This is my go to for non-gmo. Now they're completely non-gmo. So proud of this company. We need more of them. Fast and fresh doesn't need to be compromised. Great staff. Attentive and quick. I keep coming back so that says something. Carnitas is my favorite. It's always the most juicy and fresh.

Literally the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. I sometimes drive another 5 miles to avoid going here. They also consistently burn the chicken. I came here at least once a week for months and no one acts as if we have ever been here before. At my old home they often greeted us by name. Other locations around here are far better.

Seriously always the worst service ever. I live literally two minutes away from this location but I'm always driving to the one on 120th and Washington. Whenever I eat here, the brown rice tastes as if it wasn't fully cooked. And that just ruins the whole thing. Then whenever I ask for extra of the red sauce, she gives me literally a teaspoon extra. Did I mention none of them are ever welcoming? I'd rather drive 15 minutes longer then deal with this kind of service. I understand if people are having a bad day but that's not the case here. Everytime I come Its always get the same results.

I'm not sure what it is about this location, but I'm not a huge fan. It's okay; the food quality is just fine, portions are definitely generous, but the atmosphere of the store leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is really messy here; it's in a strip mall next to a nail salon and a few doors down from two other restaurants. I'm waiting for the day someone gets hit because it never fails, people *don't* watch out for other cars when they're flying around the northeast corner of this mall. I've been cut off twice trying to park near the restaurant. Save yourself the frustration; park over by the Walgreens. I also concur that the staff at this location doesn't feel as friendly as they do at other locations. I felt rushed during my last visit, but I'm not sure why. It was during an off-peak time, and they certainly weren't busy. I also felt like the line wasn't really paying attention to my order. When someone asks for 'sour cream, no cheese,' please don't stick your hand in the cheese. Meh, it's Chipotle. Good food regardless!

I like Chipotle's. I really do. But I don't always give the same ratings for all the chipotle's I go to in different cities or countries--not necessarily because the flavours are different, but the portions and the price makes a difference. For this location, at $6.65 for steak burrito that was so big it didnt fully wrap, itt deserves the higher of the ratings.

I have eaten at many Chipotles over more than a decade and most experiences have been good to great. This location leaves much to be desired though. For some reason, they have problems keeping their meat warm. I thought the first time was a fluke, but it happened to me a second time. We'll put aside the issue that this is a health violation. Taste-wise, I just don't enjoy a cold burrito. It was like eating at Subway.

Let me start off by saying that this is my first Yelp review in quite a few years. The awfulness that would be this Chipotle location has brought me back! I really like Chipotle in general, and I eat there quite frequently. However, this particular location has gone from fairly mediocre to consistently horrible over the last few years. This location on 120th is the closest to where I live, although I generally elect to visit the Chipotle at 104th/Federal, even though it is about 3x the distance vs the 120th/Sheridan location for me. Sometimes though, especially recently, I have somehow found myself eating at the 120th/Sheridan location. And every time seems like it has been a disappointment.. First off, a couple of the staff members that I have encountered - one of which has been working there for a long time - are rude and condescending. They really give off the impression that they abhor their job, and that the customer is some pain that they have to go deal with. Honestly though, I can deal with poor service if the food is good, since that is why I go to Chipotle. Unfortunately at this location, the food has some major issues as well. Two out of the last three times I've been to this location, they have been out of something. Be it guac, barbacoa, brown rice, you name it. Seems like they are always out of an ingredient, and we're talking an hour or so before they close. I've also had a couple of experiences in recent memory where an ingredient was literally on the last serving, and had to be scraped from the serving pan to even make a full serving. Both times, I politely asked if I could have a fresh ingredient pan mixed in with the old pan, and both times, I've been told (somewhat harshly) that there was no more of that ingredient. I'm pretty sure I was lied to both times, as whenever I've made such a request at any other Chipotles, I have always been told "no problem" (and that is in the rare occasion that they didn't grab a new pan without me asking). Then again, this Chipotle is so often out of something to begin with, that who knows. Either way, when I go in around 9:00 (1 hour before closing) and frequently can't get the burrito I want or receive one made with the last pan scraps, that doesn't look too good from a customer's point of view. And to put the nail in the coffin, the chips are usually soggy and over salted to the point of being inedible, and could probably raise your blood pressure by the equivalent of eating a couple weeks worth of the recommended daily sodium intake at once. The last time I went to this location, the pan scrapped food I received was so disgusting (overly salty, rock hard rice, random chunks of char..) that I almost vomited after taking the second bite of my burrito. Why the second bite you ask? Well apparently, I don't learn very well from my past experiences, just like how I've continued to visit this Chipotle location after the terrible experiences I've had. I learned my lesson though and threw my last burrito out after gagging on that second bite, just like I am throwing out any possibility of ever visiting this Chipotle location again. Do yourself a favor, and drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the 104th/Federal location, as it is consistently excellent. I eat there 1-2 times a week, I should know!

Go there on my way home from work once in awhile get the same thing I just love chipotle in general but here I had a overall good experience friendly staff they greeted me, use to know the general manager, quick service, pretty good portions fresh looking products better looking then that of its rival Qdoba mexican Grill that has lousey service and there products look they have been out for hours if it wasnt for there Queso Verde and Diablo... Also this location its 5mins from my house though the parking lot is to be less then desired always people coming in and out the wrong way and parking is limited but I know thats not Chipotle's fault.

This is a place to go for something quick and on the healthy side of the scale. This particular location is a frenzy most of the time I go in there and it can seem a little disorganized. Last night was no exception - I felt as though I was watching a Benny Hill skit. The employees were running around looking for ingredients, orders getting confused with others, etc... The pico de gallo looked as though it's time had passed on this earth and should have been laid to rest. Though the food did come out yummy in the end, as it almost always does, the process of ordering can be stressful at this location. I say all this but this place is my go-to quick, fresh food place. I give it 3 stars because, in the end, I enjoy my meal but it is always a process to get there. I'll still keep going back.

I always have great service here! I do avoid it during rush hour though. Tonight I had a great experience. Made me feel welcome and the food was great. I tried the Barbacoa bowl and it was delicious. I asked for a water cup and the workers were so nice about it. It felt good to be a valued customer

Horrible service! Burrito was wrapped so poorly it fell apart in lap, too little meat on bowl, chicken was bottom of barrel extra crispy & dry

Went to Chipotle for dinner. Since we are gluten free we informed the server Deniri. She changed gloves and served food that was stored away from the general food that was in contact with possible gluten products. That is the example of amazing service. Perhaps putting Deniri in charge of training and observing servers would kick up the service a notch from the normally blasé service

I come here a lot because its the closest location to my home but I am always disappointed with the staff. There's an unfriendly staff worker who always does a bad job serving for instance if you ask for pico, she will give you like, three pieces of tomatoes or something and think that's enough to satisfy your burrito. If you ask for more, she hesitates like its a great burden to add more. What is that all about? Anyways, the food is good at least.

I love Chipotle and definitely ended up in this place. The store manager was awesome that as they ran out of chicken and all the folks waiting for it got a complementary soda which is a good way to keep your customer not getting mad for waiting and by the time they get the soda they have the stuff ready to serve them,

You would think by now employees of Chipotle could roll a burrito, think again. It's tough getting 5 gallons of rice into a tortilla. This place keeps going down and down!

A typical Chipotle. Service was quick (yay!) but really rushed -- my food was thrust at me and the help was anxious to get me to move so they could ring up the next customer before I had even put my change away. Ordered a barbacoa salad, which was tasty but a tad salty. Barbacoa was mostly lean and tender. Restaurant was overall quite clean. Good food, but somewhat unfriendly and rushed service. I'll probably be back since it's relatively close to work, but I won't go out of my way otherwise.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
