Terrible restaurant, ordered the talapia and when it finally came out, the three other people at my table had been served at least 10min prior, half of it was clearly undercooked. Well since it took so long for it to come out and everyone else had finished their meal, we had to go, we had places to be. The waitress offered me to come back on the house. Never gave me a voucher. So I came back ordered the same thing. This time it was o.k. (that is the best you'll ever get here). When it was time to pay, they did not believe me that the waitress told me to come back and it would be on the house. I had to argue and finally they gave in after treating me like I was trying to get something for nothing! JERKS!!!!!!

I had the "Build your own Grand Slam." I make a better breakfast at home. The sketchy neighborhood at Alameda and Santa Fe is a nightmare for parking. The restaurant was almost empty at dinner time, not a good sign. I overheard employees talking smack about a customer, right in front of me. Are you kidding me? This is the service industry and this place doesn't know how to do it very well.

Rolled up into this Denny's location after the 2nd night of Global at Red Rocks. It was about 2am and the place was half filled. Not bad for 2am on a Sunday. Our water was attentive and made sure we had all our food as well as checking in to see if everything was good. This particular location was clean and no off-smells lingering. Great as far as Denny's go.

I have a bad meal tonight !! I order a buffalo wings and sample meal with it to .. I was looking forward to my chicken wings and I found a hair in my food !!! That made me don't wants to eat anymore :( I will not come here anymore for sure .. Customer service is bad !!!

I haven't been to a Denny's for about 13 years - not since I was a teenager who needed to drink too much coffee, smoke too many cigarettes and stay out way too late. I'm glad to see that Denny's is still the same :-) Of course, you can't smoke inside anymore, but the luster is not lost! This location was awesome - from the people watching to the prompt service - color me impressed! Sandra was our server and she was polite and attentive to our needs. All of this while juggling many other large tables and "interesting" clientele. It seemed that every employee at this store was hard working and eager to please. I was also impressed with the quick preparation of our meals, the high quality of the food and the inexpensive check that arrived at the end. I had the Avocado Bacon Burrito with hash browns...yum-mee! Grand Slam! In the future, when I want to time travel to the past while getting some sustenance for the present, this will be a solid place to do so!

Horrible service! I figured it would be a once in a while occurrence but no... maybe out of 15times I've been here only once have a I had good service... I work in the service industry so I mostly try to justify bad service but this place has no justification. My server was upset because I reminded her about a forgotten food item. .. rolled her eyes walked away and never came back... it wasn't even busy! When we went to pay she was extremely rude and had a manager take care of us..I try to be polite to people all the time so I really don't know what her deal was.
