I don't make it here as much anymore, so I figured it was safe to write a review after all these years. First of all, I don't know how Claymont got the "best cheeseteak in Delaware... Big deal, right? But still, you can only live off a reputation for so long... I can think of a few places just downstate that blow the doors off theirs. I admit, they make a good chicken cheesesteak and a damn good meatball sub, but I will not eat the rolls (on any Claymont sandwich) except for the ends as they do not meet my standards. Way too soft for me, so good thing plastic forks are handy... I can't figure out what it is, but the beef in the couple regular cheesesteaks I've had is either 1.) not as good/tasty as the other places I like better or 2.) their grill is too clean... The previously mentioned meatball sub should be on the best of Delaware list though. Make sure to phone ahead around noon, and make sure to call your orders in separately as a combined order leads to CHA-OS at the register when you come in. Also, I wish they would cut bigger holes in the trash can lids... I know it's to save the baskets, but it can be quite annoying for those of us who pay attention to what we throw away. On the positive side, the sizes are large for the price, they carry Herr's sourdough pretzel nuggets, and the service is friendly and fast once you get past the paying part.

A good local spot. We ordered larges and have enough for the next meal - they even wrapped the other half up for us to take home. High quality meat. We would have ordered with extra cheese. We ordered a 5lb box of meat to take home for future cheesesteaks. Even bought some of the fresh rolls. The dining area is very casual.

for a so called "specialist" in philly cheesesteaks...it was pretty average, at BEST. I was confused because i walked in and it seemed busy, they had a big shop with like 10 people working...so i was all hyped for an amazing cheesteak...nope. Ill try it again to make sure they werent just off that day, but you can get better steaks at any local pizza shop

A brilliant philly cheesesteak, not quite in Philly, but HUGE and flavorful. Worth a trip.

I totally agree with Tom G.'s review, however felt the need to write my own rather than link to his. I sooo wish I would've gotten a hoagie while I was in Philly, however my friend wanted to come here b/c she's a regular. I ordered: Chicken philly swiss & provolone onion, mushrms, xtra mayo what i got: Steak philly no mushrms, no mayo, and the "cheese" wasn't that good, plus they only used provolone...considering i PAID for what i ordered but received something that was not only what i didn't ask for but it was kind of gross since the meat was flavor-less. (no seasoning) I wish I could've asked for a refund or for them to fix my order, but unfortunately we order the "traveler" version since we were headed back to DC.

Simply the best cheese steaks that I have ever had. Always the first place I go to eat when I stop in to Philly. Do it my way, Large Cheese Steak, Onions, Mushrooms, Sweet Peppers, Mayo and Ketchup. Enjoy this with a nice bag of Herr's Chips and a Tastykake of your choosing..... Heaven on Philadelphia Pike!

I'd never set foot in the state of Delaware until the other day, when I trekked to Claymont Steak Shop for a sandwich. I got a large (not jumbo) cheesesteak with fried onions, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I know some folks would frown on those last three ingredients, but it was a great sandwich. I love cheesesteaks, but I also love what I would call (not sure I'm accurate) a cheesesteak hoagie (i.e., a cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, etc.) A very good portion and VERY good. I also had cheese fries (steak fries with cheez whiz) -- also good, but too much to eat, really. The service was friendly -- even for an obviously newbie. Most CERTAINLY a place I'd visit again if I was anywhere near the area. I wish I could find a place like this where I live.

    (5)
  • Christine Z.

Not even close. Sorry. When I dream of a Philly cheesesteak, I will not dream of this place. The onions are prefried. The meat is partially cooked and unseasoned. This makes for a rather dry, non-tasty cheesesteak. Soooo disappointing! Won't be headed back that way again. Three stars instead of two only because the girl behind the counter was so sweet!

    (3)
  • Bruce K.

Traveling a little further for lunch than usual, I headed here based on a recommendation from my customer. We're really close to to Philadelphia so there are cheesesteaks galore and that's what I opted for today. I found it their "medium" size (with provolone and onions, not "wit wiz") to be plenty. It was not greasy and maybe that's why it was a little dry. I put ketchup on it. Don't hate me. The restaurant is showing its age, but that's okay. Sometimes the best food comes from the hole-in-the-wall spots.

    (4)
  • Rome S.

Good local cheesesteak spot thar always delivers very good cheesesteaks at a reasonable price. Don't get their fries if you don't like steak fries, which I don't. Their service is fast and the quality of food is good.

  • S C.

So I have been hearing about this place for awhile now. Should have gone earlier. Thick stuffed and delicious. Bread was great. Hands down best cheesesteak I have had in awhile. Seriously...

    (5)
  • Jihad B.

What my buddy who lives nearby failed to tell me is to not include ANY vegetables (except possibly onions) on your cheesesteak. Back home, you order tomatoes and lettuce on a cheesesteak and they fry all that shit up together and it's so greasy and delicious. Claymont Steak Shop awkwardly places cold veggies on top of your already massive order of steak and cheese and there is no ergonomic way of eating the damn thing. Other than that the portions of cheese and steak are just right.

If you can avoid that funky smell when you enter and perhaps the area being sketchy, you may enjoy this place. Pro's: Options galore. Salads, tuna, pizza, philly cheesesteaks, etc. Almost too the point where it leaves one feeling overwhelmed for wanting a quick bite to eat. Different sizes for the sandwiches - Large, Medium, Small. Tons of meat - they chop theirs up finely! Bread was solid - bread makes all the difference of the world when it comes to a great sandwich. Plenty of seating. HUGE portions. Con's: Took a bit too long for four sandwiches to come out. They did lose our order so that might of had a substantial impact on the extensive wait time. Cheese Skimpers!! Seriously, two pieces of cheese for a sandwich? Isn't a cheesesteak supposed to carry two ingredients.. cheese and steak. Shall we rename this to thy breadsteak? Funky stench. Building is older so feels a bit grimy. Expensive (this isn't too bad considering the portions, and the amount of steak they do supply within the sandwich.. but looking at about $10 a person for just one sandwich is a bit steep for this girl). Overall, it was tasty - I loved having the option of having a cheesechicken instead of steak. Also, ordered a small and I could only eat half. It was MASSIVE! They kindly wrapped the other half to go, which cleared through security with a smirk from the TSA lad at the Philly airport, and was consumed at ~30,000 feet in the air.

My family from Wyoming and Colorado felt our visit to the Philadelphia area would not be complete without a cheesesteak. We chose the Claymont steak shop because it looked easy to get to. I'm sure glad we did. The lady at the counter was very helpful. She suggested we order the small size. They were huge! I can't imagine what the jumbo would look like. It was delicious! And the onion rings would rank right up there with the best I've ever had. Tender and yummy!

  • Tom E.

Good choice when you are in the area. Is it on the level of Steves Price of Steaks double meat pizza steak or Johns Roast Porks (winner for a reason as the best cheese steak in the eyes of WIP and the Philly Inky)? Nope but if you are hankering for a steak sandwich and you find yourself in the area of Total Wines or driving up or down 95 they do a nice job. The steaks are HUGE - packed full of meat. Reminds me of Jim's on south street in the way the grill is set up - steak meat and fried onions are waiting for individual orders before being stuffed into the roll. Roll was ok, not spectacular. Clean place, plenty of tables. Big menu including hoagies and pizza. Parking lot next door to building.

I lived in Claymont years ago and used to frequent this place! Made a stop on my way home to get a cheese steak and it didn't disappoint!! There was lots of meat in the cheese steak (they use ribeye), the roll nice and soft, the sauteed onions and other condiments on point!! Claymont Steaks is THE BEST CHEESE STEAK SHOP IN DELAWARE!!! Do not let others in the state fool you!! Oh no!! You must go!! Good quality food is why this establishment has been around since 1969.

  • VonKlutz P.

Fantastico!!! This place makes fabulous hoagies and cheese steak sandwiches. The portions are generous. Very excellent!

    (5)
  • Elizabeth D.

The cheesesteaks here are good but I wouldn't recommend getting anything else. I got a meatball grinder from here and it was very disappointing. The inside of my meatball was still pink. They melted the cheese on top of the sandwich and when they wrapped my sandwich up all the of my cheese was stuck on the wrapper. I personally wouldn't come back.

    (1)
  • Paul S.

Aweful steak! Yes the sandwiches are large, but mine was completely over cooked. The meat and the bread were cheap and you could hardly taste the cheese. Not sure who voted to be the "best cheese steak in Phili" but those people should try d'angelos. It's much better. And less expensive.

    (1)
  • Stacey M.

I grew up with this fantastic food! Cheesteaks are amazing! I put any Philly shop against it!!!

    (5)
  • Jay Q.

I guess its because I am from Philly and a cheesesteak snob, but something isnt right. Large portion and the priced accordingly. Long wait times for food during lunch even if you get there early. Salads take forever for some reason.

    (3)
  • Elliott S.

As a Philly guy and a cheesesteak addict, I have to say the steak here was a disappointment. I had a small mushroom cheesesteak. The amount of meat and mushroom was good, but the steak lacked flavor. The meat had almost no taste. And when I added ketchup, that was all I could taste. And the worst thing of all - the roll. Way too airy and bready, and the outside was way too soft.

    (2)
  • Peggy R.

Claymont Steak Shop for me is an okay restaurant. Their food is good but they really don't offer anything different from about ten other restaurants within a five mile radius. Also they don't offer any kind of specials and their prices are a little high.

    (3)
  • Mike A.

Okay. So you came here for ambience? Then run, run away. You came here for a huge hoagie for a reasonable price ? Then sit down. If you visited this place in 1978, don't worry. Nothing has changed. I enjoyed the sandwich. It was huge and good.

    (4)
  • Jennifer K.

Whoever said that the "ambiance" here was bad has no business eating the deliciousness that comes out of the kitchen! Have you never been in a steak shop or hoagie shop before? This place is cute, clean, friendly staff and best of all, the food is fantastic. Cheese steaks are on point and the cheese fries are "real"...made with cheese whiz and perfectly cooked. You want a taste of the region's famous, hometown fare? Eat here! You won't regret it.

Great Staff and this was my first time coming to Claymont Steak Shop and had a best cheesesteak

  • Nicolette B.

The Pros - The food is EXTRA DELICIOUS. My standard order has become the special oven grinder (capicola, salami, imported ham and provolone with lettuce and onions) and a side of fried cheesy broccoli bites. The prices are more than reasonable as well - a large (10") grinder and side comes to about $16 and is enough to satisfy me and my boyfriend for dinner. The Cons - The restaurant atmosphere isn't really appealing. If you eat-in, you basically stand and wait for your food to come out of the kitchen onto a counter, then you can take it to a table yourself to eat. I never once saw anyone come to wipe off tables or do any other type of cleaning while we were there, so I have my doubts about how often the place is cleaned. I've also heard a few stories from my neighbors about the owner/staff being rude or talking behind the backs of customers while they were eating here, but I myself have never experienced this. Overall - Delicious food at reasonable prices, but get it delivered or take-out.

  • Ron S.

Let me start out by saying this was the first cheesesteak I have ever had and I have also had a cheesesteak in Philly. If you can't make it to the city this place is a good place to go to get a good cheesesteak. Ever since they opened up the Newark location they moved a lot of the good staff there the quality has been back and forth. Though I firmly believe that a place had to have the same quality throughout. I still love this place and I get the Stromboli some times. Don't bother with the cold cuts. They are cheap tasting. Just hope you get the good cook.

    (3)
  • Marsha F.

Very disappointed with our food. We ordered two cheese steaks with onions. The meat was bland and the roll was too soft like a store bought roll. We also got a hoagie the roll is horrible. We two bags of chips and they were stale. Never again

    (1)
  • Mickey D.

Okay, so I'm biased. When I was a kid this was basically the only cheesesteak I knew, so it's my standard. And now that I live in metro Atlanta, a land almost devoid of this sort of local-color establishment, I've really come to appreciate it. My parents grew up in Claymont, and this place has hardly changed since (right down to the Little Rascals on the wall.) The sandwich is still good, I'm still eating it with a bag of Herr's (the red ones), though the view across the street has changed (no more Brookview or muffler shop.) Bonus: Joe Biden was there last Friday getting a sandwich. He chatted with us for a few minutes, comparing notes with my dad about the neighborhood. It's not every day you run into the Vice President. I totally need to upload those photos.

  • Harriet C.

We've been here before, but I just never wrote anything about it on here. before I forget, if you're referring to the blonde woman at the counter when you say she's rude or whatever, you need to be nice, because she has NEVER been rude to us. Maybe you should all check yourselves. So anyway. This time I got the meatball stromboli special and it was really good, and so huge that I could only eat half. My fiance got a pizza steak and he wolfed the entire thing down. And he is not a big person. We split cheese fries and that's a big serving right there. Regarding the parking, for God's sake, just find a spot! Quit bitching on here about the parking! Bunch of spoiled people on Yelp these past few years looking for authenticity in their food, yet everything has to be laid out like a chain restaurant with a giant parking lot and sweet rehearsed script-reading servers. But I digress. And please patronize Claymont Steak Shop.

Great local steak shop with great prices!! It is our week ending treat to my husband and I so neither of us have to cook or clean-up. We order a lot to have leftovers the next 2 days.

    (5)
  • Richard L.

Used to good. Just got a cheesesteak and the rolls aren't up to par. If you like bready rolls, this place is for you.

    (2)
  • Dan H.

Last night I stopped at the steak shop to pick up 4 steaks for my wife myself and another couple. I had heard that the steak shop was authentic but after having sampled the goods I have to say I'm unimpressed. The meat was overdone and dry. we asked for extra cheese and if that's what they call extra cheese then they don't know what extra cheese is! The rolls were stale, I mean they weren't like crispy or anything but I'm just used to having good rolls, Amaroso rolls to be exact. That you're going to have a good steak it should be on a good roll right? Then to top it off they gave my friend a hard time when she asked for a provolone cheese saying what we just put American cheese on our steaks. So get over it some people like provolone like the people that know what a good cheesesteak is. I don't know maybe it was just an aberration cuz I've heard that this place has good cheesesteaks but they sure didn't have one on New Year's Day. Maybe the chef was hungover?

If you are going here...order the small...the portions are HUGE. Good quality philly cheese steaks. I had the chicken philly this time and it was excellent. Friendly walk u service at the register...I would definitely return.

Staff could definitely loosen up and smile some. Ordered to eat here and it took a long time considering the operation you can see over the counter (huge grill and lots of meat cooking). Place is old 70's ambience but real clean, including bathrooms. Well, a small cheesesteak is huge. And steak is quality. You build your own when you order meaning peppers, onions, shrooms and sweet peppers that I had. My only complaint is that they chince on the extras but put too much meat. It took exactly 15 minutes to get the sandwich. The rolls are great and fresh. Personally, if they tweaked the above mentioned shortfalls I think the place would get 5 Stars from everyone...or at least me. I'd come back when on area again.

    (3)
  • Nicole B.

Once again disappointed. I am not sure about all the hype with this place. Quantity over quality perhaps? My cheese steak was so dry with all the cheese on the bottom. I had to overload it with ketchup to make up for the lack of cheese. That is great there is a lot of meat but i did not order meat steak. It's cheese steak! I think this was my last shot here.

    (2)
  • Kevin M.

I previously lived in Philly. I saw their ads claiming the best cheese steak in DE and decided to give them a try. If I had been served this cheese steak in Philly I would have demanded a refund. The grill clearly isn't cleaned enough. There were burned pieces of meat in my sandwich. It was a flavorless mess on a spongy roll with rubbery onions.

  • Tom A.

Family owned eatery. Had a cheese steak sandwich that was very good and huge !

    (4)
  • G M.

Great, enormous sandwiches. Order the 18" size and you have enough for several meals. Ate there as part of a large tour group. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Emailed in our orders in advance, and lunch was waiting for us when we arrived. Would happily go back!

  • Jen M.

I really enjoy when I get a chance to stop here. It's up I-95 a bit, but sometimes works perfect on the way up to Philly if we need to chow before a concert or ballgame. Being close to the highway and easy to find (plus a few gas stations on the way) it can make for a good stop for those riding the Corridor on a longer trip - especially if you get the "Damn, driving through Philly and I want a 'steak!" craze. Though it's Delaware it's still solid. It's a massive cheesesteak (three sizes and the smallest will do a grown man fine) and highlights a large menu of pizza, grinders, hoagies, and all the fried sides you need. The girl thinks the steak is under-seasoned, and the boy agrees, so add a pinch of salt and pepper before you indulge. The pizza tastes good - with a nice crust. The staff is friendly and it's clean and can accommodate a larger group (as long as you're cool with counter service.) Be prepared to wait if it's busy, but you won't be disappointed. The boy has held back the fourth star because there's many cheese selections for the 'steak - but NO WHIZ! (And the parking is damn tight).

  • Amy C.

Growing up in the Philly area this is right up there with the best except in Delaware! I still like Jim's better, but these steaks are full of good quality meat, good rolls too. Much better when you eat 'em in house as opposed to delivery though--I notice they're much drier and less hot via delivery. Fries are steak fries and they're very subpar. Could use some seasoning. Also tried the pizza--decent.

  • Glen H.

My favorite. Go here before Ginos's or Pat's in Philly. I drive to Philly or NY instead of the train to stop here. Great steak, chewy and tasty bread.

    (5)
  • JL S.

The cheesesteaks are straight. The bread is freshly baked, and ingredients seems fresh. Besides their fries and BLT's, nothing else seemed impressive. If your looking for cheap junk food, this is your spot. Although, I don't know if I'd eat in there, I've seen some shady looking characters in there.

    (3)
  • Chris B.

Cheesesteaks: still the best in DE. Excellent all around. Burgers: surprisingly good. Everything else: average. At least the subs are a decent size. Service: sort of polite, but add 15-20 minutes to any estimated wait time they provide. Never tried delivery. The cheesesteaks keep me coming back (and waiting...).

Working in South Philadelphia and living in N DE, I find it impossible to find a decent sandwich and or pizza in Delaware. Claymont Steaks was a convenient stop to my home, I certainly challenge their claim to fame as "The best Cheesesteak in Delaware" if you don't mind the rudeness of the workers and the chaos trying to pick up a call ahead order. Recently, in bad weather after a long day at work, decided to order and pick up. Salad and a cheesteak, $22., Very pricey for the order. Even though it was 9:00 PM, I was still told it will be a few minutes. The Grill person call out something that resembled a Greek Salad and Cheesesteak, yeah, my order! Confirmed with the non english speaking counter person, 3x Greek Salad and Cheesesteak, yes. Took the order and fled for the parking lot in the pouring rain. Almost home, hubby calls and tells me I picked up the wrong order. After a few choice words, turned around back to Claymont. Go in and the rude woman at the cash register, never hanging up the phone dangling from her ear tells me I picked up the wrong order that I had someone elses order that had been waiting an hour. Then they tell me they are going to have to recook. Never an Im sorry for the inconvenience basically, I was the party at fault. Did manage a 4. refund for the chicken that was not on my salad that I refused to wait for. Really? Nothing in my mind to be worth that aggravation. It seems that this is the norm for a less than good convenience meal. Needless to say, Claymont has made my "DNR" List or Id rather die than patron their shop. Hungry in Delaware.

If you are heading south on 495 in Delaware, Claymont Steak Shop is the second exit past the Delaware/Pennsylvania border (Philadelphia Pike). This place is usually open until midnight, which is a great place to stop after a sports event in Philly in you're heading south, or if you're seeing some bands at Mojo 13 (also on Philadelphia Pike). The steaks are pretty good! I would put it in my all time top 5...definitely tied for my favorite steak in Delaware (along with Mike's Famous in Newark)! My only complaint is that the bread isn't as good as you can get in Philly. If you're not in the mood for a steak, get a pizza - the pizza is really good too! I recommend getting onions, sweet peppers & bacon. The pizza is pretty good with hot sauce if you're into that kind of thing - sriracha sauce goes pretty good with it. They have a wide selection of sodas behind the counter, and video games to play while you wait (a Ms. PacMan/Galaga split machine & some kind of deer hunting game).

  • Alex M.

The quality has declined in recent years and if you don't order ahead prepare for a bit of a wait. With that aside, entirely worth giving a try. Their cheese steaks are heavily laden with steak and a small is quite the task to eat. Be sure to order extra cheese because the "normal" amount of cheese just simply isn't enough to compensate for the amount of steak. When in the mood for a heavy, greasy and stomach filling to-go meal that will make you feel bad about yourself this is certainly at the top of my list. Also, if you've never given mayonnaise a chance on a cheese steak, do it. C'mon, trust me.

    (3)
  • Douglas B.

Reviewing based on the cheesesteaks, havent had anything else. They are one of my favorites tho.. Fresh cut beef, chopped up fine just the way I like it. And lots of it. A small is enough for 1 person. It's almost $10 for a small with fried onions and mushrooms but if you're in the mood for a good sandwich it's worth it. Not that far off normal going rate these days anyway. I'm usually there later at night so it's not that busy but they always get the order out quickly

    (5)
  • Dan P.

Like other reviews have mentioned, the steak here is overcooked and dry. I never actually order the steak here anymore. There buffalo chicken cheese steak on the other hand is actually quite good. They mix the hot sauce in nicely but it's not over bearing. You do get a lot of meat with either the steak or chicken but I would stick with the chicken. The 3 stars is based off my average I would give for the steak (2 stars) only for the amount of meat, and the chicken (4 stars). Their cheese fries are good, nice big steak fries with process cheese, which is an evil but good sin for your belly.

    (3)
  • Brad W.

Everything was okay except they used cheap cheese sauce instead of actual cheese wiz. Skimping on the little things makes food taste crappy. I would rather drive to Philly then waste my money on a establishment that would skimp on ingredients. Ruined my experience. Will not return.

This review is based off of the new Newark, DE location. I've been to the original Claymont location several times and had their 'highly acclaimed' cheesesteaks. I've had one that was probably a 8 out of 10.. another probably a 6 or 7. Also had a steak stromboli from there.. again not so hot. Regardless, whatever transition process they used to train the new chefs in Newark has NOT worked. I noticed the Claymont chefs in Newark for a few weeks during which point I had a cheesesteak that was just ok, another 6 or 7.. however I think they've gone back and new ones are there. What I got today was a cold, dry, CHEWY, tough, overcooked, cheesesteak with a stale, low quality roll that tasted more like fluffed cardboard. Terrible. I'll be going elsewhere.

Don't kid yourself. You come here for cheese steaks, which are among the best in Delaware. Enjoy!

10 years ago Claymont steaks was the best place to get a cheese steak outside of Philly (of course now you can't even get a good one in Philly... Pat's, Geno's and the like have all let it go to there heads.. even if you can get past the arrogance you will not get the same product of years past)... Back to Claymont... tried one of their pizza's recently after a long hiatus, must say that it was the worst pizza I have had in along time... they say that they make their dough fresh... I'm not saying they don't but it sure looked and tasted (including the texture) like a pre-frozen shell... sort of the thing you can buy in the super market... somebody in management needs to wake up... better luck next time.

  • Tom G.

Six years ago, this would have been four stars. Steak of old: -Loads of fresh, quality meat. -Perfectly cooked onions. -Lots of cheese. -Soft, crispy roll. Steak of new: -Loads of fresh, mostly overcooked meat. -Undercooked onions. -Much less cheese. -Crap rolls. -Much higher prices. Fries are still good, although they tend to be overcooked now, too. This was such an icon for the area for years...now it's just an average shop with large portions.

All I can do is hope and pray the current owners know of Yelp. I'm a second generation Claymont Steak Chop cheesesteak eater. I grew up on these things and this was my cheesesteak...this was the cheesesteak I took everyone to eat...now it's just not the same...We used to eat at the Greeks...what my dad called it growing up....all the time now our family chooses Primos across the street. Get your stuff together guys we want our cheesesteak back! And like everyone else says ORDER EXTRA CHEESE because there just isn't enough...but to be honest when you order extra then it is too much...oh the 90's how I miss you and the cheesesteaks I ate at the Greeks.

    (3)
  • Bilal M.

The cheesteaks are the best I have ever had (philly cheesteaks are highly overrated..yeah I said it). The meat is perfect and the rolls are soft. I am shocked at some of the reviews.

  • Don M.

I wasn't impressed and the problem is too much bland steak in the sandwich. Just a few fried onions and not much cheese. Lots of iceberg lettuce, but that doesn't add much flavor. Service was so-so. I was just passing through and looking for a good cheese steak, like I used to get when a student at Penn State. This wasn't the place.

I cannot believe that the current owners of Claymont Steak Shop think that their significant change from the "classic" italian type crispy grinder roll to an absolutely unacceptable substitution will go unnoticed by the now multiple generations of passionate & loyal hoagie and steak sandwhich patrons of this establishment. What can you be thinking? I refuse to believe that I am alone in my view that this is a major blunder that will not only increase in negative feedback, but actually result in a substantive bottom line defection from Claymont and suffer its historic reputation. I am hopeful that ownership will understand I was a valued long time patron who now cannot remain silent about this major mis-step. YOU NEED TO RETURN TO THE KEY PRODUCT QUALITIES & EXPECTATIONS THAT MADE YOU FORMIDABLE IN THE FIRST PLACE!
