Great place off of 16th street downtown for coffee and breakfast. The line moves fast, which is great if you're on your way to work or running to a meeting. I was staying nearby at the Courtyard Marriott and pretty much stumbled out the door of the hotel and over to Moe's. I ordered the New Yorker sandwich which had cream cheese, egg, lox, and onions. I was actually surprised by the addition of the egg, which wasn't really necessary, but did add to a more substantial breakfast. The employees are friendly and work quickly.

It gets worse. I went to eat half of one of the leftover bagels for breakfast this morning, and a mere two days after ordering the thing is so stale (and these are the everythings, the only bagels decently fresh at purchase), I can't use it for much other than maybe knocking someone out with it in a fight. It is quite literally hard as a rock, and I can't afford the dental bills of trying it. I have never had cheap store-bought bagels get this hard this fast, never even seen a bagel in all of my years of carb loading do what these bagels have done, and they are from a specialty shop! They deserve a medal, unfortunately not from any sort of culinary institute but mostly likely a geological one. Never again, Moes. I can't believe I paid $20 for a half dozen (and cream cheese) that could only be eaten same-day. MOST PEOPLE CAN'T EAT SIX BAGELS IN A DAY, MOES. I mean, I definitely can but I choose not to. EDIT: Added a star because the bagel WAS decent when I got it. Also, nailed the two day old fossilized bagel to my front door and it makes an excellent door knocker, so not completely useless.

Staff- super nice product- delicious pricing- wow... $10 for a bagel sandwich? And then you want to charge me extra for sides? And youre not even a mom and pop shop, according to my coworkers, you're a chain....

Bagels were all very very stale. Inedible. I will definitely not order again. I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel, an oatmeal raisin, and a bagel with lox. The bagels, all of them, were tougher and more stale than a week-old grocery store bought ones. Truly not worth even fighting through. I could've saved $10 and had a more enjoyable experience if I would have just stopped by Safeway. The only redeeming part of the experience was decent service.

I was looking for something close to my hotel as I walked to work for the week and found Moe's Broadway Bagel. The Great: + A decent selection of tasty bagels. + A nice selection of cream cheese (both light and regular). + Super friendly staff. The Average: o Coffee is A-OK, but nothing earth shattering. o Prices can get up there fairly quickly, but for being downtown it's not terrible. I'll definitely be back.

Bagels were stale, staff was extremely rude when I asked why they are charging me $10 bagel, cream cheese and veggies when the menu says different.. Plus we specifically asked all the bagels to be scooped and not one was the way we asked.

Go early in the morning as the bagels are fresh and the lines are not that long. It is not a cheap place, but then you are on 16 street mall so you should expect to pay a little more. The LOX is good!!!

I ordered delivery from Moe's Bagels a few days ago and was pretty disappointed. I ordered lox and bagel and got a bagel with cream cheese, onion and tomato...no LOX!! So I paid $8 for a plain bagel with veggies. I ordered a breakfast burrito as well and it was very bland in flavor. The other people I was with ordered various different types of bagels and cream cheese spreads and they weren't impressed either. Bagels were hard and flavored smears lacked flavor. Will not order from them again.
