Pizza was good but not great. Not quite a 4star, but better than a 3 star. Agree with others that pizza is overpriced for what you get. Salads seem way overpriced for what you get. The owner is a nice guy and we received good service. I would go back if I was in town again and craving pizza.

Gotta say this is the best pizza I have ever had anywhere. Great thin crust with amazing toppings. I recommend the deluxe veggie with extra sauce. The owner is totally cool as well, if you are passing through as we were be sure to go. What a wonderful surprise way out here!

After a wonderful road ride through the Colorado National Monument, we craved having a pizza. Our Two Rivers Winery inn keeper recommended Pablo's in Grand Junction. Since Fruita was closer we went there and had one of the BEST pizzas ever. The crust was delicious and light, the toppings all fresh and delicious and the service was very good. This pizza restaurant is not to be missed! We're going back for more.

We picked up a pizza for Father's Day. I really like the Cowboy, so we got half a large in that and the other half of The Usual. It is always great pizza and I love it when it is my choice on what pizza we order. Thanks Pablo's for another great order.

Ordered a large Noah with olives and artichokes for delivery. Enjoyed it very much only had two slices and was so full. They are not stingy with their toppings, good crust! A lil pricey but worth it. If ever in the neighbourhood I would order again. Since I'm just passing thru. .

Awesome pizza place. Talya is great. $2 microbrew beers at Happy Hour(4-6pm), doesn't get better :-)

The past few times I have gone to Pablo's I have been disappointed. I used to like this place, but it's just been bad. Last night (11/30) was the final straw. I ordered a pizza for take out. Asked how long and they said 15 minutes. So I went to the gas station, the local brewery to get a growler for take home, came back and was told, sorry, it'll be another ten minutes. Okay no problem...I come back 15 minutes later, 5 more minutes. okay no worries. So I come back 10 minutes (figured I'd give them some extra time since the past two times I came back I was told it's not ready, so here we are 45 minutes in, on the order) I'm told sorry we haven't even started your pizza yet. WTH, I ordered it at 5:18, tI come back at 6PM after being told multiple times to come back, it's almost done and they haven't even started it. Requested my money back and left. Not sure I'll be back.

Great pizza, friendly staff. We split a large Noah's Ark pie that was delicious and very generous with the toppings. The draft beer was good, too, and cheap. Highly recommended.

On a business trip up in Fruita, we asked the clerk at the front desk of the hotel for a good place for dinner. He pointed us to Pablo's saying "it's not too bad". (High praise indeed.) But it was close and pizza always sounds good to me. It has a small but decent selection of wines, and a couple of beers. The menu boasts good culinary creations. I went with the evenings special, which boasted salami, ham, and jalapenos. Overall the pizza was tasty, nothing particularly special made it up. Crust and cheese were pretty standard all around, but they were generous with the toppings. Three of the four of us ordered a glass of wine. I bought a second round, and after the server rang me up and took my money, he informed me that I would have saved money if I had bought a bottle. Great up-sale, jackass. Overall, the place was a little disorganized for my liking, but the food wasn't bad. Nothing to brag about, but if I find myself in a hotel across the street again, I might venture back.

We went here when we were on the road. I think it was the best pizza I have ever had - the most creative toppings, great combinations: healthy and tasty.

The pizza, calzones, and salad are very good. Keep in mind that the wait for a pizza can be inconsistent. I live nearby and call ahead with my order so I can time my arrival for eat-in or take-away. It's worth the effort and the wait.

This is some the best pizza ever. I have been there multiple times when going to Moab or just staying in Fruita. The menu has some crazy pizza creations that are really tasty. Its cafe style so don't expect full service. Beer selection is limited, but at least try carry good ones.

This is one of our favorite pizza places to go as a family. If you go with the intent to relax and stay awhile you'll have a much better time. The staff is always super friendly and the pizza rocks. Recent vegetarian... So I was pleasantly surprised by the many delicious options I had to choose from. My favorite is the Earth Mama and my very meat eating family enjoys lots of other pizzas as well as their amazing (huge-share!) calzones! They have fun little wooden pizza toys for the kids too which is always nice. No complaints other than the wait time, which as explained earlier, could be avoided if you just expect to wait a little and enjoy the atmosphere or patio area.

If you happen to be traveling through Fruita, do yourself a favor and get pizza here! We were staying at the Comfort Inn and they deliver to the room--there was even a deal for free salads with the order. Sold! Had the Lip-Smackin' Insanity pizza. Any pizza with goat cheese is usually great, and this one was no exception. Great food, fast, courteous service. Almost worth a trip to Fruita just to have it. Only improvement that can be made would be the crust, which is not as crispy as I like, but I suppose that's a personal preference.

Service wasn't the greatest, only pizza place I know that doesn't serve the traditional chicken parm, two stars based on how the food was pretty good otherwise I hope it was just an off day when I ate there

Good pizza, lots of options. Very tasty white bean and Italian sausage soup. Quick and very pleasant service. Restroom had a nice changing area for the baby. All in all a very good experience, would def repeat when we're next in Fruita.

My partner and I had just motorcycled in from Wyoming and checked into the Comfort Inn. We asked the hotel clerk for dinner recommendations and she -- correctly sizing us up as Seattle "gourmet pizza" folks -- recommended Pablos. I walked on over and immediately fell in love with their extensive pizza, panini and salad menu. I ordered the "exceptional vegetarian" pizza and a Greek salad, then sat down for a brief wait (it was 4 in the afternoon and the place was empty.) Soon I was proudly surprising my sweetie with some of the best food we'd tasted during our week on the road. The pizza had every vegetable known piled on it. You needed a fork to scoop up the excess. The salad was likewise chock full of tasty goodness. What a fabulous find -- Thanks Pablos!
