I've come to really appreciate Wendy's over BK or McD. The food is fresh tasting, the service is good here, and it's pretty cheap. I'm not a fast food lover so it's something for me to like this place and actually review it. So here is what I like particularly: Regular burger, no cheese. Fries. Very tasty. Baked Potatoes. They are done right. The skin is crispy. And I know it's fresh (I've seen them work it) My son loves the chicken sandwich. My daughter loves the cheese burger.

Friendly people and fast service. They remember the name of regulars. The interior is better than most other Wendy's. The TV was set to the NFL network whenever I have been there.

Worst food poisoning I have ever had! :/ the worst night me and my wife have ever had. Still hurting pretty bad today.

Hard as a rock chicken nuggets must have been sitting out waiting for me for days. Nasty. Cheeseburger, not worth mentioning. The fries are the highlight... and that's not saying much.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever eating at or more like trashed my food. I don't know if it the kids that work there or more likely the manager can't run the place. I live in Parker and I keep trying them from time to time they never improve. I'm done with them!

So, I have been frequenting this Wendy's for 14 years now. It has never been terrible, but it has seldom been that great. It has a convenient location, and usually the drive-thru is pretty fast. They have occasionally messed up my orders, but things have been generally okay. This Wendy's was shut down recently while it underwent a remodel. I was somewhat skeptical of what the outcome would be, but I stand corrected. I ventured in today, and the place was way nicer inside than you would expect a fast food restaurant to be. The inside is mostly lighter woods and metals now. There is a partial room divider "fireplace". The seating is varied (small tables, larger table, chairs, stools and even some rather comfortable booths). They are offering free wi-fi, and have not 1, but two of the custom soda machines that let you do over a 100 combinations. The place was clean (as it should be considering the remodel). Even the bathrooms looked nice. Service at the counter was fast and friendly. Perhaps most surprisingly, they had a staff member working the lobby. He was constantly cleaning, wiping down tables, straightening chairs, and even emptying peoples trays for them. The manager was bringing out ice cream cones to families. He also dropped by to see how I liked my food. This was a shock, but I welcomed it. I gave him my honest feedback on how I liked the remodel, and he was pleased. I made a small criticism of one food item, and he promised to look into it. My food was pretty good. I tried the pretzel burger, and my fries were hot (although I miss the old steak fries that Wendy's used to have). My chili tasted good, but could have been hotter (that was my criticism). In conclusion, I would urge more fast food places to clean up their acts, replace the tacky furnishings, and make their restaurants a place where adults would actually be willing to linger over a meal.

It's better than the McDonalds across the street and less expensive than the Crap-in-the-Box a block down the road, but don't expect a lot of quality outside the food rush hours. I've stopped ordering the fries altogether - they were always cold and old. The beef definitely sits on the grill too long, and I don't even want to imagine what the chicken is like. Presentation of the food is pretty bad too.

It's a Wendy's. They have food, it tastes decent, and service is about what I'd expect. For what it is, it's a good one.

Crispy chicken sammy, not bad. Fries, nothing special. Junior bacon cheeseburger, nasty. The burger definitely was not fresh or juicy, as advertised. This place must live by the heat lamp. Steer clear of this Wendy's location, you're better off going to the Jack in the Box across the street!

I am pleased with the food at this location but the drive-thru is hit or miss.

Nothing but crap again at this place. I got stuck with a baked potato at the drive-thru that was hours old, smashed in half, and brown on the inside. I called the manager, Vivianna, who only said, "I just put out fresh ones now." She never said she was sorry and never said she would make it right. Well what good does that do me when I'm stuck with crappy food. Seems this place will never get better.
