I ordered the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. ..I said extra cheese right? My pizza did not have any cheese let alone extra cheese...thr pizza itself was so dru...I thought I was eating cardboard. Ot was also cold..which is weird because I live right down the street. It looked like it jad sat overnight. ..I ate three pieces then threw the rest out. Yuck

Oh this is a good one... So me and my girl decided to stay in on Valentine's day and order some pizza and watch movies since it was snowing that night. So we decided to order dominos. Idk why but it sounded good at the time. We ordered the 2 for 5.99 each deal which included a medium pizza and specialty chicken. So when they got here two hours later they forgot the specialty chicken. The guy says he's gonna go back and get it. Another hour passes by and still no speciality chicken. At this point we don't even want the chicken. We weren't even mad. We just wanted credit or whatever. Not like that mattered anyway because when I called dominos to see where the specialty chicken was the guy who answered was like "oh well my driver isn't even back yet and he probably won't even be back for like another hour"..... And then guess what he does? He hangs up on me. I then call back ASSUMING we just got disconnected or something. He wouldn't hang up on me right?! Well he answers again and plays dumb. Asks who it is and puts me on hold for several minutes. Now I know he's not picking this phone back up. FINALLY I call back a third time and a nice woman answers and gives me full credit for the same order NEXT time. Thank god for her but I'm still never ordering from this location again. Oh and incase you were wondering no I never got my specialty chicken.

I've given this place business for the past 4 years the customer service here is horrific. The food however is no different from any other dominos, I'm waiting for this place to be replaced with robots and a drive through. All of the employees including the delivery drivers are extremely rude. I only order food during the day and for pick up as I've had terrible experiences with the drivers and the employees at night.

Screw this place. We just went in to pick up our order and a driver was pulling into the driveway so we stopped to let him in. He very rudely yelled at us to hurry up. I walked back into speak to manager, and he comes in all cocky and nasty. He actually threatened to take a swing at my husband when we said his job was not to be an ass. Nice job. Calling corporate ASAP .

This location has absolutely terrible customer service. I recently placed an order via grubhub & never got it. I called to inquire& was met with a confused staff & an extremely rude store manager named Whitney. When she got on the phone she was extremely rude & began to talk to me as if I was wrong & had the nerve to be talking about the wrong order. Then when I wS obviously upset that I was told to wait an additional hour for my food she then insulted as if I just wanted a free meal (mind you, I had already paid & tipped through grubhub). When I demanded the store number & a refund she told me I can find that information online & told to call grubhub for my refund then was hung up on. I immediately called back before I drove to the store & luckily for her I spoke to another manager Hayden who gave me all the info I needed to file a complaint with corporate & get my refund. I will NEVER do business with them again. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Had two whole pizza delivered. One ground beef n cheddar and one cheese n peppers. Both where very dry and without flavor. Had to add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic to make it edible. Very disappointed.

Ordered pepperoni pizza half mushrooms, stuffed cheesy bread and hot wings. Pizza was good except hardly any mushrooms. Not sure what they consider "stuffed" but this bread certainly was not stuffed! And hot wings were disgusting. Small and soft and mushy. Couldn't eat them. Fast service, but I can see why. Hardly any work put in to the food.
