Wendy's Review Update The place is still immaculate and I have to say without a doubt this is THE happiest bunch of food workers I've ever seen - notice I didn't say FAST food - I mean of ANY food workers I've ever seen. I still can't give it five stars as I was holding that last star due to Drive-Through issues and since I haven't been through the... Drive-Through I can't rate if they have improved in that area. Okay... As I was writing this, a gal came out and helped an Aged Woman with the 'New-Fangled' pop machine, being extremely patient and thoughtful in her instructions. After that she starts talking to two young guys about their new Ghost Chili Spicy Chicken... thing. I don't recall the last time I heard a fast food worker talk up the food at the place they work. Oh wait... I do. It was me when I worked at Wendy's way back in my Freshman Year of High School. I guess some things never change. Wow... It keeps going. I pulled aside a manager to compliment Rachel (the gal mentioned earlier) and after the Manager thanks me she walks into the back and apparently (I couldn't hear her exact words) called out Rachel getting s compliment and the whole crew erupted into cheers and applause... I'm gobsmacked. At this point I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Not your normal Wendy's but I can't see giving a chain fast food place more than 3 stars. That being said, I'm always very pleased with the service, staff and eating space. People seem to really feel comfortable being here. Perhaps its the lounge sofas, or the super friendly staff who routinely take your tray and garbage off your table before you even get up. I have even heard them offer to refill a patrons drink. Anyone in this area should stop in when you just MUST have a Chicken club on Pretzel bread! As the fry snob, I approve! I have never had a bad batch!

This Wendy's location is not only good, not only great, this is a rockstar among Wendy's. Super-friendly staff in the drive-thru and inside. Although I see many different faces, the attitude and aptitude is always the same. This GM hires smart employees with the perfect attitude and runs a tight ship. Also worth noting, the accuracy is better than most other food venues I frequent...for a picky eater, I can say that they get it right time after time. Lastly, there is a focus on hiring staff with special needs, you don't typically see that in the fast food, metrics-based, performance-driven, budget-bonus based atmosphere found in most fast food chains. Most won't hire special needs employees because the hit on budget vs the perceived performance hinderance that could associated with hiring folks with needs. Simply put, this location would even make Dave Thomas proud. It's the best fast food experience you'll see. A+!

A beautifully refurbished Wendy's! I've visited this location several times since its reopening and each and every time I've received fast and friendly service as well as fresh and extremely tasty. It's certainly my main preference to the other fast-food establishments in the area. Kudos to the management!

Hey Wendys! I am SO glad your back in our neighborhood, The Store is Brand New and Beautiful, but at times pretty busy, I would LOVE it if you can get your drive thru moving just a little bit faster. I think we missed you for so long that all of 80222 is trying to eat at your restaurant all at once! Please get your drive thru going a little fast, every time I pull up there are about 3 cars ahead of me waiting to make an order, & the times are anywhere from 4pm - 830pm its like a food frenzy. As i was stating, by the time I get up to order its been a couple minutes! and by the time I get my food, i think averaging about 5 minutes, And Yes its worth the wait, but we got spoiled with the Grand Opening, the drive thru was speedy, . Its still worth the wait. The foods always fresh, and hot, and the staff is really friendly and smiling, Kudos!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The employees make fun of customers in "code words" which I find extremely disrespectful. Not to mention, this is my neighborhood Wendy's so that's out of the question now... One of the employees actually walked out to the dining area along with the "manager" Jose, to look at my boyfriend (who does not speak Spanish) and then went on to say out loud in Spanish, I'll fight him and f*ck him up. Unfortunately for them, I DO speak Spanish. Needless to say, I was disgusted and left the establishment as soon as I heard what they said. HOW DARE THEY?!
