Didn't check my order so you could say it's my fault. Ordered Big Mac, cheeseburger kid's meal and six piece nuggets. No cheeseburger. Always check your order if you get something to go from this location.

Last week, we were headed to the airport at 4 am for a 6 am flight. Decided to stop here on our way. At the speaker we were told they were on lunch taking cash...was that of with us. Didn't explain why, but we said fine. We were told to drive up to the window to place our order. I took FIFTEEN minutes to fulfill the orders of the two cars info to of us. Our turn, we ordered. It then took 15th minutes for our 2 sausage Mc muffin, no eggs meal. Transacting the order took 3 attempts.....for a total of 30 minutes with cars on the whole property. Find somewhere else to go. This location is pathetic and shows absolutely no signs of change!!!!

This McDonald's is filthy. It took 13 minutes to get a fish sandwich at which time a walked over to get a coke. I couldn't believe how disgusting the whole place was. Everything was gross. I took pictures. The manager was rude and treated her employees like crap. I left without my sandwich. I would never go back. And I am a business owner in the same parking lot. Horrible experience.

It bears repeating, service is slow, slow, salooooooow at this location. Avoid....avoid....avoid And the food, well. . .. it's McDonald's after all. Play area is adequate if you have kids but not always a good idea when they're super busy.

I'm back for a second update. I went to this location the evening of 2/10/15. Don't ask me why other than I had a sore throat and wanted something mild - chicken nuggets - and was in a hurry and the location is on the way home from my meeting. It was 8:41 p.m. when I pulled up to the drive through. There were ONLY two cars ahead of me - one at the speaker and one at the payment window. No one was in the second DT lane. The order taker was horrible - talked too quickly, mumbled, and acted put out that I was there. It took *8* minutes 47 seconds to reach the payment window after I ordered. Apparently the front car was at the pick up window waiting on some type of beverage. But, as usual, they did not have that car pull up and park to wait so the rest of us could get on with our service. So after 8 minutes of watching that car at the window, I finally see the employee hand them a cup. Before that, the employee was standing there juggling a wad of trash or something...just waiting. When I did get my order, my nuggets were cold, my fries were horrible (cold, no salt, not fresh) and, they forgot my sauce. When I drove around the building to exit there were now 10 cars in line. I felt like telling them to do what one great reviewer wrote here - take a nap, wash the car, post it online....

Nice house but nobody's home. They seldom get an order right I have to wait for my food and a separate Lane often even when they are just moderately busy. Arguably the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced.

Slow... Unorganized... I have sat in the drive through and waited, waited, and waited. The late night crew is terrible, stumbling and bumbling to complete the simplest of tasks.

Slow slow slow, I can not believe how slow this McDonald's is. It could use a good cleaning IMO too. Pro: It's McDonald's Con: It's McDonald's

Avoid this McDonalds if at all possible. If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service time after time at this location. They can never seem to get an order correct and they take forever! I have been fooled too many times now to falsely talk myself into thinking maybe next time will be better... I have had an incorrect order every time that I can remember, probably five or so times in the last year as I don't eat fast food all that often. Yesterday was the last straw for me, I will not return to this location again. The order was simple enough, chicken nuggets and a double with cheese combo. We got asked if we wanted sauce upon ordering for the nuggets, my wife said yes, bbq. At the pay window they asked us if $13.59 sounded right...??? REALLY!? Apparently the double lane drive through is confusing and the order taker cannot keep track! As we continued to the next window, I looked over the receipt and it was correct, double with cheese, fries and drink, nuggets with bbq sauce - $13.59. We got handed a bag out the pickup window, my wife quickly peered inside and NO bbq sauce, imagine that. She said I need bbq sauce and they quickly gave her 3 dipping packets. She handed them to me and I dropped them in the bag and looked in the bag also saw a box of nuggets and a box that said double quarter with cheese along with a box of fries. We got home and opened everything up and imagine my disgust when I saw a sad looking single cheeseburger sitting in my double quarter pound with cheese box... So I guess the workers here cannot even determine the difference between a single and double hamburger or read the box to figure out what burger should go into what container. McDonalds corporate should force the owner to sell this franchise to someone who will be competent enough to actually run a fast food restaurant.

I thought people were being dramatic, but NO! The service was terrible! It took over 15 minutes to be "served" in the drivethru despite only being the 2nd person in line. THEN the food wasn't the correct order! Not even close! Honestly, yikes!

  • Jeff E.

Friendly but slow staff. Double drive thru is nice. Go in when possible as the drive thru is most popular here.

  • Bill G.

Tried McDonald's for dinner, it was the first time in at least 3 years. I've been curious about how their food is now. Drive thru had no line at 5:30pm, not a good sign. Fries tasted great but didn't even fill my container, just over half full. I always remember getting a lot of fries. This corporation is too focused on the bottom line and it has lost loyal customers because of it. Soda was good. Big Mac was what I remembered, a bit of nostalgia. It's a tired burger, the newer burger places now put Ronald to shame. Keep the old Big Mac but upgrade to a premium burger as well. Give the people a full container of fries and they may come back. I don't think my curiosity will get the best of me anymore to return.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been too. The drive thru lane is always slow and sometimes they even block off one side! They never have gotten our orders correct and are sometimes rude. It's very disappointing considering they have have a prime location spot in Parker.

On paper, this McDowels has a lot going for it. Location, two lanes for ordering, they actually use the two window system, all new electronics and menu boards, etc. But what they can't put into their feasibility studies is the staff and their speed. At this location, it's so slow you could place your order, turn your car off, take a nap, wake back up, wash your car, change your tires, change your oil, vacuum out your car, put an ad on Craiglist to sell it, show it to a few potential buyers, sell it, walk down the street to a dealership, look and test drive five or six models, buy one, drive it back to McDowels and your order might be ready. One time I waited 22 minutes from order to food in hand. Last night it was only 8 minutes but still, that's 6.5 minutes longer than their goals. If it happens to you and you complain on their website you'll get some free meals out of it.

My McDonald on Parker Road in Parker Experience at 5:00 pm on June 4, 2015. Tyjohanna McD GM of Parker Store rcm.07462@us.stores.mcd.… . William Farnerth Supervisor of Parker and Aurora stores 303-305-9420. We pulled up and waited. Finally we were asked to wait. When gentleman came back he said what did I want. I made a comment that I had been waiting a long time. He said you wouldn't have been able to move ahead anyways. I said a car has gone ahead of me in the other lane already. He said oh so a car has gotten ahead of you oh no. I said well now another car has gone ahead. He said so now two cars have gotten a head of you oh no. Then he said oh so are you going to order or what. I said I am coming in. He said come on in. I asked his name and he said his name was Fred. I came in and found out his name is Albert. I came in and asked for the manager. Then they brought Fred/Albert. I asked Albert if there was another manager. I talked the Shift Supervisor. Then I talked to the GM Tyjohanna. As I was leaving Albert made a point of yelling have a good day. Come back soon.

Very unorganized and staff was rude. They are not prepared for customers either. From the time we ordered in the drive through to the time we got our food the total time was 25 minutes. The lady who took our order in the drive through said they were very short handed and that it would be a few minutes for them to take our order. I understand it can be crazy when the staff is short handed and hard to keep up but when there are only 3 cars waiting in the drive through, it should not take 25 minutes to get food (there were at least 5 people working also). Also, we pulled up on one side of the drive through, was told it would be a few minutes, waited a few, someone else pulled up in the other drive through was told the same thing then another few minutes later they took the other cars order first. We had been waiting 10 minutes by that time and found that extremely rude. When we mentioned this to them they said "we are very short handed" again. Needless to say this is not a place we will be frequenting.

28 minutes? I came for quick food. 28???????????????????????????????!??? 3 minutes is too long for poor quality slop that they and I'm now at 35 minutes

Worst and slowest McDonald's ever. Don't come here. The drive through is horrendously SLOW.

  • Lo B.

This is the most awful McDonald's. Aside from being the slowest drive-thru, not only of any McDonald's but any fast food- they leave something out of your order EVERY TIME. It is as if they do it on purpose because they can't possibly be this incompetent naturally. Everyone has to sit in the driveway and check their orders which probably adds to the loooong wait time. They leave out major food items as well as nugget sauce, fries, straws, pies. I just ordered two 10 piece orders of Mighty Wings, checked the bag and saw 2 boxes and thought we were good to go. Arrive home to find out they were two 5 piece boxes. That is 9 bucks that McDonald's ripped me off of. I called them and they said to just come back but I calculated the mileage and it will cost me about 6 bucks in gas to go back. After 4 years, we have been ripped off too many times, we are done with this McDonald's.

GO TO A DIFFERENT McDonald's I've eaten at my fair share of McDonald's over the years, but this is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. We have two kids, who are always begging for McDonald's and this is the closest one to our house so my wife finds herself picking up dinner there a few times a month against her better judgment. Every single time for the past year they have screwed up or forgot some part of our order. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Mostly it's something trivial like dipping sauces, but why do they ask us what sauce we want if they have no intention of putting it in the bag? It is a running joke at our house to see what they screw up each time we pick up food there. Last time my son's happy meal had two sleeves of fries and no McNuggets. And the service is sooo slow. You would expect that since they are obviously taking their sweet time serving the food that they could at least get the order right. Someone from McDonald's Corporate seriously needs to intervene with the management of this franchise. If you have had similar experiences (and if you have ever picked up food there, then you have), please submit your feedback directly to McD's to see if we can get something done about this. mcdonalds.com/us/en/cont… UPDATE: After filing a complaint on the McDonald's Corporate site, I received a phone call from the manager Chris. He was very apologetic. He offered me two free value meals for my trouble and promised to look into the issues I reported. We'll see if anything improves.

This mcdonalds is SO BAD. Seriously. BAD. They always forget stuff, they're slow, and they don't care. And it's so aggravating. I've never experienced a mcdonalds like this one...

Slow and dirty. This McDownloads is very slow. With around 15 people inside, and 5 people ordering, it took around 15 minutes to receive our order. It's also dirty! Fries on the floor, napkins everywhere, tables not cleaned off... not good. Other than that, the food tasted like any other McDonalds.
