The food is one step up from Taco Bell. Grease as humanly possible. I always give a restaurant 2 chances to earn my business but they failed both times. Went with a large group of people and everyone was disappointed. Been to this place before on a hot winters day and want to sit on the patio (since it was gorgeous outside) for a few drinks and they told us the patio wasn't open and we could sit outside. Even though there were tables and sits available for us. Won't come back neither should you

Their build your own breakfast burritos are the best and though they are on their menu, their staff is too lazy to make them. When I was in their Berthoud, CO location last to have breakfast, a man named Sean told me they were either going to have to charge lunch prices for their build your own breakfast burritos or not make them any more. This was coming from the same man who hides in his office and pretends like he is not there so he doesn't have to make them (verified with a co-worker). I went to have lunch yesterday and the restaurant was full of people with one woman making the burritos and working the register. The woman who made my lunch handled money twice before making my burrito and she never washed her hands. The burrito was soggy and hardly any good.

Locally owned. Simple menu that is flavorful and fresh. Very good salsa and green chili. Great local alternative to the burrito chains.

I was just in there ordering to-go meals for my family. It was just after 6 pm with one other customer ordering before us. The service was very poor and both employees seemed very uneducated with what they had to offer menu and price wise. I wanted a kids steak quesadilla and I wanted to know how much extra the steak was going to cost. The lady couldn't tell me the cost for the kids small quesadilla, but told me what it would be for an adult and they charged me for the adult! It was literally 6 small pieces of steak for for almost $3.00 on top of the $3.95 for the kids meal! We also ordered steak and barbacoa tacos, steak burrito, and barbacoa burrito bowl. I wanted chicken, but they didn't have any more. With every single meat option, they had to scrape the very bottom of the containers to fill our order, which we still ended up with very little amount of meat. We were in there 20 minutes! When we got home and I opened the kids quesadilla, it was squashed and the melted cheese oozed out and it was just a mess to get off the foil. I won't go back!

I had just a bean burrito: Pinto Beans, Rice, Cheese, Salsa, and Green Sauce. It was good and fresh tasting. Nice little place. I feel like the owner cares about the quality of his/her food.

My husband and I decided to try something new. When we walked in I decided we could stay because it was so clean. The two guys up front were very nice and gave us samples to try because we didn't know what we wanted. Everything is made fresh. We both got smothered burritos. I had the special beef with corn. And my husband had the special red sauce with pork. Amazing! . We will Definitely go there again and without a doubt refer to friends and family!

We decided to try this new Mexican place that has been open for awhile now in Berthoud. Looked at some of the online reviews and some people seemed to really like it. It is where the old Santiago's used to be in Berthoud. Our first impression was for a Friday night there was not a single car in the parking lot when we pulled in? Wow this didn't look good at all based on Santiago's used to be really crowded on Friday nights here. The inside of the place looks remarkable, they get an "A" for the remodel job inside. It appeared they have fashioned this place after Qdoba or Chipotle basically. We ordered a couple of burritos and got them smothered plus asked for chips and salsa al la carte style. The food was fair, green chile not bad but nothing to write home to mom about. The bag of chips they gave us was almost empty?? Have to pay $1.75 for them and basically get a practically empty bag? The hot salsa was as billed, pretty hot for us. The chips were pretty bland and not worth ordering again. Overall for what we paid feel like this place is overpriced. Our impression is based on the lack of customers we saw it would appear people have tried it and have not came back. Rather disappointing to have put so much into the remodel but run the place shoddy. Will be surprised if this place makes it in the competitive mexican food market available out there.

This was my first time here. My daughter had a softball game a block away and I decided to stop in and try Tito's out. Very warm greeting by the staff and helped me out since it was my first time in. I loved my smothered steak burrito with the homemade recipe sauces. I don't believe that there is another Mexican Restaurant around that has flavors like Tito's! I can't wait for the Loveland store to open. I will be back!

My wife and I have been meaning to try this place for the last year but never seam to make it before they close. I've often glanced over as I drive by and wondered if they were open but with the lack of cars in the parking area assumed they were closed. After this morning I figured out why they are always pretty empty! The lady behind the counter is a rude obnoxious ex #€€£ head! Wow what a crappy welcome to a restaurant that I wanted to like! I was checking out the menu as she started to "explain " they where only doing breakfast burritos! I asked her what she said and she began flailing her arms and give us dirty looks saying " only breakfast burritos" "ok" I said I'm sorry I didn't here you !! I really doubt we will ever try it again. Maybe she needs to find another vocation out of customer service !!!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
