A total "dive bar" but that's obvious from the second you see it! A lot of fun though! Free games, entertaining (very!) karaoke and friendly bartenders. The food is not good, but I don't think people would expect that. Fun for a chill night out at a dive bar!

So let's get the with a grain of salt out of the way. You need to come here more than a couple of times to like this place. The Bad. It's small, dark, with a very limited selection of potential cocktails (forget about juices other than orange juice or bitters). The juke box doesn't play unless someone is paying for a song so expect weird gaps between television audio and selected songs. Draft beers are super limited (shocktop, bud, and bud light) The Good: It's cheap. Well drinks and draft beers are very reasonable and you can leave with a heavy pocket book. The bartenders are nice, make conversation, and remember you. So many places you walk in and no matter how many times you have been there you're just as anonymous as the first day. Shout out to Dane who remembered my name the 2nd time I came in and continued to learn about me and make conversation based on what we'd talked about previously. All in all it's a small local joint and you can feel comfortable, listen to some good tunes, and have a good time without paying too much. It's also the best option within a couple of miles. Enough said.

Went here hoping to get away from chains and mainstream establishments. It was great. A few pool tables, good drink arrive, and people were as social as you want. Ranging from none to chatty. Not well marked outside so it can be a bit hard to find. Can get a bit college kid over run on certain days.

This little dive bar offers karaoke on Thursdays, hosted by my fellow karaoke homeslice Daniel. They sport a late kitchen menu, ample parking, and clean, fully-stocked toilets! When I say little bar, I'm not joking. The pool tables take up all the space on the lower level and the upper level has some bar seating, really tight rail seating, and 3 tables. If you don' want to have to sit on your friend's face, I suggest you get there early. The sound for karaoke is pretty good and there's a decent song selection. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have Paranoid Android (for shame as Daniel rocks this song). The crowd seems mellow and polite. All in all, it was a good time!

So, this is the only place I have been to in the Glendale area, and I have to say... I'm NOT impressed. I would expect this bar to be somewhere in Midwestern Kansas or something like that. The bartender was, for the most part, nice. It just seemed like everyone already knew each other and were super close friends. Which is understandable at any local bar, but here it was like if you don't know us, then you aren't welcome.. I would advise anyone looking for a cool relaxed bar to try bush and bull or jax. Because both if those places are more accepting of new people. Good luck on your bar search :)

Doc Procs is absolutely the quintessential seedy dive bar you'd imagine. It's lurking in a strip mall with a couple restaurants and a retail shop for "dancewear," which sounds and looks like stripper-wear. Doc Procs itself is a country-heavy shoebox of a location where the locals take their dogs into the bar, sink karaoke, and don't take kindly to outsiders...ok maybe that last bit is an exaggeration, but still. You get feeling that absolutely everyone knows everyone else here and they stare at everyone else. The barkeep is friendly enough, but who's tending seems to change every five minutes and their version of a tab is a poorly written slip of paper in a stack of other papers...one of which might belong to you if you're drinking--or not. The waitress looks personally affronted if you want to order anything. In fact, I'm not sure why they have a waitress since the distance from the front of the bar to the back is only about the size of my livingroom. The kitchen keeps no hours--apparently "he," whoever he is, just stops/starts cooking whenever. If you ask the owner, he honestly can't tell you when they serve or really open. The only impressive thing about Dr Proctor's in fact, is that it's about the cheapest thing out there other than just buying a bottle of Jim at the Argonaut and swilling it in a parking lot. If you're looking for a moronically cheap drink that's not in your livingroom, Doc Procs is it...but I'd rather pay and extra couple of bucks and go somewhere where I know they serve a decent burger and/or can get you the menu to order one.

After my first initial experiences here I thought the place was ok enough for being right across the street from our apartment. Upon my last vist, however, I will never walk through those doors again. The "bartender" was horrible. She's been behind the bar a couple times when I've been and she always sucks. Today, though, was the worst. We seated ourselves at a table and started looking at the menu. After several minutes (mind you, there were only about 6 people including us in the bar), she said she'd be with us in a minute. She finally came over and we ordered drinks. I had a PBR (on special for $3) and my friend had a Coke. We ordered food and it was ok. I got a BLT and fries. The bacon was undercooked but the fries were alright. She got enchiladas which she said was pretty good. My friend asked for a refill before we got our food. APPARENTLY, there are NO REFILLS. Are you kidding me?? She didn't inform her of that when she ordered nor was it a can or bottle or something. It was a pint glass full of ice and barely any Coke at all. Really??? So she ordered a water. Seemed to be the same deal with the water. All ice and barely any water. She asked for more water after about the 3rd or 4th time the lady walked by. Her glass had been sitting on the edge empty for at least 15 min. Several other people were served AFTER she asked for more water and there was never a time when both of her hands were full. We also asked for the bill twice and a to go box. I finally had to walk up to the bar (which was only about 4 feet away so it's not like we were across the room) and asked for it again. When we got the bill, several things were pretty messed up. ALWAYS LOOK AT YOUR BILL. First of all, she charged me $3.50 for my PBR. When I said something, her response was "oh they don't tell me what's on special". Um, I'm sorry but I am a server too. IT'S YOUR JOB TO KNOW. Not to mention the sign hanging on the wall in plain view. Second, my friend's soda wth no refill was $2. There were no drinks even listed on the menu for you to know you were about to get ripped off.. It's been a long time since I've given a crappy tip. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but when there's service this bad I don't hesitate to. As for never stepping inside this place again, that is for the fact of them trying to rip off their customers with poor customer service and overpriced drinks. I've been there for happy hour and those prices suck too. If this is how they treat all their patrons, I don't see how they're even still in business.

If you like your neighborhood dive bar, then this is the place for you! When we first moved to Denver it was up the street, the first night we walked up to it, we turned around! But we needed a beer so we went back & I'm really glad we did! The staff & customers were so friendly & welcoming-most of our friends we have made since we moved here, we met there. Lots of pool tables-they have a pool league on Wed & karaoke on Sat. It's a good time & a classic dive bar.

Good food, good drinks, great employees! My friends and I head over there every once in a while for post practice drinks. If you are hungry, I highly recommend the tacos, the quesadilla, the french fries and the bratwurst. Totally random, I know, but sooo good! The tacos are $1.50 each on little corn tortillas. There's always two tortillas so you can split them in half. It's the cook's own recipe. The salsa is extra, extra hot so I always get diced tomatos instead. 2-3 is a perfect little dinner with a side of beer...and you can always get more of both :)

This is the truly divest of neighborhood dive bars, and I love it! My husband and I discovered it a few weeks ago--its within close walking distance of my place--and have been back a few times since. It's dark and definitely no-frills, but the service is fast, the drinks cheap and well-made, and there are plenty of pool tables if you're looking to play. They even do karaoke some nights!

If you like neighborhood dive bars, then this should be your spot! 5 pool tables! Drink specials every night! Karaoke on the weekends and cool bartenders!

The first time my girlfriend and I went here we were creeped out my old drunk men, but the second time we went was Saturday and we hadn't had that much fun for awhile. Everyone was so nice. I am sad we lived across the street for a year and we are moving next month. This place is great and the karaoke DJ is great.

I'm new not just to the neighborhood but to the state. Happened to move across the street so decided to walk over with my bf. Bartender was Susie and she was a sweetheart! A huge pitcher of shock top was $7 .. Say what?? I got my bf hammered drunk for $15 lol. And if you get bored there's like 5 pool tables $0.75/game, jukebox ($0.50/song), and the locals that seem to be very friendly thus far! If you are looking for the "BJ's" experience this is not your place. But if you want a low-key, walk-to bar with spur cheap beer then.. Welcome! There's one lady bartender that everyone seems to dislike though.. So hopefully you don't run into her.

The place is a cheap, local bar. So not go in expecting something super nice. The food is just ok. If you want to see some karaoke, and buy a cheap beer, you're heading in the right direction. The bartender is great when we walk in after rugby practice from infinity park. She's always bringing us a pitcher and water right away. Very much a "locals" bar... But they're every friendly to everyone that walks in.

I didn't expect good food when I walked in but my burrito was delicious. The staff was nice and the service was fast
