When I first drove up, I was not sure I was in the right place. The outside wasn't what I expected for Pueblo's favorite Italian restaurant. However, I decided to go on in on the recommendation of a Dominican priest, Father Louie. I quickly felt better. The staff were very friendly. There was a homey atmosphere. The salad was crisp and fresh and the bread warm and crusty. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food and every thing was fixed fresh and piping hot. There was nothing fancy or pretentious about this place, but just a nice place to get a good home cooked meal.

Great local spot. Handmade noodles are the way to go. You can split a meal between 2 people. I rec the onion rings too - breaded on site and very good.

Hand made pasta was under seasoned and not great. Chicken Parmesan was great. Not a bad restaurant but we were hoping for a little better.

The service could be a little better but the food is fantastic. Try the lobster ravioli. Sooooo good!

I went here once everyone raved about it. I like the feel of the old bar but it seems a odd place for a Italian restaurant. I wasn't a big fan of the food.

Wow!! This is the place to be on a Friday night! Standing room only, but luckily we got a table and excellent food. La tronicas is pure pueblo in the sense that the place hasn't beeb updated since the 70s but that's the charm of it all. This is not a place where you'll get modern Italian cuisine with a 5 star chef who only gives dainty portions and makes the food look good. This is old school Italian food that will fill your belly and make you really happy! My favorites are the chicken piccata, spaghetti and filet. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and awesome service!!

OMG. This place is an Italian food lovers hidden gem. Hand made. Home made. Fresh. Fun. You get the feeling the other patrons have been here a time or two or ten! Dont miss the chance to find this place!!!!

Very disappointed with the meal here. I ordered a steak, which was completely bland and unseasoned. My brother got the lasagna and we were both disappointed. Upon looking at the lasagna, it appears processed as the meat in it is compressed. Sauce had good flavor but my brother had no desire to finish it. Salads were plain and the ranch had a lot of dill flavor to it. The fries I got with my meal were still raw and crunchy and I didn't want to finish my meal. Won't be returning. Too much disappointment for these outrageous prices!!

Place was packed. Saturday night. Service was quick & friendly. Food was bland. Lasagne sauce had little flavor - however the onion rings & fried goat cheese was good.

My family and I ate here because we were passing through Pueblo for the eveing and we were in the mood for Italian. We found this place on Yelp and it seemed to have decent reviews so we decided to give it a shot. Worst decision of our vacation. First I will say that our waitress was extremely friendly and seemed to be a super sweet lady, however the food here was horrible. I am dumbfounded by th positive reviews from others here on Yelp. All 4 of us ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. The sauce was honestly some of the worst marinara I have ever tasted in my entire life, maybe the worst. The consitancy was that of canned spaghetti sauce, the flavor was completely bland and lacking of any seasonings, yet oddly it was overwhelmingly spicy. It literally tasted like they opened a can of cheap spaghetti sauce added some cayenne pepper, heated it up and poured it on top of spaghetti noodles. As for the meatballs, once again no flavor, totally bland. Also, the texture was very processed. Im not sure if they were frozen meatballs or just very poorly made fresh meatballs, but either way they were terrible. I might expect this quality from a tv dinner, but certainly not from an Italian restraunt where I'm paying $10 a plate. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is that our waitress was so sweet and friendly and the bread they brought out before the meal was pretty good . I would never recommend this place to anyone and certainly will never be going here again myself.

Just stopped here for dinner while driving home to Denver from Phoenix and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. It's a very traditional old school family stye restaurant full of locals but the pasta is fresh and the service was great. Lasagna was light with not too much cheese and served with a small salad with iceberg lettuce but tasty. Would stop here again.

One of my favorite Italian places in Pueblo. Good food at great prices, and the portion sizes are huge. Their handmade noodles and bread sticks are great! Also love that they serve Moscow Mules in copper mugs, the way they are supposed to be served.
