Tanae is a super, fantastic employee! Very friendly and helpful! A great ace. I don't really care for Wendy's food never have but I can tell you this I would rather eat a so so burger and get awesome customer service then a tasty burger I have to take back because their customer service is so so. Tanae is the reason I came back for a second night in a row. It would benefit you greatly to do what ever it takes to hold on to Tanae as she exemplifies outstanding customer service.

Nice remodel but one freestyle machine is not enough for a busy fast food restaurant. No one out in the dining room wiping down tables

Nice remodel. But the staff seems to have the general intelligence and customer service levels akin to a Rabid baboon. Does it make sense that during a lunchtime rush you have 1 person at a cash register? And that 1 person moves slower than frozen molasses on the Russian tundra in the dead of winter? So. After waiting about 20 minutes for her to get through 4 sets of customers. She walks off saying she will get to me as soon as she can. Yeah. No. They were backlogged god knows how many orders and the general sense of chaos and an overall staff iq score of 15 didnt help matters. If you love to wait and wait. Just to wait more you can join the Army. Or you can go to this Wendys. To think. These social rejects want 15/hr.

This store has recently remodeled and it looks nice, however it's often very cold inside and it smells. The smell is like old fry grease is being used to clean the floors in the dining area. It's been bad for about 4 weeks. When the new store manager came to our table one day I complained and she told me that it had something to do with the drain on the soda machine in the dining area. As a weekly customer, it doesn't matter what it is. It stinks and it's not very appetizing to smell. The smell was still in the store last week, so we no longer eat there and won't be going back.

My husband loves the BBQ pork burger from Wendy's, so we stopped to grab one earlier this week. I got a normal cheese burger, I believe that #1 with bacon. Well we got home and were eating our burgers and something just wasn't right about mine. It tasted just foul, almost fishy. I'm not sure if the meat was bad or if they cooked it close to some fish. For that matter I'm not even sure they have a fish option? It was disgusting and made me feel nauseous the rest of the night. I've definitely put this on my never again list.

This location is awful! It was good, about 5+ years ago. Nothing is fresh anymore. When you ask for fresh fries, they give you an attitude. Burgers are either undercooked or burnt. I will NEVER go to this location again for fear of getting sick.
