SALT. Lots and lots of salt. And then, just a little more salt. We got some gift cards for Christmas to Chili's along with some movie tix so we thought we'd better use them before they expire and headed off to this Chili's since it was close to the theater of choice. I've never adored Chili's but it's always been an o.k. place to go. Generally, I think with chains you know what you are going to get. Usually a 3 star meal with alright service. Nothing wrong with that, especially when it's on someone else's dime. That being said, WHOA!! Hold the salt already. I think I drank about a 1/2 gallon of water just to wash down the saltiness of my steak. I couldn't even finish the thing because it was just so salty. The portions were good, the service was good, but I think my regularly low blood pressure may have shot up a couple (like 50) points after eating this meal. Needless to say, I didn't have popcorn at the movies. My body wouldn't have withstood more salt.

This place sucks. It is the worst of white trash "dining" with awful, rude service and disgusting food. Avoid at all costs. We waited at the bar for FIFTEEN MINUTED with the CHECK IN FRONT OF US for the bartender to TURN AROUND and acknowledge the FIVE credit cards piling up on the Check on the Bar. Oh, he TURNED. And he SAW. Then he turned back around, and IGNORED US. So, since we had ONE of our party of SIX (which they squeezed into a half-booth that was a FOUR TOP) waiting at the table for FIFTEEN MINTUES, we gave up, TOOK THE CHECK, and went to sit down. 20 minutes later, when miss Scatter Brain Waitress actually came to the table, So did Mister Bartender. Quite Bitterly, with an effing ATTITUDE (Are you KIDDING ME???) and he slams our check (which we ALREADY HAD OUT ON THE TABLE) and says:" THIRTY SIX DOLLARS, PLEASE." Really? Classless little punk!! THEN: The cute little clueless waitress brings the WRONG drinks to our table, DOESN'T bring the "Chips and Queso" (Isn't this what Chili's is KNOWN FOR???) that we'd ordered... and then makes some stupid excuse for forgetting, oh, I don't know, EVERYTHING??? I didn't even bother ordering an entree. I saw it was pointless. I'm not kidding. Only 3 of the 6 of us ordered, because it was SO pathetic. I mean, I KNOW it's a CHILIS.... but this was SUPERBLY bad. SKIP this place. I swear, go to McDonald's. At least you know what you're in for there.

We went to this place on Friday night 2/17 Ok, this is 3 stars solely for the oreo volcano dessert we ordered. It was awesome! On the other hand, we went to get a couple drinks before we went to a movie at Regal Point. I ordered jack and coke which is pretty self explanatory, and it was 2 for 1 which was cool. My boyfriend ordered a Grey Goose dirty martini, which was WAY too dirty. I tried it and couldn't even taste any vodka, just salty olive juice. I really enjoyed the bartender, he was super nice and recommended the awesome dessert, but he needs some assistance on making a dirty martini. $8 for olive juice/splash of vodka is not cool.

Went here before a movie. There was about a 20 min wait. We did the 2 for $20. the food is good. The beers are on the small side. Happy hour is okay. 2 for 1 but like I said they are small so it like you are just getting one. Its a Chili's ok food, ok drinks but easy and quick. Good service and good deserts.

I would have given this place a one star but the service was good and that is at a premium. As to the food if you have been to one you have been to them all. Chain food but needed something quick.

Probably the worst Chili's experience I've ever had recently. Not the food- not the drinks (kinda hard to screw up opening a bottle of beer) This review's low rating is totally about the bartender. I met a friend at the bar who was running a little late. HHmmm--ok park at the bar and have a coldie ?? What a great idea-- evidently the bartender didn't think so. I'm not a 20-something girl with her tatas pushed up trailerpark style (Thank God !!) However - I waited and watched Rico Suave attempt to charm his way into the rest of the night with 6 or 7 girls (who arrived after me) instead of focus on his job as a server. My buddy got to the bar and was asked if he needed a minute to order. I was thinking - well-- ummm-- I've been here for almost 20 minutes and haven't had the opportunity to order anything!! I did get a beer and the steak quesadillas-- which were fine. I paid my tab -- which again I had to request twice due to his "Skills with the Ladies" Paid. left no tip. didn't really want to chat with his manager at the time-- I just wanted to get out of there.

I cannot imagine how anyone could give this Chilis a bad review. You people knew you were at a friggin' Chile's. Fine dining isn't the point. If you want consistent, yummy chain food at fair prices, a nice cold beer and AWESOME service, Chili's in Sheridan Town Center is for you. I have never had a bad experience. Their "team service" philosophy works extraordinarily well. My kids love the place.

Happy Hour all day Mon-Thurs. My wallet suffered cuz I visited this new Chili's location on a Friday. Two Kamikaze shots = 12.50 Ouch! The Presidente Marg was quite tasty but, the Electric Lemonade was like a small Slurpee from a 7-11 in a fro fro glass. I heart Chili's tortilla chips, and dipping them in ranch dressing brought me back to when Chili's was my watering hole back home. Tasty fries that aren't too soft yet firm with decent seasoning. I wasn't overly impressed with the fajitas. Sometimes your memories of "yesteryear's" outshine the standard present times.

I'm seriously bored of the "let's all hate on chains" mentality. There are healthy options there if you want them. Not everyone has a adventurous palate. And not everybody wants to drop $50 for dinner on a regular basis. Sure, Chili's menu isn't terribly inspiring, but their food is consistently decent in my experience. One thing I absolutely LOVE though is their boneless buffalo wings. It's the one appetizer I seriously begrudge sharing with anyone. So when we left the neighboring Target one night, hungry and not in the mood for driving around all over the place, those three magical words sprang to mind: boneless buffalo wings! I actually debated ordering two BBW app's as my main meal, but just couldn't bring myself to do it (I will though one of these days!). Instead, I settled on the BB chicken salad ($8.29), and he opted for the Buffalo Chicken Fajitas ($11.79). Both were good - generous portions, fresh ingredients, lots of flavor. The only downer to the meal was the service at the end. So we'd got there a little late but were assured there wasn't a problem getting food. Halfway through, however, the staff started tidying up/clearing tables in a really unsubtle way. Our server was all, "There's no rush, folks, take your time! ... But if you want dessert, the kitchen's gonna be pissed! A-hahah!!!" etc. He said there was no rush to sign the check but then kept peering round the corner at our table every few seconds in a really obvious way. Kinda annoying, especially since there was still a good 15 minutes til closing time.

We've eaten here twice since they opened late last month. We sat at the bar both times. Both times we were there during the dinner rush, and once the dining room filled up, the families that didn't want to wait opted to eat in the bar area. These were families with poorly behaved hyper-active children. It was like being at a Red Robin. If you want to avoid the Red Robin vibe, try Chili's during lunch or after 8 PM. Overall, the service was fast and friendly, the food was very good, and the atmosphere, screaming kids aside, was pretty cool. The bar has several flatscreen HD TVs, and they had the audio up. When we were there, they had the Olympics on. Because it's a brand new location, it feels very clean, almost sterile, but I bet that won't last for long...

Everytime i've been there in the last year the service is really rude, and when our food finally arrives it is cold.

The Bbq jalapeño cheese enchiladas were the best. But before I could dig in to the mighty meal, I had to wait a mere 10 minutes of absolute fun. We had ordered an appetizer and our server, Keith, was very attentive and personable. We had a very great conversation as if this man and I had been great friends for years. Definitely the best waiter I have ever encountered at Chili's. If you don't go here for the food, then go here to meet this awesome waiter!

We visited here for a very special personal event with there being just 5 of us. We were they in celebration of a loved one lost. The food was good for but 1 of us who ordered seafood and was presented an over seasoned dish. We are not the type to get into any kind of Confrontation so it wasn't mentioned to the waiter. The service was good and they even seated us somewhat private under the circumstantial. We will be back for occasional things but not for any type of special occasion again.

Was a bit hesitant to eat here based on some of the reviews, but it was getting late and I was hungry. Overall this was a great experience. The waiter was the best I have seen in a long time - never had to ask for refills and he always seemed to be there when we needed something, but wasn't in the way. The food was excellent. I just had the sampler trio, but it hit the spot with southwestern eggrolls, boneless buffalo wings, and sliders. Also we had the chips and salsa which is always good at Chilis. I am not a fan of their plastic glasses and would prefer glass, but everything else made up for it.

Another chain restaurant. Chili's has to be a fave as far as Chain Restaurants. It has some great dishes. Don't expect anything out of the box, just par. I have come here for desert, lunch, dinner, late night dinner, you name it. All good. I have to admit I'm a sucker for the South Western Egg rolls. If you haven't tried them I recommend them.

It's a chain --- you've gone to one you've gone to all, right? Well, I don't give a damn where I go, I expect exceptional service because that's what I give to my customers. The management is terrible. He literally told me "he didn't care." They will tell you any lie they can to try and get rid of you. NOT APPRECIATED.

Dear Chili's, My steak was yummy and full of flavor, too bad I could only eat half of you since you were mostly fat and gross tissue. I asked for plain regular mashed potatoes and got them covered in gravy (what is this texas?) And also 3 things of broccoli does not count as a full side of veggies. Moving past my food the service was not so great, nor good, the server refilled my drink once. i even did the loud sluuuurp sound as he walked by so he would get the hint. nothing. He didn't even come by to ask how our food was, or how we were doing. If that wasn't enough to turn me off this chili's our seating was the icing on the cake. We were sat next to where all the servers hung out. which i can handle. I can't handle being ran into not once...not twice..not even three times..but five. five time. It was so bad that the potted plant next to me nearly fell over into my food. No one even said "I'm so sorry" or even looked at me as they hit, ran, and pushed into my chair. If a push and a shove [as well as a plate of grease] is your idea of a good dinner than stop in here. If you want to be treated like the paying costumer you are and be served a plate of food you can eat go else where. Maybe even to one of the fast food chains next door. It will be well worth it.

Okay, I'm a kind person and I'm easy to please. I SWEAR I'm not hating on this place because it's a CHAIN. Normally, I really like Chili's, I used to patronize the one in my home town all the time and they were great! But, truly, compaired to what you would get for the same price just about ANYWHERE and compaired to OTHER CHILI'S just about anyplace else in the country, this place is FAR below par. Like most of the other patrons, my husband came here for a bite to eat before the movies. It was first visit there, the place was packed. The resteraunt staff had a panicked "deer in the headlights" look about them. It was two for one drinks happy hour. They brought me two very itty bitty, luke warm bloody mary's that tasted like there was maybe half a teaspoon of vodka in them. I'm just guessing here. In truth, I didn't taste any vodka at all. They didn't even throw in an olive, salt on the rim, a piece of celery or anything. Just boom, here's the drink. I don't think they even gave me ice. Next came our food. I ordered the fajitas, which I've ordered at other Chili's many times in the past. I was anticipating a delicious tray of sizzling goodness with mouth watering, fragrant carmelized onions and peppers and meat still hissing away as the waiter proudly brough it over. What came was a pale, soggy, mushy mess. The food was litterally wet. It looked like they boiled it. Not the slightest hint of black or brown carmelizing on anything. What a bummer. $60 something dollars we paid for this fiasco. Against our better judgement, because I had a gift card, we decided to give the place a second chance. This time it was lunch time. It wasn't busy at all. Only one other group of people there. They still failed. My husband ordered a medium well steak and they brought him a burger. The manager came out and apologized profusely. Then, they brought a steak that was raw in the middle. Not meadium well. Again, many apologies from management. We got our drinks comped, but we were there a lot longer than we wanted to be. I'm a very slow eater and was completely done with my food by the time they got my husbands order right. Trust me, if you don't want to spend fifteen dollars on a cold plate of mush and seven dollars on a glass of watered down tasteless dreck take your hard earned money someplace else.

Big, fat, sloppy, jaw crackin' BIG MOUTH BURGERS... Yummmy! Chili's definitely has that cold, corporate chain feeling to it... but I can't get enough of the BMB.... The nice part about the BMB is they realize how giant they really are and give you knife so you can cut them in half! Usually it's the only reason I go to Chili's, one more addition is getting the queso dip to start.... it's definitely not the healthiest of meals, but oh so good for the soul! They have a lot of HDTVs and decent draft beer deals during the Broncos' games, not to mention comfortable booths. For the rest of the food and the service, Chili's gets a 3... but the BMB bumps it right up to a 4.

Shocked to see this place doesn't have many stars. Me and my other half go here ALL the time. We're big on To Go Ordering. Food is always good, Sometimes I have to go to the Bar to pay/pick up my order in which a bartender usually isn't there so I have to wait a few. I understand they're busy in the back somewhere which is fine. Normally when we go it's pretty slow at the Bar so that's totally understandable. I'm giving only 4 stars because unlike other Chili's they don't bring your food out to your car. That's kinda the whole reason for 'To Go' and this is the only Chili's that doesn't ask what you're driving and bring out your food. Which isn't a big deal and nothing to make a big stink about.

Not sure if it matters, since Chili's is the epitome of chain burger joint, but we were at the Wadsworth, Lakewood location. I certainly didn't want to add another location to the list. Kinda like adding multiple locations of a Micky D's--if you eat at 1 you've eaten at them all. So why even review something like a Chili's? Well, it's my backdoor way of saying how much I miss Bennigan's--it was the ONLY nationwide chain with really cheap food that I actually liked. As you may know, Steak & Ale, owner of Bennigan's filed the death chapter, and closed most, if not all it's restaurants. "A Victim of America's belt tightening" -- Ok, I'll get off my soap box, but when a Bennigan's can't make it, I say it's scary times. So, even the BF and I have to cheap out now and again, and with Benigan's gone, I figured I would try Chili's. Mind you, the BF likes Chili's, ( Micky D's too) and was hoping I would accept Chili's as a Bennigan's replacement. So we sit at a table in the bar area. So far so good. Waiter was there toot sweet with h2o, asking us if we want "real drinks", which we decline. The BF knows the lunch menu by heart and immediately orders a burger, medium rare, which he gets the bull sh*t about them only cooking meat medium and above. Now here's why I don't like Chili's--it's not their food, service, cold/chain feel. It's being told that I can't have my food, that I'm paying for, cooked to my order. Is this America? I understand there's a million to one chance that I'll get a tainted burger, and wind up barfing....but come on....let me sign a waiver or something. Admit it Chili's. You don't care if I get sick, you just care about getting sued. So, let me opt out of suing, and cook ( or not cook in this case) my burger the way I want it. This waiter was smart, I'll give you that, and instead of just saying Medium or nothing like the other Chili's I've encountered, he said he'll put the order in "as rare as possible". Knowing the burger was coming out medium, I went with the grilled smoked turkey, which was supposed to be a turkey club, but grilled so the swiss is melted over the bacon and turkey. Well, since they put the sandwich on a thick hogie like roll, nothing warmed let alone melted inside. The result was cold, thick bread, with cold bland ingredients inside. Swiss is only good melted, so it just didn't work. The funny thing, is that I like my fries burnt, and always assure waiters while I like my burger barking, you can't cook my fries long enough. Well, guess what...even with the "burn the fries" instruction, the fries came out white as a ghost. How ironic. They have to overcook my burger according to some mandate, but the fries can be raw. OK, I'll stop.

Stopped in for a quick bite by myself. The hostess was nice and said I could sit at the bar. There were college football games on and I knew that that would entertain me until my movie I was headed to. I typically like chills because the food is consistently tasty and fast. I wanted to order light. I ordered the table-side guacamole. Last time I ordered it, it was so good. This time it was just ok. My server was very sweet but it was the end of her shift so may be she just didn't have the energy to make sure the food was quality. The avocados were under ripe so the rest of the ingredients didn't mix in well together. The salsa was consistently delicious. For cheap tex mex, their salsa is pretty good. It has a nice kick to it. I ordered a double whiskey soda since their drinks are 2-4-1. The drink was ok. It didn't taste that great but I didn't have the heart, or time to send it back. The cheap well liquor did it's job and got me tipsy before heading to the movie. I don't know if I will be back to this location. I hope that they try to improve their quality of food and service and maybe this will be a better chili's location.

Every once and awhile I give these guys another shot, and once again I am dissapointed. This was a carry out order, so i can't comment on the staff this visit. I have previously dined in here a few times in the last couple years, and have had an issue with the food every time. The service has been average to good, but never memorable. For my 9-14-2014 to go order picked up at 7:11 pm: My wife had given birth to our son early that day, so I just needed something fast and close that was better than mcdonalds. Pros: -my burger was cooked very pink as requesed. -the order pickup time was given as 7:10, so it was ready on time. -the guac for the chips was fresh and plentiful. -the overall flavor of my wife's chicken and loaded potatoes was good. Cons: -the burger and fries were cold and had sat for 10 minutes before the chicken was ready. -the fries were mushy and shriveled -the grilled chicken was TINY, barely the size of a chicken strip. It weighed in at 2-3/8 oz. This is flat out robbery and the main reason for the crummy review. I hope it was a mistake and that i was given a children's portion on accident. I was not about to drive back to the restaurant-we tired and just needed to eat.

While I accidentally spilled water before we received any food.. The service is extremely slow. I asked for no tortilla strips on my soup.. Got tortilla strips on my soup. I asked for medium steak.. Got rare. Instead of just getting a new steak she took my whole plate?!? And was super snotty about. Would not recommend this Chili's. Super disappointing.

Something really needs to be done about the management at this location. The service is terrible!! Literately every time I go in thinking it won't be so bad this time, they are worse!! They have forgotten to but our food orders in and left us sitting there for over an hour, they brought us our orders wrong and I would probably die of dehydration if I was dependent on their staff to fill my water! Seriously how hard is it to train and monitor your staff?
