I hate pizza chains. But I absolutely LOVE this place. And I can order online too and have it delivered to me piping hot within 20 minutes! The garlic sauce is what makes this place. I know it can't be healthy smothering my entire meal in this oily sauce, but hey, you only live once. I always have to be sure to ask for extra sauces though, because they sure like to jip you on that.

Dios Mio, I heart this place. I mean all these years and I have never experienced Papa John's . What was I waiting for? The pizza arrived at my door hot with some garlic dipping oil which was like a little piece of heaven on earth. It went well with the our midnight movie of choice: Princess Bride. I will call them Papa Citas!

They now get 4 stars! Pizza was delivered well done but not black as requested. Lady on the phone was pleasant and accommodating. Delivery guy was super nice. Will try them again In the future!

Horrible pizza. Totally flavorless sauce and cheese. "Like eating the ass off a raccoon that drowned in my birdbath"

I order a pizza or 2 from this location weekly. They are typically always under a half hour delivery time. My order is always correct, I also request an extra garlic cup and they have yet to forget it (other locations have forgotten that request) the reason they fall short of 5 stars is bc only about half my orders came with hot pepper flakes and park cheese. Good store especially considering how much buisness they typically get.

Easy online ordering - although you shouldn't have to dig for advertised coupons, they should automatically apply (if applicable). Email arrived on time with ETA and awesome order summary from payment mehtod, address, order, tip, confirmation code, etc. Not to mention, the best delivery experience ever. They estimated 30-40 minutes and arrived within 26 minutes. Our pizza is always delicious from this location! Tons of cheese and toppings!

Mediocre would have been an upgrade for this Papa John's location. The toppings on our pizza were as rare as unicorns wearing assless chaps, it wasn't well done like I ordered, and the "chicken bites" were an absolute joke. I've never gotten poor quality from a Papa John's until this one. I will not be repeating.

Pretty good pie for a pizza chain. Definitely better than the stupid Domino's that's closer to me. I personally like it. The 2 times I've gone there I was very satisfied. It must depend on the people working there @ the time, which leads them to get 1 star reviews from other peeps. Guess when I go there, I'm lucky. I took off a star because the location is shady. You'll most likely find some crackhead bum roaming around the area, looking for a victim to harass for change or to steal your pizza pie. So be careful. Make sure you have your wallet (or purse) AND your pizza tightly close.

We live walking distance away...so end up walking over for cheap pizza. It's cheap and pizza, call ahead for takeout has always been fast.

Papa John's is, in my opinion, the best of the 3 big pizza chains. It's not a pizza I crave, but it's just fine. It's not cheap tasting or too greasy. It's an OK pie. This location delivers pretty fast, and well into the night. The people are friendly, and every time I've had an issue with my order, they've made it right. That's A-OK in my book.

If you have a hankering for pizza during the day --- order from here! And in driver instructions, put COME QUICK. And live near downing @ colfax-- because living less than a mile from there does aid in their speedy delivery time. BUT if you need late night pizza-- avoid this place. It's not bad- it's not good. But lets be real, I am not a pizza aficionado. I like pizza for special occasions (once-in-a-lifetime-hangover, football sundays, general grease-fests)

Worst $25 bucks spent at this place. I ordered online and picked up. Wings squishy gross and lame before (tried to doctor them up which didn't help), fattiest bacon I've had (Bacos would have been better) and the lame peperoncini... not gonna comment. Will not be going back despite this used to being my go-to. Sorry Peyton, you aren't helping.

I ordered a pizza around 1:30 a.m., after I went to the bars. After almost an hour, Papa John's delivered my pizza half burnt. I mean, literally half of it was black. When I called for a refund, they told me that they forgot about it, and it sat on the conveyor belt half in and out of the oven. Did they simply think I wouldn't notice? Did they actually think I would think they didn't notice? They offered to make another pizza, but it was late so I told them I'll take a credit. Guess what? When I called in for the credit, I got the "we don't know what you're talking about" speech. Go to Denver Pizza Company or Sexy Pizza instead.

You pretty much know what you are getting when you order Papa Johns... So I won't comment much on the food. It is no better or worse than any other Papa Johns pizza. What makes me give them such a low review is that they cannot get your order right no matter how clear you make it for them. I thought ordering online might solve this problem since there is no room for human error. Didn't work... I just ended being charged for what I wanted and not actually receiving it. Tonight I resorted to the old fashion phone order. What showed up at my door was not what I ordered, but at least I wasn't over charged. These are simple two topping pizzas I am talking about... I don't think I am asking too much. I guess at this point it is my own fault. How many times am I going to order from here and expect anything better? Bottom line: Not bad pizza if you like Papa Johns. Just be prepared to get something other than what you ordered and make sure they don't over charge you.

I remember now, this is the first pie I ate in Denver (The very beginning of the Great Denver Pizza Hunt). Our douchebag rental agent (I know, I know, we rented sight unseen) was running late, we just drove in, waiting for keys, cash in hand, looking to start our Denver adventure. ... Now the ball an' chain and me are not snobby, so nothing could ruin our new life, thousands of miles away. Boy, did Papa John's sure try. Plain cheese, nothing fancy, just baked. Cardboard. It was three years ago, I will never forget.

I give five illustrious stars to the Papa Johns on Colfax not for their pizza, but for their wit. If you have ever been down this stretch of Colfax you probably know what I'm talking about. Their sign. A common Papa J's logo radiating a fluorescent glow will grab your attention, but the letterbox underneath, displaying what can only be described as something clever, will keep you coming back for more. Check it out.

Hunger, tis' your treacherous realm I return ye to, with utmost quickness and able a weapon. Perfectly tempered, a golden butter disk of expert craftsmanship shall seal the portal of your existence for as long as my love holds true. With weakness known, the vile stomach beast wander astray, evermore cursing day by day thee name, Papa Johns. Could there be six stars if thee pluck one from mine eyes, as I gaze upon this brilliant creation?
