This location is not one I would ever recommend ordering from. We have given them countless opportunities and yet, they consistently fail. The amount of free pizzas we have received is proof they cannot deliver our order in a timely manner. I suggest pickup at a different location or not working with them at all. Deliver times are quoted at 30-45 mins and average 65-95 mins on a good day.

Ok, I initially gave this place one star for terrible pizza and service. I talked to the Manager and he made it right by crediting the initial order and providing a free pizza. Willing to give this Papa Johns another try.

Said over the phone they take checks. When I got there is that wasn't the case. I was picking up for someone else (large order) so had to pay with their check. They kept the pizzas, I went elsewhere with better service. Since their prices have also gone up, Pizza Hut is now my preferred pizza pickup place since Papa John's employees can't communicate effectively.

Having worked at a PJs as well as PH for a few years in college, I can tell you that PJs has far far better and fresher ingredients than the competition. As far as bang for your buck, no, PJs is not great. Their surcharges, delivery fees (that they claim don't go to the driver) plus your tip puts you about $6 more per pie than the others. They do have a good rewards plan, and having bought hundreds of pizzas for our construction crews, I get free pizza whenever I want from PJs. If you get a free pie and choose the pickup option, it turns out to be a pretty good meal. Note: If you're picking up, the route into the parking lot will remind you of the movie Labyrinth. Look at the satellite photo when getting directions. You have to go down the road that says "No Outlet" and has a red/white barricade at the end of it.

The pizza here is very expensive, delivery times are at least double what you are quoted, no guarantee that the food will be hot when it is delivered. I have never had a good experience with anyone on the phone there, the employees are people who just don't care. Corporate also has a blasé attitude when you call to report a complaint or to make a suggestion. After ordering four times in one year and not having one order correct, I have given up. They just don't give a hoot.

We have ordered delivery from this Papa Johns a number of times mostly without issue. That was until one night when we decided to plan ahead and order ahead online. We scheduled to have 2 pizzas delivered at 6:15 PM and placed the order more than TWO HOURS prior. At 6:15, and with a band of kids getting irritable, I called the store to get the status of the order. I was told, "it's just now leaving the store." When asked why it hadn't left before the reply was,"we're really busy." HELLO!!! Are you telling me that more than two hours notice is not enough? It has nothing to do with being busy but more to do with poor management of orders in the queue. I asked that the manager call me back when (s)he had a moment. I also told the delivery driver when she arrived 40 MIN LATER to have the manager call me. A week later...no call. The management at this location clearly doesn't care about a customer who orders pizza from their location at least 5 times a month. We will, for the first time in years, consider other pizza options in the area because of this experience.

I've never been a huge lover of Papa John's but I thought since we moved to a different state it might be better; well that's not true. Not only did they charge me twice and add gratuity onto the second charge, but when I called back to let them know their manager never once apologized for their mistake and told me to call corporate and take it up with them. So I did and no one at corporate apologized either. All they said was not our fault and that they would contact the store manager to call us. Such a disrespectful company.

Papa Johns is one of my favorite pizza chains. I think their ingredients taste fresher than other pizza chains. We ordered for delivery about 3/weeks ago and the pizza showed up fast! It was good. I didn't realize that the total order for one large pizza was $19, because my husband ordered it online for us. $19 is a bit steep in my opinion.

I usually do dominos for delivery, but thought a change of pace would be nice. Nope. Ordered a single pizza and 2 liter on line. Email said 30-40 minutes. 70 minutes later I call the store and they say it will be here in five minutes. Well, 7 minutes later it shows up. Ice cold. Never again will I make this mistake. Dominos is always delivered quickly and super hot. Pretty much would like to see this store go under as this isn't the first issue I've had with them. Also, deliveries incur a $2.50 charge. I deduct that amount from the tip and I feel it is an insult. Others charge for delivery too but at least they do it on time and served hot.

They always deliver our pizzas fast and make them to our desired specifications. The only thing that bugs me is they don't have artichokes (most pizza places in Parker don't) and they are higher priced than the other pizza places but I can usually find decent deals on the "My Account" feature of their website. Also wish they had a cream based sauce.

Bumping them up to a 3. Although still not my favorite pizza, it was pretty decent the last time we ordered from there. Also, the toppings were wrong on one pizza we received. When we called them back to let them know, they checked it out. It turned out we had messed up the order. They volunteered to make it right. I really appreciated this courtesy. The replacement pizza arrived piping hot in less than 20 minutes. Kudos to Papa Johns for going above and beyond.

I will not be ordering pizza from this papa johns again. I ordered a large pizza, Pepsi, cheese stick and extra garlic sauce. I paid for my complete order. The delivery driver dropped it off in a timely manner. I did appreciate that. We did how ever discover that we were missing part of our order. I called papa johns. The person on the other line answered and said papa johns pizza how may I help you. I went ahead with telling him (kelley is his name) that we were missing a couple of things from our order. He responded with" I'm off the clock but I guess I'll help you." I'm not sure why you would be answering the phone during business hours if your not on the clock because you shouldn't be working off the clock. I blew that off because all I wanted was my full order. He asked for my name and I told him. He then asked I it was my sisters name (who also orders from papa john) I said no that is not me. He said well that doesn't matter. Do you live at (then he listed off my address) I said yes but if that name is under my address, then the person who took our order deleted my sisters address. So next time she tries to deliver you have my address under her. He said that doesn't matter. I said it does if they deliver it to the wrong address. He said well anyways, what was your order missing. I told him what we were missing and he said oh it looks like your delivery drive is new that's probably why she forgot it. I said okay. He said so what would you like me to do about it. I said I'm not sure what do you normally do in these situations, I paid for it I would what I paid for. He said they could have the driver bring us the missing order. I said okay. He then continued to say he could credit the account. I said I would just like the items I paid for. He then told me well I told you that 4 times. Extremely confused at what he was talking about and more than frustrated at this point I asked to speak with a manager. The manager zach got on the phone and asked what was going on. I said first we are missing part of our order and second I'm not sure why you have in employee answering the phone if he isn't on the clock, then proceeding to be extremely rude. He said someone would deliver the missing order. I said thank you I appreciate that. Then I asked what was going to be done with the employee because he should not be in customer service. He said I don't know what to tell you. I ended the conversation. It has been an hour and a half and we still have yet to receive the other half of our order. FYI for next time a simple I'm sorry the rest of your order will be on the way would be the appropriate response.
