This Wendy's just opened after their remodel And it's so nice. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was very efficient. Their establishment is beautiful and the food was so fresh. That same fellow also basically gave us table service. The difference of a place that has employees that care!

This place has horrible customer service. Went in on a Saturday morning around 11 or so. There was no one at the front counter. So i waited about 5 minutes or so before a employee mouthed over that he would be there in 1 minute or so. Just stood there watching the second hand on my watch go by and go by and go by. Waited about 5 more minutes before I was able to get the employee's attention again. He finally came over and he states that they have only 3 employees, he was one, the manager who was cooking and a 3rd who was on break. Really? Send the employee on break while short handed and during lunch. One customer stated that he had been waiting for 15 minutes for a pretzel burger and one customer stated that they screwed up his order in the drive though. I left without ordering and will no longer go to that Wendy's again Too bad Yelp doesnt allow 0 star ratings

This Wendy's is one of the better ones in the area. It's generally clean, has good parking (well lit), and reasonably fast - the drive in more so than ordering inside. Lately when going to Wendy's I've been getting either a chicken sandwich or regular sized hamburger and a baked potato on the side. It's probably a bit better for you than the French fries, and they taste pretty good too. The baked potato is usually hot too. If you order it with chives I hope you really like them, since they seem to dump quite a few on there. My only complaint is the sour cream is the fake kind. The sandwiches are pretty predictable and 'not bad' for fast food. They are usually hot and consistent in flavor. They still have self-serve fountain drinks here (others seem to have given-up on that idea), so for better or worse you fill your beverage while waiting for the order to be filled.

Better than average Wendy's. I've been here 20 times at least and never had a problem with my order.

The service at this location in the past couple months has become absolutely horrible. Since this Wendy's is across the parking lot from my office, I find myself here in the afternoons(3-5pm) for a snack. The past several times I have been here, there have been only a couple other people in line or waiting for food - its not like it's the lunch rush. There are plenty of people running around, but no one seems to know what they are doing. It takes 5-10 minutes to get my food when I used to be in and out in 2 minutes. I know it's lame to complain about cheap fast food, but most days it would be faster to drive to the Arapahoe Wendy's.

I was poisoned - no joke. One 99 cent burger and one 99 cent chicken sandwich wrecked my Friday night and Saturday morning. Stay clear!

Pretty good Wendy's location right down the street from the Denver Tech Center Marriott, wherein StarFest is held yearly. I call it the Ancestral Wendy's of Destinyâ„¢ due to the fact that it's frequented by many StarFest attendees, new and old, and has been for many years. The service was friendly when we were there during this most recent StarFest, and they're obviously used to the rush that comes in when several hundred people in costumes need burgers and Frostys and fries to dip in the latter. There was plenty of staff but they didn't seem overcrowded and our order came out in relatively short order given the number of people coming through at the time, so we were pleased. The food was hot and tasty, and the iced tea washed it down pretty well. They have the fancy Customizable Drink Fountains you see in many modernized movie theaters, so if you want Diet Cherry Vanilla 7-UP or Seagram's Ginger Ale with peach flavoring, you can probably do that. Wendy's has great iced tea, fresh-brewed, so I didn't bother with the newfangled touchscreen interface of the thing, but to each their own. My one complaint with the place is that the drink fountains and all the napkins, straws, flatware and everything else is nestled in the corner, and the layout of the restaurant largely funnels people in one direction through the ordering line, along the drink fountain row, and back into the dining room, so traffic is a hazard if you suddenly need more napkins because you ordered a chicken sandwich drenched in ghost pepper sauce and festooned with jalapeno bits and are trying not to get anything on whatever fantasy character costume you might have been wearing that day down the road at the Marriott. Maybe that doesn't affect people the other 362 days of the year (363 during Leap Years), but it's sure a detractor for those who might reference this place as the Ancestral Wendy's of Destinyâ„¢ when they frequent it instead of gambling with Food Truck Row in the south parking lot of the Marriott during StarFest.

This place was a life saver, got into town super late after a long day of travel. Work put me up in a hotel at Tech Center, great but there is NO FOOD open at 1130 a night. Lucky for me Wendy's answered the call, I am so thankful that I was able to get something quick and easy and not have to deal with drunk downtown food.

Time crunch? Need lunch in less than 10 minutes? Don't want to spend an arm and leg for that quick bite? Wendys is the answer to your tummy's prayers. From salads to chili, baked potatoes, burgers, chicken sandwiches and frostys wendys has something for everyone around $5. Healthy options for sides is so appealing and caloric info can all be found online if you're watching that waistline. The drive thru is quick, the dining room clean and updated. Check it out next time you're in a DTC lunch rush.
