Standard TGIF chain restaurant. Nothing really special apart from free wi-fi. Reasonable happy hour. "No Guns Allowed" or so the sign out front says...not sure if it's serious or not.

While TGI Friday's is your typical chain, the service at this location is amazing. The staff opened and held open both sets of doors for us, greeted us very politely and then sat us down at a table almost immediately, and it was a busy Friday night. Our waitress was so friendly, it was like we were best friends since birth. Our glasses never went half empty. The food was nothing special, but I would come again just for the superb service. It felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant and the staff was there to serve us.

This place is always consistent and the staff is friendly. I come here about every time I come to Dover. Yeah, I know it is a chain, but they seem to do it right.

This is a good Friday's location, the service is typically good and food is a what you would expect of a chain restaurant. This location is always clean and you are normally greeted at the door by a friendly hostess. I have never had to wait for a table even on this most recent Friday peak dinner time visit.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife, had Kesha as our waitress. Very friendly, prompt service (had a refill ready for me when i still had half my drink left) She especially made my wife feel really comfortable as being so new to the area, to quote her, "best waitress I've had since moving here". Will be back again.

We went there for an anniversary lunch - prices were high - menu was artsy fattest - the service was poor - we ordered a simple Hamburger and had to return it twice because they did not get it right. The ribs that I ordered tasted precook end and dry and I returned them for a overpriced hamburger,

This TGIF is horrible very bad service, they mess up the orders and they are slow bad service will not come back here again

Fridays is at best a 3.5 star restaurant. And this ain't that great of a Fridays. They get orders wrong so often that the managers aren't surprised anymore. The parking lot is poor - and often people park illegally because of it. Last time I was there, an SUV was parked on an angle through a handicap space (no tags whatsoever) - while it was running (solid 10+ min while I was getting a to go order). I'm 100% sure the staff held open the door and let the person in. The only reason I ever go here is the lack of something better in Dover; if something better came along (WHY OH WHY can't we have an outback!), I'd never go here again.

I usually like TGI Fridays so I was excited to come to one since there aren't any where I live. We came during lunch and were seated promptly however the table that we were sat at didn't look like it had been cleaned and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Ok we will over look that our waitress come over and seems to be grumpy but ok it is Sunday. So once our food finally comes its cold .. Cold steak that I wasn't even asked how I wanted it cooked... I believe everyone deserves a second chance but next time I might just get a salad and hope they don't mess that up.

TGiFriday's introduces new dishes from time to time. This time, I tasted the Korean Tacos yesterday in honor of Cinco de Mayo. It's hot, but not as hot as I look. Well, what I mean by that is that I did not like it. One positive note is that TGIFriday's makes very good rice.
