Craved for pizza and never thought I would end up entering this place. Papa John's Pizza was just in the next building when I thought of eating pizza so I just went into the next building and ordered some. I usually go for pepperoni pizza but they said they cant make any because they're out of pepperoni's. Okay, this is a place that serves pizza but they cant make pepperoni because they don't have any pepperoni left. Nice, that was really nice. So I just ordered the Double Bacon 6-Cheese, its good. But its too expensive so thats why I got disappointed. Would totally leave this place be and find other places to grab some nice warm good tasting pizza.

I've ordered online from the Papa John's 5 times now with no problems whatsoever. From immediate order to future ordering my pizza has always been hot, ready, and chock full of toppings. This is due to me preferring Carryout vs. Delivery as the location is half a mile down the street from me. Despite others' negative reviews, I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff & quality of the food. If delivery is your problem switch to Carryout, I recommend it! Plus with the ROXWIN code the day after a Rockies victory you get 40% off your total online order!

Just moved to Denver and needed some food. Figured pizza was the most logical, easy choice. Online ordering was super simple, hence why they get 2 stars. The delivery speed was average. Not great, not bad. But when I opened the door the driver gave it to me quickly and said thanks, then scurried away. I thought nothing of it at the time because I was busy putting my couch back together. When I finally got done and sat down to eat my pizza, I realized why. He must have dropped it or something, as the entire pizza was crushed and lopsided on one side. Hey, things happen, and I wouldn't have even cared that much. I was starving! But say something! Maybe sorry? Won't give them another chance for awhile.

I called to get a delivery in which it never showed up. After an hour I called to find out why and they gave me some excuse but said they would send it out. I told them I had to go to work soon so if it doesnt come soon enough, I wont be here. So again an hour later it never showed so I called to tell them I wont be here. The kid on the phone stated "great, now you made 2 of us go out t here for no reason" then hung up on me. I couldnt believe the horrible customer service! I will never order from there again!

I can't even begin to express my rage over this place, mostly b/c it leaves me with a combination of angry and hungry that I like to call: hungrage. Now 1st of all lets establish boundaries, it's a chain, it's order in, it's pizza. I am aware of all those and only rank pizza chain pizza with other pizza chain pizza. So thus I could potentially give a 5 star to a fast food pizza place. But this place is ANYTHING BUT FAST. 2 times, I've ordered here only 2 times and both times I've had quotes of normal pizza places (30-40 mins) and I live 5 whole minutes (at most) from the facility. So it is pretty damn surprising when 1.5 hours goes by, and my pizza is no where to be seen. Seriously? If there's a football game hire more people, but if you show up to my place 35 minutes AFTER you left your facility with a cold pizza I'm probably going to invoke all the powers of Hulk Rage on you. While it's true I might have an anger problem, but you also took your sweet a$$ time to deliver a cold pizza to me. Had my pizza been timely and warm there'd be no problem. Free pizza this time and 1 time in the future? Screw that, I rather pay more and eat at Papou's (who never seems to deliver 1.5 hours later) or cheaper and eat at Domino's who at least delivers in 20 mins even when busy.

Delivery order was sent incorrectly TWICE. Upon calling them again, the guy on the phone made it sound like I was inconveniencing him because they screwed up. Will absolutely not be ordering from this location again. Easy to see why it has such a bad review.

We called at 11:40 pm on a Friday night to have delivery to our hotel. Young man answered and said sorry we don't deliver to your area so he gave us the supposed delivery papa johns ending in 7272. We called the "7272" and after a few minutes on hold, we spoke to Mike ( the manager) and he said sorry the pj in leasdale is our delivery. I told Mike the young guy told us he didn't deliver to us and he told us to call them back and say Mike the manager from downtown said we are the delivery area. So I called back at 11:57 and the same guy answered and said they were closed. So I called Mike back and he told me to file a formal complaint. Wish I would have got the young "dudes" name to show that he actually has a responsibility when you have a job!

I recently ordered from this Papa Johns. My experience has been awful every time, three times in a row. I'm through with this place. Soggy pizza, doughy, sour cheese, spoiled toppings. Pizza always delivered 50 minutes or later, always cold. Stay away. Delivery guys are always high as a kite.
