Wonderful small tacos, filled with freshly cooked ingredients. I had 3 tacos al pastor with cheese and a quesadilla syncronizado. Both were freshly made with very flavorful ingredients. There is also a salsa bar with additions for your tacos. The Salsa bar includes pico de gallo, an avocado salsa, chopped onions, chopped parsley, hot pickled onions, etc. The tacos were warmed soft tortillas filled with wonderful spicy pork, shredded cabbage, cheese and a bit of crema. You need to ask for cheese. Including a bottle of water, this wonderful meal was $8.25. The server was friendly and informative when asked about the food.. Cash only for now.

I was in the area to make a delivery and pulled in the Gigante mall parking lot. There were many choices for me to chose from but I have a soft spot for tacos so I chose Bibi's. I am pretty sure that they were closed but they said no worries come on in and sit down. I am glad I did. I chose a pork steak, beef steak, and a chorizo taco. They cooked it fresh on the grill and all 3 were very juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The Salsa bar was a bonus. The tacos could have stood on their own though. There also was a group that came in 15 minutes after me. They welcomed them with a smile also. Quality food at an affordable price. I will be back when in the area.

This gem is tucked away in a strip mall. Hard to find, since Apple takes you two blocks away, but it is next to the Gigante supermarket. The food is finger-licking good! We ordered tacos all around. Al pastor with cheese for the kids, I had the al pastor as well, with one carne. The hubby had the sausage taco in addition. The sausage was the only one he did not like. The others were great. The absolute star of the show is the salsa bar. Be warned, the orange bits in the red cabbage salsa are NOT carrots. They are scotch bonnet peppers :) OMG, it was soooo good. The salsa verde had avocado on it as well, really took it to another level. The staff is friendly, place is clean. The next time I'm headed to the shore, this is where I'm stopping for dinner!

I don't mean to over-hype, but Bibi's has the best tacos in sussex/kent county. Possibly the best tacos i have ever had. Tacos El Pastor are delicious and must try their chorizo tacos as well!

This is a very simple, humble restaurant in a non descript strip shopping center near downtown Milford but the tacos are hardly non descript. Food is excellent with great fresh tasting flavored. A wonderful place for a road trip rest stop.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
