Good pizza place , and serves beer. I have only gotten slices there , for about 10 years and I always just a plain slice. The add on s are added to a cheese pizza and heated up to get the toppings hot..... It's a staple for me for a quick Something Different . Gary

I was craving a pizza that was as close to east coast as they come. I heard Abo's was the place to go so I gave it a whirl. Though it came within the quoted time the pizza was rather cold and contained no sauce. It was the equivalent of eating left over pizza from a drunkin night. Since it cost more than $20 in all we ate what we could, but will not be going back to this pizza joint.

Why I'm just A-OK about Abo's Pizza (delivery): *Phone etiquette needs work. Not personable and felt like I was more of a burden then a customer. *Ordered "the most popular pizza they have" and made it a large. It was basically a supreme that was underwhelming. *Hot wings are mixed with jalapenos and made them tastier! *Price was rather high for a large pizza & side of 12 wings. Approximately $50 including a $5 tip for driving a block to my house. After dropping fifty bucks on an okay pie & tasty wings, I fail to see any legitimate reason to order from here again. There are so many other places in the area to grab a no-hassle bite that dropping another half rack of a hunny on this place isn't the first thing on my list. I wouldn't have them delivery to me again but I'll think about stopping in for a FRESH out the oven pie and some brew.

This place is great! Super friendly staff and outstanding pizza. We found this place on yelp and so glad we did! I recommend this place highly :)

I ordered from Abo's based on the 4 star Yelp rating. I did not receive a 4 star pizza. The sauce was sweet and the dough lacked any taste at all. Overall it was just a bad pizza. I will not be ordering from them again.

I've eaten Abo's pizza since they opened on the Hill, and it's nice to see their pizza is still pretty great. The staff here is also really friendly and there's plenty of parking. They have good deals every day of the week as well.

Excellent pizza. Place was a little dirty at the time but the staff was incredibly friendly.

Would order them more if I could afford it! Regardless, the plain cheese pizza is always the best in my opinion. Very tasty!

So we started on a journey. A pizza journey. Limited to Longmont. We tried everything we could find that specialized in Pizza. We made up a rating system. Sauce, crust, toppings, value. And Abo's won. That said...try the 42 street pizza. I like mine without the onions. Large slices, not too greasy, not "heavy" (like the pizza brick over at Anthony's)...perfect. Bonus points for drink specials (Thirsty Thursday!) and delivery being super fast if you want to order some pie.

Great pizza and great wings with peppers and olives on them, unique. Get some!

I've come here many times for a lunchtime slice and a coke. It's delicious pizza and the slices are huge. Great value. The staff is always friendly and warm-hearted. I only wish they'd put the mushrooms on my slice before putting it in the oven. They will if you ask, but I always forget. Ambience is pleasant and quiet and the booths are comfortable.

Roy 'The Hungry Englishman' New in town so keen to look for a good pizzeria, the reviews on yelp looking promising so thought it worth while to give them a go. Sadly the overall quality was very average. We added four toppings and the taste was still very bland. Although the pizza was substantial in weight the quality of the dough and toppings were definitely sub par, resulting in an overall disappointing experience. Although looking at the high ratings here for both the Papa Murphys and Pizza Hut it would certainly seem that the accepted standard for pizza in this area is left wanting. A truly fine pizza is something to behold and Abo's is certainly NOT the place to find such a thing. If you like quality pizza look elsewhere.

Best delivery pizza in Longmont. Not a cookie cutter pizza, Abos Longmont delivers hand made New York style pizza with fresh ingredients. Delivery times are consistent, and the slices arrive hot. The Meat Combo comes stacked with toppings and extra cheese. I like to add onion to give it a little extra zing. As with most New York style pizzas it is best to stick with standard toppings. Some people believe that the true test of a good pizza is how well it does as leftovers. If you ever end up with any from Abos you'll have to let me know how they are, I for one haven't seen them.

This place is awesome. Great pizza. I highly recommend the all meat pizza for the carnivores, and the plain cheese pizza for a lighter slice-o-pie. Great pizza, great staff. 'nuff said.

People's taste for what constitutes a good pizza is something that is ingrained from childhood based on where you grew up. Being a former New Yorker, Abo's prepares one of the best pizzas in the area IMO. My idea of a great pizza: thin CHEWY crust, easy on the sauce, high-quality meats & cheese, not greasy (sorry Abbodonnza's). This is the kind of pizza that you pick up, have to support the slice with your second hand, fold the slice, and dive in. My Chicago wife and relatives LIKE it, but hey, it's not like a Chicago pizza - thin CRUNCHY crust, much more sauce and cut in those weird little squares and delivered in a bag? Whatever.... :) Chicago fans will most likely appreciate Niccolo's better. Also, you can always expect to have your pizza delivered sooner than you expect and it will be hot & fresh (except for one time and I have since forgiven them since I could not go on without them in my life!) You are not going to find a better NEW YORK pizza around here.

Notice the previous review was 2010 and I guess they must be under new ownership or changed the recipe or something. I just moved to Longmont and part of my job as the dutiful boyfriend is to find authentic NY pizza. This pizza is not horrible and not great. In fact, the one word is boring. Crust has no taste, sauce was bland and the cheese was just there. We had to load up slices with oregano and parmasan just to get some flavor on it. And as for price, a medium cheese pizza and three drinks was over $20. I could have bought a similar quality pizza at Costco for a lot less.

Kinda reminds me of East Coast pizza, tasty sauce, good crust, nice selection of toppings, its your basic good Neapolitan style pizza. Good deals and delivery is wonderful when your not in the mood to cook or go out.
