The Pizza was in good condition, hot, done nice. The delivery guy name was Daniel. He was like exactly on the thirty minute mark. He was very polite more than your fake usual teen. I liked him. Older gentleman, next time I will actually ask for him.

They're only getting 2 stars because of their customer service and quick handling of the refund for the craptastic pizza that was delivered to my home. My order: 1 large hand-tossed with left 1/2 mushroom and right 1/2 ham & pineapple. It was mashed, and blackened on one side, then toppings were all over the place; ham on one side, all the mushrooms on 2.5 slices and pineapple on all but one slice and such a small amount of cheese that one slice was just pineapple/mushroom madness floating on an excess of sauce. I've worked food service and delivery before and I know they don't get paid much, but have a little pride! You're getting paid for sprinkling toppings on dough and putting it on a conveyor through a big toaster oven.

I will no longer order from Dominos due to the fact that their CC payment system is a stolen identity nightmare waiting to happen. They don't need the security code on the back of a card. All you need is CC number and Zip,not all 3..

Was very frustrated because their Pizza Tracker (for online ordering) said our order was "ready to pickup". We left the house 3 minutes later, and drove for 5 minutes in the snow (so as to not inconvenience a delivery driver). After we arrived, I was told our order was NOT ready and it would be in a few minutes. We waited for 10 minutes before our order was ready... that's a total of, at the very least, about 18 minutes after the online order page said it was "ready to pickup". Even more annoying, when we arrived home, I put off eating so I could immediately give some feedback that they say they want on their service. Just before I could finish my comment, the site booted me. My wife said it was because it had been an hour since the order had been put in. I came here (yelp) to leave a comment SOMEWHERE so that my frustration could be known to SOMEONE, since I could not leave it on their feedback. After waiting for 10 minutes for a pizza that their site said was "ready to pickup" 18 minutes earlier, they neglected to offer parmesan cheese or red pepper packets, and I was so ready to get out of there that I forgot to ask. Otherwise, the pizza was good and the kids at the counter were friendly.

I have lived in the area several years, and have eaten at the other nearby pizzerias. By far this is the best one in the area. The food is always quickly prepared and delivered, and is always correct, consistent, and delicious. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the food I have ordered time and time again. Even recently, we ordered other pizzas (guiltily) to try their TV hype and whatnot. The other guys don't get it right! I highly recommend this store!

Pizzas are well ok , the veggies need to be fresher. The crust is good but don't order a deep dish pizza , they had to deliver me a new one twice because they burnt the hell out of the crust . Having worked at a pizza joint in high school it's not that hard but you have to train your employes about oven temps and cooking times and certain pizza. They are fast on delivery which is great!!!! I've heard several times people don't like working for them because the managers aren't always so great and a great place treats their employees just as great as they do their customers. Overall I use them because they are fast . The prices need to go down.

We ordered Dominos for our dinner tonite, and I think that this will be the last time for them. We ordered the two medium pizzas for $5.99 each. One was a thin crust that was dry and quite burned around the edges. The other was hand-tossed with chicken. It was doughy on top, the sauce was basicly non-existant and the chicken was so dy on the edges it was hard and gross. It was like it had been left out with not top on it and it dehydrated. The worse part about this pizza was that it was cold, even the dry chicken was cold. The chicken on top was so dry the dog choked when we gave her a bite. Where is the management to ensure products like these don't leave the building? Why are they satisfied with a rating of three from Yelp? This is not the first time this has happened. This is our third time over the last four to six months. I could not go another time without giving out a rating to express my disappointment with Domino's. It's quite obvious that no one cares about the product that is being put out from this restaurant. We will consistently stay with Pizza Hut from now on.
