This restaurant is a little gem in old downtown Pueblo, CO. I had the halibut in a lemon garlic butter, which came with a risotto, and greens. The halibut was fall apart, buttery goodness. Best fish I have ever had. The risotto was cheesy and cooked just right. The menu changes all the time, but the chef is also open to making meals if the ingredients are there :) Servers were attentive and the chef came out to greet all the guests at some point during the meal. I can't wait to get back to DC's!

Such a warm atmosphere complete with antiques soft lighting from lamps and comfy chairs. But the food is what is truly amazing! Unbelievable gourmet food and great wines. If you want a special treat, this is the place!

Hands down one of the best spots in pueblo to eat! Their lunch is amazing! Everything from their sandwiches to salads are spot on. The Posado leaves you wanting to order another one and eat it at home. The Bleu is heaven in your mouth. His grinder is one of the best in town, i would say better than Passkey or Iannes. The tuna salad is perfect for lunch. The Pilgrim is amazing and we can't forget the TDF! ALL sandwiches are delicious... And you must try the beer battered fries (yum!). The location is perfect for this cute little bistro. Felicia is the best server and has been there forever and knows her stuff. DC is consistent with quality and if you think his lunches are good you must try his dinners! Beautifully prepared and a nice change from the other dingy restaurants around town. The prices are reasonable especially for the portions and quality. If he was located in California you would need reservations 2 weeks in advance for dinner and there would be a line out of the door for the lunch menu.

Tried to eat here, but after waiting over 20 minutes with no service, we had to leave. So disappointing!!! And the place was empty on a Friday night!

Service was lackluster. Took forever to get our check. Food was great, but they were out of several items and beer choices.

We found this little place on Yelp and decided to check it out while we were in the area. It was a great experience overall and we would absolutely go back! Great tasting food. Got two sandwiches that were delicious Soup was wonderful and the fries were amazing. Light but filing lunch. The location is in a nice little area that had recently been renovated in Pueblo. We sat outside in some shade and it was wonderful. The inside was also very clean looking and had a nice feel to it. Or service was prompt and friendly. Told us about some of the surrounding areas when asked and didn't hesitate to give us some drinks to go since we were getting back on the interstate. The food came out almost immediately even though we got there as soon as they opened. Very prompt! 1/2 The price was a bit higher than expected. Both of our sandwiches were reasonably priced, but to have fries instead of chips cost $2. I got their creamy cauliflower soup which was great, but it cost $3 for a very small portion of the soup. The sides are just a bit too much and didn't feel like they warranted the price. Would give them 4.5 stars if we could.

I went for lunch. I had the special spicy turkey sandwich - shaved turkey with Pueblo peppers (like a salsa) and cheese on french roll. It was good, but surprisingly a little bland. The onion rings were great and piping hot. Pomegranate iced tea was just sweet enough to be delicious. Service was good and the place is cute and in an up and coming area of Pueblo surrounded by nice retail and other restaurants. Well worth a stop.

Caesar salad was very tasty (I got it with shrimp, which were delicious), but WAY over priced for lunch. I think the sandwiches were a little more reasonably priced than the salads. If the dinner prices are the same as the lunch prices, then I would recommend going at dinner- $16 for a dinner salad seems a bit more reasonable than it does for lunch. All this being said, I will probably go back for lunch, because I have not been able to find many restaurants in Pueblo with good salads.

For visitors to Pueblo that are looking for an interesting menu, well prepared food, and lovely ambience, this is the place to go! Salmon salad with a light creamy avocado sauce was very nice, even though I prefer my salmon rare. My husband had the pork chop and it was exactly to his liking. Our server, Sarah, was excellent; always there when we needed her and working with others when we didn't. The carrot cake was the perfect ending to a delightful experience. The wine list, although adequate could be more creative.. It is limited but we found selections that mated well with our dinner. Go, enjoy yourself and I'll bet you go again. It's a very happy dining experience!

As good as it gets in Pueblo! Definitely my favorite fine dining restaurant here in Pueblo. Great cozy atmosphere with old time decor. Great street seating for summer dining as well. Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The head waitress also works at a local wine shop, chooses wonderful wines for the restaurant and will offer great suggestions for pairing wines with your meal. The food is always wonderful and well prepared. Timing is everything and the pacing at which your meal is served to you is splendid. In the six years I have lived in Pueblo I have gone there quite frequently and never had anything less than a wonderful experience. If you get a chance to meet DC say hi for me!

One of my friends saw D C;s on B street while driving through Pueblo. We were in town for an event. 8 of us went to dinner and all of our meals were excellent. The setting is charming. Very small and intimate. We had to sit at 2 tables but that was fine. The service was terrific and everything we had was awesome. I had the salmon salad, 2 friends had rack of lamb, another 2 had steak thermador and the last one had pork. We all shared samples and we will be back on our trip next fall. Great find!

I had a great lunch here today. When I walked by last Sunday it was packed with people, today there were less people. My server was very friendly and helpful. My veggie sandwich was good and it was easy to change up so that it was vegan friendly. This looks like a place that has a lot locals that come in.

We went here at almost 9 pm at night and we were surprised they were open. No one was in there except two staff persons who were very nice and helpful. Very cozy and nostalgic environment. I thought the portions were a little small and the prices didn't match the size of the meals, but I got chicken and it was pretty good! Very romantic and lovely environment though!

best restaurant in pueblo hands down! the food is always carefully prepared and the ingredients fresh and seasonal. wine suggestions and list is very good and the atmosphere is cozy and unique. the lamb is exceptional, well cooked and tender. Price is my only complaint, its a little overpriced (3-5$ overpriced per plate) for what it is. but its the nicest place in town and the best place between santafe and co springs so i'm okay paying.

This is our go-to lunch spot when we are in Pueblo. The food is consistently excellent, the service is efficient and friendly! The Fries are absolutely the BEST in the state!
