Well, I wanted to give 3.5 stars but that isn't an option and Joe's deserves more than 3. I have been here about 5 times now and it has been very consistent. If you don't mind spending $10-12 for lunch, this is a good place. Their steak is a cut above what you'd normally get in a place like this and the flavors are good. If you like this style of food, you will find Joe's acceptable. I like it and I will return on occasion.

Good, fresh stir fry and sushi. They have quite a large selection of ingredients and a very large selection of teas.

What a shame. I've used this location in the past. I often purchase 15-30 orders for lunch. I had used them in the past before the new management. I called around 4:30 today asking about a catering order for 17 people. I was told by Lindsey "I don't know how to do that, I'll have our manager call you back". I provided my name and number, but no call back. It's now 8:30 and they close in about 30 mins. I just called asking to speak with the manager. Aaron just told me "the other manager did that, but we don't". I asked "you can't take a lunch order for 17 people to-go?" He said "oh, I mis-understood, I thought you meant catering". I explained that a to go order for 17 was catering. He proceeded to tell me a multitude of reasons why it would be difficult including needing to write down my credit card number, leave a note for the kitchen and so on. Most restaurants are excited to see a guy with an AMEX card needing a 300.00 order. Not so much at the Greeley Tokyo Joes. I expressed to him that I could go somewhere else. He seemed fine with that, and that's what I'm doing. What a shame. I miss the old manager. He was great. Have me some free coupons, called to follow up and was thrilled to see me. Aaron was not willing to even call me back. Maybe they will get it figured out. I hope so!

Sorry Joe, this franchise isn't quite up to the standard. Everything is buried in salt. The food is obviously prepared in a rush and not very good. Some things are better than others: - Tofu, Gyoza : Salty and not good. - Curry Soup: Pretty good. - California rolls: middle of the road. Not so great for how much it costs. I've been to other Tokyo Joe's locations that are much better. This one needs a swift kick in the fanny to boost their performance.

This is my second time here, my first try wasn't a great experience but It was opening week. I had a build your own bowl w/Udon noodles and was less than impressed. I came back as they have been open a couple months now and found the quality much better. Ordered the Boulder Bowl w/Dragon sauce on the side. Tasty and pretty quick. A great place for non-greasy Asian-esque fair.

I love coming here. The setting is cute and comfortable. If you are picky do the create your own bowl. I love getting snap peas and the water chesnuts. Always come here after getting groceries. Love love.

Very very average. I would personally not go back but my wife eats there weekly. The bowls are bland but the salmon was actually very good. The sushi was not the freshest and is similar to what you would get from Safeway next door. The food is very healthy and the restaurant is in a nice location but not for me.

Tried the ramen... Not too shabby but nothing to freak out about. Noodles struck me as fresh, thick and maybe not as chewy as I hoped. Broth was tasty, but strangely sweet and lacking in quantity. Lack of broth volume also left bowl of ramen a bit luke warm. Toppings were pleasant and spinach was a fresh touch. My biggest complaint was the Sriracha sauce was off brand and in packets... I want my Huy Fong green capped bottle, no imitations!

Tokyo Joe's does not disappoint. They are nothing short of perfection. I usually get the Yakitori bowl and it is so good! Their food is healthy, fresh, and flavorful. And, for someone who is an iced tea enthusiast, they have a tea bar. There are like 4 or 5 different teas to choose from. Amazing! They also have the Addict Club that gets you exclusive deals like 2 for 1 bowls, free dessert, and even a free meal if your name is posted on their free meal calendar. They have many options if you're watching your eating habits. You can get rice noodles or brown rice instead of regular noodles. I love that their vegetables are slightly cooked but still have a nice crunch to them. The atmosphere is great. Bamboo on the walls, huge red lanterns for lighting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Oh and the absolute best part? They have Sriracha packets on the table. I will be a lifelong Tokyo Joe's Addict!

A total of 3 visits so far. First two were less than stellar with bad service and just OK food. Glad I decided to give them another shot as my visit last night was met with a welcoming staff and good service. Food was still average, had the salmon rice bowl so it is not the most exciting dish anyway. Not sure what changes over the last few weeks with the service but I wish them luck!

Good lunch spot. Gives you a bit healthier energy feeling rather than eating fast food or heavy burritos. I usually get the brown rice, white chicken, and a mix of veggies. Build your own. Then, I try the different sauces but don't pour them in - i just dip the fork or food in a little sauce.

I don't feel so good after eating that Yaktiori Chicken Bowl I ordered a few hours ago. My stomach is generally on the cast iron side of things, but boy is it generating acid right now. Someone with a more delicate stomach would've been praying to the porcelain god no question about it. As it is, I'm probably not going to get a good night's sleep until this bowl has worked its way through. I may need to go get some antacid. This is the first time in a long time that I've gotten a sour stomach from eating out. In fact last time was a salad bar over 10 years ago, in a different part of the country. Congrats, Tokyo Joe, you've managed to take me down. I'm never eating there again, and I would advise you not to either. Unless you want a sour stomach, anyways. AVOID. My sour stomach set me back $10.

Bleh! Good concept/horrible execution. My husband and I got make your own noodle bowls with dark meat chicken and udon noodles. The noodles were so overcooked they were like baby food. The carrots looked like diced frozen. I couldn't bring myself to try them. My husband had mushrooms with his and he said they were slimey. The yakitori sauce wasn't bad. The "decor" isn't much to speak of either - think Chipoltle. The manager was gracious when we returned our food and offered to have another made for us, but we declined.

Really wish I could give a better review. First visit last week was way better than my second one. Same order as last week and took almost half an hour this time for a to go order and was not near as busy. Remade one bowl after it sat on the counter for ten plus minutes. Manager was apologetic and responsive. Unfortunately this wasn't the first complaint he has had to address. Kids love the PB&J sushi rolls. Ramen noodle soup is okay. California roll is okay. Yakitori and sweet & spicy sauces are very good. Expected fresh veggies and was very disappointed in the mushrooms and carrots - blech! Haven't completely given up because have had good experiences with Tokyo Joe's in Denver. This one just has a waaaaayyyys to go.
