recommend the chicken cheesesteaks. No matter what you order, prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that you get. Their pizzas are also large and delicious. There's no other place I'll order pizza from in town now! Try them out. You won't regret it!

It's pretty good and just because there are no cars in the lot I think they do a bunch of take out because they always seem to be cooking something. I do agree slightly with the arrogant service but more than that a somewhat unfriendly welcome. I did see this dumb down after my 3rd visit so maybe you just need to warm up to them? LOL Anyway, I have only had the Cap and Provolone twice and went in for a couple Center City pretzels yesterday, they have a great taste to them, different from any other pretzel I have had. I haven't tried the steak hoagie yet but maybe next week and I will let you know. The pizza didn't look appealing to me so I am not sure I would try that unless they offered a free sample. Prices all look good for what you get.

This place is a local favorite and that says a lot. The portions are GENEROUS- a large cheesesteak will feed FOUR in my honest opinion!! It may be harder to find as it sits off on the side of a street that is known as residential. Call ahead and they'll have your to go order ready or you can dine in but be warned it's HOT inside it doesn't feel like they have air conditioning.

Ask 100 people how they like a cheesesteak and you'll get 50 different answers. I start with that because I want to say that I didn't care for mine. It doesn't mean most people won't. It was good, just not my taste. To reiterate, it was a great sandwich, but just not my style. The place was very clean, the staff was polite and enthusiastic, the food was fresh and the menu was extensive enough to make the whole family happy. I didn't care for the cheesesteak I got from there, but that's me, and I strongly look forward to going back and trying more items from the menu.

Bad experience. Arrogant service Bread seemed stale. I like Philly hoagie rolls, but it seemed like these were yesterday's. The steak meat was sliced too thick and large pieces and was tough, like cooked early in the day and just reheated. I got a pizza steak and there was hardly any sauce and it was dry. When we discussed our discontent when leaving, their attitude was "you can't please everyone" with shrugged shoulders. The parking lot was empty, so obviously they weren't pleasing anyone today. They don't give good impression of Philadelphians.

Bread from Sarcone's daily....those who know Philly knows this is THE bread. Love everything but their steaks. Meat too thick and not chopped so it is tough. Stick with pizza and Italian Stallion hoagie. YUM

Great place for subs and pizza. I'm not a fan of the Cheese steaks but that's probable just me. Lived in the Fenwick area for 6 years and these guys have the best thin crust pizza and subs. And, the bread is terrific. Service is good though this is mostly a carry-out place. Price is reasonable and portions are generous. They get 5 stars for subs & pizza. Can't go wrong with these guys.

These guys make an awesome cheese steak. Period. After driving 4000 miles across the country and buying sandwiches and subs all over the place, this was the best so far. The guys running the place are really cool too. I had the classic steak with provolone and American. It was nearly perfect. My opinion may be a little skewed since you can't get a really good cheese steak in Oregon at all, but there's no way you'll go wrong by giving these guys a try!

OMG real south philly food at the beach. It just doesn't get any better than this. The little mickey is a chicken and broccoli rabe sanwich with sharp provolone and it is SOOOOOO good. Where else do you get a pepper and egg sandwih. All the food is extremel;y high quality. Not the best location but word of mouth is packing the parking lot every evening and the season hasn't started yet. If you are down at the beach you gotta try this place.

We are not from Philadelphia but we like good food. We had the jumbo pizza (half pepperoni, half cheese). It was excellent and plentiful. We also had the 12" Philly Cheese Steak sandwich (with onions), just delicious. We have been here a while and this will be our new place for pizza and subs. Great food, reasonably priced and friendly service. A real gem.
