Jimmy John’s Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

The only thing good about this jimmy johns is that it has a drive thru. Heaven forbid you ask them to cut a sandwich in half! The cranky old lady at the window was rude and thought she should count out a stack of ones instead of handing us our sandwiches. We ended up sitting there 2 min before we got them which is NOT freaky fast. Jimmy would be pissed!

I guess this place is pretty hit or miss for people. Personally, I got a good sandwich from here last week. There's a good selection of different sandwiches, it's in a pretty good location, and of the course the drive thru is a nice touch. If you're in the area and looking for a sandwich, take a shot here.

BUYER BEWARE for Deliveries.I called in and asked for a sandwich to be delivered to me. I am super busyu, which is why I delivered and I was not able to eat my sandwich right away..10 min later and after taking 2 bites I realized that it was not the correct sandwich that I ordered. It was missing multiple things on the sub that I asked for when calling in and I was charged for these things. When I called down to have them bring me the right sandwich, I was told that since I took 2 bites of it, I would not be able to get the sub I ordered by the owner Brendan, and they would give me a $.25 voucher when I come back in next time. What a joke. Make sure that you check your sandwich before the delivery person leaves, because it turns out they can't follow simple orders and when they screw up, they make NO effort to make it right. I will never eat at this location and will make sure that eveyone I know stays clear of this Jimmy Johns in Englewood, CO. I hope this Review shows customer the character of this owner and his store. The owner met with me after I made this review and made it right with a new sub

Finally Jimmy John's has arrived in Englewood... 'Bout fricken time! A great place to go for a totally cheap sub... cheap in price, but great in flavor. A diverse and very big menu to choose from. Different types of bread... I'm hooked! The atmosphere is reminiscent to the first one I started going to back in St. Paul, MN. I've been going to JJ for 10 years now, but they have never been close to me... now they're right across the street from where I reside!! Awesome! My favorites are the: Turkey Tom Tuna and the GARGANTUAN Now, I'm planning on trying them all...... Add some chips, a pickle and some delicious cookies, eat it there, or take it to go, take it for a picnic, it's perfect for that! Plus they deliver, drive through, or you can order online.... So basically you have no excuse why you can't try them at least once!! What are you waiting for?!

These folks are fast. The food is good. The people are friendly.

WOW! Never have I met a "manager" of a business who is so RUDE!! Michael Cooper was horrible to me and was trying to pick a fight! I'll start from the beginning. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my office. An hour and a half later I called back to ask where my sandwich was and he said "we're busy right now" I told him that I understand that and was just trying to find out where my food was. He told me that they delivered it to the wrong office & canceled my order. When I asked about getting a sandwich he started yelling at me on the phone and hung up on me. I'm in total shock as my office frequently orders from them without any problems. If Michael Cooper truly is a manager, he needs to learn to control is anger and attitude and most importantly he needs to learn what "management" means and what it entails

I heard great things about this place but wow was it bland. The bread was stale and the bacon on my BLT was ICE COLD. I asked for avocado spread on mine and paid the extra 75 cents, but when it arrived it wasn't there. Of course I'm not going to demand my 75 cents back but it was still a huge bummer. TBH I see no reason why I should eat here over subway, which is actually cheaper.

This is the worst jimmy johns location in Denver. The first time I came here the bread was so stale it removed the entire roof of my mouth in the way only Brillo pads can. The second time, I dealt with possibly the dumbest employee of any business ever of all time and the sandwich rock hard again. I suggest eating your shoe before resorting to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order online, got the confirmation email, and then a phone call from the store about 10 minutes later. They called to tell me I am "WAY" outside of their delivery zone and they are unsure why the computer allowed it. I told the "manager" that I have had delivery from this location at least 5 times in the past 3 years. He said he had been "managing" this location for the past 3 years and never went "THAT FAR" outside of the delivery zone. Little news to you buddy, you have been here at least 5 times. I have not changed address, same place and you have been here. He would not listen to a word I said, as from time to time people misspell our address which takes you to a crazy location north of us. Because this is "manager" we will never go to a Jimmy Johns again. If you continue to turn away business, good luck keeping afloat.

Small portions at this location! However my biggest criticism of this place is that they are charging $0.25 for a cup of water! I expressed my concern to management, and they mentioned that the owner doesn't give out free water. Please please stay away from this location. Do not give your money to a place that can't provide water! 7 dollars for a sandwich and they can't give me a cup of water?! You lost a loyal customer, hope it was worth it.

They started dusting the air ducts while I was sitting there eating. REALLY?! It was disgusting. Plus, the customer service at this location is very poor.

I'm a sandwich guy and while there are better sandwiches out there, I give Jimmy John's a five for their overall service. The sandwich I order is basic - the #11, but what I love about this sandwich is that I don't have to leave my house to get it - they deliver. And they deliver quickly. That might not be a big deal to you, but for me it is because it's difficult for me to get a break in my day to make something or go grab something so I'm all in on Jimmy John's. Thanks for showing me how customer service is and should be done.

  • Matt S.

Absolutely terrible customer service "after the fact"!!!! Store 1302 or or 302...Denver, south Broadway...by in case the distorted receipt is incorrect. I NEVER & I mean NEVER go online to complain but the store manager this day...July 3, was ill prepared for my complaint. All he had was excuse after excuse & no answer. Corporate policy dictates this & that.. My deal is that I'm handicapped & I picked JJ because they have a drive thru. Otherwise Subway would be my choice. I simply complained that for my last 2 orders the sub was tiny, small & skinny. No meat, hardly any toppings even though I specifically ordered them off the extra menu. He basically said too bad so sad corporate dictates our quantity of meat & toppings. I should have seen the sub or you have no leg to stand on. Again, I'm disabled & can't just up & go to complain about a sandwich. Never, EVER will I consider JJ a legitimate sub shop! Manager guy...for the future...don't make the customer feel he/she is wrong! Maybe someone in your store is skimming product...ever thought of that?!

I have always loved Jimmy Johns and I am partial to the Beach Club sandwich. I started with white bread, then wheat and now I do the un-wich. It is very fulfilling and excellent and fast. The customer service was always good when I went and I love the drive thru option since I like being on the go.

I should have known. Why didn't I re-read my own review before I placed my lunch order today? It has been over two years since I have order Jimmy John's because of how horrible my last experience was with this location and my oh my does history repeat itself. Freaky Fast? Well I ordered my sandwich 45 minutes ago and it is still not here. I have called your store and you assured me it would here soon. How long does it take to make an unwich? Lets just hope it isn't full of cheese and mayo again. I will be checking at the door this time....

Like Jimmy Johns, especially the #10 on french bread however this store didn't seem concerned over a customers gluten intolerance; not properly cleaning the area before making a lettuce wrap sandwich.

Love Jimmy Johns and I've been to a few. When i placed my order the cashier spoke very softly and mumbled. I wasn't really sure what he was saying and had to strain to hear him. The very loud music didn't help either. As I waited on one side where I thought my order would come out, I was "yelled at" to go to the other side where my order had been sitting on the counter. Although it would have been going above and beyond to hand it to me, I was a little taken back by how it seemed like my fault to be standing on the incorrect side to get my Bootlegger sub. Aside from that, my sandwich was good and accurate. Might try other JJ's before retuning back here...

Let me preface by saying that I am a big Jimmy John's fan. Their sandwiches are reasonably priced and taste great; normally they are made incredibly fast. I've been to this location a few times as it's conveniently located on my drive home from school. I'm usually on my way to work and the idea of a 'Freaky Fast' lunch is too appealing to pass up. Unfortunately, this place is 'moderately fast' at best. Yes, it's still much faster than other sandwich shops, but it's not nearly up to par with the other Jimmy John's that I frequent. The service here is also pretty disappointing. Out of the 8 or 9 people working when I dropped in, not a single one was polite. They were busy and I understand it was the lunch-rush, but it's not difficult to be nice. If it wasn't so conveniently located, I would avoid this particular location. Oh, one last positive note, it was VERY clean.

Super fast delivery....not really. Past 2 times I have ordered, received after 45 minutes. Just called, and they were rude, and said they were doing the best they could. Ummm, if your motto is super fast delivery, maybe they need to hire more staff, to do better. Will definitely go elsewhere next time!

I'm not going back to this location. I love me some Jimmy Johns. I've been to this location before. Went inside got my sandwich and took it to-go. Things were a little hairy (especially for how many employees they have there). But no issues... TODAY.. I order a #12 ask for sprouts, they say sprouts are not available at this location, no problem, I still want the #12 on French bread please and thank you. I get to the window to pay. The guy takes my card, doesn't offer a receipt or anything. He closes the window before I get a chance to ask for one. Then comes my sandwich. He dropped it on the floor.. IN FRONT OF ME!! Granted it was wrapped in paper, but no sorry, no nothing.. Just picks it up off the floor and hands it over.. I'm all can I get a receipt . He closes the window on me, realized I said something and comes back, yells at the sandwich makers and tells me it should be in the bottom of my bag.. I drove off a very unhappy customer.. Never again will I go to this location.. WHICH SUCKS!!! Because the one closer to my work is so freaking busy and parking can be a total pain (alameda and logan).

I have never felt compelled to write any reviews on yelp until now. Last night I spent $14 dollars on sandwiches, both #16's, no lettuce, and add hot peppers to both. When I got home, miles and miles away from any jimmy johns locations, both sandwiches had ample amounts of lettuce and neither one had the extra peppers I had paid for. I hate lettuce on my sandwiches, it grosses me out for some reason. When I called the next day and spoke to the GM of this location, he told me I would have had to show them both subs last night in order to be refunded. I explained that I don't live anywhere near a jimmy johns let alone their jimmy johns location and so threw the subs away. This made no difference to the GENERAL MANAGER. I can only assume by his monotone voice and slow demeanor that he took some back alley marketing 101 class on how to deliver subpar sandwiches while ruining customer relations. I used to enjoy stopping for the occasional sub at this or any JJ locations, but I'm afraid that I will no longer keep this as an option for myself or when I bring lunch to my office staff.

**UPDATE** I think the staff at this place has changed since my original review had been written, and I've got to say that we're had some increasingly positive experiences with this place. Sometimes we go in and the music is a little too loud, or the person behind the register has no idea what's going on, but I have noticed things improving, and they've been getting more of our orders right; I have thus added another star. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** My family orders from this Jimmy John's a lot because it's close to where we live and work; we've used the drive-through and have had delivery many, many times. 1-star default for the Jimmy John's formula and menu -- which I generally think are great -- but this place doesn't do it justice. I don't know what the problem is with this location, but they screw-up our order literally 100% of the time; there has not been a SINGLE TIME in the last few years where they have gotten everything right. Sometimes it's a little thing, like they forgot to cut the sandwiches in-half, and other times we get totally different food and are charged the wrong amount. Let's take today's delivery order for example: three sandwiches; two slims for my kids (with no modifications) cut in-half, and an Italian Night Club for me with "EZ" lettuce, extra tomatoes, hot peppers, cucumbers, cut in-half. The slims were correct, of course, and probably because each one is 3 things: meat, cheese, bread; cut in-half, too. We're about 60% of the way to greatness, but 60% is just a whisper away from a failing grade... The Italian had EXTRA lettuce (the entire sandwich was like 2/3rds lettuce), NO hot peppers, an adorable row of tiny tomato slices, and NOT cut in-half. Ordinarily this would not be an issue; I have a knife for cutting stuff in-half; I've got hot sauce in my fridge, I've got way better tomatoes in my garden, and they don't charge extra for any of that stuff. However, this kind of thing seriously happens EVERY TIME I patron this particular Jimmy John's. If they offer it and print it on the receipt: why can't they apply it to the order? There have been times where I'll go to the drive-through, there will be one car in-front of mine at the window, and the dude at the window will have to ask me what I ordered and how much it was, or will ask me for the wrong amount of money -- an amount which he quoted to me 90 seconds ago; I will then have to wait 5+ minutes for them to figure-out what's happening, which generally means they are re-making my order. This sort of thing has happened more than once, and with different people at the drive-through. If you hit the drive-through at this location and see 2 cars or more ahead of you: FORGET ABOUT IT; either go somewhere else, or go inside, because either way it will be faster, and you'll have a better chance of actually getting what you order. It boggles the mind how this location has literally NEVER failed to screw-up my order in some way (we're talking out of probably 20-30 times a year we get food from here) when they seem to have 10+ people working there during the day; every time I pull-up to the window it's like a beehive of activity in there, with dudes weaving in-between other dudes, looking super busy ... and not a single one of them can get my order right ... EVER? Oh, but they do deliver pretty quickly, and the guys who bring my sandwiches are always really friendly, so I'll put an extra star for those guys. Why do I keep ordering from this place? Probably because the delivery is fast, and it's still a decent sandwich for the money, but maybe I've had enough of the Englewood Jimmy John's.

I mean it's a fast sandwich shop, right? I like Jimmy John's better then Subway. When you want a quick fix this is the place. I think they use quality ingredients. Okay that being said every time I go to this Jimmy John's they mess up my order. I get a number 6 (Veggie) no tomatoes and lite mayo. Not real hard, right? Apparently this is very difficult. I usually get tomatoes...okay I can just take them out. But the lite mayo means lots of mayo and no guacamole. I never get the guacamole spread. Seems petty to complain but it happens every time I go there. I know I should just stop going to that one but it's two blocks from my office and if everyone else is going... I'll probably go back I just won't be happy...again!

I really enjoy jimmy johns sandwiches but this place has an incredibly less than accommodating and rather rude staff. My 8-year old asked if she could replace her cheese with a little lettuce and they said she had to pay a dollar more for that. I had parked incorrectly in their lot and was asked, in the rudest tone, to move my car because "we can't have people parking like that here." As a side note, there was only one other car parked outside. And last, but not least, their bread was stale. I'm used to JJ's fresh and soft bread. This was a disappointing experience overall and we will NOT go back to this one.

    (1)
  • Shawn S.

This place is slipping. It's right down the street so I visit quite often. The last few times they have messed up the orders. The receipts will often be right and the sandwiches wrong. Dial back that freaky fast and get the order right.

I NEVER write reviews, but my experience has left me needing to. I went through the drive thru and ordered a beach club on wheat, no cheese, same sandwich I've been ordering for ten years. The total was curtly announced, my order was never verified, and I was told to pull up. At the window as I was paying I validated my order with the cashier, who'd gotten it wrong and said to put my sandwich on white bread. I requested they stop making the sandwich on white and make it on wheat as I'd requested. Shortly after a young man, Christopher I believe, sauntered over to the window and scolded me harshly for changing my order at the window. I asked how he knew I didn't order on wheat, and he replied "Because I will believe my staff over a stranger every time". Not a stranger, a customer. This is not the first time I've received terrible service at this location, but by far the worst and the last time I'll be there.

Had a wheat bread #11 delivered right to our room at Swedish Medical center. So much better than their cafeteria! Believe me we had both. The 7 grain wheat bread was Awesome!!! If you are anywhere around Denver call Jimmy Johns they will hook you up.

I order from this location frequently and the service has declined dramatically. I ordered a #11 with peppers and onions, I was charged for it and didn't receive onions or peppers. I called to talk about the problem and was hung up on. I am surprised with the sudden change in lack of customer service.

This sandwich spot is wayyy better then subway. First time trying this spot and the sandwiches were good!! They were fast and got my order right which I ask to add salami to my turkey sub. You can't go wrong with jimmy johns! Wish they could toast there subs..I'll do it at Home

  • Amanda T.

Yes it's a fast food sandwich shop. However for the same price point and concept, I've experienced better elsewhere. Much better. We ordered a #2 and a #4, a roast beef and a turkey sandwich, both with cheese. Plus a couple of sodas. It was under $15, but for what we received, it seemed rather pricey. Sure the subs were 8" long, but there was probably about an ounce of meat and a couple of slices of provolone; the rest was veggie filler. Very unsatisfying. Then there was the length of time it took to get our sandwiches to us. I thought this places prides itself on being "freaky fast"?! There was only one person ahead of me and it took nearly 15 minutes. This was my first experience at a Jimmy John's and most likely it will be my last.

i love jimmy johns and their sandwichs. I recently went here for lunch with my mother and we were greated and served promptly. One good thing about this location that I noticed that their restroom was very clean and stocked. Will go back.

I was on the way to work one random day and had some time to spare around noon. I thought - "ok, TODAY is the day -- I'll pass up my usual on Broadway...hint,hint..."Mike" and stop at that JJ's location further down Broadway. After spending what I would have spent at...ahem...Mikey's...30 seconds after ordering, had a sandwich in hand that I carried to the table. Unwrap to find one fairly decent looking piece of bread, but with enough lettuce to choke even a rabbit, two very sad looking roma tomato slices, what must have been a whole jar of mayo and....um...a couple of pieces of meat so thin that even Carl Buddig would giggle. Taste: A little bland, but not terrible. In some ways it's better than Subway. I enjoyed the chewy French-type bread. This being my first time visiting, I wasn't sure what to order and the counter help didn't seem at all interested in suggesting anything. Oh, and the music. I thought it was fun when I first walked in but it got old really quick. At the end of the day: Cheat on Mike and learn a tough lesson.

Food is pretty good at a reasonable price, but what keeps this place from getting a better rating is the staff. Loud music with annoying employees attempting to sing-along. I appreciate the fun-youthful vibe they're trying to give off here, but you can't forgo simple professionalism just to show off your fun attitude at work. With the numerous sandwich options in the Englewood area, I'll spend my lunch breaks elsewhere, with fewer "tools" behind the counter.

Just discovered Jimmy John's a few weeks ago. I love it! Great subs for a great price. I love that the menu has so much variety. I have been there several times, and love the drive through - lazy but totally true. After a crazy day at work, sometimes it's just easier to swing by and pick up a couple of subs for dinner. My only complaint is that I wish that they were more customer service friendly with the additional stuff that they offer - like whole wheat bread! I just discovered today that they have it, and I usually eat my subs with whole wheat bread. Silly complaint, but at other sandwich shops this a routine question......I guess, they should be slightly more willing to toot their own horn and let me know about everything on their menu! I do enjoy discovering different subs each time I go, and I love that they have avocado on most subs! Bonus! Yea for Jimmy John's coming to Englewood! :)

I found out the GM of this particular location named Michael was the one who answered my call.I told him my name and said he should have the address since I order from them about twice a month, he said he still needed me to "verify" the address anywas so I mispoke momentarily on my delivery address and he laughed at me condesendingly for mixing the address numbers which he proceeded to make huffing and snyde laughing sounds at me and then corrected me on my mistake. Might I remind you that you are nothing but a manager for chain sandwhich shop. Take note that this isnt the first time that he has treated me this way. Someone should fire this jerk.

Food is great, I've ordered from this restaurant from work at least 50 times in the last year, they deliver fast and are always pretty helpful... BUT...this review is for the service I received today. My wife and I were really craving cookies so I looked at their site for minimum delivery requirements. The site says "Minimum order for delivery $3" cookies are $2 per so we decided to order $8 worth of cookies (which keep in mind is worth more than most of their subs). the site let us place the order, I received a confirmation email from them stating the order would ship shortly. 2 minutes pass and I get a call from the manager who was very short with me when she said "there's no sandwich on your order, we won't ship an order unless a sandwich is included" I calmly and politely explained to her that that's not what the website says. I understand they need to make money, but like I said before (and I said to her as well) I've ordered Jimmy Johns on a near weekly basis, I've probably given them well over $300 of my money in the past, and all she could tell me is "the website's policies are different from our store policies". I'm sorry but if the portal through which I am purchasing says I can order 4 cookies, I hope to receive 4 cookies. I had no choice but to cancel my order (because I didn't want to order a sub at 3:30 pm) which they did promptly. This review is just a warning to anybody else who thinks you can buy a lot of cookies, sodas or chips (all of which are probably profit machines for JJ's) that you'll be allowed to place the order on the site, but you'll get a call from their manager shortly after telling you they won't deliver your order as you were promised it would be. All in all a bad experience.

I wish I lived in Colorado so I could enjoy these tasty subs on the regular basis... I also wish that one day this amazing gourmet sub place comes to the West Coast and it will be appreciated by ME! I love sandwiches and since I left Colorado and was graced with the chance to enjoy one of these amazingly crafted deluxes deli subs. I will definitely visit again specifically to go to this place and enjoy a sub! :D

Never disappointed with my sandwiches. I ordered my usual one day and threw in a cookie on the order and after they ran my card I asked if they got the cookie. The guy said no, but since he didn't hear me hes throw it in free of charge. ALWAYS super fast delivery!
