When I stopped here for lunch, I had to check my bag to make sure they got my order right. They were so fast, how could they not screw up my custom order? I was pleasantly surprised to find everything as I ordered it. Yay for competent employees!

I like the restaurant and they're burgers... But they're service is obscene. I mean it's slow, very very slow. I am writing this review while waiting in line for the past 10minutes. Drive thru is crazy slow. They always have the first window closed and barely anyone working. They need to hire some people and really make it work. I'd hate to see it fail, but it will without any help.

I have gone to this Wendy's location for several years. Food has always been good. I like Wendy's food. However, recently the food quality has taken a dump. I have gotten grilled chicken that I had to throw out - inedible. And the iced tea, which has been fresh and excellent - is suddenly old and crappy. So I called them up, and spoke with the manager. He said that they don't make the tea fresh any more, they just keep adding to the reservoir. So it was confirmed by management. I called the corporate customer service twice now and have seen no change in the quality. So goodbye. I will go to another Wendy's location that serves good fresh food.

I went in for a Frosty and fries at lunch and waited in the slowest fast food line ever. It took about 15 minutes for the three people in front of me to order. They were waiting for someone to take their order. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed. The wait area is very small and congested. The Frosty and fries tasted fine, but the wait was pretty bad. Avoid this place during lunch.

Stood in line for over ten minutes, doesn't seem like 'fast' food at that point. Service was acceptable, food mostly good but fries were stone cold before burger was ready. Seating area was clean although trash needed to be taken out to allow self- serve trash disposal.

I've never had any bad food at this location but I refuse to visit this location because of the layout of the parking lot. Despite there being a big sign requesting that people need to go around the building to enter the drive though. People are either too stupid to read and comprehended the sign, or just too rude and choose to block up the whole parking lot because they refuse to drive around. Maybe this location would be well served to have an employee stand out there and direct traffic during lunch rush. Until then I'll just got to the Belmar Wendy's
