I was looking for a new pizza place. But when I read some of the reviews, I changed my mine. Looks like they can't make pizza dough or treat customers well.

Pretty disappointing. Tonight is the second time I gave them a chance. The first time left me without some of the food I had ordered and a $10 credit. This time I chose pizza. There dough is pretty not great. Thin crust pizza wich is the style that's attempted here shouldn't be doughy imo. Their many wonderful sounding topping options, has very little taste to them. It isnt bad, it just isnt good either. It took about 2 hours for my delivery and my pizza was cold. Last time was about an hour...again missing items.

My wife and I just ordered from this place, we received a couple of flyers with grand opening written on them, when we got it the first time we weren't sure weather to try them or not being a new place you never know if the food is worth the money. I'm glad we did ! The pizza was amazing, the crust was the best we've had in a long time, the sauce was a perfect blend of seasoning, they even garlic buttered the crust!!! we tried one of their coupons for a 12" pizza with 2 toppings and a 10 piece wing. My wife likes pepperoni and sausage so that's what we went for, she loved the pizza and she's a hard woman to please ;) love you honey! I ordered their buttery buffalo sauced wings and they where perfect ...waaaaaay better then wing stop ! the girl that answered the phone was nice and friendly ... we'll be sure to order again! Thank you again d'lorenzo for the great food. -Danny

It was hard to hear the person on the phone taking the order. I ordered the ultimate clucker pizza which was good but a little too salty. It was delivered within the time frame I was given. I would try them a second time.

After the hour and a half wait that was originally prompted, which we were ready to wait, I got a call from a female telling us that our pizza was just going in the oven and would be out to us in no time. I thought this was a very courteous call and because of how hungry we were, we decided to stick it out another half hour. Finally the $30 pizza gets here and its half cold. I say half because the center was still warm, but the edges were cold and nasty. I decided to call in and ask why after such a long wait and so much money this pizza was just mediocre; something I'd expect from papa johns. The manager on duty offered me a discount on the next order, but argued that I was lying that the crust was cold. I told him I had no interest in ordering again after the length of wait, price and customer service treatment from him and he very quickly said thanks and hung up. Called him back to get his name for this review and it was the owner, Simon. Let me just tell you Simon that your pizza is on par with pizza hut and papa John's and nobody should ever pay more than $15 for your largest one, which is what the generic places charge. It just wasn't good, and the price, the wait and the attitude from the owner is enough to make us Never order there again!

My mom and I ordered from D'Lorenzo's for the first time today and we were HIGHLY satisfied! The man that took our order was friendly, our delivery driver was awesome, delivery time was spot on, and the food was delicious! We even had someone call to follow up with us to see how everything was and if we were satisfied. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

Tried this last Friday. The service was nice. Priced similar to Anthonys, and the 12" ham and pepperoni was super good and the garlic smelled really fresh. The wings we got were good as well. I also ordered a meatball sub that came with fries... I know they haven't been open long but maybe they could've toasted it in the oven? The bread was too soft and I needed a fork. And maybe a little melted mozzarella on top, too. But I could just be picky. Overall I really liked it.

I went in person after work at about 6:05 p.m. to order and pick up food as I hadn't been here before. I wanted to read the menu. I chose an 18 in. Meat pizza, lemon pepper garlic wings and lasagna. The young man who took my order told me it would be about 30-35 min. I said I'd wait. He seemed to have difficulty finding the items on the order form and was quite confused. I think he may have been new. I then proceeded to sit in the "lobby" in a corner and read my e-mail. I observed the owner yell at the young man several times to make sure he hung up the phone. No matter who called in an order they were told that the delivery time would be well over an hour. The employees were all terse with one another, nobody seemed like they enjoyed working there. It seemed a bit unorganized. An African American man gave me another menu and told me he has his own business witthin this restaurant and it was Soul food, Louisiana style, He was very polite and the menu looked interesting. After about 45 min. I stood up to see how much longer it would be and the owner said it was coming they were waiting on my garlic bread for the lasagne. They finally got me my food an hour after I ordered it. When I got home I served the pizza and wings but saved the lasagne for the next day as it was all wrapped up with plastic. The pizza was just OK not worth the $30, the dough was chewy and dry, sauce was salty. It wasn't bad but not stellar. The wings were so over cooked and dry it was unreal, my cats wouldn't even eat them, so disappointing. Today I unwrapped the "lasagne" only to find it was ribs! What?? They looked dry and overcooked, smoked ribs are always well cooked but these "looked" burnt. I had nothing else for dinner so I lightly heated them in my steamer to not dry them out as I'm sure a microwave would have. They definitely were over cooked, steam didn't even help. Needless to say my first visit is definitely my last. $50+ bucks for very mediocre to blah food surely isn't worth it. Don't waste your time or money! I'll be surprised if this business survives, they have crap customer service and even worse team building.

Meh......leaflet left on our door. Was excited to try. Delivery was about an hour. Driver was pleasant. Sadly the wings where dry and chewy. Sauce was spot on. Pizza dough has a weird texture and had no crispness. Ingredients seemed fresh but for me everything starts with the dough. Will give them benefit of doubt and will try again. We ordered right at their opening time so maybe they just weren't warmed up for business.

They really need to work on their timing. Sad to see all of the reviews are the same!!! Food is decent probably because there is a really lack of good delivery in this area! Especially pizza! We need good pizza in Barnum! No one wants to deliver here except crappy chains, booooo! Back to The review, almost took 2 hours for our delivery yes it was Saturday but come on! I hope you guys get it together doesn't seem like businesses last long over there! Good luck!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I gave them a try after they left a flyer on my door. When I called to place an order for delivery of a bacon cheeseburger and lemon garlic wings, the woman on the phone had to yell at the staff twice during my order because she couldn't hear what I was saying. I should have hung up the phone then, but decided to give it a chance. Off night, perhaps. The food arrived an hour and a half later, delivered by this poor guy who had knee replacement surgery a week and a half ago and was walking with a cane, and driving a car with a cast. I felt bad for him and gave him an $8 tip. That was the only money I felt was well spent on this order, and I hope he got all of it. I'm not so sure after what I experienced. I started eating the food and it was totally inedible. The "meat" was mostly filler and so over -salted I couldn't take another bite. The wings were obviously reheated and very stale. Again, totally inedible. It was literally making me sick to my stomach as I tried to eat it. Long story short, I called to get a refund, and they refused. I then drove over to their store and brought the horrible food with me, insisting on a refund. Again, they refused. When asked at what temperature they store their meat, the owner admitted that they store it at 40-degrees when it should be at 36-degrees by law. Even after telling them that I will absolutely contact the Health Department, they still refused to give me a refund. All that was offered was "a meal that would be cooked the way it should have been" in place of the one I drove 3 miles to return. Why was it not prepared the way it should have been in the first place? And why would they not give me my money back when I brought the crappy food back?! This place serves food that has great potential to make people very sick, and at the very least is a total waste of your hard -earned money. I will be calling the health inspector, and I hope they either they clean up their act or are shut down. DO NOT waste your money on this place.

I found this place on grubhub, because I was going to by working through dinner. Then I saw the reviews and thought, oh no...but the driver was nice, they arrived well within anticipated time and the food was fine for delivery.

NEVER AGAIN. worst experience when it comes to delivery. SO RUDE. waited an hour for our food a person called TEN MINUTES before the expected delivery time and said they were out of buns. I quickly ordered a pizza (which ended up costing me 5 bucks more). The entire reason I ordered online was because I wasn't going to be around my phone much. I SHOULD not be held accountable because you couldn't get ahold of me for a second time saying you didn't have any spinach. MIND BLOWN!! So finally after an hour and 45 I canceled my order and the lady totally made it sound like it was my fault. there will never be a next time, but for future delivers..just bring the pizza without the spinach and charge me a buck less. Jerks.

I wish I would have read some of these reviews before ordering. I was also a bit miffed that they keep leaving flyers on my door when it's posted "NO FLYERS" but decided to give them a shot against my better judgement. After being quoted a 35 minute delivery time, I had to call an hour and 10 minutes after we ordered to see where our pizza was. They said they had questions about our order. (We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza with no bacon and chicken on half - I guess that is pretty elaborate???) I asked why they didn't call me since the first thing they do is take your name and phone number. Got no answer, just a half-hearted apology. Pizza was too salty and WAY too expensive. $30 for a 16" pizza and some half burnt breadsticks that got to my house 2 HOURS after ordering? Come on guys! Lesson here: always go with your gut. UPDATE! Here's how they handled my complaint on facebook: "First off your order was delivered at an hour and 20 minutes from your order time which is 5 minutes after your quoted time frame of an hour and 15 minutes delivery time. I'm not sure what world you live in, in which you think that any delivery pizza place is going to quote you a 35 minute delivery time on a Friday night but i can assure you that not even the chains like pizza hut or dominos will. even deliver within 35 on any regular night let alone a Friday night. I know weed is legal now in colorado but maybe you should stop smoking whatever you're smoking and pay attention to what people are saying to you when you order over the phone . And then you have the audacity to call and complain and say that the driver wont be getting any tip as if it were the delivery drivers fault that the order was dropped off 5 minutes late to you . Delivery drivers work off tips and rely on tips for their income. Maybe you should try working in the service industry for a day and see how you do. Have a good night and next time get in your car and drive yourself to your local little Caesar's and see if you can do it in 35 minutes" I never called to complain. I'm not sure who they spoke with, but I would NEVER stiff a delivery driver like that because of kitchen issues. This company continued to post hateful, slanderous comments on facebook about me for 24 hours after the above comment was made.

Our problem started at 815 when we decided to call this place. Quoted delivery time was 915. We call at 955 and ask why our pizza still isn't here, and we hear them say in the background exactly when we called, and they try to tell us it's only 15mins past their quote? Either they can't do math or they are blatantly lying to the customer. Subpar food on top of that, and you have our experience. Needless to say we will not be returning. Customer service: 0 Food: 3.5 Would not recommend.

Oh my god! These guys are psychotic! If you try to let the managers know of a bad experience, the accusations, slander, and fabricated stories will bombard you via social media! Seriously! They will say you are taking drugs, speak of conversations that never happened, and just engage in unparalleled douchebaggery! Instead of trying to address customer service issues, they will belittle you on social media! Is this the type of company you want to deal with? It is truly not worth it. The manager, Simon, is completely vindictive!

Good pizza. Pretty good overall for delivery in Colorado. They take forever! I mean you could walk the pizza here faster. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what but to wait over 1.5 hours for a delivery cheese pizza is a little insane. This place could be very successful but if I call again and they say it's going to take over an hour then I'm canceling my order. I ordered again last night and I'm done. The pizza is good but it's not that good. Not good enough to wait almost 2 fucking hours!!! Also I'm really sick of dealing with the delivery driver that arrives in a sketchy white rape van with tools in the back, is almost surely drunk, and steps on my flower bed every fucking time. I'm sorry guys I gave you multiple chances but we won't be ordering from you again. If you can deliver a god damn cheese pizza in under an hour, let us know.

Guess I should have read the reviews first. Ordered wings here for lunch. Took almost an hour and a half. Order came in warm, kinda gross for chicken, but the worst part was no wing sauce? I can get un sauced chicken anytime I want. There is a King Soopers right by me. Chicken was not fresh and I will never order again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I support small business but cannot wait to see this place crash and burn. They won't last long and will do the community a huge favor when they leave. We tried to order a pizza from them last week and because of the terrible service, and long wait, we received we decided to cancel it. They refused to return our money so I asked to speak to the manager. This was the worst mistake I could have made! Don't ask to speak to the manager if they refuse to cancel your order, he is worse than the employees. Simon, the so called manager, proceeded to use racial slurs, derogatory speech, and cursed me out over the phone. We finally got our money back but only after the worst customer service experience of my life. If they leave a flyer on your door do yourself a favor and burn it and know these Yelp reviews are all 100% accurate.
