One of the slowest drive thru's I've been to. It appears to be short staffed on a Saturday night. Save yourself the trouble and visit another one nearby.

Everyone knows about the food that McDonald's serves so I won't review it - except to say that the occasional (like once a year) Big Mac just takes me back to my childhood. You can get a better burger nearby (Smash Burger) but there are times when the classic Big Mac just hits the spot. Also, I appreciate that Micky D's now serves Diet Dr. Pepper. Mainly, I'm writing this review because this location recently remodeled the interior and it's actually a very pleasant and comfortable (as fast food goes) place to eat. Not to mention, it's cheap. I don't go there very often but...did I mention the fact that I loved the Big Mac when I was a kid...

Its Clean inside, and they serve the food pretty quickly. I went for Breakfast, my OJ cup was a little on the light side. And it seemed like the Employees are disgruntled. The Guy ahead of me had to stare at her and his reciept checking to see if the bag on the counter was his. Then she just pushed it towards him and went on his way. And the same with me, not a word she just handed me my bag and was like Whatever. Im not sure ill venture back in this one again.

Still the best damn fries in the world!! I love the fact that McDonald's knows this and has never changed them over the years. Keep up the great work, McDonald's!

OK. It is a McDonalds so you know exactly what to expect. This is one closest to my house and I cannot believe that I am FIRST TO REVIEW. Friendly service. Clean and tidy. What I like: 1. $1 chicken sandwiches as I am cheap 2. $1 drinks (any size) 3. Diet Dr Pepper 4. Free Wi-Fi (might be worth another star, but I just can't award it)

Rarely, very rarely, I stop in at a McDs, usually when they are sending out coupon books in the mail so I can get a 2-for-1 deal or some such. There are things I like on the menu, definitely -- the $1 parfait and SpicyMcChickens on the low end, the fact they have Coke Zero and not just Diet Coke, the grilled chicken club sammies and the Angus burgers are ok. Too much bun/burger ratio in the mix for my liking. Fries are always undersalted, but that can be remedied. Once in a great while I've grabbed a salad here and it's been ok. I've never had a problem here with service unlike some fast food places; it seems like they have a super or manager patrolling the floors possibly to keep disgruntled workers in check, or maybe crack the whip a little, who knows? The recent articles about the "pink slime" they've had in their burgers sickened me a little, but a) it's gone now, and b) I can't center all of that blame on this location. The inside seems to be clean enough. If I had to eat fast food, I'd rather go to almost any other chain; but as far as locations goes this one seems to be decent enough.

I rarely go to McDonald's but I've been to this location twice in the last month to pick up breakfast items for coworkers. BOTH times my order was wrong. The first time I had to go into the restaurant to get it corrected, the second time I caught the mistake while I was still at the drive thru so I didn't have to go into the restaurant. Here's the thing...I get that people make mistakes, especially when you're running a busy drive thru. The fact that my orders were wrong was annoying but not a huge deal. My issue is with the customer service that I received when I pointed out that my orders were wrong. The first time I had a missing sandwich and the sandwich that was in the bag was the wrong one. I went into the restaurant and waited about five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter. When I told the woman who waited on me that my drive thru order was wrong, she snatched the bag from me, took the wrong sandwich out of the bag and threw it in the trash, and put the two other sandwiches in the bag (which were waiting on the line so I assume I got someone else's order or something). She then tossed the bag back at me without so much as an apology or a thank you. I was a little taken aback but whatever, it's McDonald's, I guess I can't expect five star service. The second time was this morning. I ordered two breakfast meals and when I checked the bag before driving away, I didn't see the hash browns. I asked the woman who had completed my order if the hash browns were in the bag. She rolled her eyes at me and said she didn't know. I handed the bag back to her and said I didn't think they were, could she please put them in the bag. She sighed and walked away from the window and came back a few minutes later with hash browns in the bag. Again, the bag was just thrust at me as if I was greatly inconveniencing her by requesting the items that I had paid for with no apology or even a thank you. I thanked her and got an "uh huh". Again, I don't frequent McDonald's but am occasionally roped into picking things up for other people. If I need to pick up breakfast up again and it HAS to be McDonald's, I won't be going to this location. I can deal with screwed up orders but I can't deal with rude customer service. I don't appreciate feeling like an inconvenience when I am patronizing a business.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been through, everyone that works here are so rude especially the people at the drive thru, they always get my order wrong, they always miss something, one time I went thru the drive thru and I had the keychain for a free soda with any order and they forgot to give it to me and said it wasn't rung up, so they told me to go all the way around the to the first window instead of just giving it to me when I shown him or her not sure the keychain ! Just stared at me, another time they forgot to ring up my nuggets and told me I should go back to the front and order it AGAIN.

The last three times I've gone through the drive through around 3:30AM (after I get off work), I'm told that they are "only accepting cash" and is that "OK". Well, no, its not. I don't like carrying cash and McDonald's constantly advertises they take all major credit cards. Tonight, I tried calling to see if their credit card machine was working. I waited :45 and got no answer. I hung up and decided to go elsewhere for my meal tonight instead.

ok so I know nobody cares about McDonalds reviews but this particular place has really struck a nerve with me. I go through the drive in at about 10pm and order 3 things... I get home exhausted after a long day at work and look in the bag and low and behold missing 1 item. I'm not driving back this evening so I call them and ask for a manager to tell them. I wasn't even mad, I just wanted to let them know so I could get reimbursed next time I stop in... Here is where the manager made a mistake. He rudely tells me I need to come back right then or he would do nothing. All this over a $1.99 item. I wouldn't even had cared if he would have been apologetic about it. Also, the 800 number they post by the drive through window is disconnected. LOL

I seem to always be the lucky one and get "extra" in my food. This lil bug still happened to be alive and kicking as he fell out of my Big Mac... The staff was very nice in refunding my money but still this disturbed me enough that I couldn't eat. I inspected The other food before they ate and it was ok. Damn it- I was hungry too!

  • Ray R.

Wow. I know it's just Micky D's but I've never been treated so bad. My food was thrown in the tray, I guess I was supposed to know it was mine.....it sat there on the counter a while. Filthy everywhere, and every employee has a growl on their face. I got the feeling that they were doing ME a favor by letting me eat there. Don't know who owns it but whoever they are, they have problems. I'm surprised that McDonald's hasn't intervened somewhere along the line. Maybe that's why the stock is down so far.

  • Joe D.

If you're reading my review of McDonald's, I feel really bad for you. If you're relying on Yelp to choose a Micky D's to go to, I feel even worse. That being said, for breakfast, this place is super quick and efficient and they've never screwed up my order. Anytime other than breakfast is usually a mess, although my food has always been alright, the service is slow. Slower than the Comcast Slowskis. So this fine dining establishment gets a 3 from me. 2 for anytime other than breakfast and 4 for breakfast.

  • Meredith C.

It's clean. The boys who work here are cute. They only have ketchup packets available (no pump), but they will dole it out liberally for customer satisfaction. My only issue with this particular location is insulation. It's always freezing in here. All McDonald's have a large supply of windows, but most aren't akin to nesting in the arctic. Just sayin'...

As a mother of five teenagers, the McDonalds dollar menu is a lifesaver when we are on the road and someone is STARVING (someone is always starving!). This store is the WORST I've ever been to with respect to getting the food I buy into my bag. Never have they put in something extra by mistake, and anytime I have ever ordered more than a single meal have they have missed something I have paid for. Most times when you order a value meal large, they give you the regular size drink and fries but charge for the large...then you get large sized attitude when you hold up the drive thru by pointing out that you paid for large and would like large, please. I have lived in the area of this store all of my adult life and we learned long ago that, with this store, you MUST hold your receipt and check your entire order before you walk or drive away because 9.5 times out of 10, your order is wrong, and if you point that out, you will not receive an apology and will be made to feel like a jerk. To be honest, this experience has been so count-on-able consistent that I am convinced that it is an intentional profit-increasing tactic. I'm sure they know that, once you've hopped on I-25 and realize they shorted you two fries and a quarter pounder, you are NOT going to turn around and retrieve your food. McDonalds food is the same everywhere (not in Russia, though), so the purpose of this post is simply to say (using lots of extra words), if you go here, check your bag before you leave!

This is the closest McDonald's to my home, unfortunately. This place is a disaster. I don't know who the manager is but it's not uncommon to overhear and witness the employees screaming & yelling at each other. The drive thru is always painfully slow, my order is usually screwed up, and everyone working there seems absolutely miserable & they take it out on the customers. I used to drive thru for bfast on a fairly regular basis (about 8 years ago) and there was always a friendly woman working the window. The food was hot and the line moved along w/out any long waits. Now, when I actually go here, it's later in the day and as I state above there's at least one thing that gets screwed up and the staff is always rude. There are also several people who appear to be homeless that hang around at this location and panhandle by going car to car in the drive thru or by confronting customers as they go in and out of the business or while people pump gas outside. The employees don't take any measures to see that their customers aren't harassed. It can be quite startling, frightening even, when you're waiting in the drive thru lane and someone suddenly knocks on your window wanting change. This place needs a new manager and some new employees.
