This review is based solely on the late nite drive thru experiences of my youth. More times than none I found myself with hunger pains stemming from a hang over and in need of something quick and greazzy. This place sure does the trick! Sure, there are never any other cars in line and it's really late but the service has been efficient and I drive away with all my items. Usually I only have to slow down rather than stop at the window because they are so quick. Could be that the employees had nothing else to do or no other customers but I appreciate the speed of delivery. Location is good. Chicken nuggets are good.

Possibly the worst Wendy's in the city maybe even the state. I know what you're thinking: "Wendy's? Bad choice, you get what you deserve." Well maybe so, but I still have a right to not get crapped on when I'm going out to eat even if it is a miserable Wendy's. Every 9 months or so I find myself going here and when it's over I always vow never to return. This time, I mean it. No, really. What I used to like about Wendy's is the fresh factor. They make your order up fresh and quick and you can request things just like you want them. Well not at this location. I like beef well done, particularly fatty ground beef at fast food places. So I asked for that. The counter guy went back to the line cook and I heard him say "well done on that one." Naturally the line cook could careless about what I want and made it sort of weirdly medium. The fries had some unidentified, over-fried piece of gristle along with a heap of also over-fried potato skins. The game here is to pick through the crap to get to about half the fries that are actually edible. So for about $6 I get an Iced Tea that is so-so as the only part of my meal that isn't a problem. Not good folks. While eating a co-worker called and I was kind enough to offer to get him lunch (if you can call it that) while I was there. So back up to the counter I go. This time I was helped by a woman who's attitude was just short of saying "I don't care about you, please get the hell out of here." Great. The joys of overpopulation. There's always another customer coming, so who cares how you treat the ones who are spending money with you right now? Churn 'em and burn 'em. The restaurant business would be great if it wasn't for all those pesky customers - right? Wrong. I'm voting with both my feet and my wallet. Note to management: I realize that the "talent" pool for employees may be limited given the compensation you can offer, but is it not your job to motivate the people who work for you, regardless of how serpentine upper management may be? What I have related above is not an isolated incident either. I will not be returning to this location of Wendy's.

The service here is trash we even heard the managers joking about some woman who complained and how they "took care of it" air quotes included. They were sitting in the dining room! Honestly how dumb is that. That berry chicken salad was good though and the new avocado dressing was pretty good...the whole experience just reminds me why if I'm going to grab fast food - I'm not going to eat it inside

I wouldn't normally review a place like Wendy's, because all of the locations are pretty much the same. This review is pretty much for the service and ambiance. The food was standard Wendy's food. The service there was fantastic! My boyfriend and I dined in and after a long day of moving we needed to satisfy our spicy chicken nugget craving. We order the standard dollar menu fare. For some reason we didn't hear our name called or maybe they didn't call our name, but one of the employees noticed our food had been sitting around for a while and offered to make it again. Only a few of the items that we ordered were ready so we just ate them anyways. When he brought out he rest of our food he also gave us a free large fry for waiting so long! He was really nice and threw away our trash also (completely unnecessary) but I can definitely appreciate nice people who take pride in their job. The inside was completely remodeled with new flat screen tvs, a fire place, bar stool and lounge area. It is also in pristine clean condition. I also saw a sign that advertised free wifi. I'd go back with my laptop to get some work done while enjoying a frosty!

They recently remodeled and "spruced" the place up. Which basically gives you the opportunity to be served by rude and borderline-dumb employees who can't figure out that they owe you $1 in change when you give them $5.15 on a $4.15 order. Or get your two burgers and a fry order right. Or speak to you in clear English. Or figure out how to empty trash cans and mop the floors. The place is just as bad as before, but for some reason, someone decided to spent the money to renovate the joint. Too bad the hiring process seems to consist of questions such as "Do you speak clear English? No? Perfect!" and "Can you put together the following ingredients: bottom bun, hamburger patty, onion, lettuce, ketchup, cheese, and top bun?" No? HIRED! This location sucks, the employees suck especially.

I don't expect much from fast food but I'll never go here again. My soda was flat. My burger tasted like it was made 2 hours ago. My fries were stale. Napkins were pretty solid.

The remodeled location is so much nicer. Flat screen, fireplace in lounge area. New tables, chairs, wall dividers and floor new and modern. Chili still great with 2 kinds of beans, beef, tomatoes, pepper. New packets of chili sauce. The cashiers are all nice a d friendly and remember you. They also have the new touch screen drink machine with many choices. Still have fresh brewed tea. Glad my neighborhood Wendys has improved.

Yeah, it's a Wendy's. This is where I go to eat my feelings after a bad night at work or to grab some food for a friend who drank too much. This store is much nicer after the remodel, and I've never had any issues with food or staff. I'm only ever here after 10PM, so there's seldom anything like a wait, but the employees are usually professional and seem sober, unlike most drive-thru places at this time. Everything is totally unremarkable in the best way.

Don't visit often but I love Wendy's chili. The woman taking my order could barely speak English and the chili was cold with almost no meat. I know it's a fast food joint but this was a bad experience even taking that into account. At least both employees were pleasant.

As as far as fast food chains go, I think Wendy's is at a 3 star establishment. It's my drive-thru of choice when on a road trip etc. This Wendy's however, is awful! They always get my order wrong, the fries are NEVER fresh or even warm and they are slow. I can actually see this Wendy's from my Condo, but I now always go to the one on Broadway to grab my Baconator because they are at the level of quality I expect from Wendy's.

Two words, food poisoning. But from the other reviews I'm not entirely surprised. I suppose I somewhat expect to have a slightly achy stomach from fast food, but this is just insane, not to mention a public safety issue. Who the hell knows what happened, but it tasted just as great coming up as going down, especially the fries. Never. Again.

What's worse? Constantly wrong orders or under cooked / cold food? Don't worry, visit this location and you can have the "best" of both worlds! I have lived in this neighborhood for YEARS. Complaints to managers, district supervisors, and the deity of choice haven't yielded any results for this place. There is no hope. If I wanted food this horrid I'd go visit my Mom. Funny, I seem to be able to avoid her more than I can avoid this god forsaken hole. Gah!

They need to move the soda machine into the public area. Talk about overwhelmed. Do not go at lunchtime. What they really need is a complete overhaul of the kitchen design and their procedures in order to accommodate the traffic.

If I could give this Wendy's location a zero I would! UGH! I've lived in the neighborhood for 13 years and for some stupid reason I keep coming back to this location. It's so easy to get to and I really want them to be good but they really really SUCK! 13 years of SUCK! Tonight was a great example. The bun on my burger was stale and the meat was raw in the middle. Top it off with only 1/2 box of cold fries (cold is the norm at this location unless you purchase during the lunch rush... then there might be hope). And of course a drink that's almost all ice so I couldn't even wash down the stale/raw and cold greasiness. The only redeeming thing about tonight's order was nothing was missing beyond 1/2 my fries... that's not the norm. TIP #1 AVOID THIS LOCATION TIP #2 DON'T ORDER FRIES TIP #3 CHECK ORDER BEFORE DRIVING AWAY TIP #4 SEE TIP #1

I agree with the first reviewer. I love me some Wendy's...so what. But this one always jacks up the order. They hardly ever get it right. I usually stay away from fast food. But there comes a time when you need a Wendy's burger IMO. Usually after a nice night of drinking.

My family and I live within a couple blocks of this place. Short and to the point- they had three chances to make food for me and screwed it up each time. Everything was either cold or the wrong item altogether. Too bad, because I generally like Wendy's for fast food- this one's lost my business.

I would normally not write a review about a fast food establishment, but this location of Wendy's is HORRIBLE! I've been here a handful of times, always requested "no tomato" they always screw up and put tomato on my sandwhich. The employees here are really terrible. Avoid this location!

I would normally not take the time to review a fast food chain, but I think that this location deserves special mention. It is the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to, and they manage to NEVER get an order right. I keep trying because it is located on the way to work and I generally like most Wendy's, but for the past 15 years this place has sucked to high heaven. Although it could be some sort of karma because I use to tag the dumpsters here when I was a minor.
