With my first visit, Amanda kept the balance of checking on us while not hovering. She was always there when we started to want her. Kudos! The salad bar was stocked better than most pizza bars keep theirs, so that was a pleasant surprise. What really got me was how personable the pizza makers were. They kept those pies coming, too! They kept variety on the pizza bar and asked customers if there was something they wanted that they could make. This was a feel good, eat yummy kind of a visit. Thanks!

Has really went downhill the past 2 times we went there. Very little pizza selection and if you aren't up there the second the pizza comes out you have to wait quite awhile for a new pie. Salad bar was a mess out of almost everything and the food was all mixed up. Loved this place for a long time very disappointed with what it has become. My biggest disappointment was getting the bottom of their beer soup and they never refilled it. So sad that the people in charge don't seem to care about the customers anymore

Great staff, excellent food, great adult beverage prices, & happy hour. The wood fired pizza & salad/appetizer buffet is one of the best deals I've seen around here! Daily food specials are priced for a tight budget. Wednesday's $5 burger night can't be beat! Their many dining rooms/areas allow for several environments different ppl will enjoy. Very nice back patio, covered, with comfy seating areas. The bartenders remember you & your usual;) Dave is the best!

DO NOT ORDER the WINGS. They are ALWAYS DRY and over-done. Dive bar with pretty good pie, when it's fresh that is. Beware of the one that's been sitting under the lamp when you arrive. If it's still there when you go up, it's gonna be chewy. They do take requests however, and it's done in a snap! The salad bar is always stocked and is pretty great. They worked hard to offer a nice selection. Wait staff is friendly and so are the other regulars. There are TVs everywhere and the restrooms are clean. I'd go back because you just can't beat the price!! I won't be ordering the wings though!!

The first time I went here for late night drinks and appetizers was a really great experience. Our server was delightful - friendly with good advice. The mango daiquiri was sweet and wonderful, the beer selection is pretty good and when I asked for a dark beer suggestion I was not disappointed. The artichoke dip was unlike any I've had before. I don't know if this makes sense, but it was almost...fluffy. And it tasted great! However, my second trip was pretty lack luster. I went for lunch and opted for the pizza and salad bar. The pizza was alright. Average pizza selection. And the salad bar had quite a few topping selections but they took quite awhile replacing the mixed greens, lettuce, and spinach bins - which were all empty and the only greens option. It's a little tough to make a salad without...the salad part in the equation. The service this time was less attentive, but otherwise friendly.

Went with the entire family since my son, daughter-in-law and grand-daughter had just come in from Okinawa. I had made a reservation for the back room but we had to wait about 30 minutes because there was a birthday party still going on. Once we were seated, Mason our server was very professional and friendly. I had a birthday voucher for a BOGO free 14" pizza and the rest of the family either got the all you could eat salad/soup bar ($7.99) or the all you could eat pizza/salad/soup bar ($9.99). Both were great values and the pizza, salad and soup were delicious. They also have a great chicken pot pie but on this visit they had run out. We also had $5 Margaritas which were yummy! All in all, a great family get-together.

The good.....the wings with Buffalo Gold were great, the kids loved making their own very generous sized pizzas, great crust, and loved the happy hour beer prices The mediocre....service seemed very programmed with no actual engagement with customers other then to take their order, the time it took to get drinks and food even though they weren't very busy. There wasn't anything bad but there was nothing that would make me drive across town to go there. There was a large salad bar that looked like it had a lot of options and appeared to be fresh. I think had the wait staff been a little more engaging it certainly would have improved my rating. They weren't mean or rude, just non-engaged and appeared to be dis-interested.

I went here last night for dinner. This place is great for a family that's not trying to spend too much. The pizzas are pretty good but not gourmet. The price obviously reflects that. The salad bar is what really brings this place together. They have an incredibly large variety and they finish it off with a beer cheese soup. The service is mediocre at best and is the reason for the star deduction. They need to get the hosts to pick up some slack and fill my drink instead of twiddling their fingers near the front door. I believe it should be costumers then cleanliness for host duties. The cooks are really nice though and are happy to take an request. The Sopapilla like deserts are really good. If I'm strapped for cash at the end of a pay period this would be one of my options otherwise woodsy goes on the back burner.

I like pizza buffets because I don't like committing to only one kind of pizza. I love that the pizza here is wood-fired. I do think that's unique. (Contrary to another reviewer.) The have daily specials, and the pizza buffet is an even better deal on a certain day. (Tuesday maybe?) Drink specials, too. The only thing that killed our buzz a bit was that fact that it seemed like a frat party of 30-40 year olds was happening right beside us while we ate dinner--- a group of people playing drinking games and being pretty loud, but I don't think they were seated by the hostess there. I think they just stole that table to do their drinking games on because it was a high table. Whatever.

Woody's caught my attention during their Thursday night wing special. However, the wings are mediocre && the service is terrible. The staff seems to pay more attention to the regulars than to new traffic within the restaurant. We had to wait nearly fifteen minutes to pay out while our server took a smoke break... It was annoying, and I will probably never go back.

Pizza was decent. Cooked properly, but nothing special or unique about it. We got their pizza & salad bar buffet. I understand they have to manage costs, but the plates they had available, when they had any available at all, were so teeny tiny I had to make several trips to the buffet place. Having been sat at a high bar table with high stools, it was awkward and uncomfortable to get up so many times. The pizza bar was plentiful, but the salad bar was lacking, and they didn't keep up refilling the bar items, or keeping it tidy. Our waitress was nice enough, but offered no instructions to us as it was our first time. We came because of the Groupon offer. I can see why they needed to market. I would come again, IF i had another 50% off groupon. That was what I feel the food & experience was worth.

Definitely like the ultimate pizza bar and the chicken fried chicken sandwich. Not a giant fan of the chicken fried chicken dinner, corn and mash were extremely plain and it took a long time to come out. Definitely going back.

Great selection on food from the salad bar to the fire grilled pizza and everything in between. If you like guacamole this is the place to get it. It has a little bite to it but is always amazing. The salsa that comes with it is too sweet for my taste. Not sure what's going on with the wait staff but even when there aren't very many people it takes forever to get waited on or get refills. Also, the waitstaff isn't very informed on what they are serving. Every time I ask what soup they have they never seem to know. The waitstaff is friendly but I tip based on the level of service I receive.

I am surprised this place a has 3 star rating on yelp. Be wary of anyone who thinks this place should get more than 1 star. The service is nearly non-existent, and if you watch the managers, you can easily tell that no one who works here cares about their job, the company, or the customers. I went here a few times recently when we were working in the area. The place was very dirty, the food was far from fresh, and the staff seemed like they didn't even work there. The last time I was in I was so frustrated that I started yelling at the manager, and he agreed with everything I said. However, as soon as he left our table, he went back to doing nothing and our waiter still was terrible. Between the stale food and the horrendous service, not to mention the numerous obvious health violations, I am surprised this place is still open. Clearly the Denver Health Department is understaffed as there is no reason for them to allow this dump to continue to operate.

Go for the happy hour all you can eat buffet for your fill of pizza and all the salad fixin's you can handle. Other than that the building itself is rather dated with holes in the seats and a very old school 60s/70s vibe.

  • Jake L.

Can't beat a $9.99 all you can eat pizza/soup/salad buffet! Plus they have great happy hour prices on their drinks, can get a 32 oz mug of beer for $3.50. Plus they have outdoor seating on their patio for those great afternoons! I also like that they regularly have $20 Groupons available for $10, can't beat that deal! Plenty of TV's to watch sports, drink some beers, and eat some pizza!

    (4)
  • Tosha C.

Great prices and specials. The pizza wasn't my absolute favorite, a little too chewy for me, but it was good. And for the price you really can't beat it.

Brunch/lunch is always consistently good here as well as service. It maybe a stereotypical pizza place but with pool, beers and great service its a great place to stop by for a break.

Pizza buffet is good but be careful with any "specials". There is fine print that isn't actually stated but is highlighted when the waitstaff does not want to be bothered with the check (deliberations should be held out of earshot). So, we are taking the difference out on tip. Not sure what you all gained? Might be worth going to Golden to visit the real Woody's. Cigarette breaks should be avoided every time you go to the kitchen and it took half of Monday night football to get the tv changed. Better luck next time.

Buffets appeal to two kinds of donkeys; cheap-asses and lard-asses. Personally I fit neither category so coming here on a whim was largely exploratory. I'd seen the building plenty of times but was not moved to enter until a friend suggested it for lunch. The service was pleasant and timely. The belt system of ceiling fans is a unique touch and has an old world feel. The interior of this place could use an update, but in a way the pizza parlor feel of yesteryear has charm. But there's a fine line between grace and grim. The food is not anything to rave about. The pizza cooks were accommodating to requests, the salad bar is extensive, and they have a full bar. I can see how a place like this would appeal to a family on a budget. There is plenty of parking out front and patio seating is available.

This was our second visit for dinner using a $20 Groupon. Last time we ordered entrees off the menu and they were meh. Tonight we had the Salad Bar/Pizza Buffet for $9.99 and the food was much better. We were seated in the very back of the restaurant in a booth. It was actually our preferred seating rather than right across from the salad bar. The salad bar had the choice of 3 different fresh greens: iceberg lettuce, spring mix, or baby spinach. There were over 40 salad toppings including wasabi peas, sunflower seeds, and goldfish crackers. There were 2 different mystery soups without a label. The salad plates were small. I would suggest getting a larger oval plate at the pizza bar for your salad. There were about 6-8 varieties of pizzas. They were unlabeled. It was difficult to tell which ones had BBQ sauce rather than marinara sauce. There was one pesto based pizza. Many of the pizzas had pepperoni on them. The consistency of the crusts varied. Some bones were well done, others were soft and chewy. At one point, there were a lot of empty pizza pans and slices of old pizza available. We waited for them to make fresh pizzas. The server told us that we could special order slices if we didn't see what we wanted, just like another well known pizza buffet chain. The server took our Groupon and brought our check about 20 minutes into eating our dinner and that was the last we saw of her. No more drink refills, no more clearing of our plates, no more service.

Good night at woodys. Nice bar with good bar food. Wings and pizza. Fair price. Wings were decent but too mild. Pizza was a good value but nothing to write home about crust a little chewy. Bar was a good value 4 wine and beer, very good happy hour. Very friendly bar tender. Restaurant has a an all you can eat pizza and salad bar that offer a good value to family's. Bar and eating area are separate so familys can feel comfortable to come out in. Also has a great patio weather permitting. This place may not be as good as some American style bar food joints, buffalo wild wings; Chile's or the Tavern but is less expensive. Think of it as a much better version of Cici's with a good bar. Kids will love the old timey celing fans and bar goers will like the two pool tables.

All of the food I've ever tried here has been good; never great, but usually good. I often choose the pizza buffet and sometimes the pizza has been sitting under the heat lamps a while (especially those little deserts), but tastes good anyway. The staff is relatively friendly and responsive. The happy hour specials are decent. They have pool tables which are only a $1 a game BUT the tables and sticks offered are cheap too. They are generally busy and it's a good place for a school fundraising benefit or kids' party. There's room for improvement. (And maybe they know this as they're closed now??)

Seemed a bit overpriced. 8 wings for 10 bucks. Nope. Pizza was ok. Tasted overcooked to me, but that might have been personal preference. Server wasn't very good, obviously forgot about us and some other waitress hustled out our appetizer about two minutes before our pizza. Went on a Saturday night, so they had Karaoke with the music turned up so loud my wife and I literally couldn't talk the whole night, which was frustrating. Terrible atmosphere overall. I live in the neighborhood, but I still won't go back unless there's a good enough special or sale to entice me to give it another chance.

We enjoy going to Woody's, they always a good variety of choices and its always really reasonable on price. Also a great place if you have kids. Just laid back and you can relax and not feel rushed. Thumbs Up!!!

  • Lizbeth N.

Pizza buffet for $10/adults and $5/kids can't be beat! However, all the other food on the menu was sub-par. They obviously know how to make a decent pizza but the burgers I've had and the fried chicken steak was horrible - not worth the $. I would not recommend it for anything but the pizza buffet and that can sometimes be disappointing when they run out of pizza. Sweet potato fries have been a hit/miss. Once it was pretty good and the other time, it was not cooked all the way through so part of it tasted raw. About the staff - it seems like they have an over abundance of hostesses but not enough waiters? Several times we've been there and the waiters have been super friendly but they seemed to be running around like mad while a cluster of other workers were standing around talking...about what - the weather?? It makes for slower and more rushed service.

Service was great my server Veronica took care of me like a regular. Food was a little of a wait but it was wings on wing special happy hour. Overall service was great and ambiance was friendly even amongst the regulars. Eaten here before with the buffet and pizza and salad bar was always good deal especially on Mon and Tues Nights.

Great place for lunch if you're in the neighborhood. All you can eat salad bar and pizza for 8 bucks! Weekdays only I believe but you can't go wrong. If the pizza of your choice hasn't been made, they will make it, no qualms. The pizza is delicious and the salad bar options are quite impressive. They keep the salad bar in order too! I used a Groupon on my visit with no limitations (thanks Mason!) The only downside was that the front dining area could use a fresh coat of paint (a little dingy but this place has been here forever from what I remember)

I go here for a beer or two about once a week. I do like to so a shot, and was going to order one to match up with a couple that I was talking to. I noticed the bartender using a jigger to pour shots on the bar top. Not thrilled, I cancelled my order. Use a jigger for the well if you must, but pour free on the bar top. Let a bartender be a bartender for heaven's sake.

We come here regularly. The hostess is rude and always gives me dirty looks.the new blond. The wait staff looks at you and will not come and take your order. The bartender over looked me for someone she knows being as though I had to go order our own drinks from the bar. This place forgets our orders and is overpriced on their drinks and food. The karaoke girl is rude as well. We have to bring cleaning rags to wipe stuff down cause it's so dirty. When it rains the roof leaks by pool tables. Wtf. The staff needs better training and better management. It sucks cause the pizza is good. But not good enough for my money or anybody else's I know. I will put ad in local paper as well. By the way,I know 4 other family's that don't like this place either and they have friends too. So hood luck woodys!!!

  • Raymond K.

This place has a small pizza buffet and decent salad bar. The cost is $9.99, which is a fantastic value for the amount of food. The little dessert donut hole things are delicious, but that's where the good stuff ends. Pizza was subpar, you're better off at Panteleones or BeauJo's, both nearby. Service is decent, but nothing stood out.

I really enjoy Woody's despite the fact that I rarely go out of my way to go there. When I do visit, I almost always go for the salad/soup bar. They have a great selection of ingredients on the salad bar and their beer cheese soup is one of the greatest soups I've ever had. It's only 8 bucks for all you can eat or for two bucks more you can have all you can eat pizza from their pizza bar as well. I'd also recommend Woody's for catering for large groups. I organized a work outing here. Since their pizzas are really good and resonably priced, do can do a group event without breaking the bank.

I had not been here for a very long time. We used to come for pizza, wings, and trivia, but that was quite a while back. I came here with a few people recently, when our target destination lost their liquor license, and we wanted some drinks. I had a Moscow Mule and a Raspberry version of the same. They had real copper mugs (hooray!). The drinks were potent and flavorful. And were way to easily to drink in a rapid fashion. We decided to get some food and some of us opted for the Woody's Pizza/Salad/Soup bar. It was pretty much as I remembered. The soup was a okay, the salad bar was surprisingly well stocked, and fresh, and the pizza was pretty good (although the standard for pizza has been set pretty high in Denver lately). Our waitress was friendly and helpful.

Saturday karaoke, yay! Free well drinks for chicks between 9pm-12am, yay! Karaoke is now provided by Uncle Dutchie's karaoke so you get a pretty extensive song selection and the sound is super duper. The entire bar is clean and the decor decent. This is definitely not a ghetto bar. If karaoke isn't your thing, they have pool tables and some video games in the back room. I've only tried the Swiss mushroom burger here and it was really good. It's pretty big, come with fries, and only costs $8. I'll be trying the other menu options on my next visit. Even though the drinks are free and come in tiny plastic cups, I've managed to get white-girl wasted in a 3 hour time period. Plus, the bartender is pretty nice to look at. FYI - There's lots of parking and the bathrooms are super clean.

Nothing sticks out that says "Wow! I have to come back soon!" We got there about 5:45 on a Tuesday night. Our waitress informed us happy hour was almost over so three of us quickly ran up to the bar. The blonde bartender gave us a quick glance two or three times then went to help other people. That was about 5:53 or so. She continued to ignore us and chat with the bar back and leaned against the back counter for a couple minutes. By the time she leisurely walked over to us, only one of us ordered a drink. She kept saying "Oh its past 6pm, the register won't do anything." We explained that we had been standing there for almost ten minutes. No big deal. They had other specials. The place feels oily and a bit dated. The salad was actually better than the rest of the meal aka pizza. Their pizza does nothing for my taste buds. I even waited for some fresh pies to come out and still, same cardboard taste with a rock hard crust. The guys making the pizza were accommodating and even asked if we wanted anything specifically. Our waitress looked like she was lost. Poor girl cause we were part of a much larger group in the room on the side of the restaurant. For $9.99, the buffet is not a bad deal. However, CiCi's Pizza offers a pizza buffet at half the cost and has a rockin' staff whichever location you go to. I don't know if we just showed up on a bad night or if this is the general attitude at this establishment. I know one thing for sure: I will not head back.

I rated Woody's five stars on a "value for money" basis. Is it gourmet pizza? No. Does the buffet offer a variety of really good pizza at a really good price. YES! Plus I really enjoyed the salad bar -- fresh, good selection and again, can't beat the price. Like other reviewers, that slight wood smoke smell is a plus. All in all, one of the better deals in town.

    (5)
  • Sandi L.

They have gluten free crust and a huge selection at their salad bar. Also, happy hour is awesome! $4 for any wine they offer? Yes please! Lots of local brews on tap although they never seem to have a good selection of dark beers. It's a great place to go for a quick dinner in my neighborhood.

They don't even deserve the first star but that is as low as it goes. The general manager is horrible. As a customer I personally witnessed the manager rich completely humiliating an employee in front of another employee as well as myself. He not only disregarded me as a customer but was also verbally confrontational towards his employee including profanity. I sat in the restaurant for at least 20 minutes before I was asked if I would like to order something. The entire restaurant smelled like Marijuana not sure if it was customers or not but it was completely offensive. The quesadilla I ordered was burnt after I waited 45 minutes for it. I had to flag down a bus person to get it replaced(the same bus person he verbally assaulted). The place was obviously severely understaffed and when I brought that to the managers attention he replied with "I know I've had to fire a lot of people" I couldn't believe the lack of concern he had for his place of business. I over heard an employee saying that they even smoke cigarettes in the back office. What kind of establishment allows this type of behavior? When I asked to speak with the manager about my overall experience he approached me with a defensive and unapproachable demeanor. I'm not sure who put him in charge of this restaurant but they need to evaluate their choice again. I will never come back and I'll tell everyone I know not to waste their money at a place that has no common courtesy for their employees or further more their customers. Sincerely the customer you chose to say was not a customer because I was outside. You're a joke and I sincerely hope you learn how to manage.

First time I've eaten a hawaiian pizza, I was a little skeptic about the whole fruit, cheese and tomato, but it was really good!! I totally recommend this place. The service was a little slow, but my waitress Jess was still super nice!

The scent of the woodsmoke from their wood fired pizza ovens is the first thing that endears me to Woody's. Takes me back to campfires and the wood burning stove that we used to heat our house on the farm I grew up on in Minnesota. It says "home" and "warmth" to my sense of smell...goes to your brain, then the heart. Saturdays are karaoke night, and the ragtag group of regulars who sing here make you feel welcome. It was actually sad when 1 am came, and it was time to go ! I ordered their Philly cheese-steak sandwich, and was asked if I wanted another cheese instead of the cheese-whiz that it came with....are you KIDDING ME?!?!? I wanted that cheese-whiz ! It was a bit messy, but the sandwich had great flavor. We are totally coming back for Saturday night karaoke, and bringing our friends ! Woody's rocks !

Food is great, pizza is excellent, service is terrible!! We like to stop in after work for drinks, but it takes forever to get someone to come by your table and even longer to get the check. The last two times I've been in, there are Woody's employees having drinks with their friends and they always seem to get excellent service. Definitely choosing somewhere else next time!

Fair to say I'm addicted to their buffalo gold wings! Wing day every Thursday, go try them. Great regulars, great staff, fun place.

The best pizza buffet I've experienced. Usually when you think pizza buffet, you think NASTY. But Woody's has FANTASTIC pizza, and you can request whatever you like and they will add it to the buffet within 20-30 minutes. All you can eat salad, soup, pizza, and fritters (delicious cinnamon-sugar baked dough bites), for only $9.99. It's such a great deal, and they have decent happy hour and game day drink specials. My husband and i like to go for Bronocos and/or NBA games, the waiters don't rush you and we often stay and snack for hours. Fair customer service.

I really like that this location its up the street from my place. If you live in or around the Evans and Quebec area you should eat out here. they have a great selection on the menu. Its a family place with lots of TV's and although it looks like a sports bar/tavern its more of a restaurant feel. The Margaritas are good, the service is good, the pizza is delicious and the salad bar is excellent. I really like Friday night ladies drink FREE 10pm-12 I would highly recommend coming here. The Prices are medium range including drinks, but they do have Happy Hour. I would compare to Old Chicago's but Woody's is 10x's better. I haven't been to Old Chicago in over 3 years since I found Woody's.

This service sucks balls. No pizza on buffet. Food was good. Came here at 230. Not busy. Still very slow service. Man left due to no service. I think it was a discrimination issue. Very sad. Won't be back

NOT GLUTEN FREE ANYMORE-Got violently sick last night immediately after ordering GF Pizza. I hadn't eaten here in a long time and I think they lost their quality control because this never happened in the past. If you have celiac disease you will want to avoid, feeling miserable is no fun, UGH.

We ate here last Thursday night. We had the pizza and salad bar buffet. The salad bar has so many options, you can't imagine. There were a few options that didn't make sense, but when you have such a large salad bar, you've got to fill it with something. Either way, the salad bar wasn't exactly super fresh. But, it wasn't terrible. We must have hit the pizza bar/buffet at the wrong time because the pizza just wasn't that great. The crust was quite good though. I think there is a chance we might stop through again, but I kind of doubt it. There were too many flies bothering us and the place as a whole just wasn't worth returning to. I think there are probably some better options, but this place has some potential to get better. The price was fair for what we got. But, fair often isn't good enough these days.

When I heard they have a pizza buffet I just figured this place was going to be a glorified, adult Chuck E. Cheese. But thankfully I'm often wrong! We went here the night of the Broncos-Pats playoff game and got there right before the game started. I knew this place had a pretty big bar area but didn't expect it to be as much as a zoo as it was. There was a small wait but we ended up scoring a roomy booth and Woody's is awesome with the fact that wherever you're sitting in the place, you can clearly spot a tv. Our server was sweet but really slooooowwwwww....and forgetful but I just think she was in the weeds with the influx of people in for the game. I was impressed with not only their draft beer selection but also prices of their food. I found out about this place thanks to my boyfriend Groupon so we could get a meal plus an appetizer to cover the bill. We got the Parmesan artichoke dip and um yeah, if you go to Woody's, you must get this. Not only is the dip rich and savory, it's served with bite sized pieces of garlic bread that made me wishing I had two orders-one to share and one for myself. The pizza was surprisingly awesome as well, the sausage has a little zing to it and the peppers were fresh and gave us more than enough for leftovers. To top it all off, wonderful people watching!

Not only was the food mediocre at best, but I had an awful experience at Woody's in regards to the waitress we had. She just simply forgot one of our orders, which happens I understand people are human, but she didn't take responsibility and blamed it on the kitchen, she said it would be out within five minutes. About twenty five minutes later we have not heard from her again, we've all finished eating by now, she is avoiding our table like the plague which is quite obvious and we're all out of drinks. So everyone is sitting there thirsty, and one person quite hungry. Another ten minutes pass and we track this women down tell her we just want the check and to leave. The food never came for our friend, we did not pay for it, and I will not be returning to Woody's.

I drive past here a lot and finally stopped in when I picked up a Groupon! Both times I've been here I've had the salad/pizza bar and was pleased with the choices and the freshness of everything. A friend and I stopped in for an early lunch and were offered our choice of any pizza since they had not yet put anything out on the bar. When I mentioned I would enjoy anything as long as it didn't have onions I was pleasantly surprised when the waitress brought us a plate of slices with no onions.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch. I saw that they had a taco menu, 3 for $7.99 with 3 different types you can choose from. I wanted to go ahead and try all three, instead of getting three of the same ones. So they offer a Baja Fish taco, Jamaican Jerk Chicken Taco, and a Wood-Roasted Carnitas taco. They were all delicious, but the Jamaican Jerk Chicken is the tastiest in my opinion. The service was great and fast, the bar is what you expect it to look like. A sports bar-like atmosphere and it was clean.

I was disappointed in that upon searching for dog friendly restaurants they came up. I called to be sure I could bring my dog and was told yes that he had to be on a leash. Great!!! Went there and sat on the patio and finally called to let them know I was sitting there after 10 minutes. A man walked out asked if he was a "helper dog" and I told him no he is not a service dog. He made a comment about no dogs especially a dog of his size!? I was told he could be on the other side of the rail (in the direct sunlight) but not on the patio. I explained I called and asked, and was told i could bring him to be sure he was on a leash, he wanted to know who I spoke to. "Some male who answered the phone". I said you need to remove it from your website. This is when he conceded. I told this manager who never gave his name or wore an identifying tag that he even worked there, that I didnt want to cause problems. No one was sitting outside on the patio and there were 10 vehicles in the parking lot. I ordered a burger and when a fly crawled out of the actual burger (didnt land on it in fact couldnt fly when I tried to get it off my burger I had to pick it up with my knife) I was done. Didnt eat it or take it home just paid and left. So much for woodys woodfired pizza I wont return. :(

I WANT to like this place. Really, I do. I don't come out to this area much but when I do I'm loving the thought of having a beer and appetizer. This place has a good feel for that. Ultimately the service is just lacking in all areas. This is my second time here and the same 4-5 employees are again spending more time socializing than working. As a server once upon a time I used to do it too but it is something for the "back of the house", in passing or when its slow; both times I've been there I've overheard nothing in the dining area but how drunk the server got that weekend and how little they want to be at work...typical, but save it for the back.

If pizza were a drug this place would be like a bottle of "Walgreen's Cold Medicine:" Your store brand generic kinda pizza, even though it's called "wood-fired." The atmosphere's a little grody and the server we met, while nice enough, had a bit of a used car salesperson feeling to him. Would I go back? Nah, pro'lly not. Should I have given this place 3 stars instead of 2, since a 2 is pretty much like a thumbs down and this place wasn't that bad? Nah, pro'lly not.

What an awesome place! I have lived and worked very close to this place, tonight on a whim I ordered a take out California Dream pizza! IT IS AWESOME! The service was awesome! I was greeted before I even walked inside! Thanks Guys! I'll be coming back to try the Salad Bar! (Great atmosphere!)

Not a bad bar. Prompt service at the bar and pretty decent food for a bar. I went here with some friends after work and we had a pretty good time. They play trivia and that was fun. The establishment was clean. The restroom for the ladies was OOC however they had portal potties . I dreaded using it but when you gotta go you gotta go. Surprisingly, the portapotties were clean and didn't smell that much and very...well advanced. I will return again :)

This buffet is GREAT! The best pizza buffet we have ever dined at! The pizza if just fantastic, with lots of cheese and a crunchy wood-fired crust. We visited for the first time yesterday because we had a buy one, get one free coupon for the buffet. For $9.99 you get the buffet where they will make whatever kind of pizza you want, just ask, a awesome salad bar with just about everything you could want and cheddar/beer soup and chili. Sunday's kids eat free, so if you want to avoid the kiddos, you might choose another day. The buffet is open seven days a week, for lunch and dinner. We loved it so much that we went back again today for the buffet. We joined their email club and got a $10 coupon off anything, so it was like we got another buy one get one free dinner. What a bargain! They have a menu as well, and the burgers and onion rings looked amazing! There's a nice bar and the Margarita's looked really good. Will have to try some other time. The service was great! Couldn't find anything bad, except for the cinnamon dessert bites could be fresher and baked a little longer. They also have lots of t.v.s with sports and specials during Broncos games. They have daily drink specials, as well as appetizer specials one night. This is the best kept secret in Denver! We will definitely go back!

I would like to make it very clear that this is a pizza buffet. I don't know how many of the reviewers below have ever been to a buffet, but if you're expecting spot on service and the best food you've ever had, you are definitely looking at the wrong type of restaurant. If, on the other hand, you're looking to have decent pizza, several varieties, and lots of it, then Woody's is your best bet, as the pizza is definitely better than Cici's. You'll want to go here on a Tuesday to get the buy 1 get 1 for $1 deal, which with two $2 Coors Lights is less than $20 for two people to stuff themselves silly. The benefits of going to a pizza buffet are that you can have lots of different types of pizza. The buffalo chicken is good, the all meat pizza is really good but always gone, and they have several vegetarian options which are all tasty. Generally I'd say there are 8-10 varieties of pizza up at once. The salad bar has many more veggie options than you'd expect from a place like this, though the dressing selection is limited. You'll also not want to go at the busiest time of day, or when it's dead. When it's super busy, there's a line and the pizzas get eaten too quickly. When it's dead, the cooks are not in a hurry to get pizzas up on the bar. So yeah, there are children running around. The servers will not be waiting by your table to refill your water. It's not the cleanest restaurant in the world. It's not the best pizza you'll ever have. Go to a nice sit down restaurant if you want those things. But it's a freaking pizza buffet, and it's the best one around.

I have no idea how I forgot to write a review on this awesome place! I had the "street tacos" you can pick 3 for $7.99. I, of course, chose the fish tacos. They were very good!! The husband had the sandwich that had pepperoni (can't think of the name of it) He said it was also very good! Neat little join to stop in on! Recommend!

Cute fun place for a group to have some food, loud conversation and maybe goofy times. The food is meh. The service was good. Friday night around 9ish, a large group got a table right away. Not bad at all.

I've been here several times because it's close to my work. The buffalo chicken pizza is delish. There have been times where they had limited selections during the pizza buffet but they are always willing to make whatever kind you want if your willing to wait. But that's not the best part. The salad bar is huge! It's recently been expanded and I love to go and try new things that I wouldn't buy just to taste. Service has never been disappointing and prices are reasonable.

We went to dinner and got seated right away. We made our selections and then went to the salad bar, on our way back the waiter told me he had to move us as they sat another couple at our table. Well that doesn't sit to well with me as they should have been organized enough to remember what they were doing. After that the service form the waiter was not very nice. I don't think we will return soon.

The location is really convenient for me so it's a nice place to stop on my way home from work, or when I want to walk / ride my bicycle to a neighborhood place. The pizza is really good and if you're feeling adventurous you can create your own, which I highly recommend. The service is usually pretty good, friendly and attentive. The patio is dog friendly, which is always a plus for me. And the wait staff brought out a big water bowl so our pups could have a drink while everyone else had their drinks on the patio. If they still showed UFC fights, I'd go there much more often. But it's still a nice place to stop in for a bite to eat. Oh, and they usually have karaoke every Friday. Which may or may not be a good thing, depending on your perspective!

Unfortunately, Woody's gave us a terrible Friday night experience. My husband paid $16 for a rack of ribs that were incredibly dry. He only ended up eating about half of them because they were so bad. Our waitress disappeared for a good 30 minutes. We finally had to ask another waitress to go get her so we could leave. If you go, the only thing that is close to being worth the money is the pizza buffet. You get salad (not fresh, and the ranch dressing was empty), soup, and pizza. The pizza is about the quality of CiCi's, so we should have gone there and saved a ton of money. I will not be returning to Woody's.

I went here on a Saturday night last December before heading to a party. At that point, they were nearly empty. It was earlier in the evening (about 6:30), but for a Saturday night I thought there might be more business. Our server was very friendly and reminded us it was still happy hour, etc. They have a standard happy hour, but also rotating specials for each night of the week. That night we just stuck with wells/soda because they were cheap (good happy hour). As for the food, the salad bar is pretty decent and the beer-cheese soup wasn't bad. The pizza was better than the lunchroom or hospital cafeteria, but certainly not something I would go for if it wasn't served buffet style. Overall, it's reasonably priced (food and drink-wise), so I will probably go here again if I am in the area and craving cheap pizza (and lots of it).

Wow honestly kinda of suprised this placed is rated so lowly. While I think Woodys deserves more of a 4.5 then a 5, I will still give it a 5 rather than a 4. A 4 just does not do this place justice. The service is always great, the pizza bar is fresh. The selections are awesome especially for the price. The pizza is great (love the buffalo chicken and garlic pizza). The salad bar is not Ruby Tuesdays big but pretty good for a complimrntary salad bar. And if you have not tried the Beer Cheese Soup, oh you must. I do not drink but the people I have been with who drink always seem to be happy with the drink prices and selection. TVs are all over the place. I could say that their are pry a few better places (BWW for one) to watch games though. Alot of the TVs are smaller and up high in the air. Minor complaint though. When I watched a game on the big TV about a year ago the TV was very outdated (not sure if they have updated the big TV since). LOVE LOVE WOODYS You must try the Beer Cheese Soup if you go their

Oh Woody's - you became my home away from home. I must disagree with the "not good for dancing" assignment as I've seen and have personally incited many a Clarence Carter or MJ-fueled patio dance party. You were with me in the end when I said goodbye to Denver, playing host for my going away party; a welcome peer among all the good friends who joined us there that night. You (and your gorgeous, amazing, hilarious bartender Bill) will be dearly missed :(

The good: The portions are pretty good and fill you up. Nice wait staff, pretty quick service. The mediocre: The pizzas themselves. Pro-tip: Woody's is an good spot to meet up with friends but if you want a real pizza dinner, try somewhere else.

What a dissapointment, we had gone to Woodys in Golden and it was fantastic, we thought they were a chain not sure if they are or notl. The service was lacking, 1 waiter for the entire place on a Sunday afternoon and 7 tables with customers. We thought about having the buffet but they only had a couple of old pizzas with a sweaty guy making more so we just ordered a pizza and wings. The wings were very good, pizza mediocore. To bad its very close to home but we wont be going back!

I am not normally the person to get on here and bash a place unless it truly pisses me off. This place truly pissed me off with the lack of quality in the food. My husband and I dropped in one night because I really wanted a salad bar. Let me start by saying that everything on the salad bar looked and tasted as if it was dumped out of a bag and not fresh prepped. None of the dressings were labeled. Everything was a terrible mess. The pizza that goes along with the salad bar is mediocre at best. It was soggy on the bottom and I had to eat it with a fork. I did not enjoy my dinner that night. My husband started off with a smoothie. Do not order a smoothie from here. It was a virgin daiquiri. It was pretty funny because it came in a dainty wine glass and all. Moving on to his entree- he ordered a burger cooked medium. It was raw on the inside and the helping of fries were dainty enough to match his "smoothie" in a wine glass. They recooked the burger and then took half off of the burger. Even with the discount, we paid too much because it was all garbage. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you want a fresh salad bar, this is not the place for you. If you life pizza, this is not the place for you. I will say, the rest of the menu looked good, but I will not be back to try it.

Terrible experience. The pizza crust tastes OK, better than some "cheap" places like Domino's. But not enough cheese and toppings. A mediocre pizza. I went on a Monday when they have the buffet at a lower price. It made me angry they offered two medium size pizzas at a time, while the buffet area was mainly empty. Yes, empty were they are supposed to place more pizzas so you actually have a choice. Bad service. More considering they only have to bring you drinks and the check. I will never, ever go back.

I mainly go there for the drink specials and the good times but I do partake in their food on occasion. Their pizza bar is ok, but when I order from the menu it is always good. Their artichoke dip is one of my favorite.

CLOSED as of 5/29/15. Previous review: If you want to gorge on pizza, Woody's is the place for you. They do their famous buffet, which gets you all the pizza, salad, beer cheese soup and cinnamon sugar dessert poof things you can eat, for $9. It's not the world's greatest pizza by any means, but it's pretty decent. It's a buffet, so you have people going through the line and possibly taking the last slice of that one you had your eye on, but then you just wait a few minutes for a fresh one and it's ok. They'll make any requested pizza too, which is cool. They occasionally get backlogged and have nothing up to serve, but that's bound to happen on a busy night. There are plenty of TVs and a good happy hour (both early and late), so it's a good place to go on a football day with lots of games on at the same time. I go here every once in a while and it's a good place, serving food other than the usual stuff you see at a lot of sports bars.

I've been there a couple of times for their pizza and salad buffet. The salad bar is tiny and nothing to write home about, but when they have the broccoli cheese soup, it's worth going back for seconds. The pizza is pretty good, and if they're not too busy and you tell them what kind you like, they'll add it into the lineup. Better than average pizza, and you can't beat the price.

I love this place, while I'm not a huge pizza fan I love the Pizza Bar here. Buffalo chicken has to be my hands down favorite, and I enjoy the ability to have different pizza if I wish. They will also make what you want for the all yyou can eat pizza bar. Staff is friendly and service is good!

My wife and I went to Woody's today and had a good meal. I have not been there in a few years, but my wife found a groupon so we decided to give it another go. Last time I was there I was a bit disappointed in the pizza. I am glad we gave it another shot. Since we were there last, they have completely remodeled the place and it looks great. They have expanded their salad bar, and it seems like they have improved their pizza sauce recipe. They were really good about making the pizza with the toppings we asked for. The margarita was was good as well. Our waiter was friendly. We will go back again, and not wait another couple of years. Looking on yelp many of the poor reviews seem to be from a few years ago and I would have given it a worse review back then as well, but not now. So if you are looking at the poor reviews keep the dates in mind since it does seem like they have made steps to improve the place. One thing about pizza is it seems to be a very subjective thing, but at least they will make you a pizza to order even if you are doing the buffet.

So two stars might be a little unfair as far as food goes. But cleanliness means a lot to me and if this rating was based off just that it'd get zero stars. I had the pizza and salad buffet. The pizza was good with some unique flavors, like the hot wing pizza, which tasted just like a hot wing. Not only were the pizzas creative, but they were also tasty. The salad was so so. Not a huge salad bar, but it has most everything you'd find in your basic salad plus a few extras. The service was no good. My water was empty and the waitress never came to check and see if I needed a refil. Luckily I tried the hot wing pizza before my water ran out because that pizza was hot. The restaurant was dirty. There was food scattered around in various areas of the floor and never cleaned. A family was seated at a table beside me where there was food all over the floor under their chairs. I heard them joking that if they wanted any salad all they had to do was get it from the floor. Everytime you want more pizza you use your same plate. There aren't clean plates by the buffet and the waitress doesn't bring you any. I saw a couple people go up with their dirty plate and so I did the same thing. It kind of grossed me out. Is there not a law against this? I'm fron NC and there's definitely a law against using the same dirty plate. Overall, my experience wasn't so great. Sure the pizza was good, but the lack of service and dirty restaurant were enough for me to decide this is not a place I'll be going back to.

Everything that I wanted Woody's to be; Woody's was. Got there just before the end of Happy hour, which is 3-7 everyday! My girlfriend and I got a couple whiskey gingers and made them doubles. It was a good decision. Strong pours! Then we grabbed a beer from their list of beers. When it was time to eat we were both pleasantly suprised by our food, which was priced very well. I had the burger and she had buffalo tenders. Burger was great and the buffalo sauce was nice and hot. Our server made the night by making sure we were taken care of by answering our questions and even got us a side of their buffalo gold sauce to take with us and that stuff was amazing. Can't wait to be back on a thursday for 49 cent wings all day!

I've heard of mixed reviews. I went yesterday (Saturday March 5), for lunch with my friends around the noon hour. Me being the different one in the group opted for the buffalo chicken sandwich while my boyfriend opted for the all you can eat salad and pizza. But let me start from the beginning. From the outside there were a few vehicles in the parking lot. When my boyfriend and I entered I was immediantly taken back to my homestate of Montana where when you walk into a bar you get that smoking feeling and somewhat rundown. Upon entering the dining area I noticed only 2 tables were taken. Umm ok, why aren't there a lot of people here? We were greeted by the manager (or assistant manager) and we told him that we were waiting for friends and will wait a few minutes before being seated. Off he goes to go talk with an employee. We decided to sit after a few minutes and had to wait for someone to acknowledge us. When we got seated we ordered our drinks. We were left alone with only an occasional,"how are you doing, need anything?" from the waitress. My friends arrived and we waited about 10 minutes before we got our order in. My boyfriend and friends, like I mentioned above, ordered the all you can eat and me the buffalo chicken sandwich. When my food came out it looked really good. Only problem? The hoagie bread the one piece of buffalo chicken tender came on was too big. You ended up eating two bites of pure bread, which was soft and good, before actually getting to the actual chicken. There were maybe a couple strips of lettice on both halves, coulda used more lettuce. The sauce on the chicken was perfect and had a bite to it. The fries were way too salty for my taste, could only taste salt and not really the actual fries. I can't comment on my boyfriends food as I did not taste it. At least by now, 20 min in our food, more people started coming in....slowly. So maybe the lunch hour is at 1pm, not noon lol. Another thing I noticed was that there is a sign on the window leading to the outdoor patio that read,"No smoking on patio when food is being served." Or something to that extent. Saw the restaurant manager and other employees out there smoking. Got me a little confused as to why their allowed to smoke outside when the sign explicitly states no smoking on the outdoor patio?? Would I recommend this place to someone? Eh, maybe. I would probably go back again just to try the all you can eat deal.

PIZZA + BUFFET the only way you can go wrong is CiCis with that combination! The service at time can be lacking, but once again I don't think service and buffet are synonymous when it comes to eating out! The pizza is very above average for buffet and even pizza standards, they have some unique pies that are honestly some of my favorite! The buffalo chicken is great and the bbq cheeseburger is also tasty, there is the usual suspects when it comes to pizza and if there isn't anything that matches your pallets taste you can order what ever combination you like and it will be out in 10 minutes. They give you huge 32 once cups of your beverage of choice which can be a good thing because getting a refill can be as challenging as soduko! One day of the week the pizza buffet is 4.99 and here's a caveat for the kids eat free its one child per adult meal purchase still a decent deal! They also allow you to have your fantasy football drafts and cater to teams, beer discounts for uniforms. Good Will right up the street usually has a softball jersey for cheap if so inclined!

This was a very unsatisfying pizza/wing experience. Waitress was pushy. She set dirty glasses from another table down on our table while she took our order, which I needed to repeat three times: an order of wings and a large pizza with pepperoni, jalapeño, and extra sauce. Wings were hardly sauced and served room temp, and they were stash with the ranch. Pizza tasted like cardboard, literally HAD to salt and pepper the pizza; and couldn't be further from extra sauce. When we asked for some marinara we were charged both for the sauce on our pizza and the extra on the side?! That helped a little, but the pizza was not good by any means. I would go nearly anywhere else for pizza in Denver. When the bill came the waitress tried to run my card through her hand held electronic order taker. The machine couldn't read my card (visa) so the waitress said to use the ATM at the entrance. Basically an extra ATM fee b/c their machine is whack. Will not be coming back to this place.

We've been going to Woody's for 10+ years. Last night something was different about our pizza and the waitress confirmed that they changed it. And it definitely wasn't for the better. I believe the crust and ingredients are the same, but the crust isn't as thick. It really made it taste different and not as good as it was before. Even the waitress said she thought it didn't taste as good as the way it was prepared before. Not sure if we'll go back - we were disappointed in the changes...

I've been to Woody's many times. Mostly because they used to show the UFC fights and have Coors original on tap. Even though the staff is very good, the food is subpar as are the mixed drinks. For having a wood burning oven, pizza is undercooked and lacks flavor. Most of the food lacks flavor or has very little. Everything from the nachos, artichoke dip, burgers, and pizza. I still go there for the beer, but stay away from the food.

They have a location in Golden too, which I love, this one isn't as good. Their pizza bar and salad bar were both really clean which is major points in my book. My boyfriend and I both had the pizza and salad buffet. The salad bar had a lot of options but the pizza bar didn't. There were 3 different choices and they didn't change it at all the whole time we were there. At the Golden location, you get to try all kinds of different types of pizza that are really unique and interesting. At this one there was a veggie pizza, a everything pizza, and a pepperoni pizza. It was disappointing. Drive to Golden instead and go to the location there. On a positive note though service was friendly and everything was clean (which isn't easy to do for buffets). And both this location and the other have Wisconsin beer cheese soup which is delicious. I grew up 20 minutes from the Wisconsin border and haven't had good beer cheese soup since I moved away. Woody's definitely hit the mark with the soup.

The salad bar was alright, not quite sweet tomatoes nor supper salad but not just lettuce and dressing either. The pizza is rather dry and bland. The place could really us a good scrub down, by a hurricane. My wife and I really liked the splatterd wing sauce on the stianed glass above our heads. We most likely will not be back.

Ok, so I only did the buffet, just once (and by once, I mean more than 5), but it is everything I dreamed it would be. Good pizza, good price, and I didn't want to shoot myself for eating a week's worth of calories in one sitting. Sure, this isn't the best pizza in the world. Who really knows what that is anyway. I might never order one pizza at a time, but when I want to drown myself in greasy cheesiness, this will be the first place to come to mind.

Pizza & salad bar is a hit and priced right. Be sure to request the kind of pizza you like. Great for kids of all ages, especially teenaged boys who eat non-stop! I've had a good Cobb Salad and Calzone too. The hamburgers also look good, but go for the pizza and salad bar.

Ok these guys have made some changes and they are good changes. Frankly the wood fired thing is neither here nor there for me except on winter days when the wood some fills me with fond memories of home. But today I went there for lunch and their all you can eat pizza bar is discoounted two dollars on Monday if you get a beverage which makes lunch about 10 bucks with tip. This is different than whatever it was before that ate almost the whole twenty when you came in. But the better change they made was with the pizza! They shaped and cut it differenly so you don't have a ton of crust and the crust you do have is wafer thin. Communion with pepperoni and sausage if you will. There is also a chicken and barbeque which I thought Ewww, but actually was pretty good, the sauce was sweet so I saved it for last. Each time I went back. the salad bar is a lot better stocked than I remember it, so you can just be healthy or you can be healthy and decadant in the same visit. The best thing though with the thinner crust and different shape cut (long and thin) I ate all I wanted ad can still stay awake for the afternoon. As hancock would say "Good Job"

We have eaten there for years, but things have changed. The Pizza was horrible, the salad bar was ok. The noise level of "music" was terrible. I will never go back nor recommend it. What a waste of money.

I must have had the same waitress as Shae K. The experience is eerily similar. Asked for a half-half pizza, waitress wasn't even going to write down what I wanted on each half. Pizza arrives with ingredients completely messed up *shocker* I told her I couldn't eat it, that's not what I asked for, she says she'll send it back and fix it. How long? 5 minutes. Fast forward to half an hour later, here comes pizza. She's all proud of how they fixed it, even wrote the ingredients on each side on the outside of the box. Wrong. Again, not what I asked for, AT ALL. Then I opened the box just for morbid curiosity - the ingredients are wrong - AGAIN. Completely different of the ones written on the outside of the box, which were also wrong. Am I in the twilight zone??? She then kept pushing us to take the pizza home anyways. Hell no. Manager took it off the bill, it's all good. Sure. Get new bill, the charges for each pizza ingredient still there (which, btw, we were told there weren't "individual ingredient charges, unless it was a gourmet ingredient - don't get me started on that one...). This place is a mess. Nowhere on the menu it says what the pizza toppings choices are - "they have everything" - nor what the "gourmet toppings" are and the pricing. Be sure to look at your receipt to see what they charge for each one. Go figure that one out... Not worth coming back for, in any way.

The Pizza here is awesome - always fresh and good. The crust is perfect and the toppings are original and tasty. The thing I used to like about Woody's was the all-you-can-eat pizza/ salad bar. Then I started getting a big fat ass and realized all you can eat is retarded. So, I hadn't been into Woody's in over a year. But, this location is close enough to my job that I decided to try it again. This last pizza choice was so good I almost fought over the last piece - it was Buffalo chicken pizza complete with hot sauce and ranch dabbled over the chicken. It sounded weird on the menu, but we wanted to try something unique. J.C. it was good. It tasted like spicy hotwings with the perfect amount of ranch, and somehow it was still a pizza. Dangerous. The service was prompt and just solicitous enough not to be overbearing. I feel like I went home for a holiday and had forgotten how good it was to be home again. I also really enjoy the fact that if you order the pizza bar, and you don't see the kind of pizza you like, they will make it for you. Bonus! Note: they still have the all you can eat bar for some ridiculous lunch price like $4.99 or something, and kids eat free on Wednesdays.

As a chain this place offers decent pizza in a low key bar kinda setting. You know dark and kinda nookish. As for the individual location you might want to try another one. The pizza bar was down to two kinds of pizza and they looked to be the ones no one else wanted, had to fill up on bread sticks. *So good chain, just one poor location.

The pizza bar at Woody's rocks my world. I love the wood-fired pizza crust and the buffalo chicken pizza is quite possibly the best I've ever had in my life. Just the right amount of spice without being overpowering. The little cinnamon sticks are totally addicting. I would steer clear of the beer cheese soup however, although I love all things cheese this is not something I'm a fan of. For apps, the artichoke dip is also a fave. You have to try this place!

We gotten to that point, that when we go out for a meal, the place has to be kid friendly. We stopped in Friday after work with the 2 1/2 year old and the 6 month old. This place fits the bill. Good food at cheap prices and very kid friendly.

I do not have any strong feelings about woodys. I think its good and will return. Probably many times cause i like beer. The pizza is not all that great. The salad bar is ordinary. The beer cheese soup was really great. Where is it? C'mon woodys, put it back on the salad bar!

They have gluten free crust and a huge selection at their salad bar. Also, happy hour is awesome! $4 for any wine they offer? Yes please! Lots of local brews on tap although they never seem to have a good selection of dark beers. It's a great place to go for a quick dinner in my neighborhood.

NOT GLUTEN FREE ANYMORE-Got violently sick last night immediately after ordering GF Pizza. I hadn't eaten here in a long time and I think they lost their quality control because this never happened in the past.

Recommend!

The food is ok. But the server we had did a fantastic job. Her name is Anna. She said she was new, but her attention to detail proved other wise. Great hire!

I have no idea if Woody's is good or not. All I can say is a pizza place with no anchovies? We left after hearing that.
