The delivery time is as expected and the tracking option they have online is pretty neat. Recently I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas. Both were made completely wrong but I wasn't about to wait 45 more minutes for pizza. The dough was too rubbery to really enjoy. Taste was absent it was just something to satisfy our hunger. I have learned making my own pizza is better tasting.

I know what your thinking, is he really going to review a Dominos. Well yes I am. First the food, I got exactly what I ordered and it was hot and delicious. The extra sauce was there in its glory and deliciously tomatoey. Now the bigger issue why Dominos? Today while driving back to my hotel I noticed the store on Main Street and thought Mmmm it's been a while. A life time ago I was a Dominio's delivery driver, I still have some great stories from then. During the day I was a Director of Manufacturing for Motorola, and at night I donned my red white and blue jacket and delivered pizza. In fact when I took the kids to see the original Teenage Mutant Ninga Turtle movie when the Domino's delivery guy showed up in the movie Barry my eldest jumped up and shouted there's my Dad. So a nostalgic pizza this evening and I'm man enough to declare it was delicious.

My issue is not with their food. I enjoy their Parmesan Bites, Pasta, & the Chocolate Desserts. My issue is their website! One of the perks of Domino's is that you can order online... HOWEVER, the last 3 times I have tried to order online, their website fails to process my order. It lets me put together my order, put in my address, and Credit Card information, but when I go to submit the order... it always says it cannot process my order. (No, it is never an issue with my CC). I find this incredibly annoying. Until they sort this out, I'll put in my orders elsewhere.

Reasonable priced pizza that the kids like. We usually pick it up at the store but it was snowy so we decided to try the delivery (very bad idea). Since we only live 2.4 miles away this should have been a quick delivery. Unfortunately it took almost 50 mins (!) between the time the pizza came out of the oven to when we finally received it - not surprisingly, it was cold. Tip: Always drive to the store and Never use the delivery service.

I teach at a school less than a block from this Domino's. I pre-ordered pizzas for a class party for my studnets with special needs. One student had earned a special lunch with his mother and it was the biggest part of the year. The pizza was to be delivered at 11:00, leaving plenty of extra time considering the class would start at 11:15. When the pizza hadn't arrived at 11:10, after a frustrating series of being hung up on and placed on hold, we were told the pizzas would be here in 10 minutes. After another series of hang ups and on holds, I was told 35 minutes later that one pizza was out of the oven. I then said to bring the one that was out of the oven so my students could enjoy. The pizzas arrived 55 minutes late leaving my students 5 minutes to "enjoy" their party. I attempted to decline payment, certainly expecting at least a strong discount. NOTHING. I paid in full but will never use any Domino's again. I can understand that sometimes things run late, but my phone number was attached to the order. How hard would it be to call? May 22, 2015 Today a district manager from Domino's called, apologized profusely and refunded my money. This was very professional and I am grateful that the issue has been resolved.

So, I ordered a pizza from "another" company last week, it came with the cheese and sauce all slid off the pizza into the corner. When I called the hut, they said they could make me another one just like it....really?? Just LIke That One?? Why would I want another one that was that bad?? So, this week, I am back to Domino's. They never let me down, I just was looking for a change, but change is not always good. I will stick with Domino's from now on.

Usually good pizza however their delivery is a joke. Called and ordered parm bites and 2 deserts and a 2 liter. After about an hour and 15 minutes ( which I kind of expected cuz it was a Friday ) the guy shows up two deserts and coke... Ok so we are missing something here, I call the store with the driver standing there and the "manager" says oh sorry we will send them out with another driver...so I said ok whatever... Tip the driver and he leaves....hour and a half later still nothing, I call the store and the guys says "oh you didn't get em?"... No ya jack wagon I didn't . So I just told them to forget it and give me a credit and they did.
