I went there on a tuesday and found that if there is a flavor in the store you want they will pack a pint for you to take home. I tried the Schweddy Balls and it was delicious withou the hot fudge I put on it.

Umm.. if you haven't been there yet, you really must try it. They simply have the best ice cream, in all sorts of wonderful flavors. They now make shakes and sundaes of all types and varieties, but don't leave without just getting a scoop of ice cream. if you're watching the calories, get yourself a child's sized cup or enjoy some sorbet or frozen yogurt.

Who doesn't love great ice cream? I was in the area and taking a break from studying at the DU library so I decided to get some ice cream. The good side is that I was able to walk over to this place. If you are driving, parking is probably going to be an issue - they do have some metered parking in front right off of Evans, although it is almost always usually taken. The lot in back is also very tight and is shared by the other, neighboring businesses. I ended up getting a waffle cone with a scoop of Steven Colbert's flavor - the Americone Dream with chunks of waffle cone, chocolate, and caramel. (Who doesn't love waffle cone with some extra waffle cone on the side!?!). It was exactly what I needed to cure my snack-finding induced problem and to take some time out of the library! P.S. If you aren't in the mood for good, solid ice cream, they also have shakes and smoothies!

Across the street fro DU, Ben & Jerry's is situated in an ideal location for the product's target market - stoned college students. This is the storefront version of the same thing you can buy at the grocer. I had the vanilla Heath bar, my sweet treat companion had the world famous Cherry Garcia. Two scoops in cups, for here, please. Both flavors met the high standards the company has built an empire on. Prompt service. Clean counters and tables. The space is small in this deco looking retail building probably built circa 1950 but not cramped feeling. I'd be happy to repeat the experience. One note: parking in this neighborhood is a bit rough, so don't be in a hurry or expect to resolve that right away. Also be careful of the "residents only" signs on the side streets.

I think it's a good thing I didn't know this place existed until a couple of weeks ago because if not, I would be broker and heavier. My roommate and I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon for some roommate bonding time in the form of ice cream and this is the best time to go because meters are free on Sunday! I don't think I've ever been in an actual Ben and Jerrys so it was a little bit of overload with all of their awesome flavors and the usual selection of scoops, cones, shakes, smoothies and more. You can try any of the flavors which is great if you're curious about some of their lesser known flavors. I tried their Triple Caramel which was orgasmic but the girl didn't seem too happy about sampling the flavors (um, it's Ben and Jerry's, it's a hippielicious, happy place to work, yes??) so I stuck with my old faithful-Phish Food and got a couple of scoops to go. Workers really need to lighten up and try this new thing called smiling--it works wonders.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my Mom's birthday. Great service, awesome cake. A bit pricey at about $5 per serving, but probably the best ice cream cake I've ever had. Everyone raved about it. I don't think I'll go anywhere else for one, even though I drove from Arvada to pick it up.

Tasty ice cream as I have come to expect from Ben & Jerry's. The downside to this location is the parking, either off street or in the back of the building. The crazy thing is that the parking Nazi creeping out back here nearly had me towed even though I was patronizing one of the buildings businesses.
