This is my neighborhood bar. I've never had a bad experience here. It's pretty laid back. The bands are hit and miss though so call ahead to see if a good band is playing!

Had a great late lunch. Fish and chips and a chicken avocado sand. Oh calamari was excellent. Not overly battered, not salty, as some are, and plenty for 2 or 3. Lissa was our server and she was outstanding. Answered all of our questions, and we had quite a few since it was our first time here. Thank you! We will be back.

Very nice place, great interior, good menu. After closer inspection I noticed that the handwritten beer specials on the trendy chalkboard were mostly the usual suspects you find at any pub, but that's sort of fine. Service was great, the beer was served ice cold, and the hummus plate was fantastic. All in all not a bad spot, but nothing stands out as particularly worth mentioning, either. They have all the raw materials; I'd love to see them do something creative and interesting with them.

I love Baker St. My family loves Baker St. We always have a great time and the food is fabulous and consistent ... Except for last Friday night. We all got burgers with a couple appetizers. I'm sorry to say we found both the food and the service lacking. The food: Tasty except the calamari came with a ton of fried batter bits and a third of it was in a ball, all stuck together. We each ordered burgers. We all like them cooked differently - well, medium, medium rare, etc. They all came well done. If the burgers are all cooked the same, why ask how we'd like them? These are just minor things, in my opinion, and the sign of a busy kitchen or a new chef. We didn't complain because it all still tasted great. Now, here's the biggie.... The service: I'm used to professional, friendly servers who know how to "tend" their tables quickly and efficiently. Our server...where do I start? She tried to carry too many glasses and almost tipped a couple full waters on our table. Then she did spill about a third of my beer on the table. She cleaned it up but I kinda expected her to top off my glass or, gasp, even bring me a new one. Nope, she laughed it off. The shirts there for the women are open in back so I've noticed they usually wear a camisole or light t-shirt under them. Our server wore just the shirt which was completely open all the way down the back so the back of her bra band showed along with too much skin. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. She spent a lot of time chatting rather personally with us and told us she had been with Hooters and boy, she loved their food, and how she used to tend bar and would have a shot every now and then when the owner wasn't looking. I don't have a problem with friendly wait staff but this was unprofessional, plus I was there with my family which included my daughters. Not exactly the role model I want them to be exposed to, eh? I won't sit in her section again and I sincerely hope someone explains the difference to her between a professional server and a bar maid making tips on her flirtatiousness and figure. Again, these things aren't enough to send something back or ask to be moved to a different section at the time. They are enough that if little problems like these happen again, we'll stop coming...which would be sad. We really like Baker St.

Went there for happy hour, was a little difficult to get waiter to attend to us in a timely fashion first but eventually he did really well. We ordered our food and when mine came out the fried chicken on my salad was severely overcooked. I sent it back and it was promptly replaced and I was aplogized to by the manager, the kitchen manager and the waiter and my meal was comped. Way to make it right, Baker Street. Will definitely go back. The actual meal was great.

I understand that sometimes, when it's slow, service is unfocused and goes to pot. But. When it takes ages for my beer to be drawn, and you tell me it's because the keg is being changed, how is it even possible that my very next order--the SAME beer--you've run out??? Sounds like someone's trying to cover her ass, Jamie. Overall, the service is inconsistent, the food is inconsistent, and the pub quiz is made for (or by, as the case may be???) small-minded, suburban high school squeak-by's top the list of cons. However, the happy hour prices are great and lasts just the right amount of time: 3-9!

We went on Wednesday afternoon for lunch; it wasn't particularly busy. Decor was nice, and we were seated right away. I had the grilled chicken lunch plate; my fiancé had the baja tacos and a Guinness--which, at first, the waitress thought they didn't have because their taps were down, but after a few minutes reported they did, indeed, have Guinness. Ah, our waitress--the worst part of the experience. I do not remember her name, only that she was a petite brunette wearing a Native American-style necklace and sporting a tribal tattoo. She was really slow--our food was warm rather than hot when it came out--but the worst part was her sense of humor. At the end, after we got the check and handed her the credit card, she came back and said, "Oh, I'm so sorry! Your card was declined!" Now, our AmEx had just been stolen at a restaurant the night before, so we were very panicked; why was it declined? Did we cancel the wrong card?! Was it flagged for some reason? Were we victims of identity theft? Did we have enough cash to cover our meal? Then, she started cackling. "I'm just kidding! Here you go!" she said, handing us back our card. "You should have seen the looks on your faces!" We would have asked to speak to the manager, but service had been so slow, so we were now running late for an appointment. The food was okay. The tacos (one chicken, one fried shrimp) were good--made with corn tortillas that had been grilled--but the grilled chicken was just okay. The garlic sauce was bland, the mashed potatoes were bland, the green beans undercooked. I've heard good things, so maybe we'll go again one day and hope for a better waitress.

Being Mother's Day I am being generous. Bloody Mary's with cheap industrial mix and not a lot of spices to doctor it up. The one and only waffle maker broke even though the two big breakfast items involved waffles. No butter on toast. French fries instead of hash browns. Really Stems on the grapes. Cold bacon Burnt sausage And the waitress with more grim and stains on her shirt than I can count. But she was friendly. If ur looking for the place to go for brunch this IS NOT IT. But if you want a long wait for ur food then this is it. Sorry baker st you need to look at your systems and fix the issues.

My husband and I love this particular location. It has fun people and live music. The best part is the good food. I am surprised that for a bar, it sure has good Shepherd's Pie and Bangers and Mash. Order them with green beans, they are to die for! The breaded cod is amazing. We always get it as an appetizer or a fish-n-chips meal.

Great spot for a groups. Stopped in last night for a friends birthday party celebration. We had a large semi private area in the library. Our server was super attentive and juggled the multiple tabs, many peps coming in and out, and many orders, refills well. They even allowed the host to bring his own birthday cake and plates and helped serve. Wow!! The drinks were always cold and quick even with water refills with such a large group. I was impressed! The tacos were the biggest hit with an excellent presentation. The vibe is def bar and grill but very chill. They even had the fireplace going on the outdoor fireplace. We look forward to coming back to try more from the menu.

Was my first time to bakers pub, had a blast went on a Friday and they had an awesome band playing, the staff was helpful in finding my friends keys she dropped somewhere at the bar, I have not tried the food but I will be returning there soon.

*beware* ... had one of the waitresses try to steal my credit card... finally had to call in the manager who confronted her on it and she produced out of her apron... manager did not even apologize for his staff ... WILL NOT GO AGAIN !

  • Eric Z.

Absolutely awful service and no pathetic management. One server waiting almost all the tables outside while other services are sitting and chatting at tables. My party waiting over 30 minutes to finally get out bill. Then we were there another 30 plus minutes to pay. I had to get the manager involved to get us out of there. I will not be going back.

Definitely a hit or miss here. Depends on which server you get. Friday nights are great with live music and good atmosphere but drinks can be pricey and food is ok.

This is a hidden gem. I typically am not a fan of chain restaurants but this is a winner. I have only been here one other time, but we will be back for more. I had the Bangers and Mash and I loved it! The garlic surrounding the entree was delightful. My husband had the fish and chips and I stole a few bites, Wow! Everything I tasted was very tasty. They were celebrating Mardi Gras, so I received a free Hazed and Confused tumbler if I purchased the beer. Great atmosphere and amazing food. I look forward to returning soon.

I have been here a few times for lunch and once for happy hour. I got the chicken potpie which was excellent! Then I also order off the lunch menu where you can get half a sandwich and soup. I like the atmosphere of this place. You guessed it, it looks like a Irish/British pub. When I went to the happy hour they had good deal and had trivia night which was fun. They also have a back patio that is enclosed so it's nice but doesn't get too hot. Besides the time someone accidentally burned rubber in the kitchen which set my nose hairs on fire with distaste, I would recommend this place.

POOR POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE WE WERE STARVING AND ALL I WANTED WAS A GOOD SALAD they were out of the chicken for the salad I ordered so they could not make it. the drink I ordered looked nothing like the picture, so I had to order the strawberries on the side... waitress told me they had no strawberries because they were not in season...wtf?!when I received the strawberries they were disgusting and tasted like garlic and onions. terrible service and way overpriced, food is mediocre.

This is pretty much exactly what I would expect for a chain bar/restaurant in the suburbs. The place looks like a pub and is style like one and there are some gimicky English menu items like Bangers and Mash and Fish and Chips, but that's about where the pub stops and the corporate takes over. The plastic coated drink book/menu has all sorts of froofy drinks that I think any English pub goer in the UK would shudder to look at. Our server was friendly and attentive, however, she got my order wrong (ordered green beans instead of fries; got fries); which she corrected. We also didn't get napkins or flatware until we asked after we got our food. My bleu cheese burger was alright. Nothing to write home about, but nothing wrong with it. The green beans came with what I can only assume was at least two close of minced garlic on top of it. I had no idea this was how the green beans were prepared because I can't eat garlic. So I had to skip the green bean healthy choice I had initially made and eat the fries (that's right, I had no choice but to do that). My god, those fries were good. So much for the healthy decision. Overall, this place seems to be doing well, but there's a mixture of family dining and bar goers, so pick a side and stick to it, lest you get kids in your drinking night or drunks in your family dinner.

We didn't have any food here so I can only write a review about beer and their service. I really liked the space and had I lived near this bar, I would probably become a regular. They had lots of craft beer choices on tap and that's always a good sign. The waitress was a bit on the wild side, but she did give us good service. Then again, it was a little annoying because she tried to get our table to buy shots about three different times.

This review doesn't include a food rating due to me not ordering food. I went there tonight at 4pm. I was able to walk through and seat myself on the patio. I didn't get the usual "Are you really 21?" Thing I always get due to looking about 15. The waitress immediately offered me drinks and explained specials after I sat down. They offered drink refills on perfect time, checked on us often but not too often, and were courteous. The atmosphere is good and I enjoyed sitting on the patio with my friend and hanging out. A little warning - the Saturday night crowd when it gets later gets rowdy on the patio. We left at 7pm because of the frat boys muscling their way around us and being too loud - nothing the staff can control within reason. So it's not their fault.

Had lunch today. Pretty good Reuben. My guests had the Shephards pie and liked it! The waitress was great, attentive and pleasant.

Baker Street is pretty consistent. I usually go here for the happy hour 2-8 pm daily. The bartenders can be hit or miss, sometimes they tend to look you over if you are not a regular. There is usually a pretty good crowd, even at 2 pm. They have live music ALL week usually starting around 8-9 PM and the bands are usually pretty good. The food I would describe as "Typical Irish pub" fare. The have the "Irish" staple fish and chips, Bangers and Mash, Shepards Pie, Scotch Egg, but also have tacos, burgers, and a bunch of different sandwiches. The food is pretty consistent but nothing that will having you craving it so much you need to go back. All in all pretty solid, great happy hour, and for the most part friendly and attentive service.

We eat here quite often because it's so close and stays open late. The servers are very friendly. The manager always stops by the table to check on things. One Monday night we stopped in for dinner and it was super slow & kinda late. The kitchen was almost closed up but the manager told us he would whip us up something! We just got some "Watson Chicken Tenders" which are beer battered and yummy! But it was nice to not have to drive to another restaurant. They have a band sometimes and events all the time. Bloody Mary bar on Saturdays and Sundays. Yum!! Overall, we love this place.

The food is all comfort and you couldn't leave here with an empty stomach. Great quality of food with an exceptional beer selection. The atmosphere of a London pub brought me back to chilly rainy Days of London. Come here for a delicious burger especially the spicy avocado burger to die for.

I normally like this place but today was horrible. We had the worst waitress. Dang she was even wearing a shirt with a happy face. So disappointed I would have liked to have had some more tartar sauce. Maybe some water ... but nope..... I hope she finds her happy place... she won't find it in my tip

My boyfriend and I really like Baker's Street. We had a craving for Fish and Chips and we came to this location. The food and drinks were great but he server had the audacity to walk up to us and tell us that her tip wasn't enough. And to make matters worse she goes and complains to her other employees when we're standing right there! I was a server for a 5+ years and you get ripped based on your quality of service and more importantly you take what you can get and appreciate it. This behavior was completely unacceptable and I don't see us coming back here. It's such a shame but this has to be by far the worst first experience I've ever had at a restaurant. What a disappointment!

  • Sadie P.

I really want to like this place more than I do. It seems to always have a good size crowd. The staff is not what I would call friendly; they are not mean or rude, just not friendly. They are an ok selection of beer, but for a pub you would think it would be better. There is nothing unique about the beer selections. Now for the food, I have eaten here several times and the food is always okay. Not great just standard bar food. I think my biggest bone to pick with this place is that it seems to me that they are trying to be something they are not. This pub is in north Denver not in Lodo.

We are staying nearby from out if state and this is the only bar within walking distance. They refused to serve my wife who has a perfectly legit OR state issued interim card. The manager stated that even though he believed that she was of age, and that the ID was valid their corporate policy disallows interim IDs. I'm sorry we weren't able to enjoy our Friday night at Baker Street, it's a shame that this corporation doesn't allow their managers to use their good judgment over policy :-( Old Chicago was happy to get our business.

  • Cassandra H.

Food here is very similar to the pubs back home. Bangers and mash are perfect, cheap drinks, live music and fried Mac and cheese! What else could you need?

Visited Bakers Street last Sunday for Brunch with group of about 15 at noon. Ordered fish & chips as well known for this place. Bad experience for me as lost my order and was served after others were done. Greasy fish & fries when it finally arrived. They did comp my meal so I cannot be too upset.

    (2)
  • Matthew N.

Stopped by there on Sunday for dinner, fish and chips were greasy. Fish was deep fried too long, crust was very hard. Shepherds Pie was ok, cole slaw wasn't a big fan of. Good selection of beers.

  • Shannon D.

Sat in the bar area high top tables. Great service!! Had wonderful food. My friend had Shepards pie cooked to perfection. I had a chicken pot pie that was amazingly flaky and good. Really enjoyed our time, and we used a groupon.. Sometimes when I pull them out, I get that look. Instead the manager took the groupon and asked us about our experience to better the location. I really liked that customer service touch.

Came here on a Friday night with the boy for his pharmacist's retirement party. Well, not party, but get together. We were a bit late and had to squeeze our way through the front and into the back. It was 90 degree weather outside, geez! They put a humungo fan outside that somewhat circulated whatever cool breeze there were. Bar was packed inside and a band was getting ready to set up which probably contributed to the rubbing of the shoulders with others. The food selection was pretty much what you can get anywhere: burgers, array of fried appetizers, pastas, salads...etc. I've been trying to be a good girl so I ordered a grilled chicken breast with some potatoes and green beans on the side. Food wasn't bad, but had no wow factor. I probably won't go back for the food but maybe to just hang out and listen to some music.

At some point, somebody in this organization has to realize that they have a serious problem with service. Once your food is delivered you might not see your server again for ever! Finally had to ask a busser to track her down, then she acted pissed that we sent him after her. Every time we come here, food is good, atmosphere is good, music is good, service is horrible. Can't figure out why manager can't fix this problem.

This place has seriously went down hill. Greeter looked like a meth addict. Anorexicly thin, greasy hair. Waited forever for our food. Hubby got chicken sandwich and sweet potato fires..cold. I got a sald that had cold chicken bits from a bag in it and swimming in so mych dressing it was inedible. Went to ladies room, one stall out of order, another with clogged toilet. Back to seat, multiple un bused tables and the wind blowing used napkins, etc al over the patio. Gave up on refills for our drinks and left. Not busy at all gor a saturday lunch rush....no brainer why.

Ok, so schools back in session which means the hubby and I eat out 5 days a week since I have evening classes.. It's challenging in here to find places that stay open past 9pm, but well here's the low down. This was my 2nd time here, the first time was about 6 months ago and I had the fish and chips...Tell you what it was huge, tasty and delicious. Well it's theme is Brit food and I like that, though don't expect to have the real deal here, but for the price it's not bad, though not a Wildflowers English quality. Hey it is a pub after all and not gastro at all. So last night I was starving and had 2 things.. We ordered the special and a menu order: Sausage Sampler - I'm sure it was story bought and not the expensive one. One tasted just like the little smokey sausages I buy for my daughter, which I do like, the Brat and Knock-wurst were nothing memorable, but the red cabbage was delicious. Shepherds Pie - well the green beans on the side were a nice touch and the Pie was pretty tasty...Actually for only $7.99 It was pretty dang good, but I wouldn't pay anymore money for it. I like the gravy they had in there with the meat. Seasonal Fries - I just had to have this, because I love malt vinegar and soaking my fries in them.. I figure since they only had 2 dessert items and I wasn't feeling it, my Dessert would be Fries. Hey I'm from Hawaii, so we are far from the American mainland tradition's As my ex-hubs would say, I'm a savage.. My preferred term is "privileged simple island girl" lol Because of the them and of course my husband loves all the TVs around, I'm sure we'll be going here again.. It's a nice hangout place, but hell no If a guy ever took me on a first date here...lol Oh I posted 2 pics from my mobile, too bad it doesn't let me lable them...

This review is posted on their other listing... but it's the same place so: (incidentally: the website on this listing is incorrect. The correct website is sherlockspubco.com ) Happy Hour. Happy Hour, Happy Hour, Happy Hour. Monday Through Saturday from 2pm - 9pm. Yes, you read that right. And Sundays? Yeah, ALL DAY SUNDAY. But what does it mean?? What does it mean?? Is it a Double Rainbow?? Yes. Yes it is. $2 wells and Domestic Pints $2.50 House Wines and some Calls $2.75 Select Calls and Premium Drafts. $7 Domestic Pitchers $8 Premium Pitchers And a daily food special, too. Their beer selection is amazing, with Microbrew Porters, I.P.As , Ales, Stouts, as well as the usual suspects. They have Whiskey (of course) "On Tap" (Which is really just the bottle in a special holder on the end of a barrel, but it looks cute.) Their bartenders have senses of humor. (Which, really, is probably the only thing that keeps them sane with Happy Hour/Football crowds like this!) A friend got the Fish n' Chips (See Photo) which was quite good, fresh and hot, and served with Malt Vinegar without even a request for it. Score. It is served on a fake little newspaper, which is adorable, and matches with the kitschy Sherlock Holmes / Baker St / Sir Arthur theme. (Its sort of like Friday's meets Austin Powers) Oh- And they've got a fire-pit outside, surrounded by comfy-cushioned benches for snuggling with a view of the mountains. I may move in to their patio. The crowd here, from what I've seen, tends to be on the older side, which is fine, just something to note. Definitely not a young'ns crowd, although that D*Bag Happy Hour Guy is still there. You know. *That* Guy. He's There. Makes for good comic relief. All in all, though, what could I possibly have to say that's bad about a place with a happy hour like that, a decent amount of Football-Viewing TVs, and decent noshes? Nothing. It's all good, Baker Street!

This location is roomy and has a good size patio. The food is just OK and I think overpriced but the happy hour specials are on point. Best HH drink specials that I have found in the area. The service is very good here.

I love this place! The food here no matter what I get has always been amazing. The grilled chicken is my absolute favorite though! The service is great and they have so many different beers on tap that'll you will never get bored. The atmosphere is amazing. The only downside is, they could use a bit more seating. I recommend this place for everyone. It will blow your mind.

This location is better than the experiences I've had in Boulder, as far as food is concerned. However, when my wife and I went -- the service at this location certainly left a lot to be desired. Our server was nice enough, but she was awkward. She didn't look me straight in the eye, and mostly just looked at my wife when she was taking the order. She also hardly gave us service after the food was dropped off by someone else. I never got a refill by her. If I was to rate this restaurant on service, it would be 2 stars. As far as food -- it was fine. It is definitely on the greasy side, but the fish and chips was the best I've had yet. That may not be saying a whole lot since I've only visited two other restaurants and a fast-food joint for the fish, but Baker Street was good. The prices are reasonable, especially the lunch. It's not my favorite place, by any stretch of the imagination. However, I will come back again.

This was our second time I have been here. Both times I had the fish and chips. I really loved it. I'm from Wisconsin and I really miss the fish frys! The reason I gave 3 stars is the portion is too small for the price. Now I know I might be comparing it to the prices I get back home but 2 pieces of and fish and some fries don't cut it and the servce was just ok. I'd go back but I'm not running.

Boooooooo, terrible! Went with my family and I when we were starving and hadn't eaten and that's the only way we ate some of that food. It was all clearly frozen and questionable at best, getting a wide variety of appetizers. I could make millions times better at home. Also the beer/beverage menu is super unclear.

My girlfriend and I went here for Friday night beers and food. When we got there at about 6:00 PM it wasn't too busy and we took a table on the patio. Our server was prompt and friendly at first, but over the course of our stay, she became slower at checking our table and getting things out to us. We had the Cod sticks appetizer which was perfectly done and not dry. My GF's dinner was a pulled pork and a chicken taco. They were very tasty but could have useed a tad bit more salt. The chips and salsa side was mediocre. I had the fried shrimp which were very large and perfectly fried with a batter that wasn't too heavy yet had a nice crisp. My cole slaw, however, was smothered in mayo and lacked almost any presence of spices or herbs. A shake of salt and pepper helped, but didn't cure it. As a passing note, my girlfriend says that their previous version of the Shepard's Pie was better when it had a crispy top vs. the tomato adornment used today. And she says she's boycotting it until they bring the previous version back!

  • Daniel R.

Absolutely mediocre. The food was all right, but service was slow and it was fairly cold. Not really sure why this place was so busy and popular.

  • Wynn D.

The best thing about this place is the fish and chips!!! Hands down if you are a F&C person this is the place to be!! Their tarter sauce is delightful!!! The environment seems more for adults (but I have seem families in there dinning) and it can get really loud when there is a band there (obviously), but over all can beat the good food and fun atmosphere.

    (4)
  • Chris G.

Possibly the weakest response by not only our server but also the manager to awful service. Hard to believe a chain like Baker Street does drive better service from the top down. Other than that the food was acceptably good.. But not good enough!

  • Sarah G.

Great spot for lunch or dinner. The service is always good and everything on the menu I've tried is great. My favorite is the burger with a fried egg.

  • Ricky T.

Terrible. Staff is terrible, and management is pretty unapologetic. Their food reminds me of eating TV dinners, and there's pretty much nothing fresh that comes out of their kitchen. Drives me nuts when a menu says an item comes with "avocado", but it's actually fake guacamole loaded with other crap. There's a massive difference between fresh slices of avocado, and junk guacamole. All their menu items that claim to have avocado, have this fake guacamole junk.

Really this is only a three star kind of place. The food is decent and decently priced. The quality is good as well. I've been twice and liked what I had both times. The wait is always ridiculously long at this location. It's new and there is nothing like it in boring old Westminster so don't come if you need food right away. What really earns this place the fourth star is the happy hour. It's every day, and pints of good micro brews are like $3. That's hard to beat. I'll be back for sure.

We finally got around to trying this place after debating it for months. We went on a Sunday around 1:30 - but we were able to get right in and sat in a booth for two. They had a brunch menu and we decided to order off that. My DH got the french toast - which was 4 pieces of toast (not french bread), a few pieces of bacon, and a couple of potato pieces. It was filling, but mostly because of the bread, not because the food was well balanced - some strawberries or fruit would go a long way to helping the dish. And for $8, it wasn't that inexpensive. I had a "side order" of pancakes - two HUGE cakes with syrup and faux butter. This was really cheap at less than $2 and filled me up. We were starting a busy day, so we didn't try any of the bloody mary or bar happy hour options, but they did have a menu with lots of choices. The pub had a kitschy feel which was cute, but I have a feeling that it would be annoying for going there a lot. Give it a shot and decide for yourself.

I liked my Cobb salad, always a favorite of mine. The chicken was maybe a bit over cooked but the whole salad was overall pretty good. I like the atmosphere during the day too, and our server was really happy. It's great to know people still like waitressing, lol.

This place is pretty good. I definitely liked it better than its Belmar location. Too bad this one is in the sticks, but it has a great, spacious layout because of it. I had a Smithwicks and shepards pie. Delicious food and awesome combo. The drink menu is littered with so many of them, it'd be difficult to not pair something with a good food. If you'd like berry cobbler instead of apple, tough crap! Eventhough it's on the menu, they haven't served it here since Charlie Sheen was full of tiger blood and nobody knew about it yet.

We came here on our lunch break and the experience was really bad! We were excited because it was a beautiful day and we wanted to sit on the patio. It took our waitress 10 minutes to greet us. Then another 10 to get our drinks. We ordered chips and salsa for an app and we were there 35 mins before we got them?!?? Chips and salsa! There were 3 waitresses on their not huge patio and the manager was helping. It was dead inside. 2 of the people I was with had fish and chips and they seemed to enjoy them but there were some soggy parts. 2 of the people had burgers and they looked dry and old. I had chicken sliders and it was literally 1 chicken finger cut into 3 chunks on 3 buns. The manager was nice but one of the waitresses in particular was huffing around acting bitchy. Although the patio was nice, we will not be back.

I love the baker st in Lakewood, but this one is almost walking distance so we try to come here. We've tried about 5 times and have finally given up. Service that ignores us for half an hour after our drinks are empty, waitresses talk to each other in the kitchen more than their customers. We have been ignored for so long after going in that we've just walked out. This last visit the hostess had to actually go retrieve a waitress from the kitchen to stop customers from walking out. Overall a poorly run establishment.

Very disappointing. I have been to the location in Boulder and had a much better experience. The bar stunk of burnt grease, the service was maybe ok, and the food was something I'd only expect at a school cafeteria. While we were seated right away, it took almost 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. The food here was ok, but you can find much better at Rock Bottom down the street. I had the cobb salad and my wife the nachos. The salad tasted like something from a cheap salad bar and my wife's nachos were grease laded. I also had a rum and diet that tasted like super super super super cheap booze yet they claimed it was standard rum. The clientele definitely feels trashy. I felt out of place and felt like I was in low income section of town. I didn't feel comfortable at all there. Totally out of place for the surrounding neighborhoods. I would recommend you stay away and go up the road to Rock Bottom or Bar Louies.

First off, I didn't know this was a cougar bar. I'm a cougar, except I'm married to an old bear. We like it that way. Not one young man has approached me except to say "Can I help with your walker, ma'am?" Just kidding. Anyway, we've been a couple times and so far it's been good. Others are complaining alot about the bar crowd - some say it's too bar-like, others say it's the wrong kind of bar. We just went for drinks and dinner and it was all good. We sat on the patio and it was relaxing and fun. Fish and chips were the best I've had. I only wish I could've gotten more. I had a Stella, which you don't always find at restaurants, so that was great. I've been in the afternoons with family, for a lunch with the girls, and a couple date nights with the bear and always have enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Of course, I live in Broomfield where MOST of our restaurants suck.

Not a bad place to drop by and have a beer or four for a football game. After our experience on the other side of town we ended up here near the casa by accident. Right away we noticed the place was packed, no prob, we can squeeze in somewhere and by this time I was completely starved and dehydrated...however, we did find a spot along a rail with stools. Perfect place for me to watch my home team and my DH to watch his Raiders....... Food: we only ordered appetizers that were $5 for happy hour. Chicken tenders, spinach dip with salsa, and potato skins. Not bad for the price we paid. The chicken tenders were breaded very thick, a little too thick, but everything else was pretty good for the price paid. All in all our tab with 4 beers and 3 appetizers was about $30.

When I was a bit younger, I would have loved this bar more. For happy hour, it is BRIMMING with mature women looking for a younger man. Not that I really like older women, but... the more beers you have, the better it feels. That being said, I enjoy the fact that there is always some crazy story. Someone just got divorced or separated and they REALLY want to tell you all about it. There, there... Marc will listen. Oh yes, one more beer. I have to get up early for my job. Why yes, I am a doctor cowboy astronaut. I am glad you asked. OK So... The food is typical English pub fare. The fish and chips are nothing special. The scotch eggs are a bit dry. The food is rather... well, go somewhere else if you are looking for good food. If you want a $4 beer and some ridiculous conversation. Come here.

The five stars here would be for the service. I came here for a friend's birthday party, and probably interacted with 7 different staff members over the course of the evening. Each one of them provided us with excellent customer service; very friendly and accommodating. The food is good, standard pub fare. Everything was the right temp and the portions were generous. I would go back for dinner or lunch, and I would definitely keep them in mind for a large gathering, because everything ran very smoothly. Whoever is in charge should be very proud of his/her staff (:

Upgraded from "Meh" to A-OK... Firstly, I would like to confess that I ordered some type of enchilada plate from an English Pub themed establishment. My bad. I am still kicking myself for not just succumbing to the fish and chips. Our food took a while to come out, but we had ordered calamari as an app...and it was hot, tasty and we enjoyed the lemon-juiced, tentacled crunchiness. The manager stated that the kitchen was "backed up" and that our food would be out as soon as possible. She comped us the calamari, (which was very nice btw) but the entrees arrived cold. Okay, not stone cold, but they were not hot anymore, they were almost room temperature. I could not bring myself to complain about it when they gave us our appetizer free, (and put the Rockies game on just for us on a nice TV near our table!) It was not especially overly busy on a Tuesday night, so I wonder why the kitchen was so behind, maybe someone did not show up? I believe that the staff did their best to make us happy. Now for the "Enchilada" ...it was supposed to be "smothered" in green chilis...that is why I ordered it. I did not expect it to be wonderful and authentic..but I did want to see green chili's...it wasn't smothered at all..it seemed to be breathing freely. It looked like a toastada with some bits of chicken and cheese...I barely saw any plant life. Adding insult to idiocy, (for ordering it) it was nearly cold. I have never seen an unrolled, flat "enchilada" before. I guess it could have been worse, I could have found some Italian or Thai food on the English Pub Themed menu....

It's tough to put it into words. I really haven't enjoyed this place though I've been to this location at least 10 times. I've been to the Lakewood location a couple of times, too, and it's the same. It's like it's trying to be a real "local pub" but it's really a corporate chain restaurant. And it's not doing it right. When you go to a place like Chili's or TGI Friday's you know that you're going to a chain. It doesn't try to hide the fact that it's predictable. You can find the same menu at each Chili's and they will wait on you in the same way each time. A burger at one Chili's is the same at another Chili's location, and in a way it's a comforting thing. It's what makes fast food restaurants so popular. We often like our dinners to come without surprises, and a chain is the best way to find that. But then there's Baker Street Pub & Grill. It's a chain but they don't want you to think it's a chain. They want you to think you're in some family-owned bar serving recipes perfected by their grandmother. But it's too shiny and there are too many knick-knacks everywhere. I don't know why, but that makes Baker Street worse than Chili's as far as the atmosphere goes. It's okay the first time you go, but keep going back and it almost becomes offensive. Like I said earlier, it's tough to put it into words. Now, on to the food and drink. The food is nothing special, and sometimes it's actually subpar. The fried foods are not good, usually, and the salads can be nasty. You'll be better off if you eat somewhere else, usually. The drinks are good, though. If you just go there for drinks you can end up having a good time. There is a pretty decent room with a pool table in it (if you can get on the table) and you can even play darts. If you like darts, this is a great place to play. The service is fairly unpredictable. Most of the times I have been there we have been disappointed with the service, but there have been a few times where we've had quick service with a smile all night. I get the feeling that there are more than a few unhappy employees, and you can tell that a few of them really don't want to be working there. The patio is cool but it always smells like an ashtray so we never hang out there. The front door is almost always in a cloud of cigarette smoke, too. They didn't plan that one very well. To wrap this up, it's a fairly awful bar but when you're faced with the slim pickings in the area you'll still end up there sometimes. If you lower your expectations a bit and eat dinner somewhere else you can have a decent time. Fingers crossed!

Missed Connection,,,,,,,,Mr Handsome, very classy, in black dress shirt & blue jeans. 9:30 - 10:00 pm Friday night........"11th Hour" was rockn' & rolln' ! We looked at each other & smiled a number of times, but didn't meet !!!! I was with two other GF's and you were by yourself. GF's had to leave & that was my ride. We both looked at each other again as I walked out the door. "Pheromones" were indicating we wanted to meet.......LOL! Seems crazy, as I have never reached out before, but thought I'd give it a shot. Know you'll know, who you are & who I am ;^) PS: Also.....Thanks Baker St. for the great service.

One of the very few places in Westminster you can go for live music. The food is ok. I've heard the fish and chips are outstanding bug have not tried them myself as I don't eat fried foods. The do have s quinoa salad on the menu that was so delicious I craved it again the next day. Then again the next week and I was completely let down with wilted greens, quinoa that tasted like it had sat for 2 days and fatty chicken that was prepared completely different than the first two times I had it. Such a let down I have yet to be back!!! They almost had me there on a regular basis just for that salad! This is the place to go in the area if your not up for the trek downtown. Better crowd than some of the other shady bars in the area. A variety of people of all ages and plenty of your usual bar flies.

I've been to this place a few times now. The food isn't amazing, but sometimes, it hits the spot - I love that you can get decent grilled salmon here for $13, with tasty potatoes and green beans. The service is what makes it a 3-star place, really; it's always pretty slow and inattentive, which makes it hard to muster up a lot of enthusiasm for the joint in general. But the prices are good and we always know what to expect. It can be a fun spot to hit up on a low-key weeknight.

This place was a great find for my husband and I. We have been going to another bar restaurant famous for its hundred plus beers, but their prices have really crept up. Baker Street's own brown ale is really good, for very small change. And they have a terrific selection of draft and bottled beers, also less expensive than their competition. Their food is quite good, with options we were happy to see...healthy and not deep fried!! The service has always been prompt and friendly and we've been there over a half dozen times, different days, both busy and slack times. If you had a bad experience, maybe give them another try, or speak up! Most restaurants want you to come back.

Ok, so I have attempted to go here probably four times. Every time the place is packed and the wait was excessive. This Sunday I finally made it in and was immediately turned off by the crowd. Young, loud crowd, mixed with the obnoxious divorced baby boomers, not my scene. That said, the food was great. Downed some Sheperds Pie and $2 all day happy hour, I was a happy camper. Our waitress was on point and the bill for both of us was under $50. I can't honestly say it's not worth trying.

Fairly mediocre pub fare. Since it's the only place in our neighborhood, we decided to give it one more try (two food and ambiance related strikes previously). We were really excited to enjoy the warm spring weather with an evening on the patio. We got there early to enjoy drinks before having friends join us for dinner. When I asked the manager if we could raise the plastic patio shades six inches (just 6 inches!) so we could see the mountains from our seated position at the table, she said no. Not because of chilly weather (it was unseasonably warm), but, get this, because the bar tenders were worried about the glare at sunset (not for another hour or so). First of all, the sun wasn't low enough in the sky to cause any glare/reflection yet. Second of all, WTF?! So much for customer service. You gotta love a place where the bartender's whining trumps the customer's experience. This place has been a constant disappointment. If you like tons of phoney garbage shipped in from China to clutter a space to try and make it look like a British pub, and if you also like mediocre fried food, and if you also like playing second fiddle to the bar staff... this is the place for you!

Probably the best feature that Baker Street offers is its happy hour. In fact, this is the only occasion that I find myself there. Unlike many other bars, Baker Street offers happy hour every day of the week - even Saturday and Sunday. The prices are very reasonable with beer, wine, and vodka drinks all at $3 or less. Food prices are reasonable too with many items on the menu at around $10. Every time I go here I come to the same conclusion that more time was spent decorating the restaurant than on the menu. The cod strips and fish and chips are pretty good, as well as some of their signature dishes like Guinness beef stew. Even the Scottish egg is worth a try (a hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage and deep fried) - a little different and not too bad. Overall, the food is just average and nothing to rave about. It seems to attract an odd and mixed crowd. Usually some suburban yuppies, meat heads from the fitness complex across the parking lot, to older couples that seem dead set on shopping at Tommy Bahama and acting like they are 20-somethings again. The last time I was there almost all of the tables in the bar were reserved for a 16th birthday party...odd since most of the attendees probably were not drinking... It's not bad, it's not great. It's worth a visit for happy hour but watch out for the cougars, you could get mauled if they have had too many martinis.

The Baker Street Pub and Grill is not a pub, English or otherwise. It is, in fact, a theme restaurant; its theme is that of an English pub. Although most walls are adorned with crazy crap most likely stolen from a defunct TGI Friday's, one room has a sharing library of fake plastic books that furniture stores use to demonstrate the purpose of their bookshelves. Why not enjoy pretending to read a fake book while listening to the pop music over the speakers that pretends not to suck? If you think Mariah Carey is innovative and edgy, you'll love the music here. Having said that, the prices and beer selection redeem this imitation of a bar. There are 40 beers on tap, and although almost none are local, there are plenty of good beers on tap. A subset of those premium beers are available for happy hour until 9pm at $2.75 -- a moderate bargain. There are similar prices on wine and "well" drinks during happy hour and the place stays open until 2am. Food is acceptable without being remarkable. I had some shrimp tacos which were good, but served with bagged chips and canned salsa. The overall menu looked comparable to most "casual dining" chain restaurants. If you don't mind a heavily corporate feel, a menu that features "buffalo chicken sliders," and stupid music, this place is a good happy hour with almost no competition in the area.

I agree with other reviews on two main points: this place definitely needs to take reservations as it is really hard to get into, and it is extremely loud and crowded. We arrived rather early in the evening on a Friday, around 5pm, so luckily got a table quickly. However, we were seated next to the bar and in front of a huge window. Between the obnoxious noise and major sun glare, it was a horrible spot. We couldn't look up at each other and couldn't talk to each other. We had to yell at our waitress when ordering. After attempting conversation over the crowd, we eventually just fell silent. The food was really good, as were the prices. Unfortunately, I think I'd only ever return here if the place was practically empty.

I seriously have to ding their street cred her as an English Pub. Saturday, May 5th, 2012 is the FA Cup Final; 10am MST and they're not opening for it. They'll open early for the NFL though. I don't expect them to open for every EPL game but come on, this is the Super Bowl of the sport and you're an English Pub. I figured 2+2 = 4. Clearly I'm wrong.

We generally love Bakers Street. Tonight was an exception. Our waitress, Rochelle, was terrible. We sat with empty drinks through the last half of our meal. She walked past us at least 3 times. She was too busy visiting with other waitresses.. Food was good, but our service unfortunately was not tonight...

Let me preface this review by saying that I probably will be back. I've been to the Baker Street in the DTC, and this one was very comparable, both in appearance and clientele. It was certainly hopping, which is a great quality for a happy hour bar. I think that part of our mistake was trying to go to dinner at an FAC bar. The food was good in a sub-urban American chain bar sort of way. Nothing gourmet (or healthy), but effortless and tasty and good for a party of picky eaters. My lowered rating was because of our server, who lacked interest as well as a sense of humor. She was quick to point out the "disclaimer" in defense of the fact they didn't have my dad's beer at this location, even though he wasn't at all upset by that revelation, and it was downhill from there. I'll try it again, but probably for lunch OR happy hour.

We head here when we're in the mood for fish and chips. The oil they use is light and they seem to change it since I don't get a stomach ache from it. Not as good as my wife's fried sole or flounder. Just got a downgrade. We got some wings, fish & chips and some cole slaw. The wings, not very good. To vinegary and drowned in sauce. The fish & chips were okay. But the cole slaw was absolutely horrible. No flavor and it tasted kind of rotten. Won't be going back any time soon.

I decided to try out Backer Street the other night with a couple of buddies because I have always heard great things. I might say that it lived up to my expectations, it was a busy Friday night and we were seated with in five minutes. The waitress was really nice and helpful and pretty easy on the eyes too. All five of us got different meals and all loved 'em. Although it may be a chain, it really didn't have the chain vibe. All in all, the food was great and the people were great.

We made a very last-minute plan to go out for Halloween, and friends suggested the Baker St. Pub as our locale. We didn't want to pay a cover, didn't want to deal with LoDo (or LoDo's), and did want to eat dinner. Baker St. turned out to be the perfect location for allllll of that. First of all, they really went all out with the decor. Everything was Halloween-ed out, all the staff was in costume and the atmosphere was party-perfect for Halloween. They had cheap happy hour pitcher specials until 9 PM, with apparently good beer - I can't attest to that since I wasn't drinking, but it got good reviews. We ate dinner outside on the enclosed patio, then moved to an inside booth for the festivities. My steak and shrimp were pretty damn good and my boyfriend said his tacos were some of the best he's ever had. After 9, a decidedly more bar-like atmosphere prevailed and a man who was supposedly the manager changed into a giant penis costume and sprayed whipped cream on anyone who touched him! What more can you ask for out of a Halloween party? There was also a decent cover band, a laid-back crowd, and a costume contest we paid no attention too. I'd like to go back on a non-holiday night to see if I enjoy Baker St. as much as I did on Halloween, but I can definitely see this place being inducted into the weekend rotation.

I went to Bakers Street Grill last Monday evening. I found that the Happy hour drinks were not happy at all. What you received was a half glass of wine for $3.00. Now if you ordered a premium brand then it was full price and a full glass around $6.00. I tried a new entree, shrimp scampi fettucini. It was AWEFUL. Very bland. I will say that the waitress was excellant. She didn't have control over the food. I guess it is a good place for a hamburger but hey there are many of those around.

The trivia on Wednesday nights is a joke... they have ONE round that starts at 6pm and is over in about 15 minutes. However, the drink specials are pretty good during that time. I enjoy going there for live music but I will not be going back for trivia.

Had a first date here and it was comfortable. Good service from our waitress and although we only had a couple of drinks the food that went by looked appealing. They have a nice happy hour with 2.75 micros. If i'm in the area, i'll stop by again.

I went here for dinner Thursday night with a couple of girlfriends. When we walked in at 8:40pm, there was a sign that directed you to seat yourself in lieu of a hostess. We found an empty booth in a full section and sat down. There were menus already on the table. Nothing on this menu outside the fish and chips would be considered "pub" food; its more of a "theme restaraunt" as another reviewer mentioned, and that theme stops at the decor. When our server finally arrived to take our drink order, it was 9pm on the dot. This is where the problems began. First, the server denied us the happy hour drinks, even after explained we'd been sitting there for about 20 minutes. It was only when we suggested that the manager might be more willing to sell us a drink at the happy hour pricing that she reluctantly agreed. Second, when we finally received our drinks, they were not good at all. Two of us had ordered magaritas. They were way too sweet and tasted like they forgot the tequila completely. Third, the food was horrible. I ordered fish and chips- the fish had too much batter and was completely overcooked- it was dark brown instead of being light and crispy. Both of my girlfriends ordered salads; one of them ordered a chopped cobb salad, which was about what you might expect, and the other ordered the warm spinach salad, which was unimpressive, and she ended up not eating it at all. I also ordered a turkey avocado club to go for my bf at home. When I got home and took it out of the container, there was hardly any turkey on it, to his disappointment. Unfortunately, I won't be returning; not even the happy hour that lasts until 9pm could lure me back in. Overall, bad food + poor service + mediocre drinks = An overall crummy experience - Don't waste your money.

Nice staff and good happy hour. The food is pretty standard. I tried the shepherd's pie which was alright. The jalapeno poppers are tasty as well. It can be a bit noisy so if you are looking for something mellow, this might not be your spot.

Great atmosphere and food. I had steak and shrimp and it was geat. Happy hour is all day on Sunday and 2-9 other days, so you can't miss it. $2 drafts and 2.75 micro's. They could use some appetizers on the H-Hour menue, but with the food reasonably priced to begin with I was happy.

Ok, been here twice now. First time was w/a group of ladies from my hood to celebrate a b-day. They have a big outdoor waiting area just to the right of the entrance, only, it's not really a waiting area, it's the smoking section, gross!!!! People, I thought we were past this whole smoking thing but I am saddened to see such a prime chunk of restaurant real estate given to this bad habit. Besides that, the drinks and apps (all that we ordered) seemed fine. Pretty standard, no big surprises, good or bad. We did have to smoosh a couple tables together and the extra chair that was off to the side that I pulled over to sit in has got to be the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. It wasn't till halfway through the evening, and a lot of bitching from me later that a girlfriend said, I think that chair is broken, yeah, look it's missing that piece there...... So I switched chairs, but why the heck was a broken chair on the patio anyway? The second time I went w/my friend Talia for a catch up dinner date. She got (I think) the beef stew, looked pretty good. I got the cobb salad. You can choose grilled, blackened, or tempura chicken. Of course I chose tempura, although, it wasn't really. It was more fish and chips than tempura, but whatev, it was fried and pretty tasty. Bottom line people, this place is aight. Not crappy, not awesome, just aight. Check it out, it won't hurt.

We were trying to find a different place than where we always go. Sometimes you should just stick with what you know. This was supposed to be an English Pub - or is trying to be one. I got the Fish & Chips - really how can you go wrong at a Pub. Super greasy, Super Bland - wouldn't order again and could hardly finish. My hubby got the Grilled ribeye with fries and green beans. Green beans were cold, fried were too and as soon as he cut into the ribeye and you can see the tough grisle line running through the steak, I knew this wasn't going to end well. He didn't eat any of it. It was such a bummer as we don't get to go out to eat a ton. They did take it off the bill and offer to bring him another steak, but that wasn't going to work for him. oh, well... better luck next time.

I'll be brief. The food was ok - not great and certainly plenty of better options around town. The service... what service? 1) Our hostess literally walked to a table set the menus down and walked away. We had to flag her down to confirm that was the table she was planning to seat us at. 2) We each ordered an entree plus a starter salad. The salads came out and 3 minutes later, so did our entrees. We had not finished the salads. Two entrees did not come with their sides (fish and chips w/o chips; shepherds pie w/o green beans). 3) After asking for a manager and briefing him on the issues with food and timing, he scurried to the kitchen to enquire. He returned with the lame excuse that the kitchen thought the salads were our sides. Really? Then why did they come before the meal? No further effort at recovery. 4) Our table was smack dab in the flow of traffic for guests heading to the back patio. We were struck on the shoulders and back no less than 3 times during our dining experience. There was no need to have a table in this location of the dining room, just too crowded. As always, your mileage my vary, but if service is important to you - skip this establishment.

We've been to Baker Street several times now and every time we go, we love it. I have been looking for a Pub style place that actually served some kind of semblance of English/Scottish cuisine. (not that English cuisine is great, but if you like it, you like it) I was disappointed to see quesadillas and regular bar/pub grub but was astonished to see things like Scottish Egg and Bangers and Mash. Fish and Chips are pretty standard. Greasy, a little sloppy but again, if you like that kind of stuff, then its very good. Their Sheppards Pie is very good! Cheddar/Potatoe Soup is awesome! Happy Hour drinks won't burst your budget either. Its always busy, but try a traditional English/Scottish Pub in Europe and you'll find the same. Baker Street pulls off a nice blend of US bar combined with a Pub atmosphere. We'll definately go back again and again...

This place is a solid 3-star. It's not bad, I like the atmosphere, food, etc., but I feel like the portion sizes are small for what they charge (especially on apps), and their beer specials could be better. For a suburban bar/pub, and especially considering it's surroundings, its a good place to go for lunch or happy hour if you're in the neighborhood.

a cool place to have a drink but the food isnt all that....had bangers/mash and a shepherds pie...food isnt authentic and ive had better of both elsewhere....the food isnt horrible just average at best...also got a scotch egg which is a hard boiled egg encased by sausage then battered and fried and served with jam....thought it sounded interesting and i guess it is but it certainly wasnt something i would try again

Wow sub-par at best. Baker Street Pub & Grill, Westminster, CO is an overprice/overvalued establishment that has lost what true value is too the consumer. One(1) the meal portions are soooo small I had to ask twice if this was indeed a full portion. At at $11 at the low end price per meal, you would think they would pile on the food......not in this place; and the food itself was just mediocre. Secondlly it gets worse, their idea of happy hour is $5 drinks and to make matters worse, pass on the margs ..... they are sooooo watered down that after three I could still easily manage the tightrope. For the price and value there are sooooo many better places to spend your hard earned money. Go elsewhere where you can find value and not feel gauged on both value and food.....and just plan fun!

I have been to Baker's St. for Happy hour and the Chicken Tempura App is great...along with a Guiness! I have recently been back this last Sun for lunch with my family. My son ordered the pancakes and bacon. The pancake was like a frisbee and the bacon was cold. The cucumbers in my salad were soggy and discolored along with my lettuce. My dad ordered the steak and eggs ordered medium and it came out very rare. He sent it back to cook a little longer. Service was good.

Allright, so I have been here a few times since this operation replaced the vacant area that 975 was in. If you ever went to 975 - I am sure you realized it was supposed to be upscale with modern styling. Baker St is the complete opposite of that. IT has been completely rennovated to look like an Irish Pub, and I LOVE IT! Happy Hour runs from 2 till 9 every day and all day on Sundays - great service and actually really good food too. The Fish n Chips was excellent and the Bangers and Mash were great too! This is a chain with several locations and is related to Sherlock Pub and Grill - if you havent been here before - check it out!

I recently visited with a friend and was surprised at how good the food was. I had some chipoltle tacos 1/2 order and my friend had fish & chips 1/2 order..by the time we were done we ordered more and were stuffed! Excellent food!

*beware* ... had one of the waitresses try to steal my credit card... finally had to call in the manager who confronted her on it and she produced out of her apron... manager did not even apologize for his staff ... WILL NOT GO AGAIN !

Definitely a hit or miss here. Depends on which server you get. Friday nights are great with live music and good atmosphere but drinks can be pricey and food is ok.

  • Tim S.

I normally like this place but today was horrible. We had the worst waitress. Dang she was even wearing a shirt with a happy face. So disappointed I would have liked to have had some more tartar sauce. Maybe some water ... but nope..... I hope she finds her happy place... she won't find it in my tip

Absolutely mediocre. The food was all right, but service was slow and it was fairly cold. Not really sure why this place was so busy and popular.

Possibly the weakest response by not only our server but also the manager to awful service. Hard to believe a chain like Baker Street does drive better service from the top down. Other than that the food was acceptably good.. But not good enough!

Close to our house, average food, nice wait staff. Huge smoking area outside, so when you leave you are bombarded with the smell. Enjoyed our evening.
