Very friendly staff. Prompt and courteous. The beer is cold and food is good. It's a sports bar so it's the type of food I'd expect. I go there mostly for drinks appetizers and to kick it! Pool tables and music. Outdoor patio. It's a great place! :)

Go someplace else. This place sucks. They have sloths for waitresses and the beer selection is pitiful. Go up to powers and find someplace that is interested in making some money. Round Rock is good.

Too bad. We have eaten at frankies several times over the years, and the food is always pretty good. This time, the whole experience was just plain unappetizing. First, the "greeting" we received when we entered the place was lukewarm at best, and it's not like they were so busy they didn't really have time to simply cordial. Second, I ordered a Sam Adams Summer Ale ( it was a special w/ free glass), and the beer had soured. They have table top video games which my wife and I enjoy playing, but the one at our table was broken, and the entire unit was caked with a greasy coating of grime and dust bunnies. After exchanging our unenthusiastic server, my wife noticed a blower/humidifier unit of some sort sitting directly behind me on the railing right near the tables. It was dripping with grease and grime as well which didn't really make either of us feel very hungry. We used the broken game unit as an excuse to change tables, and although the machine was operational at the table we moved to, it was also sticky with grease. There was another humidifier-type unit by that table caked in the same grimy coating, but it was set lower than railing so at least we didn't have to stare at it while eating. The bottom line is the place is just dirty, and if you can see the dirt in the front of the house, I hate to see what passes as "clean" in the kitchen. The service is passable but not friendly or welcoming ( no "Sorry I served you a sour beer" just "Can i get you something else?"). Clean the place up and teach some customer service skill and we will be back.

Absolutely horrible. My family and I decided we would go for breakfast on Saturday morning worst idea we could of ever had from our past experiences. When we got in it was pretty close to the cut off for breakfast so we ordered the second we sat down. The waitress came off as very nice and even offered that if our boys wanted biscuits and gravy that they should just order one all you can eat and she would be ok with refills. Need to speed up story a bit so. Basically when we sat down ordered immediately drinks took roughly about 14 minutes to get to the table. Once food arrived several mistakes were made with everyone's order after food arrived not one of us had silverware we sat there quietly more so out of curiosity to see how long this would take, eight minutes of having our incorrect orders sitting in front of us she finally came by to ask how food was tasting. I told her it is kinda hard eating without silverware her response was a laugh with omg I can't believe they didn't bring you silverware. At that time my boys order a refill on the biscuits and gravy cause well they wanted them warm. Their B&G order took longer then 20 minutes to come out after I reminded the waitress 3 fu#%ing times. How hard is your job. Less then 10 tables filled in the place she appeared to have our table and one other. The tables and bench seats felt very dirty. Will never order food from here again. The only thing this place is good for is when summertime is here you can sit out on the patio having a smoke and a drink. This place should only be recognized as a bar with horrible service. Frankie you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing a well known local name like frankies and Frankie Too that of which you made happen be ran into the ground because you have obviously given up on your own place as well. Be an owner that cares about his future and his family's future. Time to clean up your facilities, all the staff. Have some balls. So we locals can start going back into the country club that once used to be great.

This is as good as it gets here in good ol' Falcon, CO. Mostly Sports Bar & Grill type of place with a big screen tv or projecter type of thingy and a bunch of other regular tv's everywhere else. Food was alright. I got the black & blue salad: Black angus steak with Bleu Cheese. Needed the veggies since I was spending a week with the hubby's family. They have this thing called the Nacho Burger - the typical big burger but nacho cheese slathered inside. Hubby said it was awesome and his sister said its her favorite too. So the moral to the story - don't order salad at a sports bar. Stick to burgers and anything fried. And order a cold beer - it's hot a heck in Colorado! Drink slowly because the altitude knocks you on your butt if you chug a lug! ha!

Every time we go to eat at this place, someone's meal is screwed up. We don't go often, but tonight was super bad. They screwed up 3 out of 4 orders and to fix it, they just SCRAPED EVERYTHING OFF and passed it off as FRESH! OMFG! Is that professional? Did I mention the long wait? We got so pissed, my son walked home before we even got the check! My husband ordered a salad. There were still tomatoes in it that they missed when picking everything off he didn't want or order. We will not be going back. If I could leave a negative star, I would! Not only that, but there are no HANDICAP PARKING SPACES! NONE!

This was the second time we tried this place. The first time was a nightmare. Waitress seated us then moved us twice. She had forgotten about poker night then moved us. Then she forgot that poker night would take up the space she had moved us too. The second time my wife burrito was salty and my burger tasted as if it was a frozen patty. On the up side the waitress Kari was very nice and my fries were cooked to the way that I like extra crispy (by my request). Will try one more time in the future before I give up. But if the food doesn't wow me then we won't be back.
