I haven't lived close to a DD for over a decade, maybe two. My husband and I got excited to have Muchkins as our Sunday treat this week. Stopped in to pick up 25 and were told they had none. It took 3 employees to figure out it would take about an hour to make more. We didn't have time to sit and wait so we opted for 1/2 dozen donuts. I specifically asked for a chocolate cake glazed and didn't care about the other 5. the employee repeated "chocolate cake, glazed" as she was opening the box. We opened it up when we got home to find no such donut. The ones we did get did not taste fresh, more like they were yesterday's donuts. We won't go back.

Dropped in earlier yesterday and I gotta say I like how they remodeled the place. This Dunkin Donut currently resides where the old A&W/Long John Silvers use to be right next to Walgreens on 88th Ave and Washington St. Seeing as they had just opened a few days ago (12/12/13 to be exact) I just had to stop in to see how good it really was. The staff was quite friendly and even had samples on hand as soon as I stepped inside. I decided to partake on one of their glazed munchkins. Quite tasty and most definitely soft. Anyhow, the wait wasn't long seeing as they had plenty of staff on hand to get your food. I ordered the BBQ Chicken w/Hash Browns combo and two maple donuts. Also got an ice coffee to go with the meal. With the amount of help they had I didn't wait even two minutes before I got my food. I decided to chow down on the donuts first since that's the main reason I came here. I gotta say I like the flavor but the bread itself seemed a bit on the hard side. Still wasn't bad. Now the Sandwich was nice and hot with moist chicken. Now that was a treat in itself as I didn't quite expect it to be that good. The hash browns were good too as it had a unique seasoning that enhanced the potato flavor. Had never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before this but, I definitely will be returning to try some of the other donut varieties they carry.

Was absolutely thrilled to find out a DD was coming to my area. Being from the East Coast this was going to be awesome! I too am very let down! 75% of the time since it opened I have gotten the wrong coffee! I even called my son in FL(who works at DD down there) to find out how many creams and sugar I should ask for since they don't know what a Hazelnut Regular is here. They still don' t get it right! Even went just yesterday and they still screwed up. I am ready to jump behind the counter and make my own one of these days! The staff seems friendly, but I guess they are stupid.

Horrible service it took 4 people to get the order wrong, the gave a refund. But this didn't help the nasty taste of the food. While choking down the food yucky, we watched a cashier sweep down a bench with the sane broom she barely cleaned the floor with. Here lie was she will wipe down with a rag. Now grossed out of their laziness with sanitation we will not return. The food was just as bad! Nothing like the old days or East coast....smh

Decided to stop by Dunkin Donuts after some Christmas shopping tonight. I order two French crullers to double chocolate and donuts two medium coffees and hot chocolate. They forgot to put the French crullers in the bag even know it was on the receipt. When do you know my favorite donut surprise surprise get home nothing there. Then I pull out my receipt just to find that there's no contact information on the receipt for the store look on the internet there's no contact information on the internet either. Call another Dunkin Donuts a message sorry we're not affiliated with him we have no information. Not a good look for only being open up a couple of weeks.

We usually go to Starbucks but decided to try Dunkin instead. It was a Saturday and there was literally 2 customers in there and no one in the drive thru... Yet my husband and I waited15 minutes for 2 coffees, one was simply a coffee.,....while the 3 employees., one a I guess a manager?!?!? stood there talking to one another staring at us!!!! Hello ? say thank you, come again, customer service heard of it? And if you ask us if we want sugar and can you please make sure to get it, instead we had to ask for it again! To the owners... Really with so many good people looking for jobs, you have choices, this is your business you should care about me "the customer" Won't ever go back.

I think we're so lucky to have a Dunkin right here in the older part of Thornton, near the high school! Moving in to the old A&W was a great idea, especially since the drive thru is off the street which minimizes traffic impact. Hands down, this is the best cup of coffee in Thornton. I've been here three times now at three different times of the day, and the coffee is always fresh. And, the staff is ALWAYS friendly. The gal who usually works the drive thru is chatty and has a great smile, which really drives home that while this is a chain, it's still a local business and really reinforces that Thornton can still keep the small-town feel despite the growing pains we've faced the last few years. Don't lose this attitude, Dunkin! The selection is a little more limited in the afternoon, so do keep that in mind. Go early for the best selection.

Not the best dunkin I've been to, but certainly not the worst. If there's one area that's lacking DD it's certainly Thornton-Westminster-Broomfield. I was ecstatic to learn that DD was finally opening a store here, as I've had a pretty hard time finding a place that knows how to make a good, fast iced coffee. The food is on par with other DD. The coffee is also on par. The inside is fairly well-maintained and sports their newer interior look - flat screens inside. Service and staff are quick and friendly. Occasionally I've gotten an incorrect food item - I'd say about less than 20% of the time. I also found it odd that they don't have the same bagels as other DD - just Plain, Everything, and Blueberry. But overall I'm glad there's a DD here, finally!

Was so excited to see Dunkin Donuts in the neighborhood. What a let down! We waited 30 minutes for a couple breakfast sandwiches and couple coffees. Luckily we were able to get our donuts right away. But my custard filled donut was creme-filled, not custard. Manager or supervisor in the back looked stoned out of his mind! Also, random non-staff wandering around behind the counter. 20 frustrated customers in line half with arms crossed. Others joking how the staff are totally stoned. Oh well, chalk it up for a Sunday morning adventure. Definitely a let down. That said, 1 star for the good coffee!

I'm not usually one to complain, but this was hands down the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. A simple issue with ordering that could have been easily rectified turned into something insane. Went in for breakfast/lunch, ordered two combo meals which on the menu board clearly state they come with drinks included for the price shown. After we paid I asked for our drinks, the cashier rudely told me that we didn't get drinks. I pointed to the menu board where it said that they were included and she said "well that's not what I charged you for" I told her that was what I ordered so that's what I would like please and she proceeded to ring up two drinks and tried to charge me three dollars and change for them. I said no, I am not going to pay three more dollars for drinks that should be included in what I just ordered. She rolled her eyes and told me that if I didn't want to pay for them then I would have to wait until her manager "had time" to come up and void the whole order and re-ring it so she could charge me the approximately twelve cent difference between how she rang it up and how it should have been rang up. Since I had paid cash, I said fine, here is a quarter, may I please have my drinks and my food and you and your manager can figure this out when he HAS THE TIME? She walked away and came back with the manager who had an attitude and asked me "what's your problem?" not "How can I help you?" but "what's your problem" so I explained it to him, he rolls his eyes, rings it up, collects my money, shoves the bag with my food in it at me and walks away muttering under his breath "jesus fu##ing Christ" and I still have to walk down to the other end of the counter and ask again for my drinks to be made because neither he nor the cashier (jasmine h. per my receipt) have bothered to let anyone know. All of this over a $0.12 difference in cost? Are you kidding me? Why in the world would you risk losing customers and having them tell people what horrible service they received in your establishment over something so petty?

After listening to my husband rave about these donuts for 2 years in anticipation of DD's return, we are both hugely disappointed! We have visited several times now, just to make sure this is not a rush to judgement, and it is the same every time. The service is fine, but the donuts are often stale and dry! What?! We have been at different times of the day as well. Maybe DD needs to re-evaluate their recipe for our climate? One day we went in super early (0530) to get some treats for work and at least half of the selection was stale. We went back to complain and were told they have an 18 hour plus hold time on the donuts, so not all of them are 'fresh' at a time. We were offered a small box of munchkins in apology (which were also stale) and the ones I wanted (sprinkle) were not available. Are they ever available? I have only been able to get them the very first time, which was around 4:30 in the afternoon, and never again. Actually, an employee said there would be a batch ready in about 10 minutes (the day we complained) but the manager said that those were for the next day!!! I am so disgusted with the lack of my favorite (sprinkle) and the lack of quality I have no desire to return. I thought the coffee was just average. LaMars is by far superior, but not very close by.

I'm from NYC so I may be a little spoiled when it comes to fast service, but it took me 15 min to get an iced coffee and a bagel. They made the bagel wrong (not sure how that happens...) and the coffee was so awful! Idk, I thought they would all have the same coffee, but I could barely drink a quarter of mine before I started feeling sick and had to throw it out. Of course I don't have time to go back and ask for another. The service is honestly great, the ppl are so nice. I hate giving the rating I did since everyone there is awesome, its just they need to work out the qwerks. And work on the coffee...

I was so excited to visit a Dunkin Donuts while in CO because we don't have them in California (yet!) But I waited for over 10 minutes for my iced coffee and 15 minutes for a bagel sandwich. The we're only 2 people in line in front of me, there is no excuse for being sooooo slow. Very disappointing.

We stopped by after 10:00 pm on a Friday night . We were really excited about getting nice donuts . The cashier didn't sound that pleasant and happy to take our order . He was like whatever ! . We finally chose the donuts we wanted , however, the selection was extremely short . Some type of donuts are only made in the morning hours so selection is pretty limited after afternoon . Price is okay ,12 pcs for $11.00

My partner is from New York, and when this place opened near us, he was so incredibly excited. I think it is an East Coast thing. That said, they have solidly decent service with friendly folks, a fair number of options, and are open ok hours (I wish they were open later or 24-hours like most DD places, but I'll take what I can get). When you want a donut or bagel and cream cheese, they are quick, efficient and cost-effective, and the food is decent. If you want fancy coffee and delicious bagels, go to a coffee shop or Moe's bagels. They are doing exactly what they should be; offering quick food at a moderate price.

Good coffee, not great... 1\3 of the star is for the coffee being hot, but it did not taste fresh at all. I also gave 1\3 of the star for the cleanliness of the place. That's all I have to say that's positive . The food was blah. Nothing exciting, nothing special. The only really good thing about the food and this is where I gave the other 1\3 of the star was the hash brown rounds. They were very good. Most places the hash browns don't have any flavor besides potatoes. But these were different. They were very good. I really loved them. However with that being said I was very disappointed in the serving amount. I got 4 little rounds. That's it. The bag wasn't even 1\2 full. Come on!!! Give us at least 6 that's not asking a lot. I ordered the egg, bacon, cheese bagel. The egg I thought was real and if it is was real, something went wrong. The egg looked odd, not bad just odd. It was disinergrating in my mouth. I can't describe the texture it was just wrong. The bacon was there, just little and not really cooked. It needed more time to crisp. The cheese was of velvetta quality (not everyone likes that cheese). The bagel was firm on the outside and soft in the middle so they didn't mess with that at least. My companion and I were still hungry after our meal so we got a dozen donuts. Thank goodness for the coffee. They were very dry and almost stale quality. I've been to many places for donuts and I have to say these were worse then Winchell's. Not only was the donut dry but the dough seemed to be dry almost on purpose... they had no flavor, even the chocolate ones didn't have a chocolate taste . The cream filled was way to doughy on the inside with very little cream or taste.

A Donut Is A Donut... After running some errands, and when I ask Hubs to head to this establishment, his face went down south.. Err, Hubs thought that I want to go to a MOM & POP Donut Shop... But since its already late, and ONLY this Donut store is available opened at that hour, we just went here to grab a dozen of Donuts and some coffee for Hubs. Actually the Coffee, is 3 stars, the Donuts are more just like meh (1.5-2 stars at best). Donuts, Nothing stellar Nothing fancy. Maybe I should ask the Staffs next time, are those Donuts being baked or fried on that actual day?? I can now say, its better to get from a Mom and Pop Donut shop rather than from a BIG CHAIN Donut store. *Sigh* But to make comparison from a Big Chain Donut store, I think I stick to Krispy Kreme Donuts as compared to Dunkin Donuts.. Even Hubs told me, its like more than 20 years he ever step into a Dunkin' Donuts store, when growing up in California. Yes, they have a Drive Thru at this location and as well as Patio or outside seating if you intend to have your Donuts/Beverages/Meals there. Sorry Dunkin Donuts, Thornton Location.. Maybe this incident is an isolated incident of Donut Nightmare! All in all, Semi-OK Overall Experience... Cannot deny, while we were enjoying the Donut and Coffee there, the staffs were young, and tend to be "noisy". Hubs had the Maple Frosted Donut, while I had the Strawberry Donut. The rest of the Donuts we brought it home. * 12 Donuts ($8.99) * XL Coffee ($2.39) That evening, the Cashier who handled our Donut & Coffee transaction, her name is Jasmine H. Time was about 20:20hrs ish. Dunkin' Donuts PC #352323 8755 Washington St, Thornton, CO 80229 Tel : (303)-605-2622 @52/2014

I was excited at first that there was a Dunkin just a few miles south of me. After visiting.......... not so much. Totally worthless employees. 1st off, no fewer than ten people were standing at the counter and there was only one person tending it while five "special" employees stood in back talking. 2nd off, when I finally got to the counter I ordered 50 munchkins........ she counted out EXACTLY 50! And it took her 3 tries! Pathetic! 3rd off, I ordered and iced coffee, she added a tablespoon of coffee and then half milk and half creamer. When I somewhat politely asked her to make it right, the attitude started. Dunkin' Donuts on Broadway: 3stars Dunkin' Donuts in Colorado Springs: 5star They should send all their employees to the Springs location to learn a little customer service skills.

This place 90% of the time will place the donut in the paper bag, icing side down. It's sort of a donut roulette game whether the icing completely sticks to the bottom of the bag and peels off or not. They got an extra star because their coffees are inexpensive.
