I really liked the people here - very personable. And they take their food seriously. The pizza has a thin, crisp crust that holds up well to the toppings (personally, I like a little more chewy texture, but this crust has integrity). We had a pie with everything on it and everything was great. Good sauce and good toppings. Just the right amount of fresh ingredients. Love that they bring out the pie and put it atop the napkin holder - giving you that Jersey feeling of the pie on the stand. And gives you a lot more table space, too. If you get a sandwich (my next goal) or an antipasto salad - meats and cheeses are cut to order. I really appreciate that. They actually taste so much better when freshly cut. I also want to try out the sausage rolls. Lots of attention to service and details like the coffees, teas and smoothies. Use great ingredients! When I eat here, I feel like I am eating in a real pizza joint!

What a great spot for awesome pizza- great slices and wonderful flavor. Come every year for our yearly trip to palisade and it has never failed. Would recommend it to everyone and try the shakes

Pizza is spot on NY style. Garden Salad is surprisingly "gourmet"! Mixed greens, fresh chopped mushrooms (DE-Lish!!!!), olives, and red onion! And all moderately priced. Great for a quick bite or inexpensive dinner.

Great local pizza and subs. Summertime they have Palisade Peach Smoothies to die for. Tip: if ordering a sub, get the half size(save a few bucks) because it's only slightly smaller than the full size.

Good pizza for a decent price. Fresh veggies, crispy thin crust, a few homemade salad dressings. Comfortable diner feel.

I love this place! Cute little pizza/sub shop next to the park we fish at. And the subs are AMAZING!!! We got a #4. Delicious! My man wanted more so he got a slice of pizza. Even the regular pizza is tasty! You just scored yourselves 2 new regulars!

Ordered a hot HALF veggie sub. They notified me after I ordered that there were no mushrooms and could they sub for avocado. I said yes. I received a COLD FULL sub with only no avocado. It tasted so bad that I threw it in the garbage. Wasted $8. After I called to complain, their suggestion was to drive back and wait another 15 minutes for the right sub. Screw that. They need to get their orders correct and put out an online menu so people can call ahead.

Absolutely delicious! We were a little cautious about the 'NY Style' pizza because I don't like greasy pizza with not enough cheese. I asked about the pizza and decided to order Extra Cheese. No regrets! Order the All The Way pizza - it's delicious. I'm getting ready to go have another helping now.

Pros: Good New York style pizza Not too cheesy Friendly staff Can BYOB of wine Cons: Ambiance - situated in a strip mall off the freeway, and backs up to a trailer park. Get it to go and eat in a park with a bottle o local wine.

Breakfast and coffee drinks until ten, then they turn into a pizza and sub spot.

Got directed here by the Winery down the street when we felt peckish. Subs were good for the price and large. Salad was nothing special.

Nothing better then this spot in Palisade for Pizza, Subs, Breakfast, Coffee, and more! Plus a true pastrami, in the finest New England tradition non the less, in house made bread.... Belongs in A big city, thank goodness it's not.

Delicious NY style pizza and sandwiches. Same menu and taste as the one in Grand Junction, which is great. They're pretty busy at lunchtime. They have fountain drinks but no beer. Locals call this the best place to have lunch in town, and I agree. The number four sandwich with giardinero peppers, heated, is a great way to go.

We were sent here for lunch on a rainy Friday. It is a local sandwich spot and very popular. The bread and subs are hand made and so is the pizza. The coffee is roasted here by owner. I had a cafe mocha and it was delicious with skim milk and no whipped cream to order. We had Mediterranean sub sandwich. Lovely large cookies, too.

What a great little place! The owner was cooking, & he makes a mean sandwich. We had a hot pastrami and provolone. Diorio's came recommended by local winery. We will definitely come again the next we pass thru Palisade. They have espresso drinks, too.

I couldn't say enough good things about this place. It is awesome in every way. We were in Palisade on a Monday night and I'm not kidding EVERY restaurant was closed. It was my birthday and we were desperately trying to find a place to eat. We rolled into Diorio's just as they had shut the lights off, 40 minutes after they closed. The girls leaving the place saw our desperation and gave us a whole leftover pizza! We tried to pay them but they refused. It is delicious pizza. We ended up going to Diorio's for all of our meals in Palisades- REALLY good food, and everyone there was extremely friendly. It is locally owned and operated and the people really care.

Diorio's Pizza has the best meats, cheeses and the freshest bread! Their coffee is amazing! It is a small but impressive place to eat in Palisade and you would be a fool to miss out on stopping. Keep up the good work!

In town for work. Stopped by and had a sub. Good service and good food. All the available tables were dirty, so had to wipe ours down... -1 star for that. Overall good place and very friendly.

I walked out of this restaurant today, and will never be back. I asked if I could buy one of the large pizza's that were already done and was told very rudely by one of the rudest people I have ever met that I could not. I can understand that the pizza may have been for another reason but he could simply have told me that and I would have gladly waited for a fresh pizza. But I will not be treated like I owe him my business. I wouldn't take a free pizza from that Ahole.

Stay away from this place! If you plan to eat in at this place, you had better bring your flyswatter with you. I don't know which was worse, the flys swarming around the pizza, the pools of grease on top of the pizza or looking at the filgthy A/C vents on the ceiling. BYOW (bring your own water) as this place charges for cups of water. That was the first time in my life that i have seen this done. Too bad that this is the only pizza place in Palisade. Lucky for them, unlucky for Palisade visitors.
