Okay so I'm a college guy at CU Boulder...of course I am going to get to know all the pizza places up on "the Hill". It's late at night, almost 2 AM in the morning, I've just left the Hookah House, so I'm hungry. Cosmos pizza by far has some of the best thin slice pizzas that I have ever had. It's kind of like Anthony's as far as taste and prices. A slice will easily be two dollars and some change-depending on the topping you get. The one thing I feel that I don't like is that the pizza almost tastes like it has too much tomato sauce. But this is minor. I have yet to see anyone older than 25 years old walk into this place. Once again, this is located on the Hill, and it's full of my fellow college students. While you're in there you just might hear about the next party.

Cosmo's is perfect in my opinion. Living in Will Vill my freshman year, I started to get very sick of the dorm food very fast. The solution to that problem was Cosmo's. We all know pizza isn't the best thing for you, but at like $3 a slice, it's a great thing to eat when you're hungry. The slices are GIGANTIC. I can't usually eat a whole slice in one sitting. They are perfectly thin with a great crunchy crust, the sauce is amazing, and the guys that work there are legit. Plus, Cosmo's is open til 2:30, and my friends and I all agree that the later you eat Cosmo's, the better. And when you've been partying all night, eating Cosmo's while drunk is basically a right of passage for all Buffaloes. Writing this review away from Boulder is currently giving me a Cosmo's craving...

This is the best late night food stop Boulder has to offer! They're open till 2:30 am and serve up the best, greasy, large, thin, cheap ($3), pieces of cheese pizza I've ever had! Granted this is probably not the healthiest thing for you, but I have a feeling that around 2am you're not really caring or in the mood for a salad ;) Whatever you do, do not forget to get the * spicy ranch dip * - I wish I could describe this but it's really just too amazing for words! Just order it! You won't be disappointed! There should be a Cosmos in every college town!

Good, cheap pizza. The crust does vary depending one who makes it but I just quenched my pizza craving and am totally satisfied. Oh, and I do ask for extra cheese!

So disappointed in Cosmos. I stopped in for a slice today and, though the slices were huge, it just wasn't that great. Too much spicy sauce, cheese was caked on, although the crust was pretty decent. Overall, this slice was pretty low-end. I'm originally from Boston and was used to gourmet goodness like Sweet Tomatoes in Newton, MA. Top notch thin crust with light, tomato sauce with sweet chunks of tomato, basil, and a generous layer of light yummy stringy cheese. Wishing that I could find something like that in Boulder...

Agreed. Cosmo's is a great place to get some late-night pie in Boulder. My recommendation (and this comes from vast personal experience): Enjoy an evening of $5 triple wells (Jim Beam is their well bourbon, which is perfect for me) on the rooftop patio of K's China, then stumble down the stairs to Cosmo's and grab some slices. Before this was Cosmo's it was Gumby's, and when I moved to Colorado it was something else, but I can't recall the name. If anybody remembers what this place was before Gumby's, drop me a line. I'd like to know. Favorite Cosmo's experience: Me and two friends coming in to a near-empty Cosmo's one night, highly intoxicated, and they were playing the Dropkick Murphy's "Do or Die" album in its entirety. Actually, playing doesn't do it justice, as they were blasting it louder than an actual Murphy's concert. Since Dropkick is my favorite band, and "Do or Die" one of the greatest records ever, I really, really enjoyed my pizza that night.

THE best local pizza shop you will find in Boulder, Cosmos is not only known for being extremely fair in price and size, but also serving it's signature spicy ranch , a delicious extra with any pizza. Also conveniently located on the hill, and open until the wee hours of the morning, a must stop on the way home from a night at the bars.

Are you kidding me? Cosmos is a Boulder staple. Their pizza may be far from gourmet, but you have to love the line out the door when the bars close and the guy behind the counter whose sweaty t-shirt is covered in flour. "Ay, your sista still talk about me?" he asks. Sure thing bud. Thanks for the the many slices that saved my life on numerous occasions. ps. they sell PBR. nice.

Cosmo's is one of the best pizza joints in town. Their quality is consistently good, never crowded. I really recommend getting a slice and some of their own microbrew (simple wheat beer). It is one of my favorite places right off campus. If I had to compare Abo's to Cosmo's, I would say that Cosmo's wins just based on the quality of their sauce.

Rain, sleet, hail, Blizzard of the Decade, these guys are still out on the road in their little Honda Civic Hatchbacks, delivering the best pizza in the area. I've ordered from them consistently for 3 years and it's always up to par. Not to mention they're open until 3AM, and nothing in Boulder is open that late for a meal accept for Denny's. They keep their style, and their taste, and are all around thumbs up in my book.

This place has the best pizza in Boulder, be sure to try their spicy ranch!

Pizza is hands down my favorite food, and being from the east coast, coming out here it was a little sad to know that they don't know how to do pizza here in CO. But then I discovered Cosmo's. Their slices are pretty sizeable, and their crust is the right crispness. What I really dig is their sauce; it's got the right amount of spice and tang. I do not, however, recommend getting their pizza delivered if you are looking for stellar east coast style pizza. It is just not the same. It's not bad if you're really needing a pizza fix, or are drunk and want pizza to be there when you get home, but getting a slice from the shop is where it's at, plus they have beers on tap and they're open till 2:30 am!

    (4)
  • Laura C.

Star rating hasn't changed but Cosmo's is no longer top dawg on my pizza list. Cosmo's leaves something to be desired when you get it delivered, it just doesn't have the same appeal as going in and getting a slice and a beer at the store. I'll say Cosmo's is still my favorite in terms of atmosphere and actually getting a slice in the store. For delivery my go-to is Fatty J's. This place has taken the top spot with its huge pies, tons and tons of toppings and low price. I still love you Cosmo's, just not for delivery.

I always enjoy a good slice at Cosmo's pizza. This place is by far the best pizza in boulder in my opinion. the slices there are large and filling and their breadsticks are really good also. they also offer different dipping sauces but i have only had the spicy ranch which is really good. they are open till 2:30 in the morning so it's great when your drunk and need a food fix late at night. The ambience there is relaxing and fun, they normally have good music playing and have something good on tv. Also the pricing there is really inexpensive you can get a slice, side of ranch and a drink for $5.00 a good deal. Long story short the place is off the chain!!

    (5)
  • Jess M.

How could every single person not give this place 5 stars- if not for the bread sticks alone??? There is absolutely nothing better for late night in Boulder, NOTHING! The slices are HUGE and delicious, and if you ever order a pie for delivery do not be surprised when a box so gigantic it can hardly fit through your door arrives. And DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT forget the spicy ranch, it is amazing and like nothing else I've ever tasted. I miss this place like no other, and whenever I'm in town I need at least two bags of fluffy delicious bread sticks smothered in ranch to tide me over until my next visit. Don't miss it!

Half stoned cooks, a Gatorade cooler full of free water, the aromas of melted cheese, greasy meats, and baking dough... Welcome to Cosmo's. A very college-oriented pizza parlor, this is by far my favorite place to get a piece of pizza, whether it be a pepperoni slice, or a healthier option like their tomato and spinach (both are fantastic). For only about $3 a slice, this is the best place to come for a good, not too greasy, but just greasy enough pizza. Their sauce is great, and when the piece you want isn't fresh out of the oven, they throw it back in for a couple minutes to heat it up and get that melt going again on the cheese. The crust is perfect crispness, and their spicy ranch is absolutely to die for, it goes perfectly with every aspect of their slices. Cosmos is the perfect cure for a pizza craving, whether you're drunk wandering around and looking for munchies, or sober as a bird just looking for some good 'za.

WOW! I was visiting a friend in Boulder and she took me to this place for a slice of heaven! I enjoyed a huge slice of peperoni pizza for a descent price for what it was worth and it was defiantly worth every penny!

Everything about cosmos is bomb. I decided to subtract one star for the pipe lung screech show. This referring to a certain employee who pushes the sound barrier when slices are ready.

Came here after a late night on the town. Craving pizza for weeks! My favorite is NY style where the crust is thin. I had ate Cosmo's before during my college years at CU Boulder and have loved that place ever since! This location was no different! The list of ingredients to put on your pizza is very nice and you can always find what you're in the mood for. My go to is chicken and jalapeño, or any meat topping. We decided to order a large and it took roughly 10 minutes for our order to be made. Very happy with the choice in coming here, because the pizza was great and I would recommend to anyone out late at night if you are in the area! Try their spicy Ranch sauce!

Such a huge pizza slice for such a great price. It's only 2.75 but its like 2 and a half pizza slices from dominos. The quality of the pizza is crappy tho.. why 5 stars you ask? Because of the magical spicy ranch! Idk what they put in there but it's like a slight glimpse of heaven. Its addicting!

2012 Review #257: There is nothing for a drunk person that Cosmo's won't help. Having been about 5 years since I was drunk eating Cosmo's, I had never written a review. I assumed the beer goggles had influenced my experience. Tried some again today at a gathering, though beer was again involved. It was a bit cooled off by the time we ate some though. They ordered the huge size, which is seriously huge, and I tried the spinach/sun-dried tomato and the pepperoni/sausage/ham. Both were good though a bit rubbery when cold. If you order the giant pizza it's cut into squares,so you won't always get edges. If only there were a "edges everywhere!" pan for pizza like there is for brownies. Prices are fair. Let us not forget the spicy ranch or "Cosmo's sauce" or whatever they call that magic elixir that accompanies the pizza for an extra dollar. Splurge and get it. It turns plain old cheese pizza into drunken amazement at your taste buds.

The absolute BEST!!!!! These guys went above and beyond to accommodate us. And the pizza is by far the best pizza we have ever had. You will not be disappointed. Will come back every time we visit Boulder! Great people, great pizza, great customer service. Thank you Cosmos!

Mediocre pizza. The Crust was spongy. I have no idea what these rave reviews are all about. Either they are all written by drunk CU students or it's their first time eating pizza other than frozen. Maybe I need to get drunk to enjoy it.

This was one of my favorite pizza places when I lived in Boulder. They are quick even with the drunken last call rush and they have beer on tap so you can have one last drink before heading home while crushing a slice. I almost always get sausage and ham on my slice - it's simple yet effective. I was in town in September for a show at the Lazy Dog with a friend and I told him we had to stop here on our way back to Denver. It was pouring rain and Cosmos warmed us right up. Made me feel pretty old though - most of the clientele was 19 and 20 from my brief polling of those in attendance. I introduced my friend to the spicy ranch and he was a fan. Make sure you try it if you go here!

Cosmo's is my go to food joint after a late night out, hell, I'll eat cosmos anytime, any day. Definitely my favorite pizza. Relaxed atmosphere, fun people, 24/7 service, I'm telling you people, it doesn't get better than this.

Between the best sex ever and Cosmo's Pizza, there's a stiff competition. I can't even make up my mind which I would prefer. Maybe combining the two is the way to go. Cosmo's is the BEST pizza in Boulder. Take it from a former East Coast girl who knows her pizza. You will be satisfied.

Well when it comes to the size, and taste of the slice of pizza it is like I was back in New York. I have found another great pizza place that everyone will love. 5 stars from me

If you're drunk/stoned on 'The Hill' at 2 AM then this is your place for late night munchies. In this context, Cosmo's Pizza is hands down your best option. If you are sober and in the mood for pizza you're bound to be disappointed--I was. Boss Lady Pizza, a couple blocks up 'The Hill,' offers more gourmet pizza options by the slice although they don't have a liquor license. Prices are comparable. Cosmos is clean and minimal. They sell beer which is paramount when it comes to pizza. In summary, Cosmos is tailored to late night dining. If it's late, go to Cosmos. Otherwise there are better options.

Fresh, tasty pizza in a college town. We were looking for a quick inexpensive bite and this was a great option. No frills, a little untidy, but ran by college guys at the front so I didn't expect much. The pizza was really good, so a great choice for a late night meal.

Went last night (6/24/15) with my mom and siblings. Found this place off Yelp reviews and decided to give it a try. I ordered a single slice (which was giant by the way) while the rest of my family got calzones which were enormous! We also ordered the breadsticks. It took a bit to cook the calzones and our breadsticks got over cooked the first time but they gladly made us more. The place got slammed not long after we got there and there was only like two dudes working.....They were working hard for sure! We had lots of leftovers to bring home. Staff was super nice. Food was good. Would totally recommend to others!

Cosmos greasy massive slices of pizza are just what the drunk college kids ordered. Hands down the best pizza around boulder! While CU students can be observed stumbling here on the weekends to mix pizza into the alcoholic concoction in their belly most of the east coasters and chi-town peoples stay away when sober. Over all the pizza is okay, definitely not a place you have to go to if you visit BOCO. Definitely a place you have to go to before you crawl back to your dorm in a drunken stupor. Also sometimes ruffians pop up, making for an entertaining time while you wait in line. Shout out to the tall guy with the glasses that works at both locations. He tends to cuss out the obnoxious jackass freshmen/frat bros who show up and act a fool...

Hubs is Super Hungry. After the YELP Elite Event a few blocks away, and since its the closest to where we were, to Cosmo's Pizza Broadway St Location we went. That recent visit was on Wednesday January 8th 2014. Time was about 20:10hrs ish. Right when we enter this establishment, we were "GREETED" with an intense smell. I kept asking Hubs, is that "Weed" Smell OR just Incense Smell OR just my Nose playing tricks with my Brain?? From the Board Menu or the Paper Menu, The Plain Pizza starts with 14" Medium at $9.99, 16" Large at $11.99, and the 24" EXTRA Large at $19.99. Specialty Pizza are from $12.69 and the EXTRA Large is at $37.49. We opt to have the following items : * 16" Large Pizza with Chicken, Jalapeno and Black Olives * Calzone with our choice of Chicken and Jalapenos. Hubs opt to have Fountain Coke Cola for his beverages, while I just opt to water. Hubs like his order of Pizza, coz for one that was the first time he had Dice Chicken on a Pizza which is "breaded". To me its more like Cut up aka Diced Up "Chicken Nuggets". When we peek at the Calzone, boy oh boy its Freaking Huge! I did not expect that Calzone to be Big! The Diced Chicken are also in the Calzones that we ordered. We opt to have the Calzones to go, since we want to eat it at a later hour or the next day. The Calzone is with Ricotta and Mozzarella Cheese and Marina Dipping Sauce. We don't fancy the Marina Dipping Sauce at all. That Dinner was about $35 with tax. 3 Stars BEST sums up for what we had that evening and the overall experience. May return when we are in the neighborhood. It is physically impossible to dislike cosmos pizza (although I will admit their takeout is not as good as their in store slices). Their spicy ranch is AMAZING - so amazing that it's now being sold at select wholefoods locations. If I had one recommendation, I would say try your best to start with the location on the hill! Best pizza ever.

I'll give this place 3 stars because they are open late, and it fills me up when I'm drunk. Otherwise, the pizza is pretty average. People rave about the spicy ranch which is pretty damn good to be honest. The worst thing about this place is the rude staff. I understand it isn't too fun to have to deal with drunk people working a shift til 3 am and that probably affects the general mood. But I'm always polite and if I show you respect, I expect some in return. 90% of the time there's some entitled-looking punk who looks like he wants to punch me in the face because I'm taking more than 20 seconds to decide what kind of cheese-heap I wanna order. I get it, your life isn't fun right now. Chill. Anyways, this is a college town and college kids have to work. Sometimes they have to work late and it's the end of the world. Get the spicy ranch and go put it on stuff.

Cosmos has gotten the students' attention by storm, and I cannot agree more with most of the reviews that this place has one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted..so why the three stars only? For me, I truly care about the experience, as in dining, customer service, and so on. I gave this place three stars for two good reasons. 1. The employees were pretty rude and seemed like I was wasting their time, and frustrating them, when I simply wanted a large supreme pizza. 2. The deliver took 45 minutes and they were extremely slow. I should have just walked to cosmos and ordered it there and that would have probably been faster. So the customer service part was not super awesome, but the pizza was perfect and hot! So yeah, come here for great pizza but don't expect awesome customer service!

The pizza here is really good, considering the price point and style. It's tasty, greasy, and hits the spot! The sauce is flavorful and the cheese is good. The breadsticks, on the other hand, are not good. They are so bland! They should be dusted with some oil and salt or garlic or something...they are lacking. But overall, good place.

Strolled into Berkley East errr Boulder CO for a football camp and wandered over from the Hotel del Flea-Bag and OMG!!!!!! Friggin enormous slices. Enormous is even an understatement. I brought a slice home and when I went to reheat it on my pizza stone, it took up the whole stone. One slice...the entire stone. The pizza is pretty delicious. I haven't had any NY style better since moving out here. I didn't catch the spicy ranch tip until it was too late, so I'm going to have to go back again and get it. Prices were pretty good. 1 slice will fill most people up. 2 slices and a pop are 6 or 7 bucks depending on your slices. The decor is default grungy college pizza shop, perfect.

After having Fatty J's crap and living with Blackjack ( Idaho is still awesome), I've finally had some real good NY style pizza. I don't even know if they are trying for it, but besides being on the streets of NYC this is the best I've had. The spicy ranch is a great treat, the service at the bar with no name is great. Max is the man and Courtney is great. We've ordered take away a few times, still great. Highly recommended!

My quest for the best pizza continues... -I liked the variety of toppings - my pizza had red sauce, mozzarella, black olives, yellow peppers, feta cheese, and artichokes. -I don't generally like heat in my red sauce - this sauce was too spicy. -Price is reasonable -Delivery took an hour on a Sunday night around 9:30 pm

Totally nondescript pizza. I guess that's cool if you're just looking for a moderately priced, ho-hum pizza when you need a pizza fix though!

  • Jackie B.

As a big fan of thin NY-style pizza, I'm fairly skeptical when it comes to trying new pizza places. However, Cosmos has a great reputation around Boulder and so I decided to try it. When my friends and I arrived and ordered, I thought the price was a little high for a single piece of pizza. However, when they brought it out, the "slice" was almost the size of half a pizza! It was piping hot and the sauce was just spicy enough to have some flavor, while the cheese literally melted in my mouth. From basic cheese to speciality pizzas, Cosmo's is a fantastic pizza joint if you're looking for an affordable, fun experience . While it is frequented by many college students, the service is great and speedy no matter how busy. The employees are friendly and helpful. I know I'll be going to Cosmo's many more times in the future!

  • Corey H.

The slices are large. I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I was conquered by a mere two slices. That and a fountain drink for $7... not bad. I liked the thin crust. I can see how this would be awesome for the drunk and/or stoned CU students looking for a greasy, filling meal before passing out. But the pizza here is nothing special. The place itself was clean enough, but this seems more like a grab your slice(s) and go type of place. As for the spicy ranch dip mentioned several times. Meh.

Great good cheap pizza. There is a bar next door kind of hidden from the population. The crust and spicy ranch so scrumtralecent!

Just discovered a new bar in Boulder in a little shoppette on the Hill in between Cosmo's and Dot's Diner. It's owned by the guy who owns Cosmo's and you can get one of their pies from next door brought into the barroom, if that's your thing. I met Denver Six Shooter writer Abbott Westwind here on a recent Monday to edit one of his pieces and knock back an expertly mixed Manhattan from bartender Glenn. This fall, the energy will be given over to the carryings-on of students, but on that Monday, it was all ours. No windows. No name. Nor will they ever name it, I'm told. Which is kind of a hassle for categorizing this review. It's just a dark one-room with a 90-degree bar, beautiful woodwork, jazz on the speakers, and booths against either wall. Simple. Amniotic.

I am shock and awed that no has reviewed Cosmo's Pizza yet. Woah. Anyway, this is your Boulder college pizza place, with the music and look and all. Seriously, a landmark of Boulder: you should be ashamed of yourself if you live here and haven't eaten here yet. Now, what Cosmo's excels at however is delivering some solid thin-crust pizza with slices big enough to make 1 usually enough. As such, the place is fairly inexpensive. Excellent pizza which they throw in the oven again to warm up for you before you get it. Oh, and they played the world cup on the boob-tube last summer when it was on, which was great. Also it stays open late (230 am late) which gives it that 5th star...a perfect place to grab a bite when every other place is closed. The drawbacks: they always play the music WAY TOO LOUD. If your throat hurts from shouting after you get out of the place, that's a problem.

This review is for the Cosmos on the Hill: As good as it gets in Boulder. Pizza seems pretty basic, and yet so many places still miss the mark. It's about the crust, the crust, the crust. And Cosmos' crust is delicious. Make sure you ask them to brown the crust just a little bit on your slice of pepperoni, and you will not be disappointed. The other good thing is the gargantuan size of the slices. For around $3, you can get a slice of cheese or pepperoni that feels more like two slices. Awesome good value if you're trying to stretch your budget. And then finally, if you want to make a meal out of it, you can go next door to the 'Cosmos Pub' (??) for a pint of local beer and a gargantuan slice for under $6. Try the spicy ranch if you want an extra treat.

Actually, 4.5 stars. I discovered this late in my collegiate career in Boulder. My favorite pizza is a "build your own" of cheese w/ artichoke and spinach, with extra marinara sause. This place is AWESOME for late nights due to both studying and partying. It's one of the things I miss most about Boulder, now that I no longer reside there. The only thing that was kind of a bummer (hence, 4.5 stars) is that their delivery radius is only a few miles from the location that you order from (and the one on The Hill is better, if you ask me).

I wish I could give this restaurant negative stars because of the complete disgust I have with the service and staff of this establishment. My friend who is of latino descent paid for two slices of pizza last night at this joke of a pizzeria. Upon going to the counter to pick up his order the "pizza man" aka the person handing out orders did not believe that he had purchased pizza and called the police! He was accused of stealing! Which I don't understand how you can steal pizza you don't have. They were yelling and screaming profanities at my friend until the cops came and questioned him about the pizza he PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED. They told him he was trespassing and kicked him off the property. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever witnessed. Do not eat here, they are a bunch of racist, money stealing idiots. If you MUST eat here, make sure you keep your receipt because they will accuse anyone of stealing. Blasphemy.

Cosmo's is pretty good. compared to back east its a 3 .. compared to places in boulder its a 4 so really my rating should be 3 1/2 sauce is good cheese is good.. crust .. eh... not bad.. i think that is where the lack of starts comes in. not sure if its the altitude... but at least for me i think that is the weakest link. altough the crust isn't bad if it was really good.. then the pizza as a whole would be the best in boulder

Cosmo's was my moving award. In the middle of moving day, my companions and I were rewarded with Cosmo's single slice pizza. They're huge slices with about 6 options - cheese, pepperoni, supreme, hawaiian, and others. I will give you the advice I was given yesterday. Order the spicy ranch and dip your pizza in it. Not just the crust, the pizza slice. That large, crispy, delicious pizza slice, dip it into the spicy ranch. You'll thank me later as I did this person.

this place is INSANELY EXPENSIVE for an incredibly basic pizza. they are really flitty with their coupons, and totally screwed my roommate and i over twice before we never ordered from them again. we had gotten coupons at the university for a large "anything" pizza for something like $15.00. we chose their "supreme" version, and were SHOCKED to see the dude show up with a $40.00 bill! THEY CHARGED PER TOPPING and said that our coupon didnt count- eeeeven though it was presented over the phone and were quoted the coupon price. seriously- $40.00 for a fucking pizza? get over yourselves, yuppies.

Cosmo's pizza is decent and not overly expensive. It's generally NY-style, like Abo's. Their location is convenient for most of Boulder, and they do fast delivery. Some less traditional pizza options might make it more popular among Boulder residents in general, but they certainly have the students' palate covered.

Cosmo's gets jumping on Friday nights. For sure. Still, how is it that my 3-year-old sings & shouts way louder than drunk pizza-grubbing college kids still wanting to drink more. Wow! Liked the alt-rap bumping in the background. Can't imagine what it's like on Saturdays.

Totally nondescript pizza. I guess that's cool if you're just looking for a moderately priced, ho-hum pizza when you need a pizza fix though!

    (5)
  • Alex M.

Popped into to town and had a craving for some pizza. Well let's just say this place satisfied the craving! It's located in an area full of college peeps and scenery the inside of the place was not much to look it, but man was the pizza tasty! For $7 bucks I got a slice of cheese pizza and tomato basil and the slices were huge! Those were more than enough. The place was steady busy for a Thursday evening. If you are in doubt, don't be go check them out!

Fresh, tasty pizza in a college town. We were looking for a quick inexpensive bite and this was a great option. No frills, a little untidy, but ran by college guys at the front so I didn't expect much. The pizza was really good, so a great choice for a late night meal.

This is hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted. I cannot even begin to describe how much I love biting into a slice from one of their 24 inch pies, or as I call it The Deuce Quattro. I have never been to the one on The Hill, but I know the one on Baseline does not have lots of seating and delivery takes awhile, but they usually are up front about how long it'll take and the pizza always shows up fresh and piping hot even though I live in north Boulder. I don't get what people are saying about their employees being rude. I have only had one bad experience and it was on a Friday night when they were really busy and my pizza showed up with the box smashed into a few of the slices. I called and the manager, Vane, (sorry I know I had to have spelled that wrong) was really friendly and gave me a credit for a free pie the next time, which was awesome because I had already waited like an hour and definitely didn't want to wait for them to send out another pizza. So if you can handle a staff that might not treat you like the maitre d at a five star hotel - but are still very friendly - and somewhat limited seating - get over it, everywhere has limited seating in Boulder - to enjoy the best pizza you have ever tasted, this is the spot.

I can tell myself all i want that I am over getting drunk and stuffing my face with greasy food after 2am. That is until, I come back to Boulder, make the walk back from Pearl Street and realize that Cosmo's is just a few blocks away. (I also secretly insert this into any trip back to Boulder) Damn it Cosmo's, why do you have to be so darn good. Give into temptation and come here - amazing crust, and even better spicy ranch. Num.

WOW!!! Cosmo's is the BOMB! I'm from out of town, but every time I visit Boulder Cosmo's is a must. I hadn't visited in quite some time, but this was no different than I remember. I am a thin crust connoisseur and Cosmo's is the best I've ever had. Huge slices, crispy thin crust with amazing toppings, piping hot from the oven. Great value, and the staff couldn't be nicer!!!

  • H T.

    (4)
  • Jen A.

Good, cheap pizza. The crust does vary depending one who makes it but I just quenched my pizza craving and am totally satisfied. Oh, and I do ask for extra cheese!

Thanks for the the many slices that saved my life on numerous occasions. ps. they sell PBR. nice.

Best pizza I've had in Boulder. Big, greasy slices. Super delish. Ambiance is lacking, so it's not someplace you necessarily want to go to eat, but for takeout or delivery, it's awesome.

Meh.

Simple. Amniotic.

Blasphemy.

Num.

Awesome pizza, cool environment, decent prices. Each slice is really big, and one is enough for most people. I highly recommend the spicy ranch they sell to go with the pizza, its delicious!
