The 5 B's in their name must stand for Bad, Burnt, Better go elsewhere, Baad, and Baaaaad. It was terrible. All the food was overcooked. The almond sweet tea was pretty good though.

Had the Hart attack! The ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork where dry dry dry! Sausage was okay! Beef brisket was almost jerky. Worst I have ever had I don't recommend eating there.

Unhealthy. They allowed a lady to bring her dog in. Not healthy at all. It all run by college kids and floor is falling apart and has trip hazards. Also the ceiling has what looks like mold. Wall has visible water damage. I would know I used to be a water damage expert. Very very slow business. My wife ordered pulled pork sandwich and I got the pulled pork tacos. They make up one plate at a time and bring it out. When we got it the pulled pork was like warm and NO attempt to warm it up. Plus the pork was dry and no flavor. Overall, the food was bad, the service was poor and the environment was unsanitary.

Stopped for lunch. Good BBQ. Chicken was tender and moist. Brisket as well. And the service was nice and quick. All around I'd recommend and come back.

Brisket slices were very dry and not much flavor. Sausage was dry also. My wife had the tatornado and the pulled pork was pretty good. In my opinion if you serve sliced brisket you should hang your hat on it and I will judge based exclusively on brisket, that should be your showcase. Not sure how many days old it was but it was not good. They have a great smoker sitting out front, shame they don't know how to use it. I would recommend staying with pulled pork.

I had the Stuckey Shaker and thought it was the bomb. Delicious. I contemplated eating a second one but new it would not sit well driving the North Rim of the Black Canyon. Service was quick and friendly. Sat out on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful weather while we ate. It was as good as any I have had in Texas. We'll definitely be back the next time we are through Gunnison.

This was some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time! I got the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and sweet potato fries, all three of which left me wanting more. The sweet tea was sub par but I'm used to home made near simple syrup style. I will make it a personal point to visit this homely joint upon my inevitable return to Gunnison!

Finding this place was silly lucky. Just driving through on the way back from Telluride. The staff is questionable but overall helpful. The food is super decent if not an insane amount. Solid BBQ choice.

Not that I was expecting much, but they under delivered. I asked what kind of ribs they made and nobody knew (St. Louis). Sausage was straight Italian, not hot links, or Elgin sausage. I had brisket (cold & dry) beans (luke warm and about 2 oz worth) and sweet potato fries (Hot, because they came out of the fryer) The beans were a combo of pinto and kidney, in a thin sauce. No smoke or thickness. My friend ordered the mystery ribs (Barely warm) which looked good, nice color and smoke ring, but the membrane wasn't removed from the back (Cardinal BBQ sin) By the time he got to rib 4 of 6, they were cold. I spent 5 years cooking BBQ for a living, so I do have some experience with the food. I would suggest smoking your beans and leaving out the kidney beans.

Had a bunch of different meats. All real good. Good selection of sides for a BBQ place. Helpful an friendly staff. Good kids options too.

I love this place, i have been going there since they had only a cart on the corner of main st. They are so friendly and treat their customers with the upmost respect, they will definitely be a lifer in the gunnison valley and well deserved. Their meat is smoked and bursting with flavor, buns fresh and they have beer on tap!!. The TATORNATOR is the best idea anyone has ever come up with, a baked potato split down the middle with pulled pork, coleslaw, jalapenos & onions (i leave the o off), bbq sauce , and cheese, they do this 3 times before bringing it to your table. OMG it is so good, i really cant explain how delicious this place is and how much respect i have for these lovely people. Ill see you next time in in the g spot!!

Had the Stuckey Shaker and ice tea. The idea of the shaker is genius, layers upon layers of bbq staples. Was good. I would recommend.

We ordered take out for lunch and it was pretty good. I had the sliced beef sandwich and my husband that the pulled pork. The baked beans were delicious. The hobo beans were cooked perfectly but I would add some onion or peppers to give it just a little more something. I also recommend getting a side of extra sauce. The sauce is very good but they didn't put quite enough on our sandwiches. Good little place.

If I want delicious BBQ, I look no further than Smokin' Yards in Idaho Springs! However, I found myself in Gunnison recently and tried 5 B's BBQ. My better half and I ordered the 2 meat platter with sides and enjoyed it for the most part. Firstly, the portion as a whole was quite small compared to most BBQ places. Meat portion wasn't bad but it wasn't great either, and we definitely would have enjoyed larger sides of the potato salad, beans, and the mini corn muffin we got. Most importantly, the meat - pork and brisket - seemed like they weren't the freshest. The meat was dry and lacking in flavor which of course, was a huge shame. Service was fine, nothing special but the patio outside is nice. Was hoping for a lot more BBQ/meat wise.

Passing through Gunny always requires a bathroom stop, and sometimes a food stop as well. No one in the vehicle had a real preference so we hit Yelp looking for help. While 3 stars doesn't usually draw us in, I can say 5 B's is a solid joint. The food was good and the prices reasonable for what we had. Everyone in our party enjoyed their selection and portion.

Amazing for its uniqueness, character and creativity. Was recommended the Stuckey Shaker and loved it! Just my kind of dish. Mrs B was so kind to me and my colleague.
