Fazoli's has a pretty standard menu of "Italian" not-quite-fast-food. Good, quick stuff and I'm especially a fan of their grilled sandwiches. Being a franchise, you know what you're getting and what they have to offer. That said, the only advice I can offer for this particular location is to NEVER use the drive-thru. You can sit for up to 20 minutes waiting to reach the window and get your grub. Even when the drive-thru line looks reasonable...you'll wait. The EPA needs to get on Fazoli's and eliminate their drive-thru. The Earth will be saved. It's simply not a good idea for a place like this to have a drive-thru. I mean....drive-thru ziti?! Yet every time I've parked and gone IN to this branch, it's been a good experience. Even though Fazoli's officially charges for their breadsticks (boo), I usually get a few freebies from the staff while I wait for my order. I like eating here, but I strongly recommend you avoid the drive-thru.

Food was ok, but this place is SLOW........ Since it had a drive through I mistakenly assumed that the food would be relatively fast. But I waited in my car for almost 20 minutes before my food we given to me.

Great option if you're into microwaved garbage. Mmmmmm, garbage.

Decent Italian food - fast food joint. I love Italian food, it's my favorite. Fazoli's is a fast food chain offering it, and had the chance of become a favorite of mine, but it failed doing so. Some of the items on the menu are quite alright. Don't expect the same quality of a good restaurant though. I think it's a bit pricey for what they are offering. The good value comes when you pick one of the specials, like when they introduce new items or if you happen to have a coupon. I have one important recommendation: If you are ordering take-out or using the drive-thru, check your order!. It happened to me once and to my brother at least a couple of times, to get inaccurate orders. In my case they didn't add the sausage to my spaghetti as I requested. One time they forgot to give my brother breadsticks. Employees seem to have a hard time focusing on their job. This alone makes me take one star of the rating. I complained by email and they didn't even bother to answer, I guess I should have called them. Now they don't charge on the breadsticks which is cool. It's still a decent option for a bite, it gives an alternative to the tiresome menus of places like McDonald's and Burger King. The interior of the restaurant is fine, it doesn't give you the urge to leave as soon as you finish eating like some others.

Always a Fazoli's fan and this location was a go to for years for a good quick meal. I'm not sure what's changed but the last 2 meals have been terrible. Breadsticks not as tasty. Meatballs beyond bland. Spaghetti and meatballs isn't a hard dish to get right. Disappointing.

Congratulations Fazolis!!! I would like to formally present you with the award for Slowest Fast Food Restaurant in the United States! After considering my experience this evening, when I was trapped in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes, I couldn't help but name you with this prestigious honor. In order to maintain your status, please continue installing large curbs on both sides of your drive-thru lanes, to prevent innocent customers from escaping after they place their order. This really helped enhance my experience, particularly once my flu-infected family contacted me desperately asking where dinner was. Once again, congratulations!!!

3 stars for food, considering what it is, and an over-riding 2 stars for dirty tables and a dirty/littered drink area. The place was over half empty, and I tried to find a table with the least crud on it. The "chicken parmigano" was okay to good.

It's fast food, so hard to get better than a 3 star, but they do a nice job. Staff always friendly, even with the drive-through. As long as you aren't looking for 5 star italian dining, you can find something here that hits the spot. Stay away from their salads as the lettuce is pretty bad (dry wilted, with some browning). If you are in a hurry, be careful, you can get stuck in the drive-through lane for 10 minutes if there are people in front of you.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
