It's about time a hero/hoagie/sub place came along with good bread. The bread is an amazing seeded Italian bread like you would find at a good Italian deli. Not to mention, they have a wide selection of meats and a large list of sandwich choices, far more expansive than Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's or Subway could ever dream of. Can you say fresh mozzarella?? Can you say real meat?? It looks like a chain, but acts like a family-owned business. Awesome sandwiches, awesome bread, awesome deal for what you get. Plus the guy at the counter was super nice and helpful. When I asked him what the meats were like, he just offered me a slice to taste. Great service. I will definitely be back if one opens in NYC.

WARNING! If you order the 2 foot subs make sure to tell them not to cut it in half before serving! A swell cut above your average hoagie that makes you ashamed to eat at subway BUT they gave us our 2 foot hoagie in two 1 foot halves and ruined all the fun and potential photo ops! We would have ordered two different one foot subs if we wanted one foot subs. AIYAH! These are real hoagies btw, so be prepared to wait a few more min than your average place

Primo is one of the best sub/hoagie places I've been to, in terms of food quality. I didn't even get the 2-footer, but it looks glorious. There are just so many hoagies to choose from. Atmosphere-wise, though, it is only slightly better than Subway.

One of the best hoagies around. Walked in found menu and exactly what I wanted. Made quickly and all ingredients were amazingly fresh. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend

This location is the first Primo I have ever tried and hands down I was extremely impressed. Everything is fresh and made to order, nothing pre-made. This alone was impressive, the taste of the meats are quality, even the bread. It has a crunchy outside and a soft inside. I can't get enough of it. Each time I go I want to try something new just to see if the new thing is as good as the last and it is. You will not be disappointed! I have tried the mild Italian, chicken parm with grilled or breaded chicken, and the old fashioned meatball, all of them are simply superb.
