This McDonalds is a lunchtime staple for me based on its great location (great for me at least). The food is predictably exactly what you think it should be, and that's fine by me. I will say, fries can tend to vary from location to location, and this McD's is consistently very good. The other props I can give this location is that they handle the lunch-time-rush very well. Outside, the drive-thru line may look long, but the staff is prepared and precise. The lines outside and inside move quickly, so don't be discouraged by the side of high volume. As well, the staff (particularly the drive-thru employees) have always treated me well. Can't expect much more from a McDonalds.

This McDonald's is such a let down. I work nearby and come to this McDonalds occasionally for breakfast or when I get off around 3pm. Their food is rarely fresh, the customer service is horrible and they aren't very timely either. Any time I have come here after work my food has been awful quality. I've received cold and over salted fries many times and poorly assembled food. My last visit I ordered three sandwiches and the first one wasn't even in a wrapper in the bag!! The other two Hot n spicies were soaking in mayonnaise. So much so that I had to wipe them off in order to eat them and the bun was soggy. Disgusting. The employees here are always rude like I'm interrupting and aren't very timely either. I'm really angry that they are so lazy and can't even put my sandwich together nicely even when I'm the only car around! And this hasn't been just one time either.

It's McDonald's. Your typical McDonald's restaurant. Being a "single girl in the city" I tend to drive through WAY too often. I live and work close by so it's all too convenient to just drive on through on my way home. It's right off of Arapahoe and I25 so I'm sure I'm not alone. The cashiers are friendly and, since I drive through pretty often, they greet me warmly. The fries have been hit or miss at times. I've had some orders that haven't been as hot and fresh as I'd like. The fries ARE what bring most of us to McDonald's so that can be a bummer. It hasn't happened a ton of times, I hesitate to even mention it, but for the sake of objectivity, there it is. Maybe I drove through at a slow time or something. I dunno. Otherwise, this McDonald's is fine.

There are a few key items that are essential to a McDonald's dining experience. These items become even more essential when you work a graveyard shift. One of those items is french fries. Another is hot apple pies. Last night, this McDonald's managed to provide NEITHER for my team. This is a supreme failure. Never should McDonald's inform a customer that they are 'out' of hot apple pies. Never should McDonald's sneak apple dippers into Happy Meals that are being purchased at 1am. Anyone with half a brain knows that people ordering Happy Meals at 1am are NOT ordering them for children. Priorities, people! Essentials!

I have been here occasionally, specifically recently twice on Sep 12 and Oct 10th. The people were friendly and the orders were right, but I'm highlighting a pet peeve here. Manager: Replace the fukking ribbon and receipt paper. NOW. These two receipts a month apart are both crappy and hardly readable. Your customers DESERVE a CLEAR receipt detailing their transaction in order for you getting their money, period. You know what? I pulled out receipts for this same time period from Good Times, Carl's, Jack In the Box and Burger King all within the last month and ALL OF THEM ARE CLEAR, but NOT YOURS. Further, this shows that you left things like this for over a month. So every single receipt you printed for hundreds of customers were crappy. This proves you actively don't care about your customers and their impressions. Further, the orange stripes on the right further show that it's time to replace the paper. If you knew what you were doing and you were proactive, customers should never see this stripe. You see, the stripe is provided by the paper manufacturer to tell you HELLO, MERCHANT, CHANGE THE PAPER TO THE NEXT ROLL, YOU'RE ALMOST OUT. Maybe you didn't know that. You Should have. Now you do. I'm so tired of having to give FREE consulting to incompetent retard retail managers. I'm reporting this to corporate, I'll update this review with results. And yes I will be returning there at the next interval to give you another photo of the receipt to see if this "manager" can figure this out or not. If they don't this 2 star will be reduced to 1. (---Submitted on McDonald's corporate website 8:33am 10/14---) (---Received an email acknowledging complaint on website but no call yet 5:05pm 10/16---) Latest Update: Did get a call from the store Manager, Mr. Bosch, that said he replaced and inspected not just the drive through receipt printer, but all of them in the store. Good for him. He offered the free meal too, a nice touch, not necessary, as long as he addressed the key issue. I'll make a return visit and post the results. By the way his name is Mr. Bosch and his cell phone is (303) 332-4843 in case anyone else ever needs to bring any issues to his attention. And I will increase this review by one star if I find it has been fixed. I will DEcrease it by one if I find it has not. Final update - I drove through on Monday and ordered again and they DID fix the receipt paper, so removing my photo and raising their score one notch.

This McDonald's does the job you expect from a McDonald's- reliable food and low prices. The employees are friendly and the drive-through line moves well even when they are busy. The other plus is that I've never had an issue with them getting my order wrong. This location isn't too bad on the inside, as it appears to have been recently remodeled and is usually relatively clean. It does have an old style of menu boards though compared to what you see in many locations these days. The outside is another story as it has not been remodeled. It looks like a location built at least 30 years ago without any exterior changes. There are a couple things that make me less than enthusiastic about this location. One is people bringing in cups from outside and filling up at the soda station without paying. This despite a very prominent sign telling people that is prohibited. I have seen the same woman do it multiple times as if it is completely acceptable. I find this to be really low rent and not the kind of person I want to sit in a restaurant with, even if it is a McDonald's. I also once saw someone who looked like a construction worker do the same thing, and they did not otherwise make a purchase at all. I have also seen some people in the parking lot who were dirty and appeared to be homeless. One came up to my car and asked for money, and another one was wandering all over the parking lot looking around, including looking into a garbage can. I also saw another person walk in the side door and head toward the restroom, not the front counter. This seemed a little strange to see in such a suburban location, but it is close to a light rail stop. All in all, it's a McDonald's and you'll get what you expect.

How do you only accept cash? Turning away service because of that is ridiculous. I have never had a Mcdonalds turn me away for that reason nor have turned me away at all. It doesn't help either that you have associates working either who can't deliver that message in a more courteous and professional manner. He could care less. Good job there. Won't be returning to this location anymore.

I come here nearly everyday, so I know a lot of the staff and they are very nice. Sometimes it gets really busy (it's right off a highway), but most of the time, it's pretty calm here. They have 2 sets of comfy chairs/benches and several TVs. I like it.
