We have ordered from this location several times in the last few years, and decided to write a review and praise them for their efforts. They are friendly, courteous, and made efforts to ensure accuracy. The food has been consistent, and we always know what to expect. So our experiences have been positive It's a fast food chain restaurant, so you can't expect the pizza to be amazing, but it's not bad. I don't mind the taste, and it always arrives hot, fresh, and within 30 minutes. They have served us well during lazy Sundays or hangover recovery days when we were too useless to cook at home or travel to a real restaurant. Thanks Domino's!

I was starving after painting to the house I had just moved into (1-2 miles away) and my car was at the dealership being fixed, so I ordered some pizza for delivery. I left a note saying call because I'll be in the basement. I put the computer countdown where I could see it (plus I have 2 dogs that bark a lot). Every 15 minutes I would run upstairs to check if there was any sign of him..then after an hour and 20 minutes I called. The kid on the phone said that the delivery driver brought it back because no one answered the door. I ask if he could have them come back out. I waited upstairs next to the food for another hour...no sign of him. I even had a neighbor stop by and check in because he said it was weird I had the front door open so long. Humph...so frustrating. They didn't even offer a refund, coupon or discount. One word: riDICKulous. I called again and they remade it and it was finally delivered. Still frustrating but was oh so delicious!!!

Slow and they screw your order up. How do charge someone for dipping souces and not show up with them not even the ones that are supposed to come with the hot wings. Never order from here again.

Artisan pizza? Dude. I've had frozen pies that taste more artful. I'm not a fan of the food at Domino's. I think their pizza is the worst of the big 3 chains. But the pizza tracker web widget is pretty freakin' cool. If I ever order from them again, it will just be to use the pizza tracker.

Ok look, I know it's Domino's. But I Iike their pepperoni pizza and their new and improved crust isn't bad either. It's always delivered quickly and pipping hot. What more do I need to say?

Oh Dominos, why do I keep coming back to you? You and I, we've got this sort of abusive relationship. I say go light on the sauce, and you smother it. You tell me 15 minutes and when I show up in 17 I still have to wait. But yet, I keep coming back. Is it the half block walk from my house? Maybe. Is it your delicious new crust? Maybe. It feels a little sacrilegious saying this seeing as I hail from the east coast, land of pizza, but... well, you're just yummy and sometimes I can't help myself.

Look, I always order Cosmos, but I was craving the BBQ chicken on thin crust tonight. I'm going low-carb, and the special was to get a "Pick two" type of deal for $5.99 each. Great. I love their Mango Habanero sauce on the boneless chicken. It showed up cold with burnt crust, and instead of 8 pieces of chicken, I had some nice pieces, 2 medium pieces, and three minuscule fried bits with no chicken to compensate for the "8th" piece. I called and IMMEDIATELY the manager came on the phone. He looked up my order, offered a remake or a credit, and then offered free dessert. After I explained the low-carb, he said on my next order I had a free order of chicken. Wow. I even said it wasn't necessary that they were doing right by me and resending my order. He said it was a way of apology because they made a mistake. He followed by the fact that my order would be the first in the oven and the first delivery made. I still will remain faithful to the almighty Cosmos, but the customer service on this one takes the cake.

I have ordered from this Dominos since moving to Congress Park. In just under three years, I have yet to have them bring the entire order - and they lie and say they will credit what they do not bring and they never do. Tonight, I ordered food and a Coke and a Barq's root beer. The delivery girl did not bring the drinks. Bless her heart, she went ot the stor and bought a 2 ltr bottle of Coke and a little bottle of some root beer. While I appreciate her attempt, as I told her, I ordered what I ordered and that is what I want. When I called the store, they refused to send the drinks out. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANY DOMINOS AGAIN. The bad manager was Carter Erickson and the suppsed owner is Mike Ray - I encourage everyone who reads this NEVER TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

First time in Denver. Had an extremely long travel day with family. After arriving to our hotel, we just wanted to order a pizza and go to bed. I called the first "open late" pizza place that I found on yelp, which was Domino's. I called the first number I saw, and I was directed to contact this location due to where our hotel was. I attempted to call this store two times without anyone picking up (ringing 7 or 8 times and then being hung up on/disconnected). I then called the original number back (since I actually spoke to a human being) and was again told to call the other store since it was closer to my location. As before, no one answered and not even an automated computer voice said "Someone will be right with you, we're serving other customers" for me to know that I could still place an order. I then called back to the first location and was told. "You couldn't get a hold of them? Our manager is calling them right now...oh, they can't get in touch with them either. Well, you need to try to mobile app and order that way." So, I therefore tried to download this app to order a pizza, and it would not install/open. Exhausted and still hungry, I called the original number back and was told "Well, we close in 5 minutes". I responded that it wasn't my fault that the other store (that was in my area) didn't do their job and I should be able to call and speak to someone to order food for myself and my family from a well established company throughout the United States. In the end, my one topping pizza and side of cheese sticks will now cost me at least double what is should, and I'll still waiting. I gave it a one star rating, because I don't think 0 is an option. Awful customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S EVER AGAIN.

I know, I know.....my fellow yelpers are wondering "Why the hell are you writing a review for Domino's? Oh well, but I must commend them on satisfying my craving a little bit ago. I live really close to this location and for some odd reason I was craving a hawaiian pizza. It was late. I didn't want to go out and I needed something on the cheap. I called, ordered, and was told it would ready in about ten minutes. Sweet! It was cheap being around $7-8 bucks. And I must make a confession, I didn't mind Dominos "old" style of pizza- but you know what, the "new" is actually really tasty - my pizza had a buttery garlicy delicious-ness sauce. Not gonna lie- I ate half of that bad boy in under 10 minutes aaaand I was kinda eating while I was driving......... I was hungry! Don't judge.
