Enjoying my Triple Berry Margarita and their Blueberry & Pineapple Margarita. Had two each through out my dinning experience. This is my first time at this location. Must say very easy too get too. Literally U-turn ( light) from the highway. Very quite dinning but their bar was packed. Have great half off and $1.00 beers. Can't go wrong with that. Staffing very friendly. Lovely atmosphere.

Our food was great but the plates we were given for our appetizer were covered in crud and there were old nasty lemons on the floor by our table which we didn't notice until we were leaving!! We will not be going back there the next time we are in the area!!

Horrible experience. Should have went to Boarder Cafe next door! To start the evening my boyfriend and I waited a while to be seated. I was beginning to think that maybe we were suppose to seat ourselves. Once we were seated no one came to take our drink order so the man who sat us came over and asked us what we wanted to drink while our server took another tables order. Once the waitress came over to take our order things seemed ok until we got our food. My boyfriend did not get exactly what he ordered. He ordered a burger with two thin patties and it came out with two big ones. The waitress comes over 10 mins after we get our food to see how things were. I politely asked for some silver wear and napkins!!! She said "oh yes, that would help wouldn't it". Once she came back with those she notices my bf didn't have the meal she ordered. She simply said" oh looks like they gave ya the big patties" and walked away!!! Didn't offer to get him the correct thing! I was never offered another drink. Our dishes were never cleared off our table. We wanted desert but we figured why give them more money with the terrible experience we had. We never saw our waitress again. So we paid and left. We will never go back there. There were only 4-5 other tables in. The whole restaurant, there was no reason to have bad service! My bf and I worked in a restaurant for 10 years and we are vary understandable when it come to going out. But this was ridicules!

Nicole B and I stopped here to use a $25 gift card and to cure a hangover. We ordered Bloody Mary's which were good. We decided on the 2 for $20 menu, and ordered the 1/2 order ot Texas cheese fries. They were decent, but everything went downhill after that. I had a chicken quesadilla and Nicole had the chicken and pork fajitas. Definitley the driest and most tasteless food I have ever had. How can quesadillas even be dry?? The fajitas were even worse. The waitress was friendly and fast, and its not her fault the food just sucks. Luckly with our gift card, we ended up spending only $13 each. But I would have preferred to spend that money on edible food somewhere else.

Just left after waiting 15 minutes- no one even approached us, no hostess. There were 4 separate groups of us waiting, and 3 of us approached random servers we found asking to be seated. We were all told the hostess is "busy cleaning tables". I just watched 12 people walk out. I found the hostess cleaning tables, and asked to be seated. She said that there was a "wait". Did I mention that 90% of the restaurant was EMPTY??!? Stay away from this understaffed location.

This location seemed to be below par. Bar side of the restaurant was very hot. Felt like the air was not working. Not enough seating for large parties. So we were seated on the bar side. When we complained about how hot it was. They turned up the fan above us, it squeaked loudly and shook like crazy. We were afraid it would fall on us. Chips were not hot and seemed old. Our entrees were good. I've never been disappointed with the ribs, they are always tender. Chicken crispers were good as always. Our family loves Chili's, I think we will just choose a different location next time.

Horrible horrible, they were empty when we walked in yet still had to wait 15 mins to get seated. After being seated for 10 mins Mr Scott our horrible waiter finally came over and took our drink order. He brought that out to us in about 3 mins which was great however he forgot straws, no biggie right? So I politely asked the bus boy if he could find us some straws, he went and got Scott who proceeded to very rudely literally toss the straws on our table, no apologies whatsoever. 30 minutes later and we are still waiting for Mr Scott to come take our order. There was no sign of this guy, my wife looked at me and said lets leave. I went to pay for our drinks but was told by another waitress that we didn't need to pay for them. She wanted to take our order and could not believe that we still had not had our order taken. I said thanks but we are leaving. Upon walking to the door Mr Scott finally came literally running to the door and said he would get a manager for us. He said he was sorry he took forever, yeah sure he was. Not to mention two weeks before they completely missed our call ahead order. I will never ever go here again. Stay away horrible service..

This chilis did everything right tonight. Sat a birthday party of 14 immediately. Casey, our waiter, was top notch. He took the drink orders and had appetizers on the table almost immediately. We had nachos, tortilla chips and loaded potato skins. All came out hot and fresh. He then made sure anyone with fajitas had a plate and sides before the food came out. The food was hot, flavorful, cooked to perfection and exactly as ordered. Casey stayed on top of our table to ensure our drinks were constantly full without us having to ask. For dessert, we had cookie skillet, brownie sundae, and peanut butter cup molten cake. Again, warm and delish. Coffee was a fresh brew and had enough creamers for everyone. When it came time for the bill, he said he left off the 18% standard gratuity for parties of 6 or more. We took care of him! Highly recommend you ask for Casey when you dine there.

I'll say here exactly what I shouted at the couple getting out of their car to enter the Chili's as I left: "Get back in your car! Don't come in here, it's terrible, you'll be wasting your money. No, stop, why are you still walking towards the door, didn't you just hear me say how terrible it was!? No don't open the door, unless you're going to tell them that you are refusing to eat there because of the 'parking lot review!'" I could blame most of this on the server, but they were running a 'zone' server system, so multiple servers failed. We went on a Thursday around 6:30. You would expect this to be busy, but it was empty (and now I know why...) Our section had 3 servers and 3 tables. It should have been easy, but... -Appetizer (chips and salsa) came out WITH the food, and only because I asked where it was. -Food was cold. I got the chicken crispers, which have a reputation for being molten lava... -My girlfriend's shrimp tacos were breaded, for some weird reason. They are not normally breaded and I think they were lazy and threw on some popcorn shrimp or something. -about 15 minutes after getting food, the server finally gave us a glancing "how's it going." and I had to ASK for refills on the now-empty drinks. -When the refill came, it changed from Coke to Iced Tea (unsweetened) which was the neighboring table's order. -I overheard the neighboring table have to ask for silverware when their food arrived. -After the food was done we sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for our server to notice us and give us a check. Even then, he came over and said "How is everything." Well we've been sitting here watching you walk back and forth for 20 minutes (just pretending to work, when during these 20 minutes I saw them in the kitchen standing around chatting.), so I'm pretty sure we're done. I know I sound like a whiner, but these are just simple, basic things you expect from any restaurant. My experience has soured me on Chili's as a whole.

"Chili's is a place everyone can enjoy. Enjoy a night out with your family or a night out with friends. Even if you are on a budget you can go to Chili's and order an entree' and the portions are large enough that 2 people can share and therefore cut the cost of eating out. Chili's has something for everyone.

So my last 2 Chili experiences were very pleasent. I returned for lunch on Sat afternoon with a gift card. We saw the 2 for 20 deal and decided to go for that. Started off with the bacon cheese fries which once again were good. Our waitress was very nice and accomodating. We also had some Bloody Mary's to relieve our hangovers from the night before. They were good and a litlte spicey. Next I ordered some purple fruity margarita thing. It was gross. i don't know if it was me, the drink or the hangover but i couldnt drink it. I told the waitress it probably was just me but she still took it back and gave me a regular margarita which was good. Then our food came......pork and chicken fajitas and chicken quesadillas. They were both so dry they were amost not even edible. The only reason i am giving 2 stars was for the service and the regular margarita. The chicken and pork where both so dry they had to from the night before. Sorry Chili's but not unless i get another gift card will i be coming back anytime soon!

This Chili's is in a weird area. I got there via a small road coming from Stanton-Christiana Road but it may also be accessible from Churchmans Road. This restaurant has its own parking area. I'm ambivalent about Chili's. This is the chain restaurant I've known the longest and been to the most. I just haven't been to Chili's much in recent years because the food is neither fish nor fowl and doesn't really distinguish itself. They have burgers and some southwestern dishes, but if you wanted burgers, there are better chain restaurants for that. Likewise, if you wanted tacos or fajitas, there are better chain restaurants for that too. What Chili's has is adequate though and if there's nothing else, I would go there. Service is pretty good. The host offered me a booth since the restaurant wasn't busy. The server did come back a few times during the meal to check on me. Also, this restaurant has wi-fi internet. The network is WPA-protected but if you're dining there, you can ask for the password. The dining area and restroom appeared clean but I noticed that the restroom stall door latch is not aligned properly. Would be a good idea to fix that.

I think everyone has eaten at Chilis, you all know what to expect. I just wish they would cut down on the salt a little. However they have Stella and that is OK by me. I will give one glowing review. Comparing their ribs with the last time I ate at Famous Dave's, they win. Dave's ribs were not very meaty and dry. There was a bunch of meat on the bone at Chili's and it was fallin off. Sauce could be better but meat-wise not bad.
