One of the worst drive thrus and parking lot set ups I have ever seen. The building is too big for the parking area. When you turn the corner to go pick up your items at the window, there is a big ramp by the window, so it is difficult to pull up right next to the window. The staff has to lean out to get you your items. I didn't even mention the food- less than impressed! The chicken does not taste fresh. About the only good thing is the mashed potatoes and gravy- can't mess those up!

Good chicken; horrible service. Customer in front of me left because it took the cashier 15 minutes to check them out. I tried to substitute wings for thighs on their 9 piece special. Nope. After I decided to pay extra for all white meat she neglected to ask if I wanted regular or spicy. Of course they gave me regular and had to re-do the order. When I left the line was out the door.

One star too many. This garbage pit redefined crappy for me. They have not changed the cooking oil since the place opened. They let the food sit under heat lamps for a couple of hours to make sure that it is drier than sand. The local bottom feeders love this place and the parking lot is always busy with customers hungry for an artery clogging oil bath in the form of battered rat. Smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day is healthier than eating here. I wish I owned this place because the profit margin on deep fried cats and rats must be huge!
