Very impressive. The manager told me that there are plans to open more McDonald's. Seriously, people. You took the time to one star review McDonald's? What's next geniuses? A review of Walmart? Examine your life and stop eating here.

My mother and I are on a trip and we stopped here for lunch. The service was very slow despite it being fully staffed. And when we finally got our order it was very wrong and the ice in my drink had melted.

Asked for no onions, no cheese. Order taker repeated the instructions and receipt verified. SANDWICH HAD ONIONS AND CHEESE. HOW STUPID!

Terrible customer service, which is typical for Trinidad. The kids running the place have no home training and feel that they are doing you a big favor by making you a burger.

Fast Food at a Glacial Pace! OK, that may be unfair to glaciers. We had a simple order, but it took 20 minutes. There seemed to be a lot of staff, it was not particularly busy, but during our 20 minutes of standing around we observed a number of other disgruntled customers who apparently had to wait an inordinant amount of time for their food. If I had had a smart phone I would have made a smart decision and checked the reviews as I drove up.

My husband and I arrived early, at about 5:20 in the morning, going through the drive-thru. The breakfast portion of the menu hadn't been put out, and we waited for two minutes before calling out to see if anybody was even there to take our order. The girl on the headphones apologized and said she would be right out to take care of the menu. When we were finally able to order, I asked for the sausage and egg biscuit with cheese and my husband asked for a number five combo with a sweet iced vanilla coffee. We were then informed that their fryers were down, so they couldn't make hash browns, and would we mind just getting the main part of the meal? He sighed and said fine. We got our total and rolled up to the window. Upon paying and receiving my receipt, I noticed that the cashier had put down a sausage and egg biscuit without any cheese. My husband had to flag down someone inside to make sure that was taken care of. During the flurry of receiving our drinks, we could clearly hear the young cashier say "I am so stressed!!" Not a good thing for your customers to be hearing! The food we got was mediocre at best. At least it was warm and put together properly. My biscuit felt like it had been tossed in the microwave for a few seconds too long and then left to sit and cool while the rest of the sandwich was being made. My husband's burritos had egg lumps that were dry and hard. He remarked that while the iced coffee he got wasn't the best he'd ever had, it was at least palatable enough to drink without cringing. Of course, that was when we finally got the straws to go with the drinks, as more of an afterthought, after receiving our food. The server had to run inside the restaurant for said straws, as there were none currently stocked at the window. Interestingly enough, a customer inside also clearly had a problem with her food, as she was showing an open sandwich wrapper to the servers inside. All in all, it took us ten minutes to get through the drive-thru, and we were the only ones going through. It is the only McDonald's in Trinidad, which is why I assume this establishment is still in business, and it is also the only establishment that is open this early (although barely functioning). For future early morning meals on the go, my husband and I will certainly be stopping elsewhere.

We travelled overnight. We hit the drive through and placed the order. The line was moving so slow we got our dog's food out, fed him, and put the supplies away after he finished before we made it the window. Yeah, they were that slow. Then, not only were we missing an order, but they were unable to count to two. We had two plates of food but only one set of plastic ware. We went around to try again, but the cars were lined up around the building now, and the interior had a bus load of people walking in. I hope they enjoy their day at McDonalds. Even though it is only 6:10 a.m., I am sure 30+ people at once will take until lunch time to get their orders "filled".

This has to be one of the worst, most unorganized McDonald's I have ever seen in my 40 plus years upon this earth. Went in with a friend, and all we wanted was a Large Sprite, and a Large NON-sweet Iced tea. Well, after waiting for about 5 minutes, they finally got our drinks made, But they did Sweet Iced tea instead of what we asked for. How difficult is it to get a couple of drink orders made? Half the crew seemed to be standing around without a clue as to what was going on while the other half were doing all the work. Please listen to all the other reviews, this place isn't where you want to eat.

Less than one star!!! Traveling all morning, we were looking for a quick bite off the interstate and then right back on. We were gravely mislead. First of all there is NOTHING quick or easy about this place. Very difficult to get to from the interstate. Upon arrival in the parking lot there are numerous individuals loitering and smoking by the entrance. It was crawling with people of all ages using the wifi, hanging out, and children running amuck. The front of house crew and food prep crew had horrible communication and were completely in the weeds. I guess it's never a good thing when the cashier asks for your order and upon hearing it looks over her shoulder and says "well, you might not get it"There was a couple at the counter that had waited 25 mins for an order of chicken! Wtf? Our order took about 10 mins and they did not properly prepare it as a "to go" order. Oh well, it is what it is, but I would not ever stop there again.
