I really like Jimmy Johns - I'll take it over Subway any day of the week. I really like the French bread they use - crunchy and chewy at the same time. Up to this point I have always just walked over to this one because it is not too far from my place of employment - however I was a bit on the lazy side today so I thought I would have it delivered. WOW - it took what - maybe 10 minutes from when I ordered online to him knocking on the front door - their radio spots weren't kidding when they said freaky fast!!

This is my 4th visit to a Jimmy Johns and I am becoming a fan. They are friendly, clean, make their subs fast, and the ingredients taste fresh. I also love all the witty and comical signs they post at their restaurants... I actually want go around and read them all!

I love me jimmy johns! I love the vito and now that i have experience the unwhich. Oh. my. gawd.... Always delicious, lives up to the chains standards. This location can be hard to get in or out of, so choose your entrance and exit with care! They make my sandwhich right quick with a smile! They announced hello and good by upon entry and departure. It's cute, and obviously demanded by management, but when they really don't care, it loses something in the delivery. I've actually been in jimmy johns where you really think they care that you showed up! All in all a good unwhich, nice location!

Quality is bad. Food tastes off, not right somehow. Sure they all get their food from the same supplier. So many sub shops around it is easy to avoid this place. And to be fair, their sandwiches are not good at any of their locations that I have been too.

Picked up lunch while out shopping. Get home and all three sandwiches were wrong. Manager apologized but said nothing he could do unless we drove 15 minutes back to then wait for them to remake sandwiches. Yes a solution but when people are hungry they don't want to wait another 45 min to an hour to eat. Won't go back there.

After months of receiving fast and reliable delivery service to my work, I was rudely informed today that I am one block past their delivery range. They claim to not deliver past Holly st. Holly street is less than 100 feet from my current location. Obviously they must have come to the conclusion that it would be simply too inconvenient for them to drive the extra 100ft. If time was their concern (you can drive here in 5 minutes) they could have informed me that it would take a little longer and I would have been fine with this. Instead, I was called back after placing the order, informed I was too far, and promptly hung up on.

I ordered a couple sandwiches from our neighborhood in Northfield. We waited over an hour and I called to see if the driver was lost. The guy on the phone said she's on her way. He then called after an hour and 10 minutes went buy from when I first placed the order and seemed stern and said "our driver has tried to contact you twice and you never answered." I told him that I did not hear the phone ring and have pretty much been by the phone or door and heard nothing. So he then said "Too late, my driver is already back so we are not delivering to you now and we shouldn't have offered anyway since you are too far!" When I started to tell him I would give him a bad review he hung up on me. Now I have to dispute a charge on my credit card because they didn't even offer to give me my money back. Worst experience for first time at this store.

It's okay for what it is. Sandwiches are made super fast which is a plus, but nothing special, very simple and nothing worth mentioning. Staff didn't seem to welcoming when I walked in. I had to greet the girl at the front register, she was to busy talking to her coworkers, everyone seemed like they don't wanna be there. Overall experience wasn't to good. Maybe I'll give it another shot next time I visit this area.

Jimmy John's is great, but the kid working the register today (4pm, 2/16/15) has turned me off to this location. I've never seen an employee put as little effort into their work and obviously hate their job to this extent. This regular customer won't return as long as I know he works there. Where is management!?

Was In Town For A Tradeshow And Me And My Buddy Ordered Jimmy Johns While We Were At Our Hotel And No BS, We Ordered At 7:35pm and at 7:40 pm I went To Get Ice and I Was Back At The Room By 7:44pm ( 9 Minutes Total ) and The Food Was Already There. Talk About FAST SERVICE, and The Food Was Fresh And Tasty. I Take My Hat Off To This Location They Definitely Have There Store In Place.

Love this location. Opens super early so great when you are stopping at Home Depot in same parking lot early and don't want to head back out for lunch so get em early. Love the Gargantuan lettuce wrap w spicy mustard, mayo on the side or they will gob it on.

always a swift delivery, good customer service, decent sandwiches. and i love that they have no 'minimum' for delivery. the 7 grain bread is what i prefer, but the baked white roll is just fine as well. i wish they offered a bit more of a variety of vegetables, and a bit more "side" items, like potato salad, soup, or chili. but for a quick sandwich that is less than 10 bucks, it is a savior.

To start off, I don't see why people are giving this location bad ratings. I travel for a living and find JJ to have consistently great service, this store included. Granted, there are a few out there that deserve bad marks because of poor leadership at that particular store (the one in Brickyard OKC for example) but this store has had consistently good quality sandwiches and great delivery service to the hotel I stay at (within a mile of the store). They will continue to get my business. I ordered the club lulu and the billy club for delivery online. From the time I pressed enter till it was in my hands in the lobby, it was all of 30min... With a sincere apology from the delivery guy for it taking so long (I never thought for a moment that it took long at all! How many places now a days make and deliver a product in 30min?! It was a very reasonable delivery time.) The bread and ingredients were fresh, stacked neatly, and wrapped neatly to keep them that way. They also tasted as good as they were presented. All in all, I love this company's service and hope they continue to spread into the Southern California area. I'm just thankful we have three in the Fresno area.

Staying at the renaissance hotel on the other side of Qubec. I was about to walk into panera when I decided to yelp JJ's. After assessing the reviews I chose to go with JJ... good decision... got the #12 a bag of chips and the chocolate chunk cookies. Amazing. I was very satisfied. delicious sandwich

The manager refused to deliver to me this was 8 months ago maybe a different manager now as some people in their reviews say they have received a delivery at their hotel. I was told he never has his delivery drivers go to businesses because it is unsafe for them. Which I understand safety. However most businesses have more security than residential homes. I reiterate. Zero interest in doing business with this company in the future.

It's a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the sandwiches are delicious and fresh bread, other times...stale bread and not the right ingredients. But are super fast as promised and when made correctly, delicious!
